@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

Anybody who is looking to take out broadband or wifi packages, stay far away from @TalkTalk The worst service I have ever received. Passed around by a crew of barely trained staff with a couldn’t care less attitude. Unwilling to help and eventually ignore you all together

@TalkTalk your internet speed is shocking! I have 1 TV & 1 phone connected and it is constantly freezing, apparently my ‘speed is struggling to cope’... odd considering I’m on ‘fast broadband’ & paid extra for the WiFi hub. Gunna cancel my contract at this rate.

@TalkTalk I have reported same problem with my landline 3 times keep getting told they are working on it. Told someone would be in touch still WAITING. Please don't tell me to message you again with details just tell me when it is getting fixed. Or want a refund

@TalkTalk I have been sat with my brother all day trying to get his talk talk account cancelled and amazingly you have cut him off whilst on hold 4 times in a row. Never know a company as bad as yours for customer service

@TalkTalk can you explain why our internet doesn’t work when it rains for the past 2 years ? Horrendous customer service every time we ring. Numerous engineers sent out, nothing works. No compensation offered. Feel like I’m going round in circles every time I call.
