@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk You will lose a lot of clients like myself, if this **** isn't fixed by the hour. Wtf is up with you guys, this might just be the worst broadband to exist ever and its expensive for nothing. I need my Internet juice back on ASAP.

More than 12 months later I have been contacted by debt recovery agents. Not only did @TalkTalk not cancel at my request they continued to charge me for over 12 months, at one point even renewing my contract. All with no contact despite my request.

@TalkTalk It doesn’t hide the fact that you didn’t tell my 83 year old gran this in terms she could understand, which means that she’s 1000’s out of pocket. Disgusting service.

I continued moving and cancelled my direct debit. I received no contact from @TalkTalk. 12 months later I am contacted by debt recovery on your behalf. Not only did you not cancel or contact, you continued to charge me for service for over 12 months including a contract renewal.

@TalkTalk #badcustomerservice Hello @TalkTalk, I called you to cancel my service due to a unnotified house move. This I made clear but my battery went dead before our conversation finished. I cancelled payments and you did not attempt to contact me again.
