@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

Only when you're a @TalkTalk customer do you upgrade your package and pay more for a higher broadband speed, and then the speed goes down! And when you call up to find out why you are spoken down to by a rude 'customer services' adviser... TalkTalk you need to sort it out!
