@TalkTalk today you've emailed to say you're upgrading me. At risk of repeating myself, I want to cancel service. Only way to do it is to call a #premiumnumber. Am very tired. @guardianmoney @Ofcom #totallycrap

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk BT hiked up my broadband cost, via their online site there were no offers available, I rang up to cancel and they immediately dropped it to below last years price. I have the same dance with my car insurance, in fact everything. There should be laws!

@TalkTalk I have had nothing but issues with you since our order back in December..I've been lied to, fobbed off and finally got a TV box delivered and installed yesterday to not be able to record...you have sent us the wrong box!!! I've been cut off live chat twice. Disgraceful!
