@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk it’s been nearly 4 weeks since we have had no internet. Called up multiple times and no one is willing to help. We phoned up 2 weeks before we moved house to get it all moved over to find out no one moved it over. What are you going to do about this?

@TalkTalk I am no longer a customer. You billed me an extra month after my contract ended and you knew I wasn't renewing. And now I'm getting unpaid bill letters. The issue was raised at thd time of the extra bill and still I'm being pestered.

@TalkTalk I had exactly the same problem on Monday, both times after your network went down. A test was performed on Monday and I was told an engineer had to come out. On Tuesday I had access back. Then today you had downtime and I am now having the same problem connecting to the service

@TalkTalk As I said I’m fine. Unless you can stop Talktalk wasting money by sending out needless replacement routers I don’t think any amount of DMs will help. PS I’ve had 4 unnecessary replacements as I use my own router which works perfectly!

@TalkTalk 11 days of no internet, 6 different people, 6 troubleshootings and still you haven’t agreed to send an engineer out. Now I have to wait for another call this evening. This kind of service is appalling.
