    @TalkTalk awful service.... just to activate a sim card which you sent.. only to be told I haven't got mobile account even thou I have been paying you for 5 yrs... Awful service

    @TalkTalk hello, I have continued Wifi problems where I every time I’m on a Zoom call the connection isn’t good enough and drops out. Please can someone call me so I don’t have to wait on hold forever?

    Can @TalkTalk please explain why my father has no phone line, no internet and when we phone to sort out we are told that "this service is currently not available" and the phone goes dead

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we don’t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    @killer_giants @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Well, to counter this, although it was 24 hours later than I hoped, I’ve just had a very pleasant exchange and lots of patient help from a lady called Angel in the customer support team

    @TalkTalk .. been a good customer but leaving as the internet playing up and then I get a bill more per month to end of contract... great service for being a good customer not ...

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    @travis542372663 @TalkTalk I agree I complained to Susie Buckridge as Talk Talk knew my 90 yr old single mum was vulnerable has dementia and a medical box limked to her phone that was out of order from Dec 23rd to Jan 6th and did nothing to help.Incompetent staff and complaints office useless. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk To be fair to @TalkTalk , after the internet crashed they were up and running again four hours later. Internet crashing happens to all internet service providers that I have ever been with. Not sure though why the text message said "The new estimate is 14/01/26 before 1 PM."

    Talktalk worst customer service ever 10 days without service hours of data used with online chat as you cant speak to a human. 2 engineers out and still no bloody solution

    @TalkTalk I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. £1957.27 UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS,NO REFUND.AFTER YEARS OF USING TALKTALK I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.WHEN THINGS GO WRONG THEY HAVE A TEAM TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SUCCEED WITH YOUR CLAIM .THEY USE CISAS TO MARK TALKTALK OWN HOMEWORK.

    @TalkTalk what a shambles of a company, first of all we have been paying for a service which hasnt worked in months, endless discussions back and forth for them to tell us they dont provide the tv box we have installed anymore thats why it hasnt worked
