    @TalkTalk I contacted your cs team as I noticed my bill increased with no explanation. I have checked and I don't have the email. How can you increase the price of a fixed contract, fail to notify me, and not offer a reasonable way of lodging a complaint about it? Awful customer service

    I've spent 35 mins on the phone trying to log a customer complaint about poor service and @TalkTalk operators haven't logged it yet.

    @TalkTalk Andy, the new provider has done all the above and you seem to have accepted this, that's why you sent the letter, but where is the final bill, you no longer provide the service, the contract has ended the vulnerable person is waiting for the final bill ,NOT a new contract @Ofcom

    Imagine starting a live chat with @TalkTalk from 6pm today and now it’s 10pm and still no resolution AND they’ve stopped replying... happy fxcking Monday.

    @TalkTalk Wifi is still not working, after a 4 hour live chat last night. Called this morning as it says your lines open at 8am but it’s telling me you’re still not open. Losing my patience.
