@TalkTalk Just had the worst possible customer service during an hour long phone call to one of your advisors! She was not able to rearrange an engineers appointment which I booked for just under two weeks’ time! She recommended I just miss it even though it would incur a fee (1)

@wayne_amsdon @TalkTalk save your breath mate. I was told by a talktalk agent in South Africa that it’s a system wide issue and it can take up to 3-5 working days for it to be fixed. What a joke of a company!

I'm as guilty as the next for calling out poor customer service on here. However, we should also point out great service. Thank you @TalkTalk for a seamless home move - fibre connected on time, at 53mb, better speeds than before, even out here in the sticks. 🙏

@TalkTalk Ur service is pathetic, please every user change this network, it has issue for more than three months. if you choose this network u will lose ur presence in most of the calls. please please don't choose this I did a mistake, you must correct this like I will kill cont 2mro
