    @TalkTalk my parents cannot speak to anyone to help them. They've been waiting for talktalk TV box for months, due to arrive on 26/7 and nothing. They want to speak to 1 person to resolve it. You take the money and not supply the service. #shameful @MoneySavingExp #badservice

    @TalkTalk Your online chat support should have record of the issue. You time out the conversations very prematurely and then have to start the whole preamble again. This has been happening all week and the error message directs to a phone number and website both of which are then closed.

    @TalkTalk morning. I’ve had a message to say we (my elderly mother in law) have exceeded our monthly allowance but we get 100mb and have only used 10. You say we’ll be charged for any more usage. I can’t find any way of contacting you. Can you help please?

    @WeAreOpenreach Gary from Openreach just refused to register complaint from a @TalkTalk agent on my behalf. My internet is not working and Gary refused to register the complaint citing "it was an internal matter", ignoring broken internet. Escalating with @Ofcom

    @WeAreOpenreach Thanks for the response. To clarify: I did go through service provider (Talktalk) who agreed that it was a legit complaint to file with Openreach. Gary refused to book it even after he confirmed that an engineer file an incomplete job as complete

    How bad are @TalkTalk ? Having agreed to upgrade our broadband 4 weeks ago, I’m still waiting for them to switch it over. I’ve spent 7 hours this week on phone/chat. No one takes any responsibility, been passed around and cut off more times than I can remember. Time for a change.

    Got a message from @TalkTalk with an appointment for fibre to home instalation, so confirmed the appointment. Engineer came today and installed but the service from @TalkTalk to the house doesn't work. 4 hours on the phone to them and still no service.

    @UKAirband What’s the point!!! You can’t even connect new customers up on time your DM’s are quite rude, so far the experience is terrible I swear you run on drug dealer time!! Are you affiliated to talktalk by any chance . So far dealing with @UKAirband has been so poor
