Really disappointed with @TalkTalk, I had taken one of your deals as I felt it was good value and you provided a good service. However, it's now the day of installation and no one has turned up, I'm unable to get in contact and I'm left without internet. Not a good start.

@sophieJaldous @TalkTalk Apparently if they can’t fix the issue within 30 days you can cancel free of charge. But yeah, they’re charging me £100, which I will dispute. You can’t expect home workers and customers who’re locked down to go 30+ days without worthy internet (first world problems I know)

@OpenreachHelp @talktalk engineer raised trouble report 5th jan, requesting openreach engineer visit my home to resolve O\H line issue. Appt booked for 9th jan. openreach engineer didn't bother coming to house as didn't find a fault at the cabinet?!? Can he pls visit ASAP

@TalkTalk Internet completely down for the 2nd day in a row, self-employed and work from home so I'm at a loss now. Automated message says an engineer is booked but can I speak to an actual person to get an ETA for that please?

@TalkTalk I'm getting annoyed your Internet connection keeps going down in the b70 area near Birmingham, understandable if it's maintenance at night. I've restarted my pc, router and also reset my router. Your service is getting worse. It's definitely not my equipment.
