@talktalk your technical help desk just hang up on me as I pointed out 72 hours to escalate a problem is 3 days. The lady got the **** and just hung up. TalkTalk beyond a joke now

@psd09_ @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I agree, I’ve spent over 8 hours on the telephone over the last four days. They’ve gone through the diagnostic tests about 10 times and an engineer has been out from Openreach who says there is no problem with the BT fibre box and I have full high speed fibre. I’m at my wits end!

@TalkTalk we did contact your team 5 times in the last 2 hours and we got nowhere. They were rude, they were incompetent, even accused us of lying and not having any technical issue. If this is the way you provide your services and treat your customers you deserve to go out of business.
