@Donald_Owens @TalkTalk @geteero Make sure the modem is working and putting out internet. Easiest way is to switch from modem->eero to modem->laptop (or other testing device that can plug in via ethernet and browse the internet), if it doesn't work, call the ISP

@TalkTalk Couldn't reply as have had no internet since last Wednesday. Nearly used all my data but finally have an engineer coming out. Issue re bing able to access My Account has not been resolved and escalated to CISAS.
