@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk We've had a new router we've done all the checks. Surely you are the ones that should be chasing up the issue. If I get a builder to build a wall I don't expect to go behind I'm doing the pointing in and sweep up.

@Melissa5857 @DaveSandtoft By BOJO and his team in their requests to make and provide ppe for the #nhs. @realsb4feelings Two mobile phones (one heavily used for work) broadband (used for work, so high capacity) plus free landline and an expensive extra device, this comes to about £114 a month with Vodafone. Unlike TalkTalk, VERY minimal connection problems.

  • DutyPest Pest CQ PUSOS for Offending Snowflakes (@DutyPest) reported

@TalkTalk DM lots loads of line tests and always "we cant find a problem". Funny how monitoring sites report wide ranging failures at the same time... the common link... YOU

@TalkTalk Dearest Gérard, here we go again. I had my connection tested countless times by @TalkTalk's technical support. UTTERLY. USELESS. I was promised (it's on records) a call from a Manager: never happened.

  • indignanttweet1 indignanttweeter (@indignanttweet1) reported

Wow. Wonder how many @TalkTalk customer will find themselves signed up to a new contract that they never agreed to. Pure luck we spotted it within the "cooling off" period! #dodgyTactics #checkYourAccount @Ofcom

  • Laura50231349 Laura (@Laura50231349) reported

@Ofcom I entered into an 18 months contract with TalkTalk but their broadband is very slow: 2.2 to 5.3 mbps. Can i rescind my contract citing failure to provide a decent broadband speed?
