@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk so you are charging me for fibre optic Internet that I did not want and was NEVER installed and when I phone you I can never get a straight answer. How on earth can you treat customers this way? How can I stop you falsely charging me ?

Just had the single worst @TalkTalk customer service experience EVER!!! This is a RANT so be warned lmao!! So last week, on the 29th, I saw an engineer finish installing Fiber to my flat. I was over the moon so upgraded my #TalkTalk package to Fiber65 through my account online

@TalkTalk Chat support horror. Connection drops out in middle of day. I report. They test now and tell me it's fine. It is fine now, but it wasn't then. Seems that it is not possible to understand this. They suggest maybe it's my laptop? *Face to hands*

@TalkTalk Hello Nokulunga, I apologise. my internet will not stop cutting off.. every. day. every. single. day. multiple times. and it's a constant cycle, complain, they do "checks" whatever they are they always turn up with no problems on your end/talktalks end, and then just repeat.
