    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    @OpenreachHelp Yes it's effecting bt, sky,plusnet and talktalk. There was damage to a green internet cabinet but 3 months to fix it? Really?

    @TalkTalk This issue was resolved so that I could send emails using my phone. However since Friday evening I have not been able to send or receive emails on m desktop or laptop using my tiscali email through outlook. It is saying “cannot connect to incoming server”.

    @TalkTalk could someone explain to me why every customer has to go through a system of computer answer and responses for minutes and then after all this messing around to get you to the supposed correct person you are then told sorry we are closed, talktalk is a joke
