    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk, you are shite! Out of contract, and out of patience. Had to use my mobile data tonight to tell you how **** your service is! How bad is that? Some people rely on the 'service' you provide. Student doctors, etc. Sort your shite service out

    @TalkTalk TT don’t help that’s the point - I called spoke to a really rude manager - who said it’s my fault that talk talk didn’t solve my issues as I should of made more of an effort when the pandemic happened but hard while being a nhs worker but talk talk dont care - @TalkTalk @JK1n1

    @TalkTalk Internet drops every night from 6pm to midnight (Central London), 2 tech visits and no solution yet. Phone customer service not helpful and hang up on me mid call (happened x3 times), no replies on Twitter - what do I do?? #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Still no internet and no access to your customer service. Only people asking me the same questions without doing anything to fix my issue. I ve already checked which internet providers offer 24/7 customer service support. Virgin here we come.

    @TalkTalk My problem is far from resolved after several attempts. I have been on the live chat attempting to get a cheaper rate and been cut off to three advisers. Completely useless customer service. Very frustrated. It was a joke. I have spent over two hours and achieved nothing.

    @TalkTalk 1 Hassle free service? We cancelled with our current supplier at the beginning of January and went with talk talk. Literally asked for our home phone number to remain the same….. for some reason they changed it and then we have been unable to sort it out and get our
