If they've breached their own code of conduct, you might be free to leave without penalty. Imagine if TalkTalk ran a restaurant.. being forced to eat uncooked food and fined for leaving

Come on @TalkTalk : utterly rubbish!🤬After being sold an ‘upgrade’, my elderly #shielding parents have had no internet for 22 days. Unable to shop online or communicate with their family. Rural, no mobile signal but you keep texting & emailing! #CustomerService appalling

@TalkTalk Hi, I'm out of contract on 17th March. How do I go about cancelling? because you gave been total crap from day one. WiFi dropping in and out, router deciding to stop working numerous times a day. Please get back to me, not expecting it tho, your customer service is awful.

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Thank you. They’ve spent 3hrs on live chat this morning to be told at @TalkTalk end they are sending 40mb to the router, but the test run online in the house came up at 1.13mb 🙄 they are trying to say it’s an issue with the device, even though the same test was run on 4 others
