    @TalkTalk - changed to yourselves 6m ago. Was intermittent so was moved over to fibre 5 weeks ago. Since, I have used up phone data due to the service continually not working at our house and therefore keep defaulting to 4G. Have raised 5 times; keep being bounced around. Help!

    @TalkTalk my mum has had 3 weeks without Internet and lots of promises of someone will be out to fix it. Appointments made and then no contact. What that all about talk talk?
