@TalkTalk 2Mbps today trying to work from home. Impossible. This doesn't meet my contract. After 50 mins on the phone to you to be told your systems are down too and to wait 3 hours. you are not providing the service as per my contract. Whats the best download speed? Not 2mbps!

@GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk Cancel you near the end of your deal and the force you on to a new 24 month deal. When I said no I have to pay £90 early release! When I say no to that they transfer me to the people that can't access my account. The ones I've spoken to for three days. @TalkTalk 😡

@TalkTalk Can you please explain why you do not recommend me using a 3rd party router that is 100% stronger than yours? I am paying for the service just like I pay for a TV licence and can buy any TV to watch what I want to watch?

Switched internet providers to @TalkTalk because sky was crap and of course we still haven't got it working. Should have gone live yesterday. Ring the helpline and they say to talk call back in 3 hours...

Well my broadband switch over has gone very smoothly by by @TalkTalk if only you listened to your customer base & had U.K. call centres things might be different But loyalty means nothing these days
