Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@TalkTalk I have netgear mesh extenders as the router you supply has a poor WiFi signal. I can deal with that, but what I can’t deal with is the constant need to reboot them all every other day due to your IP address changes constantly.

Its infuriating that @TalkTalk (an ONLINE service) can't offer a cancellation service ONLINE. Why do I have to sit on a phone for hours to argue a justification for cancelling an appalling service that you can see has been poor on your logs (both technical and support)???

@TalkTalk customer service is a joke. Failure to resolve issues by chat function and later by phone call. So I write to an email address given previously by yr complaints team to get an auto response saying contact us by chat or phone. Very Kafkaesque but appalling service.

@TalkTalk 1/2 Just wasted 1hr45min of my life on phone to TalkTalk. Got passed to six different people in technical and Customer Services and still unable to access MyAccount online. This is the second day I have done this for my neighbour and I am extremely angry that NO ONE rings back.
