I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

Joanna Ross (@JoannaR47564283) reported@jomickane @Benleo @virginmedia I tried to transfer from Talktalk to Virgin but on the handover day Virgin never turned up after waiting for them all day. Then they told me the service wasnโt available in my area. Went crawling back to Talk talk.

I have asked to cancel my service
