Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

Hello #talktalk #internet. I was told a couple of months ago that as a paying customer I get a better deal. I did not. You increase the price and when I came back from holiday you switched it off without giving me notice. Fix it!!!
