    @DuurtyDon @TalkTalk If they carry on with your contract they have to send pre contract information u have over one year to cancel if they have not done tbat. the rights change. A new contract u have a 14 day cooling off period. They use ***** tricks by not answering or putting phone down

    @TalkTalk Hello, having major issues since we upgraded to Fibre 65. The connection is very temperamental. When it's running smooth it's fine, but quite often for no reason at all the WiFi isn't even good enough to play music on Alexa over WiFi, and I experience quite severe packet loss

    Anyone know the process to escalate a complaint when @TalkTalk just keep ignoring you? I raised a complaint months ago & despite them scheduling multiple calls they haven’t actually contacted me once. When I call all they do is arrange a complaints manager to call who never does

    @JackieJ40969592 @vixx_taylor @TalkTalk Apparently they forgot to process the cancellation and the rude women from overseas call center I need to go through cancel form again and now they scheduled it for 4 weeks again! I'm not even living there, they are a disgrace .

    @TalkTalk my father is a vulnerable customer and despite spending hours on the phone to finally cancel the contract, you are continuing to send him letters demanding payment. We’ve called endlessly getting passed around teams and promises of call backs. PLEASE can someone help.
