@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk how can any communications company be this bad? It took me almost a month to get service resumed over Christmas and now you have abandoned my complaint. Your overseas call centre is hopeless. Arggggghhhhh

@talktalk I reported a loss of phone/Internet service on Sunday. I was told it was a fault external to my house. The engineer was supposed to fix it yesterday but it is still out. Can you help or find our what is happening, please?

@TalkTalk has the worst customer service experience EVER! Trying to make a payment over the phone was by far the most painful experience I have ever had. I spoke to 3 different people in the Philippines and the connection was awful. This took 50 mins!!! #notconnected

@TalkTalk Really?? They guy was thick as pig excrement, his starting line was "Broadband speeds in this area are poor, particularly in upstairs rooms." He got flustered when I pointed out that he'd knocked on the door of a bungalow so there are no upstairs rooms. Then he called me a liar.
