@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

After 2 weeks and several hours communicating with service agents, @TalkTalk finally noticed that they never escalated the action recommended by the engineer. I have a 2nd visit scheduled now. All of this could have been avoided with better internal communication and service.
