    @TalkTalk Hello Talktalk, I have been experiencing internet issues for so many days here at Sheerness, Kent. I have dents mails via the billing email I usually receive but still no response. The service comes on and off and it’s frustrating.

    @SSE It looks as if the person who was helping to fix the long-term problem of a slow line has now moved to @TalkTalk. I was just asking what compensation I can expect for having such a slow line for so long. It's supposed to be an average 63Mbps, but I have 40Mbps.

    @TalkTalk Service the worst of all DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!! Call 1 - HUNG UP ON ME Call 2 - HUNG UP AFTER BEING RUDE Call 3 - Got through, without warning put me on hold and put me through to another call handler who again hung up on me. ALL WERE FROM A FOREIGN CALL CENTRE

    @TalkTalk I haven’t had internet since 5pm. Woke up this morning and it’s still off. I have had an incident report open since the 15/01/2023 as the internet keeps dropping yet nothing has been fixed. I work from home so need it sorting asap

    @TalkTalk That’s the thing though I’m not a customer of was with tiscali when it transferred to talk talk I was under the impression it stayed as is but as of today after 18 years I’m being told it will cost me to access an email I set up for free with no contract to talk talk disgrace

    PSA never ever, ever use @Talktalk. Been trying to cancel my broadband since 20th November and each the service representative fill out forms and each time I call back aft 10 days to confirm its been processed to be told no nothing has been cancelled. @Ofcom what will you do?

    @TalkTalk disappointed by your services. Took a contract two weeks ago.yestarday you disconnected me and then you decide I should take another new contract. Already charged me for the service. But now I have no internet for 2 weeks yet I paid for it. My 8years with you rewarded

    @TalkTalk Pointless, you've said u can't find a fault and sent a trouble shooting email. The result of that is contact customer service who can't find a fault lol...******* jokers
