    @saisieplums We had a issue in this area and it effected Sky BT and TalkTalk it was a openreach issue who they all depend on, but how talktalk delt with it was useless they would not believe me that was not just my property

    @marktewk Yes, never had a problem, but it took a hell of a effort to convince them the problem was elsewhere, eventually the problem was with openreach which effected Sky BT TalkTalk customers

    No Internet for a week now with #talktalk probably spent 3 hours talking on phone many more hours online none can solve the problem as with 20 other houses nearby #sky #BT its obviously a#openreach problem but none of them work together to resolve the problem,

    @TalkTalk I did not, but it is not just me, it's effecting all our phones not just lap top, there are dozens of other houses in the area who are either BT TalkTalk Sky, this I believe is a issue with open reach But no one wants to contact them

    So no progress with Internet problems with #talktalk since Sunday just going around in circles 4 days now, it is clearly a #openreach problem it's effecting BT, Sky customers in this area If this is not sorted I'm going back to #Virgin clearlybroadband are as bad as our roads

    @TalkTalk Yes I'm having problems with my broadband, plus I'm not the only person in my area, this has been going on since Sunday, received another Router today and still having same issues

    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk I've never set it up, simply because I generally deal with e-mails on my desktop. This morning, webmail won't load on my phone either, using Chrome.

    @TalkTalk Not yet - there's been an additional login screen for some time now, but the full upgrade hasn't yet been installed.

    @TalkTalk Your call center in Mumbai or wherever is also down and unable to help with tech support problems. The guy i spoke to was so bad at English i put the phone down.

    @TalkTalk I’ve already done these steps, nothing has helped. It’s a bit stupid to be honest, I can’t use the WiFi because my daughter is connected to it on her now tv box. Never had this issue with Sky

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mike. I switched to a new supplier in May. BT installed a fibre line & removed the old line (with your service) in error. I emailed TT the next day to explain. Not only have I not needed but I've not had any service with you since May 28 but I'm asked to pay until Aug 26

    @Ofcom I need your help regarding a complaint with @TalkTalk from day one I have been reporting slow internet and poor service than what I was promised. Cancellation department doesn't want to speak and I've been transferred to one dept to another. They also want to charge fee.

    My @TalkTalk internet router is not working. I've received an automated email saying an engineer will come out in the next 3 working days to fix the problem. It's a bank holiday weekend so it looks like the issue will not be resolved until next week! 🙄
