    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @dancludlow @margatesunsets BT are offering a similar package to the 1 I had chosen from TalkTalk except they are £12 per month more expensive, I might decide it is worth it if the service is going to be better

    Shock, horror!! @TalkTalk broadband down again. Im paying monthly to have an orange light flashing on my router! Only another 10 months of this poor service until my contract ends

    @TalkTalk I was with talktalk for a painful 10yrs they were ok at the start but they don't care, rang them to see what deal they could do so I would stay but the customer services are crap ,loyalty my *** after 1 hr on the phone I was told if I want to leave leave disgusting.

    @TalkTalk can’t believe I’m saying this but you were better when Dido was in charge. Contacted you re internet dropping in evenings & you tried to sell fibre 2yr contract. Maybe provide service I pay for -if it’s fine till 7pm it’s not my end that’s issue. Missing #DragRaceUk 😡

    @TalkTalk is anyone not able to use catch up, on you view box, saying no information available, what is going on, we pay for a service, only get half a service, advise??

    @TalkTalk FYI - I received a text and email saying you sent an engineer to the exchange & resolved the issue. I get home: the Internet is still down & the router is still flashing orange/white (yes I tried rebooting it. Yes all the connections - leads etc - are secure). Great job...

    @TalkTalk We are having urgent issues with our contract and are unable to get this resolved via your call centre. Please can someone from the UK contact me immediately or I will have to take this though an independent body. I have neve experienced such poor level of service.
