    Gosh. #Talktalk couldn't fix our telephone over a 2 week period. Ran their same tests every day, but only when we chased them daily but never made an attempt to fix the issue. Now they want to charge us for cancelling a service they couldn't provide. Very frustrating.

    @TalkTalk I just did. They said I can't cancel an order that's stuck in their system. So you aren't giving me Internet and are refusing to cancel my order......
