@TalkTalk It was greatly appreciated I asked if I had to pay as it was a line connection issue and if so could we split it over the next couple of months...turned out to be an error in billing...really can't fault your service thanks again

Absolutely pissed off to the max with @TalkTalk. I have no internet, why? Because like an idiot I was convinced to stay with you talking out your Fibre Future Fibre package which is due to be installed on 25th March…Instead some idiot from your side has disconnected my wifi!!

@TalkTalk I decided to take a deal with you for my new house, worst decision ever, services should have gone live on 10th March, still nothing, no service, no router. You haven't even bothered to contact me, I have had to contact you. I work from home, this us unacceptable.
