    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @ViiRuLxReHaB @TalkTalk Just so you know the issue isn’t the providers it’s actually BT who own all of the infrastructure in the Uk, I.e the cables under the road. It’s openreach who will be sent out by the incompetent BT to fix it. For the most part the engineers are good but the BT side is shite

    @TalkTalk Apparently I just got a speed upgrade. But as of this morning all of my IP security cameras and phone are off. Are you sure when this upgrade took place that it was connected back up correctly? This is an empty property and vulnerable to burglary, I am I hope you can help please.

    Day 11 still no internet disgraceful customer service and refusing my request to talk to a manager @talktalk DO NOT sign up with this internet provider as they fail to provide internet 😡

    @TalkTalk my internet's been down since 2pm. No warning or reason whether you were working in the area or not. And yes i have tried rebooting the router.

    @TalkTalk hi, we upgraded our package and we’re supposed to be sent a new internet & TV box. But we’ve only received the internet box? Can you pls look into this ASAP as our old tv box is broken!

    @mohammed__usman @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Doesn't cover weekends though does it? Doesn't help me now when I am supposed to be workings from home. 2 weeks is unacceptable when i was told 72 hours. Still disgraceful
