Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

They said I have a default on my account and it’s affected my credit. I said I don’t owe this money, I’ve never used the product. I had to ring talktalk finally, when I could, and they said it wasn’t cancelled because a router was in transit, yet it never came in all those months

@TalkTalk Your own website says this now !! Email access issue We're aware that some customers are unable to log into webmail at the moment and may see an authentication error mentioning An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (DBP-0003)

@TalkTalk I have sent you account number on your threat. Go and check if you supply internet to us. Check why you couldn't. Then check why you are demanding money for a service you do not provide. It's so bloody simple to do. Then sort the problem. Then apologise.
