It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
