    @TalkTalk talktalk seems to be down in Stoke on Trent, internet and youview don't work at allcurrently, it's been glitchy for a few hours prior.

    @TalkTalk I'm just surprised how poor your systems are. Staff are polite, but system slow and rather ridiculous, hope it can be improved. I don't want any more to do with TalkTalk.

    Having wasted 7 mins on phone while a member of @TalkTalk staff closes my account, I am finally through their archaic system & free of them. Like phoning to order a pizza & having to wait on the phone while they cook it. @TalkTalkBizCare have no idea about good customer service
