Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Abandoned them years ago after regular drop-outs. A problem that was not properly addressed. Call centre “service” experience was truly awful. Operators trapped by scripts driven by mad algorithms
