Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

1/2 Really let down by @TalkTalk today after they didn’t install my landline and WiFi at new address today due to not having the right cable. It would have been polite to let me know instead of me having to find out myself

@Haggis_UK I’m sure she also argued that the data leaks she presided over at TalkTalk were a minor inconvenience to customers. Entitled incompetents never own their failures
