    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo as you see in messages I’ve already ‘had someone looking into this’ - in fact 5 people during 3.25 hours of hanging asking for an unrequested disconnection to be stopped This didn’t happen Can you make it happen without me becoming a new customer? Lise

    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @AnnHarrisskitt @TalkTalk This is the third outage I have had 7 months into a 12 month contract. From experience… I’d say go find an alternative for a day or two. They are shocking

Her mobile signal is pretty non existent in her house but we were told this was not priority. 🤬. Mum was pretty much cut off especially as my sister is in Oz

    @TalkTalk Impossible to get through to a manager, agents are rude, no solution to my problem. Won’t give me money back. Absolutely atrocious. Spent hours on end on phone with absolutely no end in sight.
