    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk I already have your talktalk TV and fiber 65 broadband, I want to know if I can cancel the payment for the box. I dont think I need the box. As for the internet, I am perfectly OK with it.

    @SupercatScout @TalkTalk You got further than I did; I just got passed from pillar to post abd then eventually cut off. I’d figured out they didn’t know how the hell to deal with activation problems after 1st August. Hope you get sorted. I’ve given up on them. Gonna get my sport fix elsewhere.

    @TalkTalk @PaulWilding6 We’ve had a similar problem, activation link didn’t work, they sent a new one which when clicked on said it had timed out and are now unable to send another one so it has been passed to the manager and back office to deal with.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup how long does it take to reply to a tweet or answer calls? It is outrageous that we have to wait long to get the service we want.

    Hi .@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what is wrong with your customer service? Called them 4 times and it keeps disconnecting. Nobody bothered to call back. This is disappointing, unacceptable and very bad experience.

    @TalkTalk I am now trying to get my broadband back on my normal 65 so I can access the internet. Am at the point where I just want to cancel completely. I refuse to pay penalty charges for exiting before my contract ends.

    Me to wife yesterday: "Not a bad week. Sorted new internet provider. Got the wills and POA sent off. Sorted out the printer and bought new paper. Got refund from @TalkTalk agreed. Hung new blinds in bedroom. Looking good." Wife: "Don't count your chickens"
