Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

Part of the exit script was to have to return equipment I have paid for or be charged again for the privilege of buying already. What a joke TalkTalk!

A bit of searching turned up a lot of TalkTalk customers on forums complaining of the same issue, as you throttle bandwidth. I can't wait until January when I'm no longer your customer. Worst ISP ever!
