@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk OK. So even if you sent out letters your website contradicted this. Therefore I want to be able to still cancel without penalty. And point out to everyone that your promises/ guarantees/ contracts are worthless and no one should ever trust talktalk.

@TalkTalk completely lost broadband at approx 1pm today in SW14 area. Before it was working perfectly - now router is just flashing orange after multiple restarts. Any other reports of issues?

@TalkTalk @stephlamb2010 What is the point of checking the service centre? You've already said its your end! You must have some idea of what is wrong and how long it's going to take. I am working from home so am explanation and timescale would be good!
