The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase Β£35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone Β£25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
