Hi @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup thanks for calling me yesterday about a COMPLAINT i made and then putting the phone down on me for the 5th time in 3 days?! And not calling me back! You really are a HORROR show of CLOWNS. Cancel my broadband contract IMMEDIATLEY.

@TalkTalk Complaint sent directly to CEO of TalkTalk Tristia Harrison as absolute rubbish service provided by her staff on calls and chat. Asked her how she would feel if her staff spent working hours on calls and chats to resolve an issue? Still waiting Tristia!!

Hi @ofcom. How do I go about filing a complaint about @talktalk? No internet for 5 days. No one answering phones or online chat. Twitter help unhelpful. Paying for fibre150 and I have nothing. No one to even talk to!?! For 5 days.

@TalkTalk As you have increased my bill cos I'm out of contract I have switched to Vodafone, its not just cos of the increase. your service is shite so that too is a contributing factor. Stop overcharging loyal customers.
