@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

A word of warning about @TalkTalk in the UK. My elderly parents in their 80’s have been without their internet since before Xmas. TalkTalk have promised them a replacement router that finally arrived this evening, 3 weeks later. Their call center abroad is v poor.

  • _tanya_davis Tanya Davis (@_tanya_davis) reported

@TalkTalk Why have you sent 3 different engineers to my house in the last 2 months to install internet without doing the ducting work first! This is a joke and TalkTalk’s customer service have NO clue on the matter. After being “assured” time and time again you still get it wrong! Useless.

@themrskathsymes @TalkTalk Kathryn December 23rd my equipment went down and been promised new 3 times in 3 to 6 business days. I am going over to Virgin as soon as I can

@StN_Freda @TalkTalk I think we are eligible to cancel our contract due to this horrible service. I’m just waiting for my overpayment refund. I’m cancelling the contract as soon as I get my money back.

  • Chris_Marsh Chris Marsh (@Chris_Marsh) reported

@TalkTalk Why so you can hide from other people the completely poor service you provide? You have my complaint reference above that should be sufficient for you to investigate. It is not for me to keep chasing you on this, take some ownership

  • id_kfn IDKfn (@id_kfn) reported

@TalkTalk sort your selves out. Internet randomly just switched off and stopped working. (Northampton) how come users don't get any compensation with dealing with these outages? It isn't even a planned outage

  • mountainofwood Mountainofwood (@mountainofwood) reported

@TalkTalk day four now of waiting for my internet to be fixed. Your hopeless call centre says still waiting on an engineer. Hardly great customer experience is it. @BBCXRay @theJeremyVine

  • _iangray Ian Gray (@_iangray) reported

@TalkTalk So what’s the solution to this issue?
