    @TalkTalk Any chance of sorting out the internet outage in the BT35 area. No internet from Xmas day and trying to get speaking to your customer care team is a joke. Disgraceful that it’s now out 4 days.

    @TalkTalk Ive had no internet for the last 24 hours,checked lines and connections all fine,nothing on Talk Talk website,went on independent sites for internet issues and multiple Talk Talk customers reporting issues! What is going on?

    @petebeddard Yeah. You would need the line active for the new provider to take it over. Should have just contacted the new provider, wasnt any need to contact TalkTalk to cancel. #RookieMistake
