    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    At the moment I am having problems with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup. They are charging me for an engineer to correct a WIFI problem. They replace the router and yet they are charging me £65 because the incompetent engineer said the problem was with wiring. So why replace router?

    @ClaireMulvey @TalkTalk 100%. I lasted 3 months before we parted by mutual consent and a full refund. I was getting speeds from the 90s and customer service from bc. Awful company. I’m happy for your loss.

    @TalkTalk are you having issues in North/East London area since Thurs evening? Connection is intermittent, IP address changing constantly and traffic being re-routed via Leeds end point. Any knowledge of a situation as its causing me work system havoc?

    @TalkTalk What's the point of having a help line service. And nobody is there to pick up or you say ur closed.. Very **** to be honest.. 20 hours of having no service no Internet. Its a bloody joke.. But ur fast enough to take our money...
