    @TalkTalk Should have sed 5 times since 0130 today. Not convinced problem is my end. Router just shows a red light. I am thinking of paying up my contract and going else where.

    Terrible service from @TalkTalk, I decide to upgrade my internet. Engineer arrived today, but the box that was sent down is faulty. 3 workings days to get a new one....with no internet...trying to work from home....😭

    @TalkTalk abosulte bunch of criminals offering clients a cheap service then up it ten fold 3 months later without letting them know then can't gwt hold of no customer service unless you know the home phone number it's ******* 2021 every 1 have mobiles you lot owe me money

    @TalkTalk another 'urgent' complaint call not received today, apparently now have to wait until the 30th, which will be 3 weeks without internet..... @Ofcom @resolvercouk We are changing suppliers, and not paying a release fee, you have severely broken your contract with me!!!

    @TalkTalk terrible customer service, not being provided the service promised. Been on the phone 1h30mins passed through 6 staff members. Been lied to on multiple occasions. Formally cancelling and raising with Ofcom. #shocking #broadband #talktalk

    @VodafoneUK I have been in constant touch with customer service and am now having to go through the motions so I can get to the end of the next 30 days and return to Talktalk. Shame your router is the worst we have ever used

    @TalkTalk Had the line checked yesterday. NFF bevause it happened to be up at that time. Very erratic has dropped and come back 5 times. Before you ask no new equipent and yes I do have a micro filter. Have diconnected the phone and problem is still there. When it up its fast around 72.
