@JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

@TalkTalk WiFi is down.....tried rebooting twice and nothing....as we now need to work from home, this makes things extremely difficult / impossible! Help!? Please?!

@TalkTalk I phoned TT and was told there's been an "incident", so I'll leave it for now in the hope/expectation the fault will be fixed soon. As things stand I can receive but not send, whereas over the weekend I had no email whatsoever.
