@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk Day 3 without internet, phone or access to online services. 2 young children at home. Told yesterday it will be 24-72 'business' hours before an engineer will be able to look at it. Absolutely shocking. Bad enough anytime of the year, but over Xmas. Unbelievable

@TalkTalk Replied again regarding this!!! No internet again!! Is there a way to terminate the contract and move to someone who can actually deliver a service that's worth the money my parents pay!

@TalkTalk Thanks for ruining Xmas, my mums go live date was the 14/12 and she still has no TV or Wi-if, since then she has been given ‘mis-information’ (fobbed off by your customer service team at least 5 times). Account no. 1013955926 if anyone cares to look into this!

@TalkTalk I am very disappointed at the poor service in Bristol today, Xmas day, when we were depending on the internet. Very poor show/appalling service for a cost of £26.50 a month. Shameful.

@TalkTalk my internet has now been down for 2 days cannot get in touch with anyone. Waited 1 hour for live chat then another hour going through checks and now been thrown out of live chat. I need this fixed in order to work.
