Just has some door to door sales people for I think it was @TalkTalk trying to get me to sign up for something and give my bank details on the doorstep saying they aren't setting anything up and I can cancel but they need my bank details. Sounded suspicious to me.

@TalkTalk Can you provide me with the direct tel number for your City Fibre loyalty team? I need to discuss the renewal price of my contract with someone. Me + my boyfriend have been passed around different teams over the phone for 3.5 hours!! This is appalling customer service.

@TalkTalk All working this morning but I'm thinking a need a backup plan if the main broadband goes down. I have many smart home devices that need a Internet connection ie smart car for my electric car smart lights etc

@sarsapamander @TalkTalk Exactly. That's what made me suspicious. I said at the start of wsnt to read a contract before I sign up for anything and they said they could send me it, but only after I signed up, gave my details and then could call a number to cancel if I change my mind. Highly suspicious
