Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@JustKaalin @virginmedia I get the same **** with Talktalk, goes offline at exactly 4:55 AM every single night. It's only started doing this for the last week or so but it's a ******* pain in the *** if I've not been able to sleep, or if I've woken up early. Especially if I'm working on stuff at the time

WORST customer experience I have ever had in my entire life at @TalkTalk today. 6 different departments to resolve my issue and still not sorted. Makes it much more difficult to explain myself 6 times when I have Covid too! Now just sat listening to a silent line. Fuming.

@McMackem I left BT for my landline and Broadband contract after endless overcharging and other problems. Went to TalkTalk. No problems at all. Hopefully it keeps up.
