@TalkTalk Phone down last week, on/off intermittently. Worked today now off again. Reported and told it national issue with outreach and nothing can be done. No managers on a Sunday- what kind of nonsense is this?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what kind of **** serivce are you providing i have took 2 hours for a cancellation 1 month back amd again today i am receiving another bill for the same. And calling customer serivce is the worst lots of **** formalities and still too ****. @BBCNews

I've not been asked what the issue is, what I would deem an acceptable resolution, and even though they have my mobile number, I've received no call to try and expedite a resolution. This just adds to the list of examples of how @TalkTalk has zero consideration for its customers.

@TalkTalk Is it ofcom that I can report #talktalk to?. My 55yr old sister has been trying for 3 weeks to sort this out and I will be taking it as high I the complaint can possibly go no matter what the outcome. Your company is a disgrace no matter whether you sort it out or not.

@TalkTalk after calling to close my account three times, paying over a month’s fees on hold as well as a month internet at an address I no longer live at due to you delaying I have been told today that an engineer will go (to my previous address) to install broadband. Terrible

@TalkTalk congratulations on being the absolute worse internet provider going. I've had 3 bad disconnections in the last week alone. If it's not sorted out soon I'm changing provider because this is ridiculous
