@sophieJaldous @TalkTalk Apparently if they can’t fix the issue within 30 days you can cancel free of charge. But yeah, they’re charging me £100, which I will dispute. You can’t expect home workers and customers who’re locked down to go 30+ days without worthy internet (first world problems I know)

@TalkTalk Last tues talktalk engineer visited my home and raised a trouble report requesting visit to my house from an openreach engineer - to solve my O/H line issue. The openreach engineer didn't turn up..Why is it so impossible to book another visit? @OpenreachHelp

@TalkTalk Internet keeps cutting out and slow. Its awful. Sometimes get 20mbs download speed which is awful when minimum is 36mbs. Please call me to discuss. British advisor too please, not south african as they are very rude anf not helpful.

@georgegalloway Hi George, @tech_mahindra a contractor of @TalkTalk is forcing people who can work remotely into work, 15 staff are isolating due to COVID 19, my sis has medical issues, no social distancing a possible death sentence.
