@EscapeTheory @TalkTalk All i can say is WOW, im so happy im finally leaving. so Talktalk internet will get a further £35+ from me for being out of contract and leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

@TalkTalk I have tried through your DM and chat session to be now directed to your ‘Customer Service’ 0345 number and have been sat on hold for 39.5 minutes so far!!! I am asking myself now, why am I attempting to renew a contract with a company who clearly has zero value for customers?

I have spent almost 6 hours speaking with the con artists @TalkTalk this week. Different stories, they've hung up on me, lied about replacing the router & tried to blame @CityFibre. Time for a complaint to @Ofcom.

@TalkTalk your fibre service is a complete joke! So is your technical support team and customer service team - my fibre price has gone up and my internet cuts out 3/4 times every HOUR! I can’t file a complaint because your systems are now being maintained - what am I paying for?

@TalkTalk You have given me a bad day for Fibre installation, BT Openreach have a SMS based booking service that I have tried to use to change the date, it says it will confirm my proposed date but never does. No idea what is going on. Help please.
