  @TalkTalk Eventually. They don’t know what an ACN is, or why it was not supplied. They also couldn’t tell me how I was supposed to know that my order had been rejected so I could re-order it - or why TalkTalk couldn’t do that for me. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

  Customer service from @TalkTalk has got to be the worst of the worst. Reckon I'd have more chance of having a chat to The Queen on the phone than getting an answer from them. Not what you need over Christmas with a house full of kids.

  In my day you cherished customers then I signed up with Talktalk,,slow, up down, and far from fixing the 21 day problems, all they want is Private DM, just meet the contract terms and fix the fault.

  How to un sell a product. Piss the customer off like Talktalk has. Thats 21 days of problems and what does Customer service do ....well its still not fixed, but they still say please DM....
