    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

    And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @LiamDanGeorge @TalkTalk Regardless, every provider except virgin uses the Openreach network which means an openreach engineer will need to come out. For some orders they only need to go to the exchange, for others they’ll need to go into your property. Those are the ones openreach are rejecting

    @TalkTalk I am out of contract and will be moving soon, looking for the best provider in the area, this is unlikely to be you so what number do I need to call to cancel account?

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @TalkTalk That’s all you guys ever say but you never actually solve the problem. I’ve been without internet for 5 WEEKS and still nothing is being done. Customer service on the phone is shocking and the chat takes forever.

    @TalkTalk Stephen in Belfast disconnections may have saved the day/my sanity by actually listening to the problem & understanding & being more human & less scripted. I shall be reconsidering staying once I’ve checked the competitor’s deals. Here’s hoping as what with a baby & no work...

    @TalkTalk Avoid this sham of a company!! will give u a really **** service then when u refuse to pay for that **** service will threaten you with court even though they breached their own contract by not giving a reasonable service. Go to @skytv best one out there by a mile

    @TalkTalk It’s just so slow, most days it doesn’t work properly. It is laggy and not what u tell us. But tbh it’s better than sky, sky got problems

    @TalkTalk pls we had the same problem for the last year and this box is badly a year old. it's acc a joke, I'm highly considering moving broadbands now.

    @TalkTalk @JK1n1 Absolutely livid.I was told by your chief exec’s office my complaint had been sorted and I would be credited £50 for loss of service and my hours of wasted time. Instead, I’ve been charged £30 for the engineer you sent to my house to resolve a non-existent fault.
