@TalkTalk No you didnt. You asked me to do what I have already done which hasnt got the issue sorted at all and now you are saying a mager will call me on my landlinr WHICH ISNT WORKING AS MY SERVICE IS DOWN! I gave you my mobile days ago, noone has tried to call to get this resolved

@TalkTalk so the reason we had 3 BT engineer visits to fix our internet is because Talk Talk stopped the first 2 from switching over our port because we’d agreed to a contract with another ISP, so thought they could force us to take a new contract. Is that even legal?

How bad are the broadband and energy companies websites apps and live chats. @EONhelp app has been terrible all morning and 3/4 hours to get through on the phone. I think they are using the COVID as an excuse sometimes. And don’t get me started on @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Absolutely the worst people if you just come out of an abusive relationship and trying to leave dont expect any sympathy or help infact expect them to just leave the conversation which they did to me i have the full conversation saved to my phone to prove it
