@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@MaryannCrowley @TalkTalk Exactly! And they acted like they were doing me a favour, saying 11 days of 24 pounds, which I pay for 1 month broadband is 8.80... like they should only give me that! They said if I made a complaint & I didn't take that offer I might get less! This is how they treat people! 😡

@TalkTalk Small claims is much more fun thanks. Litigation is my business so I’m happy to pursue this avenue as I’ve given multiple chances to rectify the issue. All this over £23.50 … You really must refrain your staff as it will cost a fortune to defend as my time is very expensive

@TalkTalk I’m trying to cancel my order for broadband but your phone number keeps disconnecting me. I’ve tried over multiple days and can’t get through! They delivered the router today because I didn’t have a chance to cancel it.
