    2 1/2 hours, 3 advisors, no resolution to my almost 10 year old youview box needing to be replaced, an engineer has to come out and I've waited at least 20 minutes to confirm an appointment. @TalkTalk customer service has gone right down the shitter in recent years.

    @1977_terri Oooft, that's a stinging endorsement. My worst, back in the day, was TalkTalk Business, but I have to admit that they have improved dramatically in the last few years.

    @TalkTalk I had an online chat with elainegrace on Wednesday and was promised a resolution within 48-72 hours but have received nothing. Please look into the issue.

    @ngdough @TalkTalk @Jimballs1985 I've been told by TalkTalk that Cityfibre engineers will fix the issue within 24 hours. It looks like I'm not the only customer with Internet down in Dundee.
