@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Talk Talk is an utter utter disgrace, brain dead agents hang up every time because my question isn't addressed in their answer manual. Sort it out @TalkTalk totally dreadful company and service (plus the wifi itself is abysmal)

@TalkTalk I'm due installation of full fibre internet on my property on the 18th of October. I have yet to receive any emails notifying me about the equipment I need for the installation or a delivery date. I have learning disabilities so I am finding this stressful, please help?
