    Anyone using @TalkTalk FTTP? They have a cracking Black Friday deal. We already have FTTP with another ISP so we know our cabling is fine, so just depends what their backhaul/support is like I guess.

    @TalkTalk Well, I wish I could cancel this without having to call again to be honest, I have spent about an hour on the phone over the last two nights and still not got through. Passed on twice and the connection went dead x 2 . So I have limited confidence tomorrows call will be better

    @StripeyMiata @TalkTalk I've heard their support is dire. Nearly signed up but was warned off. Went with @Plusnet who had brilliant support but unfortunately didn't offer FTTP so moved to BT

    @TalkTalk Talktalk were due to end my service yesterday but I've had no written communication and nothing regarding getting the equipment. Still no service. If they charge me from today I'm going to be all over Twitter showing the non speed. Please provide a freedom if information req

    @TalkTalk Woke up to no service again...seriously now this is over ridiculous, every month your service is down, I still get overcharged, I haven't got any compensation for those weeks I had no service..you know the problem is congestion on ur line, sort it! I need my service back ASAP.

    @TalkTalk hey TalkTalk, we were promised new fibre broadband yesterday after moving house 2 weeks ago. Nothing. We were promised our case would be escalated. Nothing. You’ve now promised us December 9th. Shall I assume you’ll fail to deliver on this as well? Just disappointing

    @Z_Energy @VodafoneUK Sounds like a common issue here. We have the same thing, been with talktalk 12 years never had a problem. Vodafone 3 months, drops out every day... Response to our complaint... Buy a booster for £40 at our expense!
