@TalkTalk Hey Jo, (or whoever,) I did this 4 or 5 hrs ago, but there's been no response yet . Here's the issue: the package I recently signed up for was supposedly fixed @ £23.50/month. This month is the 2nd time, (at least,) I've been charged £26. Why is that?

@TalkTalk Just joined but the kit you sent won’t connect to broadband. Your online chat facility has been hopeless and I’ve tried calling but haven’t been able to speak to a real person. Not great first impressions! Grateful if you could DM me to tell me how I can get some help.
