@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk our internet hasn’t been working all week, I then get a bill a lot higher than it should be, try to cancel get told to call then when I call go through the automated service to be told your closed even though it says your open till 7! SORT IT OUT

5 days now with no @TalkTalk internet service, no contact from their usless customer services dept,all after they said I needed a new all singing all dancing router,I'm getting well fed up with this company now,having to use data from phone for basic internet stuff,not ideal.

@TalkTalk Internet down in SW London 6am. Checked network stability and outcome is "suspect.." but is not registered. I repeat procedure with same answer again and again? Has your website been compromised?
