@TalkTalk Ridiculous! So I get everything changed over & tie myself into a new 18 months contract THEN I have to ‘wait & see’ if I was in the right?? Not very good customer service at all, wonder how many others you’ve caught out??

@TalkTalk have just emailed me to confirm an order I attempted to make, and then cancelled through the incomplete of the attempts to set up, back in November. Obviously I now can’t get through to them to make sure I’m not now in a contract with them. The worst customer service.

@TalkTalk Hi. My order was never processed properly despite much chasing so I cancelled in November and went with BT. Just been told now my order is confirmed - name is Charlotte Littleboy and order number is 00231884
