@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@Skotmi @MoneyTelegraph Majority of TalkTalk support is via automated assistant computer bots.. chat support, phone answering: always initiate line test with DSLM/DLM reset, interrupting your line/connection, delaying and failing necessary communication with customer. £1.5bn revenue 2019-20 All greed.

  • sucooke Sue Cooke (@sucooke) reported

@MFCPayback @TalkTalk Mine is so bad that I cannot get a connection for a speed test. It’s been going on since January!

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@Ryoma2040 Hi. Did you ever get the rain related fault fixed? I suspect that almost all points of contact with talktalk are automated computer bots, including here on twitter. “Community” usually means the user community.. of course they misuse this.. Why a reduced staff in pandemic?! Crap.

@TalkTalk the internet is not working on my phone at all, what’s going on and how do I fix this?!

  • NDinNeurosci Michelle (she/her) (@NDinNeurosci) reported

@TalkTalk @DevilInYellow We're in South Wales and the same thing. It's not up on there as an area with an issue. It's dropping constantly, we can't do anything.

  • sucooke Sue Cooke (@sucooke) reported

@TalkTalk Fat chance of help. You contacted me by DM around 16.00, asking me to fill in a contact form. I did so immediately, but you didn’t contact me until 21.30. You then just dropped me mid-conversation. You truly are the world’s worst customer service.

@TalkTalk hello, I'm on the faster fiber package, I've not received any email or letter regarding the price increases, I'm wondering if I am subject to the price increase and if it's free to cancel

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@OpenreachHelp TalkTalk simply want their computer systems to automatically run line tests, to play with DLM/DSLM resets, to await engineer notes.. Their computer cannot handle miscellaneous issues.. certainly cannot handle intermittent rain penetration faults.. these are tricky for all, right?
