So I get a letter today off @TalkTalk telling me that they will cut me off if I don't pay -- letter dated 31 Jan. They've already cut me off, so NOT really helpful. Wish I'd never switched to them. Been a problem since the start.

@TalkTalk I have just wasted 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel my service, my contracts over, I don't want to continue paying and I've been hung up on 4 times. I don't have time to wait on the phone, I have to go to work and today was also for doing my uni coursework.
