    @TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

    Just had the most incredibly dismal experience of customer service with TalkTalk. This is not about the regurgitation of CS placatory comments that are expertly delivered by operatives with no ability to help with anything outside the prescribed script. More in the next tweet!

    @TalkTalk Yes I'm having problems with my broadband, plus I'm not the only person in my area, this has been going on since Sunday, received another Router today and still having same issues

    The continuing saga of TalkTalk After 1 hour yesterday and 2.25 hours today still have no resolution! I received a letter from Talk Talk claiming I’d requested a change of provider however ‘it wasn’t too late to change my mind’! This claim is so NOT true! More to come!

    I’ve been a TalkTalk customer for many years and evidently the only way to resolve is start a new account! 5 operatives + 3.25 hours of calls later, several times ‘being on hold’ with the same mind numbing music and all managers in meetings or on calls I’m still disconnected!

    @marktewk Yes, never had a problem, but it took a hell of a effort to convince them the problem was elsewhere, eventually the problem was with openreach which effected Sky BT TalkTalk customers

    So no progress with Internet problems with #talktalk since Sunday just going around in circles 4 days now, it is clearly a #openreach problem it's effecting BT, Sky customers in this area If this is not sorted I'm going back to #Virgin clearlybroadband are as bad as our roads

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    No Internet for a week now with #talktalk probably spent 3 hours talking on phone many more hours online none can solve the problem as with 20 other houses nearby #sky #BT its obviously a#openreach problem but none of them work together to resolve the problem,

    @saisieplums We had a issue in this area and it effected Sky BT and TalkTalk it was a openreach issue who they all depend on, but how talktalk delt with it was useless they would not believe me that was not just my property

    @TalkTalk I did not, but it is not just me, it's effecting all our phones not just lap top, there are dozens of other houses in the area who are either BT TalkTalk Sky, this I believe is a issue with open reach But no one wants to contact them

    @TalkTalk I've always been with Sky but have just moved to @TalkTalk. What a mistake that was. Never had a problem with Sky but setting up with @TalkTalk has been an absolutely nightmare and still no broadband!!! How am I supposed to work from home?!

    @TalkTalk @Marcin_Nowak81 This shouldn't need a DM. It's the same intermittent issue as yesterday. It's also affecting BD16. Please can we have an update on the exchange issue? Is this to do with your planned maintenance upgrades? Be aware, this is our 3rd major outage this year!

    @onemichaelrossi @TalkTalk Yesterday I told talktalk that many others were experiencing the same problem, for them to then tell me that openreach had "just" informed them of an issue at the Bingley exchange, only for openreach to tell me this morning they are not aware of any issue at the exchange. 😠😩😵

    @TalkTalk The intermittent internet issue in Bingley, West Yorkshire continues. It's nearly 24 hours now! Can we have a general update. I've regularly checked your service centre and already sent numerous DMs. Customers deserve better communication.

    I hate scam callers. Just had one claiming to be from @TalkTalk technical support. When I asked why they were calling me she said "It's about your internet security". Yeah right.
