    Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

    @TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

    @DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase Β£35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone Β£25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.

    @TalkTalk you have called me to make a new offer of service as am near end of contract. I ask that the offer be put in an email foe me yet, your team tell me they only do outbound. Your in the communication area, how is that you cannot send me an email of the offer I'd like.

    @TalkTalk Your system are awful, nothing works or communicates, I am trying to set up a new direct debit. Can’t speak to anyone, other than useless AI, live chat then a tel no that boots you out. How do o do this ? I’m regretting my decision of renewing .
