@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@or_pip Finland spent 6 million on theirs. Sounds about right. Still not working as they hoped. But same then. £37 billion is absurdity. Dido Harding ran TalkTalk when they had catastrophic hacking incident.

@virginmedia hi. How can you justify charging £240 to cancel a wifi contract when you don’t offer a service where we’re moving to whereas @TalkTalk will cancel the contract penalty free?!

@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

@TalkTalk was told by your twitter DM team to message them to confirm my contract was cancelled, rather than calling up. I have messaged 3 times and had no response. So glad I made the decision to cancel, but wish someone would confirm everything is cancelled
