Scrapped once identified.

Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
