@TalkTalk Oh I have, I've spent weeks on the phone to you guys since July, you leave customers in queues for hours, then spend hours more PER CALL promising investigations, call backs, never call back, close tickets without communication or solutions. try ID16623966 and all the other ones!

@WeAreOpenreach @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph BT engineer came looked went away never been back Problem still not fixed why is an 83 year old paying for your communications line problem - that is still ongoing and why is she paying for fibre that isn’t working since *** 2020!

@OpenreachHelp Hi, my Mum has been told her broadband problem (further to a visit by a talktalk engineer) has been escalated to you 3 times now...are you able to give any further info please?

@TalkTalk I just keep being told now that the Glasgow issue is resolved and that there are no reported issues at present, despite many other people having this same problem. I've already tried sending DMs saying this but it just keeps going in circles. Just hope someone is looking into it

@TalkTalk disgraceful service this week. Worked at home as a keyworker for 19 months and this week unable to do anything due to broadband dipping out only to be told it’s a residential line and I shouldn’t be working at home using it! How else am I supposed to work #disgrace

@TalkTalk Hi I got cut off three times today. Fantastic customer service today… not. I am sorry but I am going to cancel broadband & phone because of it. Shocking 😡😡
