    @jenbren1976 Oh really? That’s pants. I haven’t tried TalkTalk but I did have Virgin for a while and that was just as bad. The router would just randomly turn off-on when it felt like it.

    @TalkTalk Just had a call now on my landline from a call center based in India claiming to be Talk Talk and telling me that my service is compromised. I am in North Yorkshire.

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk - On 28/6 you came to connect my mum (92, blind, deaf, in a wheelchair) to phone and broadband, and said that open reach would finish the job. We are still waiting. This is a serious safeguarding issue. Do I need to make a formal complaint to expedite the process?

    @TalkTalk Been calling @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup since last week but no one could help on my order & the managers never around whenever I asked to speak to them. You realised that you misconduct our contract agreement that we made on 22June2021 for upgrade. Will speak to #Ombudsman soon.

    @TalkTalk two hours using your online chat and still nowhere closer to sorting an issue. This is the 3rd time of trying this, first time after receiving a new router. Still having issues of disconnection repeatedly a day and have never been close to the 70mbs that was promised
