Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@TalkTalk worst customer service ever! Wrongfully charged for engineer visit that was cancelled, fraud on my account, Data Protection breaches and 10 days without internet there answer hard luck!! @BBCNews @MailOnline @SkyNews

@TalkTalk Hi, i have noticed the trend under this post about a few households without internet, I'm the same, from about 7pm the internet just stopped working, I can connect to it but no internet through wifi and direct connection to the router. Would appreciate a feedback on this issue.
