    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I feel for you and support you in pursuing the company. We had a very similar experience with TalkTalk when my mother-in-law passed away. This included resorting to just cancelling the direct debit, which resulted in a bill for something like £30 which we just paid in the end.

    @TalkTalk I’ve rang 6 times these past 2 weeks about connectivity issues. Just rang again due to it being down and I was just hung up on. All I wanted to do was cancel my contract with you, seems I can’t even do that.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for asking me to DM and then telling me in private that she still has to call back the original no because you are a text team. Your lack of customer service for a vulnerable customer is beyond belief. I will help her move to another provider.

    The Final Straw with @TalkTalk Spent nine minutes trying to get through to someone to cancel my account after struggling for almost a month to get the service I paid for. They really are abysmal. Roll on 11th August when my new service providers service should kick in.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I am sorry for your loss+the terrible experience with Vodafone. A couple of years ago when my parent died I was very grateful 4 the kindness+best practice from TalkTAlk- dedicated bereavement support line; Unintrusive+efficient. Really made a difference at the time. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Three days ago your company said the complaints team would call us about the many issues I have repeatedly contacted you about since my mum died in May. They have still not called and my father still doesn’t have a service you are overcharging him for. Disgusting!

    @TalkTalk We have reported you to trading standards. Despicable and time wasters trying to get us poor folk roped into your 2 year contract by making us go around in circles to get in touch with you. Disgusting. Everyone should avoid you like the plague.
