    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    Just spoke to my 81yo gran who is paying £33 a month just to use the phone with @TalkTalk she doesn’t have a computer yet was scammed into a “deal” by the agent who spoke to her to add broadband.. she’s tried to cancel and there’s a £120 fee to end the contract... disgraceful!

    @TimpanoNathan @TalkTalk They send generic, non applicable text, to everyone. They never read back through the conversation so see what the actual issue is. Just start all over again

    @TalkTalk I have now been waiting since Thursday for an update on BT open reach in repairing the cable. I was told the update would be today. It has now Thursday coming. Please help. Leslie

    @TalkTalk why is it that ever since you’ve started offering the fibre 150 and changed me to the fibre 65 package I am having endless issues?

    @TalkTalk I am so fed up with the inconsistencies with the service since upgrading to 150mbps. Now I’m being told to pay for new router when clearly there was a fault in installation. Time to move to a different provider!
