@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk I am trying to cancel my account that I never used. I called and make your colleagues fill out cancellation forms "3" times!!! And 2 applications for returning your modem that should not sent me.Nothing happened and you send me a bill. My account number is 1014345944.

Can anyone recommend a broadband provider better than @TalkTalk because I'm sick to death of the Internet going down 10 times a week.

@VOD_Alex_ @WHL_Rozzer True. However my daughter had to ditch them too just a year ago. Their router was in lounge, in a flat, and signal wouldn’t reach other rooms, not even with a booster. They’re now with TalkTalk, who I didn’t like, but much better than Sky for them.

talktalk are absolutely useless been without my emails on my phone for nearly a month because I need to pay bloody £50 just to keep my email open and they won’t send me the stupid request pulling my ******* hair out

@TalkTalk I reported the failure of our broadband on December 28th and at 10.30 am that day was told an engineer was on their way. Chased daily, no progress and still no internet. Customer service have stopped replying to me. What next?
