Told them the price offered £27pm but on a 24mth contract, they agreed to do it for £22pm, 12 mth contract and first month free as a credit. I have done this before with TT - just call them

Strange call from @TalkTalk yesterday offering to upgrade my broadband to a new, faster service. Went through security and then told that this service wasn’t available at my address. Seems like a potential scam? Can you help?
