    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk what's the point in paying for a service a rumble of thunder I have no connection and it's been rubbish since the start of lockdown connection dropping after 9oclock now I have had no connection from 3.30pm Glasgow area g43

    @TalkTalk could somebody offer some assistance with callsafe please. Its not working and allowing calls from numbers that are not on approved list to go straight through.

    @TalkTalk No thanks, got offered an engineer visit sometime next week but I’ll have Virgin Broadband by then, absolutely sick of the awful service from TalkTalk, a DM isn’t going to do anything

    @TalkTalk not happy with how long repair taking 2 weeks to day and still not fixed #openreach no update either why did I renew my contract when something goes wrong to long to fix

    @TalkTalk Just joined but the kit you sent won’t connect to broadband. Your online chat facility has been hopeless and I’ve tried calling but haven’t been able to speak to a real person. Not great first impressions! Grateful if you could DM me to tell me how I can get some help.

    @TalkTalk this is unfair on both myself and my ex partner as I made it clear the previous account you are referring to was no longer active. I would now wish for the appropriate help instead of simply being given a new account. Thank you.

    @TalkTalk Still unreliable connection here, 30 minutes uptime today, otherwise offline since 6pm last night, 4th day of unreliability. No call from customer support after DM here. An explanation would be appreciated of why this is happening and why is the status page showing all good?
