    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    Hey @TalkTalk, I rang on 17th July to cancel my contract & was told someone would call me to cancel it... They didn't. I rang again on Sat 30 July & was told that I would be called ASAP about it..... It didn't happen. Seriously not cool guys.

    @TalkTalk Been waiting for over 45 mins to cancel my contract... amazing customer service... same happened yesterday and i gave up.... is this normal?

    @TalkTalk are an absolute disgrace. We tried to set up broadband for our new house and they lost our order. Then told us we'd have to wait another 2 weeks (I can't do my job without it). Now we've found somewhere better so trying to cancel and so far been passed around 4x. Awful

    @TalkTalk We have spoken to numerous people, all incredibly unhelpful. All saying they can not help us. I'm not sure a DM will make any difference.

    @TalkTalk not even best at talking let alone providing services. Kindly asking for one thing, hopefully that can be done. Please provide the relevant details that are required to make a complaint 🙃

    @TalkTalk customer service is shocking . I have been a value customer for years however your loyalty is not rewarded. It's taking ages to establish network No staff are able to help and the manager/ supervisor are unavailable for the next 48 hours ?!

    @TalkTalk WiFi has been really slow for over a week was told an engineer was required to repair a fault between the exchange and my house now have even slower WiFi! Can you advise what is happening and can I have a week off my monthly bill as I haven't had any services
