    Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

    @TalkTalk why on earth did I spend nearly an hour and 40mins on the phone trying to sort out my connection with one of your support staff - I was repeatedly told speeds to house were ok - for about 5mins had a strong signal and now dropping out repeatedly - just not good enough!!

    @TalkTalk I’ve just spent 40 minutes on chat to complain about poor internet. Connection drops and chat closed. I really don’t want to have to start all over again pls

    @TalkTalk Not so happy. Specially that not only you put unauthorised charges on my account but also the internet is still slower than in the 1990s! Support Chat is not working, phone lines are also not working at your end. I think it is fair time to say goodbye

    @TalkTalk How do I remove the TV service from my contract. I renewed my broadband and phone deal but for whatever reason you added TV onto that even though that was not listed in the deal. I dont want it its useless when I already have a smart tv that does more.

    @TalkTalk UPDATE!!! I have just received a DM that states 'we are pushing for an update'! Absolute disgrace. I had a generic response from my Resolver case requesting that I go to their chatline!! Which as we all know, is not in service and hasn't been for days. No excuses for terrible CS.
