    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @talktalk is the shittiest internet. I've had it since October and am paying for 36mbps and I have never had more than 12mbps. Called to complain, was told that theres a problem with the local exchange but they don't know when it can be fixed? Told me to call daily?!

    @TalkTalk the customer service is far from ideal. Who tells the customer to call each day until the issue is resolved. I have better things to do with my time than call Talk Talk for a daily complaint session?! Anyone else dealing with this nonsense?

    @TalkTalk Khristin is there a reason you just stopped replying to my DMs over 20 mins ago or are you just being rude? Or perhaps you prefer to do this in public? I’ve got nothing better to do since this is the 5th day that my TalkTalk internet hasn’t worked.
