Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@TalkTalk No Sabelo, answer the question. Being referred to technical support that done answer the phone, and the service centre which is down does not answer my question. What is the problem and what are Talk Talk doing to rectify it. I am paying for a service I am again not receiving.

@TalkTalk Finally managed to get through to an advisor (45 mins wait,plus had live chat going) she just said there's an outage,they are trying to fiz the issue.and if not back on by late afternoon ring back? Hows this helping people? Im reading been down for days foe some?

@TalkTalk i got through to talktalk at 8am and they said large areas across UK have issues, they are trying to resolve the issues but can talk up to 72 hours!

@TalkTalk This is ridiculous now, some of us need wifi to work!!! WV5 still no internet. What is happening and no I do not need to DM you, just let us know what the problem is and what you're doing to rectify it.
