    @TalkTalk Talk talk switched over to fibre & provided customers with a new wireless fibre router. This new router does not give the option to SWITH OFF WIRELESS. They have completely disregarded those of us that are sensitive to EMF and have a wired network. DO NOT USE TALK TALK!

    2/2. I have put a date in the diary for November 22 to start looking for an alternative before the new contract expires - my blood pressure can't take dealing with @TalkTalk any more !!! Or are all broadband providers equally bad ?

    @TalkTalk OMG still not sorted, girlfriend on phone now to a rep who is shouting at her , 5 diff people now and she is getting stressed, just want to cancel contract as moving, new house not build so can't provide service to new house, disgraceful treatment from the staff.

    @TalkTalk I am fuming right now. I moved house and you have charged me for an engineer to come fix my modem issue!!!! It cheekily said in the email ‘as advised’ NOBODY advised me of a charge and you can check that in our conversations to confirm!!!!

    @TalkTalk Talk talk have taken the cop out cheap route by only providing chat online service after hours. Your customers wish to talk to a real person on the phone. You provide an essential service! Act like it!

    @TalkTalk your colleague Omar in Tech Support in Manchester is a confirmed liar & fraud! 2 weeks w/o new fibre now & he told me ‘you can leave if you want, you can’t get fibre anyway’. Turns out this is a pack of lies. No internet for 2 weeks now you con artists!!
