Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@virginmedia Any idea on how long it’s going to be until virgin is available for me to join? Was installed in my street last year but online still says it’s not available in my area. Will have to go with someone else otherwise. Can’t put up with @TalkTalk shoddy service anymore.

@ajithiran I've had #talktalk some 14 / 15 years ago. They're horrible. Never went back to them. Sad to know they've not improved in all these years.
