    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk I have received an unsolicited email telling me about an engineer visit I didn't book to install a service I didn't request. I'm ignoring the email and will be away for the supposed visit. If this is legit, your comms team needs replacing.

    @WeAreOpenreach why do you keep telling my broadband provider that you’ll dig my drive to lay fibre cables then keep delaying? We were due to go live on 22 June. Yet a further delay today. @TalkTalk can’t help us either. So, so frustrating…

    In March 2021 I tried to get UFO broadband via @TalkTalk. It was their engineer who alerted me to this issue. I then spoke to various people there and at @CityFibre who assured me this would be sorted.

    @TalkTalk your service is fine when it works but a right nuisance when broken. My parents have had no incoming landline calls since 2pm yesterday. You put the phone down on my Dad today and were unhelpful online today. Complaint letter on its way to you.

    @TalkTalk Utterly disgusted you have switched me to 'future fibre' with no notice and disabled my account so no internet, after 40 minutes on the phone I was told that only the future fibre team could help me, who only operate 8-5:30 (whilst I'm at work!) and no Sundays. Shocking service

    @TalkTalk Hi, I’m receiving threatening bills from yourselves. I haven’t had an account with talk talk for over 9 yrs. customer service just hung up on me after a long wait, probably because they couldn’t be bothered to rectify the situation. Please get in touch
