    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk @naturalprankjs Or you can use any of a wide range of speed tests online. Question is, are talktalk here to help, or do they require a phone call, only then to dismiss customers issues? I have yet to fathom the answer. I suspect the twitter team are just for show.

    @TalkTalk yet again more problems with Internet. And they haven't even solved my complaint for their service being out for over 5 days at Christmas, they simply asked how their agents resolved the problem. You didn't. Check your DMs and actually get a manager to respond to me???

    @TalkTalk It's been ongoing, every single day disconnects. Have tried to sort it with you before and nothing changes. Line even shows a problem, but nothing is done. You're worse than Virgin Media
