    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @cantiliouspip @TalkTalk It’s absolutely dire, missed two installation appts didn’t even bother to advise they wouldn’t attend. Promised a next day appt- didn’t turn up, so cancelled service, TT have now effectively blocked any other provider giving us service!

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom 3rd failed call to @talktalk agreed end date of 2nd Dec but not registered. the call quality in the call centre is terrible (connection issues?). I think I have done everything reasonable to end my contract with the required notice. Please confirm

    Its now a week without @TalkTalk broadband...I have now received a new router which doesn't work. Apparently @WeAreOpenreach haven't closed the call yet. Not recommended

    @TalkTalk It’s still not working. Worked for about an hour today and then back to 4G No communication Absolutely awful @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I've had no internet for weeks! Tried to cancel twice and rejected....told it's got to be reviewed by management. Then put through for compensation. Then cut off. Spent hours on the phone to you. Half the time the line breaks up

    @TalkTalk Still blocking my mother getting a different internet provider after several missed installs you are now failing to cancel trying to force her to stay with a Co that cannot communicate. Dreadful. Avoid at all costs

    Isn’t it funny that whenever the broadband cuts out that it’s never ever @TalkTalk’s fault? This despite it having worked perfectly for months on end, and the setup not being touched in any way. But they still only ever ask endless questions about the setup.
