    TalkTalk broadband was great but we’ve changed provider. Their customer service is the opposite of their broadband. Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on today’s call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

    @TalkTalk Hi, engineers attended my property yesterday and informed me that an outside cable needs replacing which could take a week or so, as I'm working from home answering emergency phone calls which needs support of the companies website can you arrange for a dongle please?

    @talktalk hello - is there a service outage or other issues with your system in the W2 area of London? Getting "connected without internet" message again, this time at at 17:05 onward on 7 July 2926. Having to use my Mobile Data. Thank you.
