@TalkTalk hi! Out broadband has been dropping for over a week now- more than half the time it doesn't work at all, and when it does work it's incredibly slow. Would love a fix for this, especially as we need the connection for WFH

@TalkTalk get your act together and get your customer service sorted. 5 days trying to pay a final bill after I have left and now can't access any services to do so! Much more fun charging folk extra charges and screwing their credit score than actually assisting them!

@martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

@TalkTalk An engineer left here at about 2.45pm saying that he cannot fix my issue unless he can access the neighbours’ gardens ( at least 2 neighbours who are not in today) to access the telegraph poles. He told me he was going to leave notes for them to contact yourselves.1/N

It is not surprising that @TalkTalk have such a bad reputation. The lady I spoke to today was lovely but their systems are so rigid and unfriendly. Their compliance is completely OTT and is costing them customers.

Anybody who is looking to take out broadband or wifi packages, stay far away from @TalkTalk The worst service I have ever received. Passed around by a crew of barely trained staff with a couldn’t care less attitude. Unwilling to help and eventually ignore you all together
