    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.

    First time we've had trouble connecting to talktalk. Probably DNS servers down or something, TV web apps working fine

    @FunJustJustin @TalkTalk there is obviously an issue as the response time on the live help is really poor. The strange thing is that the Broadband is working. Like you was glad to see not just us having the issue.

    @TalkTalk is there a problem in HX3? Rebooted router but no internet. Your website isn't working either when trying to access via mobile data

    @UNKLEPaulTHX @johnbarrett2468 I concur. Only a year or three ago I discovered TalkTalk properly. I thought they were just another semi cheesy 80’s band…. Oh how ******** I was wrong. 😑

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nan’s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help
