    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @SpiderofSwords Sorry to hear! Apart from being sent a broken router, my experience with TalkTalk has actually been very good. Was with Sky before but connection kept dropping, up to 20x a day. After I switched to TalkTalk that stopped straight away, even though I kept using the same router.

    Help!!! On using Facebook I get the message AdyncSocketException Failed. My Facebook works with Providers except TALKTALK! Anyone experienced this issue? TALKTALK unable to shed any light on this one! I need FB for business.

    @TalkTalk Any idea how I'm supposed to sort an issue out when I have to be at home ( I work ) to do it, and when I do finally get through you just end the call? 😡 Any chance of just some customer service

    it is apparent that @talktalk organisation stinks and takes a callous attitude to customer care. He will leave his contract at the earliest opportunity and I promise you I will be close behind him - a curse on your lousy greedy inefficient useless service.

    @TalkTalk Hi. We had fibre broadband installed in March and asked for our landline to be disconnected. This has still not been done. I have spoken to Customer Support who tell me that I have to speak to the Fibre Team on 0345 172 5132. I have phoned several times but no answer.

    @SpiderofSwords @TalkTalk they were awful before they even became talktalk (we made the terrible mistake of being on tiscali for a while in the 00s) and it's both perplexing and frustrating that they've never made any attempt to be Not The Absolute Worst. I hope you're able to get **** sorted soon
