Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

Do they do it on purpose? @TalkTalk is a useless company to deal with. My internet has gone down again. Can't contact them by phone. You go through their awful numeric options & dysfunctional voice recognition to be told, eventually, when you get past this hurdle: "we're closed".

In view of the fact that @TalkTalk allowed our broadband network to be hacked and instead of rectifying the criminality have decided to restrict access and aiding criminals against us it is time to switch provider take note all concerned
