@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

@TalkTalk worst customer service of a broadband provider I've ever experienced. 2 no shows from Openreach this week, every customer service assistant I speak to sells a different story and today you hung up on me three times whilst trying to deal with your no shows. Call me.

Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

I'm bloody furious @TalkTalk after making me run through tests I told him I'd already done he tells me the problem is fixed and to call back if it isn't. When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

@TalkTalk I’m in London N11 and my internet has been down since yesterday 7pm briefly came back on and turned off again today at 7/7:30pm, the broadband light on my router sometimes flashes and the internet one is off completely, tried connecting to the test socket to no avail,suggestions?
