  @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

  @TalkTalk painfully useless CS. I can’t close an account which opened by mistake by you when I moved home. Spent hours on phone and on webchat, I have to call loyalty team again whic I did 4 weeks ago. Shame!!!!! Useless customer service

  @lochvue @VodafoneUK Counting the days - approximately 30 - til I can get rid of TalkTalk. Same ****.
