Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@TalkTalk Seems lots of areas are still down. Can you please tell us what's going on and when things might improve? I cannot work and so will not be paid, the 'compensation' I will get from you is about £8 for 2 days with no service. I earn more than £8 in 2 days.
