Twice today @talktalk has cut off and twice the service centre says nothings wrong...and I’ve tried the trouble shooting and that still hasn’t got it working. Please help.

@pisces33 @TalkTalk Well done. Best to give these cowboys a wide berth. We had 4x no show appointments to get connected, little to no communication. We’ve left. Take up their formal complaint route and then go to @Ofcom for the final stage. These need closing down.

*******, @TalkTalk are just insanely awful. Nearly four hours of chat over two days over a malfunctioning service and they're asking me if I have an Android or Apple phone?! Staggering. Just ******* staggering.
