@TalkTalk I’ve been trying all day to reach customer services who, last week confirmed they would fix my new fibre line. 5 days in, as promised by you and still not fixed. I need an update! It’s been 7 days since the line was installed. This is a poor for a comms company to have no comms!

No one called me in last 5 weeks. Absolutely pathetic. Awaiting 8 weeks to complete, I will take it up with CISAS and Ofcom

@TalkTalk 6 days in a row TT internet has been down DL10. Called 15 times to try and get fixed but TT disconnected the call 14 times denying their any faults! TT customer service is shocking!
