    @RobbyRSSRobot @TalkTalk Mine is back up and running, hopefully yours will be too. But for this kind of communication is a big minus. P.S. never had any issues with talktalk before hand so they lost a few points for this.

    @TalkTalk FFS not again - I need it overnight. How many times a year am I going to lose service overnight due to maintenance. Going to have to switch to a more reliable service that has redundancy.

    @itvMLshow I asked Martin to look into why my broadband switch from Talktalk to Shell kept getting rejected and he put Billy on the case. SEVENTEEN attempts later I am no further forward and MSE Twitter ignore me and still recommend Shell. This is an MSE DISMAL FAIL and needs

    @TalkTalk Area not listed in list but broadband & phone is dead, would have been nice to know in advance, some of us work nightshifts from home. Sms or an email to hard to send? Reroute vis different provider while you working on your network? 😤😡🤬
