I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

Talktalk has effectively hidden the telephone number and made it near impossible for him to contact you. As I said DD cancelled
