@TalkTalk You didn't assist in anyway. Here you didn't. Facebook same BS. Technical support phones keeping on the hold for hours. Online chat clueless advisers. Account online not possible to find any help. You are throttling my broadband to 1 mbps in the evening, for a number of days!

Disgusting @TalkTalk, we have continued to pay a bill for a service that we are not being provided with. No help when ringing, no help over social medias... know the response would be immediate if i stopped paying. Well over 4 months now of crap wifi at home & solely using my 5g!

@TalkTalk 2 months no broadband. Cancelled on twice. Engineer did not turn up today. No communication whatsoever. Over 3hrs in telephone calls from me trying to sort this. Missed 2 go live dates. And so much more just wrong with this, want this rectified now! Disgraceful service

@_CatherineJames @TalkTalk The customer service over the phone is horrific you get passed from department to department.. all you get is automated voices, apologies and no further forward. I’m speaking to the twitter folk the now after 20 phone exchanges. Its shocking. Hope you get your issue is resolved

@TalkTalk My in-laws in their 80’s are talk talk customers & have been without phone & internet for 4 days. They were told it would take 2/3 days - this has not happened. Please help as they cannot get in touch with you & is causing distress.
