I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

@TalkTalk Can you explain to me why my elderly Mum’s broadband has yet to be repaired? It has now been faulty for over a month, we have notified you & been promised repairs will be carried out numerous times. It is unsatisfactory that she is paying for a service that she is not receiving.

September, then yesterday told it would be another 30 days. In addition, we’ve been hung up on and spoken to in a disgusting manner on multiple occasions. Is this legal? can TalkTalk effectively hold our line hostage? We have no internet or data signal

@TalkTalk Thank you to Mike (from the DMs) & Jennifer Ntshangase for their support, humanity & excellent customer service. Mum's landline is still not fixed but fingers crossed @WeAreOpenreach will sort it today, 9 days after it broke.
