Lorraine (@LorraineDon7) reportedHi @TalkTalk Bit confused.. elderly mum’s landline not working (internet ok). Did phone line test which logged a fault with reference number. Got text 5mins later saying broadband ok. Fault status changed to “action needed”. Does this mean phone issue still open?
