@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

@TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

@KarlHall9 @TalkTalk And they dont reply to complaints. They wait for 8 week time to reply to lapse, then tell you to escalate complaint through #CICAS this is a very long procedure to lodge your complaint with CISAS. Prob they hope most customers give up by then.😡

@TalkTalk absolute worst company ever. Cancelled my account and paid fees and still getting bills through the door. Can’t explain the stress, unplugged after a day and have never used it. Cancelled my account months back when I spoke to customer service and STILL getting bills!!

Hi @TalkTalk I thought your internet service was bad but your customer service is even worse! I have waited over 2 weeks for a new router and I was told on the phone today to be patient! Seriously?! I cannot access my work VPN and am unable to do any work!

@ClaireMulvey @TalkTalk 100%. I lasted 3 months before we parted by mutual consent and a full refund. I was getting speeds from the 90s and customer service from bc. Awful company. I’m happy for your loss.

@TalkTalk so my elderly widowed mother left your firm. You are now threatening her for money she doesn’t owe for a contract she doesn’t have. She can’t get sensible answers from cust service and she phoned me in tears. Gt cust service for a widow on her own in a pandemic 🤬
