    @TalkTalk All your DM did was send me a link, which confirmed there are apparently issues somewhere, not specifying if the known issue is affecting my area, or if I am having a separate new issue. Not very helpful.

    @TalkTalk @JCAllison55 What significant investment have you made? Even your CEO was quoted as saying the network was coping well even with 40% more usage only 2 months ago and now there is a price hike. To say more devices are now connected, then maybe you want to stop new contract altogether?

    This is the crap you get back of @TalkTalk I am no longer a customer of theirs as far as I’m concerned I paid the final bill & cancelled the Direct Debit. I want my old account details removed from their data base. They don’t have a good history of looking after people’s data

    Talktalk literally just said "its openreach's problem" and closed the chat, I'm not even joking. Had to use the local council website to figure out they're doing works in the area (big fiber upgrades everywhere, so ig someone did something stupid to the wrong wire)
