@TalkTalk Hey Jo, (or whoever,) I did this 4 or 5 hrs ago, but there's been no response yet . Here's the issue: the package I recently signed up for was supposedly fixed @ £23.50/month. This month is the 2nd time, (at least,) I've been charged £26. Why is that?

I’ve been a loyal @TalkTalk customer for getting on for 20yrs but I swear to god my patience is wearing thin now. 99% the service is fine. But when there is an issue their customer service practices SUCKS!!

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, my wife managed to get a member of your team on the phone this morning who was helpful. A new router is being sent out which will hopefully sort this problem.

@TalkTalk Yes. Wi-fi symbol appear on both devices but can’t access apps, web, private and work emails. TV not connected either. That’s since approximately 10am yesterday. Poor show.

@TalkTalk Oh good now you can fix the rest of the UK, PO32 been dead since yesterday morning. Its very hard to get any work done when I cannot access the TFS let alone the webserver!

@TalkTalk not happy with how long repair taking 2 weeks to day and still not fixed #openreach no update either why did I renew my contract when something goes wrong to long to fix
