@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@alessroby @bt_uk I got told the issue was my end and if they sent a technician out it would cost the same as canceling my contract and moving... so I moved to TalkTalk and it has worked ever since. If they had just sent a new router I bet they would still have me.

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

@TalkTalk lady in retention department was so lovely today and transferred me to the full fibre team. Really wanted to help me out so thanks to her. Unfortunately the woman in the full fibre team heard my problems with talktalk and never once apologised, terrible customer service

Gah @TalkTalk are the worst, I don't get paid till 20th, rang up to get an extension, and they're still going to charge me a late fee even though its not due till 14th and I'm following their damn rules on extension, so yeah avoid the thieving barstards
