  @TalkTalk There is an ongoing DM chain from 27 October. And my emails are ongoing too, to the talktalk help address. The only relatively quick responses I get is like this one: when you want to get me off the public forum. From then on it is always silence and dismissal.

  @TalkTalk i have spent 3h chatting with cust srvce, trying to resolve problem at my parents house as a result of an upgrade. Technical to sales to better service who want to return me to technical!!! I'm not impressed and not happy!!!

  @TalkTalk hi...I have no Internet in ME20 6DS Ditton, Kent. Is this an issue being looked into as I work from home and desperately need it working as normal. Please advise. Thank you
