    Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

    @fight_director @TalkTalk Stop your direct debit with them they'll soon be in touch with you. Had a similar issue with Vodafone once.

    @TalkTalk My mum was on hold with use lot for about 40 minutes today and no any further forward. Wat a joke treating a customer like that!!! 😠

    Today so far: Switch on work laptop. Screen ******, suspect graphics hard is knacked Try to log on using home laptop. Home wifi so slow as to be unusable. On live chat now with TalkTalk who are looking for an excuse to blame me for it as usual Basically, not a great day

    Great customer services @TalkTalk . Been waiting since 23rd May to talk about my complaint. They rang tonight and only let the phone ring once!!! Didn't have time to answer, tried calling back and was put on hold for 2 mins, still waiting 10 minutes later.

    @TalkTalk your service is a joke right now! No internet all night last night. Still none this morning. Online it says phone line opens at 8am but you ring and it says we are currently closed! What is going on…..I’m working from home and have children trying to home school!!!
