@OpenreachHelp You’re incorrect, Talktalk do not want to know! It’s your engineers who are the preferred contractors, they should know never leave a site in a state worse than you entered it. I worked for BT for 24 years. You are fitting a router that only one SSID, IP cameras need 2.4 Wi-Fi.

@TalkTalk are the worst, right? They put my bill up twice in a year, after promising a fixed price. I complained about it this morning and their response is that they can't do anything (except increase my bill!?) soz. NOW my internet is being slow AF. Recs for good companies?

@JohnEsling Exactly so, John, the irony being that TalkTalk’s perception of ‘efficiency’ meant I spent 7 hours trying to explain and resolve problem that could have taken 15 minutes on the phone…and they’ve lost a customer!

Maybe DM me, @TalkTalk I would still be interested in your service IF you figure your **** out and do more than say “contact your old ISP” when in fact YOU were the ones who needed to talk to CityFibre (call them, not just use their Orderdesk). @GiganetUK sorted me out SAME DAY.

@TalkTalk you lost a potential customer because of your failings. On CityFibre, told you got RSF3 error. Turns out you COULD have fixed things by calling CityFibre as I suggested. Instead you said you couldn’t do anything. BULLSHIT. Now with @GiganetUK #lazy #failure
