    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    @Run_Bettor @TalkTalk I've been getting the same issues i was getting 20mins-3 hour outages randomly, couple of times a week. I've been getting similar running up of drops for 20-50mins occasionally then the past two months .

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

    Why does it take 3 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to be told utter rubbish & then, when assured the office is open to 7pm, get told the technical team have packed up for the day? Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

    @TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

    The really annoying thing is that our Internet was fine, occasionally a bit slow, but now its absolutely terrible. We were told it would be much faster, its worse than its ever been. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk even after coming out to solve a problem that would never be solved its about Time you admitted defeat and let us leave. @three is just the same with my phone network both need to be avoided. 🙄😒

    @sueelawrence Thanks Sue. I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

    @TalkTalkGroup I advise anyone that wants moving to talktalk not to do it. After waiting for an engineer to complete the installation , I was told the service would not be reliable so was advised to cancel.

    @TalkTalk Not a problem any more direct debit cancelled you have been charging him for Internet, phone & tv even though he has been with virgin more than a year. Talktalk has effectively hidden the telephone number and made it near impossible for him to contact you. As I said DD cancelled

    It took me until this week to realise the @TalkTalk radio advert isn't a notification tone interrupting the lady, but a jingle/ID which the ad producer wants to play over her. Almost as bad as the studio talkback ads radio folks love to hate!

    @TalkTalk two hours using your online chat and still nowhere closer to sorting an issue. This is the 3rd time of trying this, first time after receiving a new router. Still having issues of disconnection repeatedly a day and have never been close to the 70mbs that was promised

    I don't expect you to do anything, I just wanted to let you know this failure on TalkTalk's part has consequences for us far beyond simply not having phone and internet service and I'm so frustrated and unhappy.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk what is the process for leaving you when you are unable to provide the service you quoted? After two hours on your online chat your advisor said the internet is fine when providing 20 mbs less than promised with disconnection issues. Your advisor then 1/2

    Nobody EVER go with @TalkTalk their customer service is appalling and have now increased our plan when we are on a fixed term contract for 18 months and they have now removed this without telling us!!
