@TalkTalk Unfortunately, I’ve answered your colleagues’ same questions over and over we’re still without any information or internet. What is being done and when? We’ve been down since Saturday AM. If we’re not back online or adequately informed tomorrow we’ll be switching provider. Thanks

@TalkTalk Get some decent infrastructure. Every time same bullshit excuse. Unreliable Internet for the past 12 months. Working from home is a nightmare because your service is constantly going off. To hell with your excuses. Fix the damn thing and make it reliable for people.

@TalkTalk your phone customer service and live chat are somehow better than your Twitter customer service, and they don't even exist!

@TalkTalk No connection in Scarborough. Can't run a check as you've disabled the "my account" feature. Can you confirm if there is an issue at your end?

So, @TalkTalk, my Wi-Fi last went off in June. It’s off again. Is there a reason why I have to contact you to fix it twice a year?

@TalkTalk Because like in my own case #Openreach controls the cabling between main Telephone Socket and the Telephone Exchange.. If the is faulty cabling the consumer cannot do anything. If the ISP won’t request Openreach to fix cabling and Main socket the end consumer can’t call Openreach

@TalkTalk our fullfibre installation has taken over a month (still incomplete). Our previous provider now has ended our contract so we have no internet at all at home bc of these delays. I've spent hours on the phone to you over the last month but no resolution to this issue

@TalkTalk I just called talktalk to see how about going to a cheaper contract at the end of my deal, after the 6 robot questions got through to a loud call centre to say the systems are down. So glad to switch to Vodaphone. Good luck with your terrible customer service.
