    @TalkTalk My mum was on hold with use lot for about 40 minutes today and no any further forward. Wat a joke treating a customer like that!!! 😠

    @BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I have recently cancelled my broadband and need to return the router. The issue is, I have moved but the pre paid bag and label is being sent to my old house which I now have no access to. What is the returns address? I’ll just pay for the postage.

    @TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

    @TalkTalk won my case with ombudsman yet your still failing to do as ombudsman said. You refuse to sort out the social tarrif and your team have added packages onto my service without permission

    @TalkTalk your customer service is nothing short of atrocious. Talktalk asked to change to city fibre, city fibre came today and dug up the ground and installed the box inside and out then couldn’t connect to talk talk. When contacting them as advised by city fibre

    We are prepared to pay it though if it means resolving the issue further. Every contact made has proved to be very difficult, not to just by our own account but even the solicitor has described how difficult they are making this process. 4/5 #talktalk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

    @TalkTalk your customer service is atrocious. And when I have already raised a complaint and have a scheduled call with the complaints team for 10-12 today and nobody calls, that just makes it worse! Do better.

    @TalkTalk You need to sort out the fiber changed from copper to fiber and its no way near a faster service sorry we changed over.
