  Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here

  @TalkTalk Hard to believe this ! What a shambles, Openreach engineer turned up (The 2 nd one)(2nd Visit) sorry mate can’t do that need specialist fitter. I really have no confidence whatsoever now, the communication just to fit fibre is awful.

  Update... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

  @TalkTalk my Wi-Fi is only blinking orange since 10 o’clock last night and it won’t change to white and I can’t access the account because it’s my mum’s name and she’s at work any help

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided

  @SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.
