@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk After spending more than an hour on the chat with #Talktalk and trying different things they said that the problem is due to both my laptop and smartphone. It's our fault not @Talktalk fault if suddenly their connection no longer works. This is a joke!! #badcustomerservice

@TalkTalk finally managed to order broadband from you at my partners address, took £50 upfront payment but the Web page crashed. Reloaded and its taken me back to the payment screen and wants to take a 2nd payment of £50. My order is now stuck. Any help?

@ClaireSeath @TalkTalk Same here, KY2 postcode. Site says nothing, can't talk to help. Bank holiday for tomorrow, not expecting much help before I go back to work on Tuesday. Anybody going to cover the data I'm using to cover this mess regularly.
