    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk Hi Julian, when I signed up I upgraded my fibre plan to include a tech bundle increasing my monthly cost. That I should have received a code for within 37 days. That has not happened so am paying for a tech bundle I have not received and your loyalty team are not willing to help

    @just_al3x @TalkTalk Same here, also working from home and on day three without internet now :( they have said to me though that there's another fault in addition to the reported outage which an engineer is looking into :/

    @TalkTalk Honestly it’s an almost daily occurrence and I’ve done this DM all your details thing before and frankly there is never any resolution so I won’t thank you - I’m sure talktalk must know where the service isn’t working

    We are waiting for the FTTC to be set up, a simple task the @BT engineer told us a couple of weeks ago. Why so complicated @TalkTalk ? Why can't someone call more than once a day? Why can't anyone actually help? Why is it such a rubbish experience?
