    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk day 19 and I still have no Internet. Despite countless calls all Im ever told is 'we are working on it' this whole situation has turned into a massive joke! Now trying to cancel my contract after 12 years. Not making that easy either!

    Don’t sign up with @ShellEnergyHome for your broadband service - they are one of a very few suppliers who have not signed up to Offcom Compensation Scheme even though they use @talktalk who are signed up and charge the same amount for the service. No internet for last 3 days 😡

    Hi @TalkTalk,was on chat for 1H and got passed about 3x only to be told to call. I called and got told to call tomorrow. I have anxiety, your sales people badgered me at my door for 1 hour to signup. Don't want it and no one will let me cancel.<14 days and no install has happened

    I have looked further and find there are a huge number of reports about @talktalk email being broken again.

    My internet has been down for over an hour. Fault check says "were fixing it, check back in a few days" DAYS!? I guess the stream tonight is cancelled unless @TalkTalk fix it in the next 2 hours!

    @TalkTalk 0.5 Mbps upload speed for months on Fibre 65, I've contacted your agents 4 times, in the most recent call, after 40 minutes of unhelpful script reading she just hung up because she knew she wasn't going to provide any help. The customer service is a joke.

    I am not surprised @TalkTalk has come out bottom of the Which report for service providers (publ this week). Spent hours every day trying to sort lineone account. Paid £50 for upgrade to TalkTalk mail 48 hours ago. Still cannot download mails from server. So 😡

    Hey @TalkTalk how’s it going? Im onto day 3 of no fibre broadband today with no signs of any resolution or confirmation of any engineer visit to try and resolve it. After over 4 hours of phone calls it’s still off What would you suggest is next please? Thanks

    Going round and round with @TalkTalk chat. Is it a person? Is it a robot? Whatever it is, it is not customer service. Is it right you wish to restore your emails? Yes…. That would be why aim wasting my Saturday morning trying to give you money
