@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk I’ve just wasted 5 and half hours trying to resolve an issue with my emails. The last time was 3 and half hour’s. The issue, I may add you caused and still not resolved. What a circus you run of incompetent agents in customer service. I thought @eBay_UK were bad enough.

Went on live chat and after 20 minutes (10 minutes before live chat closes) of going back and forth they said there’s a widespread MyAccount issue that’s being worked on. This “issue” isn’t mentioned on the website and no else is complaining online. @TalkTalk customer service 👎🏻

Any criminal charges made against me will be solely paid by @RoyalMail as @RoyalMailHelp ruses to help anymore as RM are liable to pick stuff up on time but RM has refused to so @TalkTalk talk to RM NOW

@TalkTalk need some help asap please as im very confused because I've just recieved a bill for fast fiber 65 and I no longer have that anymore as I have full fiber 900 and I paid the last fast fiber 65 bill last month can someone help me please?!
