  It is extremely worrying to read the negativity about @TalkTalk I've never known a company be in such a bad light. From personal experience, if I knew their customer service was as poor as it's been towards me, I'd have never got in to a contract with them. Customers come last

  6am and @TalkTalk has already begun to fail. Doesn’t look promising for the rest of the day. Work WiFi it is then. Useless. Paying for a service you don’t receive.

  @TalkTalk Is this already happening?? Our internet disappeared out of the blue and now we’ve received a text saying that it might take 3 working days to fix it. We’re working from home, how are we going to work without internet?? 3 days? It’s shocking!

  @runlouist @TalkTalk @Plusnet Same here. Not long joined so unimpressed with speed and customer service. They have no interest in helping and I can’t get any work done.

  @TalkTalk my internet has dropped 7 times now since I joined you just over a month now. I have to reboot the router or use the online test system that doesn’t find anything but brings it back on line. Help needed
