    I advise anyone looking for a landline provider to stay well clear of @talktalk after reporting phone line working vulnerable elderly couple have been left without their phone for 4 days now. When you contact their help centre you are told lies and contradictions

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk I wonder how ******** you're still in business with such an appalling service. Have the nerve to message me I have to pay £40 for an engineer that never turned up in the first place! I already lost £100 for a days work I missed! 😡

    @TalkTalk service centre have no idea how to resolve my issue. They have closed my complaints without resolution. This is day 14 of no internet / and it was apparently a “simple” home move!

    As regards my post about TalkTalk yesterday… Interesting fact. There’s no point contacting the Communication Ombudsman about their appalling customer service and lack of provision… as they are not signed up to the scheme. That speaks volumes to me
