    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @invisiblymeblog @TalkTalk Always the same! They know things aren't right but just leave it! Then they pump out adverts telling us they're so wonderful & they can do this & that! The reality is they can't even get the basics right! This is a top down problem!

    @TalkTalk Despite several attempt to cancel still you are sending number to cancel and threatening to charge me further. This is not acceptable you are cheating people like this telling to DM it's not fair I will not pay a single penny do whatever you want

    @talktalk so we had no landline for 5 weeks seen the problem was rectified by @BTSopenreach we have had the worst internet speed trying to sort with @talktalk gets you no where looking for new provider #poorcustomerservice #talktalk

    @TalkTalk I called and spoke to several people and got a promise of a call from a manager the following day. Having no faith in that I used your chat service. The handler said the service would be cancelled in 10 days. I received an email confirmation. n/
