    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @CityFibre whats the issue between CityFibre and TalkTalk thats preventing me from upgrading to their quicker speeds? They say there's an ongoing issue between the 2 of you and you wont allow connections to be switched from RFS4 status too allow the connection?

    @talktalk Never use this company. I've been with them for 6 weeks with no broadband and I can't cancel my contract.

    @TalkTalk OVER 15 HOURS SPENT ON THE PHONE TRYING TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND THAT DOESNT WORK. AVOID TALK TALK AT ALL COSTS

    @TalkTalk @yaekmj Then they just insincerely comment "we're really sorry, please DM" which I also have and the DM people just reply and say they can't help either... Its a pointless message and truly awful service. Never dealt with a company quite so appalling.

    @TalkTalk I'm still trying to cancel my account. I keep getting cut off when on a call. The customer service is terrible. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT??
