    @BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk I will be trying again tonight to try and get a deal possibly sorted. I just like to offer my feedback that this whole thing is a mess. That said, I know you are an ISP, and due to the lack of competition there doesn’t seem to be a lot of desire to provide good service.

    @TalkTalk : Ordered a connection from 22 SEP 2021 initially and then expedited to 14 SEP 2021.On 14 nothing arrived.Customer care says”Only services started” unsure without router how is it even possible.Everytime different response from the customer care team.Dissatisfied.

    Can anybody give me a phone number or email (preferably both) to make a complaint to @TalkTalk? I can’t seem to get through to anybody who wants to hear my complaint. If I don’t hear back from them I will need to go to Trading Standards as I have been miss-sold a product!

    @TalkTalk I was looking at a deal on Uswitch that has now expired, so you very well might have lost a sale. I have also put my name down for Future Fiber 150/500 but nobody is calling. I assume my number is on a block list considering how many times attempted and failed.

    @TalkTalk I have logged the issue so the point in customer service is to get in touch with your customers, not to ask them to call you and then nobody has a clue and you're back to square one turning the router off and off again!! Avoid #TalkTalk
