Utterly useless customer service by @TalkTalk since joining 2 months ago. No help whatsoever. Upgraded to #Fibre #Broadband with speed boost & even bought a new wifi box and still just as slow (2mbps!!!) #incompetent #FRUSTRATION @UKConsumerRight @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @WhichUK

@invisiblymeblog @TalkTalk Always the same! They know things aren't right but just leave it! Then they pump out adverts telling us they're so wonderful & they can do this & that! The reality is they can't even get the basics right! This is a top down problem!

@JohnBeTweeting @Jediwilt Are you with TalkTalk by any chance? I have exactly the same experience every time I renew my contract. Their tech support is useless, but their internet isn't bad once you negotiate a fair price. It's just wrong how they take advantage of people who struggle at phone haggling.

What a surprise, for the 4th day this week our @TalkTalk Internet has cut out again..that makes it 13 times this week for over an hour each time. Sort it out I'm getting fed up with reporting it.

What's the worst #CustomerService you've experienced? @TalkTalk is proving atrocious. I've been lied to several times & totally messed around for weeks only for them to blame our equipment. BT guys comes out today - our phone line has been disconnected! Thanks #talktalk 😡 #vent
