@TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

I am announcing here that @TalkTalk is the biggest liar and one of the worst Internet providers. Their agents just lie to your face and they can't even get their contractor @OpenreachHelp work and fix problem for days!!

@TalkTalk After problems getting coverage my nan who had complained had an appt made for today between 6 and 9am. She has been up before 6am so not to miss this appt as she was told she would be fined otherwise. And at a quarter to 9 she is told appt is cancelled until the 30th.

They left me without internet for over a month, they never communicated anything I didn't have to chase & chase, & 30 days after the resolving of the situation, they still haven't paid me the statutory compensation. 1/

@Plusnet My WiFi keeps dropping and has done for the last 2 weeks adt random intervals and varying times. If I wanted rubbish WiFi i would have stayed with TalkTalk. Please fix this.
