Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, thanks, I get that remote access software is being used for that too. But you’re the only UK ISP doing this to my knowledge. The scammers will simply use another solution - logmein rescue, GoToAssist - do you block these too?

@TalkTalk over four hours on the phone & live chat yesterday-already over an hour and passed through 4 departments today just to cancel an order-that apparently ‘can’t be cancelled because it’s not activated’ even though I’m in my cancellation period ! - please someone sort this

Hey @TalkTalk - WHY do you make IT department lives absolute hell by blocking @TeamViewer and @anydesk ?!? Honestly over the pandemic, I’ve had to ship users replacement machines because it’s just impossible to fix their machine remotely.

@TalkTalk Well Me n Mum had 17 calls from these scammers since it started up, 17 times is way too much so how long do investigations take before some innocent customer of yours will think they are you and suffer? I will be sending an email to the TalkTalk CEO before long
