    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    Another hr wasted talking to so called ‘customer service’ . ‘Can’t do anything to hasten engineer’ & will update on 26/6/21 or later. This despite previous assurances that problem fix today. Absolutely shocking treatment of 89 yr old vulnerable person by @TalkTalk #poorservice

    @TalkTalk Tell you what, why don’t you send me a screenshot of the update on your website since you seem unable to just tell me what’s wrong - my mobile signal isn’t great at my house and I’ve already used quite a bit of mobile data today and am rapidly losing my patience.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp you’ve now left my vulnerable 89 yr old mother in law for 3 days without working phone. If she has a fall her emergency alert system won’t work. You haven’t even bothered to update my wife as promised. Uncaring & totally unacceptable. #poorservice #AgeUK

    @TalkTalk Yes every single one, and it happens numerous times a week, sometimes a few times a day. I don't want platitudes or to call your number for the 50th time I want you to fix the fault you have known about for months
