  @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

  @MissLJArmstrong @TalkTalk My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

  @TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

  First time we've had trouble connecting to talktalk. Probably DNS servers down or something, TV web apps working fine

  @TalkTalk I had no WiFi and because in my area there’s hardly any signal I couldn’t check with you on line so my option was to call you only to being told that you’re not open. Is it too hard to leave us a message to let us know that there is an issue?

  I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

  @TalkTalk My elderly father has been locked out of his free webmail for 2nd week running. He is a loyal broadband customer but we are making 0 progress via phone support. This is his primary contact method. Can someone please DM me to help #TalkTalk #CustomerService

  @TalkTalk broadband is down and so is your website. Not able to contact you or raise a request to get my broadband back online. Please fix asap
