    Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

    @TalkTalk hi, our wifi has not connected to any of our devices today. My wife has tried the live chat but after 3 hours waiting, we still didnt reach an agent. We have tried the suggested restarts but no luck. Could you look into this issue for me?

    @TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies

    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to Β£180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!
