@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk Thanks to Tori in issue resolution team who dealt swiftly with my dad's issue and sent a replacement TV Plus box at no cost. It's still not quite as good as his old box as he can only record OnDemand channels but it's definitely an improvement over the Lite box. @MoneySavingExp

@TalkTalk Evening. Our phone line isn't working - no dial tone and we can't make/receive calls. Not sure how long it has been like this but we only discovered it, by chance, the other day. Internet is fine, although there has been a drop in speed (not much). Help?

@PeterStonehewe2 I got this a lot with talktalk after they were hacked, in the end they set up a service to stop these calls after using it I haven’t had a single one
