@TalkTalk no broadband since this morning. using mobile data to 'check line' and it just keeps looping round (after saying it looks like I have a broadband problem) on the sevice status check latest version released yesterday. This is no help. I live in South Warwickshire.

@TalkTalk Ive been having issues all day. Internet works but anything live doesn't. So market data and gaming is all offline... Manchester/Rochdale area - can't find any live issues and ran just about every test I can on kit.

So tomorrow @TalkTalk are adamant that I have an appointment booked to fix whereas when you speak to @OpenreachHelp they say no reference whatsoever. I can’t get them to talk to each other but why would when they only have the same parent company

@TalkTalk hi, I need to cancel my broadband (in cooling off period) I moved home, I had 77mb in my old home & only getting 2mb now. I was told this may be the case & that I could cancel. I work full-time & currently doing overtime as we're close to the festivities. Can you help?
