@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk @himynamesgavin So why did you sell fixed price contracts in 2021? All you have to do is honour the existing contracts until they expire, worst case 18 months from now, but again you won't. But you will however keep selling your services to new customer thus putting more strain on the network??

@amycerys @Philippah05 @TalkTalk Same happened to me, they said it was an exceptional case, said small print says they won't reimburse loss of earnings. I was without internet for 11 days. 7 hours wasted trying to get hold of someone to complain properly. Only offered £60 for my troubles. Terrible company

Come on @TalkTalk , the engineer did his business hours ago. It’s now the next day. Don’t let me down.

@TalkTalk I called customer services but not sure if it got resolved as the problem was and is with the fibre tp link modem given by open reach..the power adapters failed. Lucky I had a similar output adapter which belongs to my soundboard so I've resolv the issue but need a new modem

@TalkTalk my internet has been cutting out every 10-15 mins for the last two days! Is there an issue in certain areas?

  • JonWilder Jon Wilder (@JonWilder) reported

@TalkTalk @JCAllison55 What significant investment have you made? Even your CEO was quoted as saying the network was coping well even with 40% more usage only 2 months ago and now there is a price hike. To say more devices are now connected, then maybe you want to stop new contract altogether?

  • Chef_Tuesday Chef Tuesday (@Chef_Tuesday) reported

@Markmoorhouse2 Watch the BT deal mate, it won't be as low as £25 a month for long! Go for TalkTalk it will be cheapest! At the end of the day, it's like your Gas and Electric - the pipes/cables into your house never change, it's just a choice of who you pay!

@TalkTalk Trying to leave. 3 hrs in tel queue, told going down list then up again. Finally when at 7 in queue (for about 10th time) chose call back option as had meeting. No call back. No options to do online. Your stuff won't be returned, I won't be penalised for that. Stinks

Talktalk literally just said "its openreach's problem" and closed the chat, I'm not even joking. Had to use the local council website to figure out they're doing works in the area (big fiber upgrades everywhere, so ig someone did something stupid to the wrong wire)
