    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @LiamEchelon @TalkTalk Honestly they don’t even write notes of the calls having to explain the same issue multiple times. Worst service I’ve ever received

    @OpenreachHelp They have tested my line since Wednesday 11am and found issues. They tell me you’re doing “preliminary investigation”. I’m in E17 Walthamstow. I just want to know what the problem is. Preliminary investigations for 5 days now and @TalkTalk can’t tell me ANYTHING. They don’t care.
