@TalkTalk talk talk I am 60 I rung up to not renew.not honest they never did what I requested I have new company starting this month.shouldnt b having to do this no pre contractual information.i have over a year to cancel

@TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. Online line test fails, out e chat refuses to speak to me. Why am I not getting the service I have paid for!
