Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

So this is day 8 @TalkTalk. I actually managed to make contact with someone today but no suggestion or support that materially helps in any way was forthcoming. Contented total ignorance (and who told your chat staff to keep typing "no worries"?....tends to upset worried people)

@TalkTalk I have just wasted over an hour on the phone trying to cancel a full fibre appointment that YOU made for me to no avail! I tried Live Chat on Monday & after getting cut off 3 times over the course of 3 hours I gave up. Aaaaarh!!! Why so difficult?!!

Talktalk put phone down when u trying 2 make sure contract ends. Where vodafone ring back if lost connection 3 send end of contract message with important on 3 weeks b4 options 2 stay or go with other company. Fair. Clear. And people r happy and grateful. Go 4 lessons
