Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@TalkTalk who can I raise a complaint to in regards to having to go through 5 transfers on chat and it taking over an hour to find out where a BT engineer is? Which incidentally, I haven’t got said answer yet.

@TalkTalk my mum has been battling with yourselves for also two months now to try and fix her poor line. Taking two hours to speak to someone on the phone is not good enough! When she can finally get through she will be cancelling her contract with you!

I plugged the new router in and 5 minutes later I am using it. It really was that simple. I confirmed that I would like them to send me one less than 24 hours ago. Now, how was the service last time you called BT, TalkTalk, PlusNet or any other about a connection problem?🧐🙃
