TalkTalk increasing prices - when you arrange to change they send an email with charge for breaking a contract early - this is a lie because it is our right not to pay leaving fees if they put their prices up, they have broken the contract. Complain and they drop the fee.

@TalkTalk Hi Andy. I have been with @virginmedia for 5 months, new install paying £29 a month for the hub 3 broadband only. Do you have a solution that works, for similar money?

  • TraceyS85929472 🌺Duchess🌺 (@TraceyS85929472) reported

@britchford9 @Figuregirl55 I have just moved and TalkTalk have twice not turned up to install a phone line for broadband. An engineer turned up to install the broadband and told me the phone line was installed, rang someone and was told the phone line is scheduled to be installed WTF ?

Sorry @TalkTalk but can you explain to me why I am speaking to someone who says can you connect a device to your talktalk Internet so we can run tests when I have said from the beginning our Internet is down? Asking me to do that numerous time... OUR. INTERNET. ISNT. WORKING

@TalkTalk AVOID THIS COMPANY GO WITH A PROVIDER THAT CARES MORE ABOUT IT CUSTOMERS AND ESPECIALLY LOYALTY CUSTOMER TO SAY THE LEAST AVOID WITH ALL COSTS DON'T GO WITH THIS PROVIDER BECAUSE THERE RESPONSE AND EVERYTHING IS NOT WAT THEY MAKE IT OUT TO BE IT IS DESCUSTING AND RUDE

  • ben_nuttall Ben Nuttall (@ben_nuttall) reported

@TalkTalk There seems to be some miscommunication here, which is ironic if you think about it. You see, I'm not a customer. I don't have account details. I was just joining in a discussion about your insistence of using cheques as a way to try to avoid paying refunds to your customers.

  • irvinbalagosa Irvin Balagosa (@irvinbalagosa) reported from Chichester, England

Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

  • charwarz Charlotte Godley (@charwarz) reported

Not only does this mean we’d have to take it to the bank and interact with people there to process it, you’re also making it so we would have to go back to an address we don’t live at and increase the risk that way too...this is a solved problem, bank transfer! @TalkTalk

  • mytvisevil Ben Norton Davies (@mytvisevil) reported

@TalkTalk Your helpline certainly hasn't been able to. We are switching over to Fibre tomorrow and haven't received the new router. On Friday you said it would arrive over the weekend. Today you say one was never requested

  • MajorJackeh Jackeh (@MajorJackeh) reported

@GaChunYau Been using EE for broadband since I've been here. I get an extra 5gb of data on my contract with them as well as a few other benefits if I wanted (i.e. Btsport or apple music) I used talktalk before I moved and the customer support wasn't great... No idea on vodaphone/plusnet
