I understand your concern about the 7-month internet delay after switching from BT Business to TalkTalk, and the perceived 6-month Ofcom limit on claims. Ofcom guidelines allow complaints up to 12 months after an issue, but they recommend acting quickly. If BT's actions contributed, escalate to Ofcom or their ADR scheme. so my poor step brother trying to order Full fibre BB from talktalk when you guys at @CityFibre tell them its not available however you sent an engineer a few weeks back to him, so who is right or wrong eh, also you site says full fibre available in bh12 4bf area ?? hmmmm
