@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk How the hell do @TalkTalk win ANY awards with the terrible customer service they give to customers? I strongly advise you NEVER to use them - paid my arrears, disconnected me, now calling me EVERY day to try and get me to join them and on top of that they are chasing £ again!

@TalkTalk My mums internet goes off for 1 hour every Monday morning at 00:01 am this isn’t a big issue but is there any chance for an explanation why from TT on why this happens
