@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk trying to cancel my service and I just get an automated message saying “the system is down and we are unable to process your call”. So infuriating!

@TalkTalk No phone or internet since before 7am, no one to speak to, unable to register fault as it was coming up no fault until much later-useless. Really difficult to find support number, through to automated service, at the end of automated response just said we are closed and call end.

@TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account with you since 22nd March, and still am not able to do so. I raised a complaint, was told a manager would call me, this did not happen. I was advised a refund would be issued, this has also not happened. Can you assist?

Internet was fine all day yesterday but 7 minutes after i start streaming it dropped completely (@TalkTalk say there is no problem though lol). So no stream today, Tomorrow new internet is connected and also some upgrades so i can bounce back problem free hopefully :)

@TalkTalk Could you define what's is meant by TT help? I have been told multiple times your CEO team shall contact me to clarify a deadlock letter & they haven't bothered. Hiding behind their poor call centre colleagues having to deal with customers frustration with the CEO teams failings.
