    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk Just moved home. Promised my internet would be swapped over and ready for the 1st Feb. Not working. @TalkTalk decide to undertake essential updates on a working day. What an utter bunch of inadequate *****. All responsible for today should be sacked.

    @TalkTalk I do not want an apology. I want my money back for this TRASH you call a network. 3/4 of the time it does not work 1/4 its slower than what we are "supposed" to be getting. Bill is on a direct debit we should have a repayment direct debit. TRASH SERVICE PROVIDER

    @virginmedia been waiting 24 hours to speak to someone on WhatsApp about keeping my service think I may have dine the wrong thing u don't get this with talktalk not a happy customer

    @TalkTalk our fullfibre installation has taken over a month (still incomplete). Our previous provider now has ended our contract so we have no internet at all at home bc of these delays. I've spent hours on the phone to you over the last month but no resolution to this issue

    @TalkTalk Don't promise to provide a service that you can't fulfil then. Check the sales and description act. I speak for thousands of your customers. Just read their negative comments. Plus I mean what I say with the greatest respect.

    @Cleartheo @TalkTalk Yup, terrible service and their solution "contact us via DM" which is utterly pointless. Cheap product but crap customer support.

    @TalkTalk is there actually anyone on Twitter who gives you a good customer service report. Still waiting for you to fix my intermittent wifi issue. An just for clarity, No I will not engage via DM again because that just wastes 6 days of pointless messaging and you do nothing
