Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@talktalk STOP SENDING ME BILLS. I had a 4 month nightmare with you to cancel my account during which time you hired a debt recovery agency to collect money sending my credit rating down. I do not want to hear from you ever again!!! You need to ListenListen not TalkTalk!
