    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

    Any other company would accept additional information, and I know this, but somehow this changes when it comes to TalkTalk. Absolute rubbish provider. They were bad when we had the displeasure of using their service, and it still seems like they're rubbish now. Useless company.

    Back using MY DATA!! I’ve had to double my allowance because @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are hopeless. Connection dropping daily repeatedly in the day. I’m trying to work. Sitting here in tears. I’m paying for this so called service and what did you tell me? YOU CAN’T HELP ME!

    I’ve also never spent hours days on end waiting to speak to someone and being diverted 5+ times a day. Customer service is appalling! STAY AWAY FROM @talktalk. I’ll be writing to the CEO and making a complaint to the head of complaints. May also consider the ombudsman!
