@TalkTalk very strange way to run a business when Talk Talk would rather let a customer report a fraud on their account that has been carried out by staff member to the police rather than deal with it themselves by getting a manager involved. Oh well GM Police here I come.

Warning do NOT use @TalkTalk Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Engineer didn’t show up. Didn’t inform. TwitterDM “human” claimed engineer checked Wi-Fi remotely. But it STILL doesn’t work. Back 2 being told call. On hold 4 hours. phone lines so bad &robotic humans. Video of calls coming-AVOID

@MarcAspinall Boring, but I use BT. The service is great and reliable, just not as cheap as some others. I'd rather pay a bit more than suffer the crappy customer service of Virgin or TalkTalk for example.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup you didn’t acknowledge him switching 2 years ago, set up a new account months later, charged him for two years and then refuse to help. No phone calls back, no help via email, no way of properly contacting you & the worst customer service I’ve ever known!

@TalkTalk didn’t show up to the engineering appointment yesterday. No Wi-Fi in the upstairs of home. 2 hours on phone to customer service that don’t assist. Anyone know which broadband/tv providers have good Uk based customer services & will send engineer. Last time took 3 months
