@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk you left me without internet for about 3 weeks last November, I spent 8 hours + on the phone to you, you promised me compensation which I never got. And now you’re trying to say I owe you £37.50 with a debt collection letter? What the hell??? So angry & frustrated.

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk, pls can you provide a contact no. to speak to someone to help resolve an ongoing issue. I’ve used Chat over the course of the last 2 wks & today it was ‘Connection Unavailable’ again midst trying to get the ongoing issue fixed. I’d be keen to talk to someone pls.

@TalkTalk York fibre optic broadband terrible keeps cutting out. I've tried cancelling several times and I'm on my 6th person I'm talking to saying it's not my department. Poor customer service 😡😡😡

NEVER EVER USE @TalkTalk service for anything! They are completely incompetent team, no one will ever take charge to solve your issue. Oh! they will also randomly cut your broadband and tell you nothing they can do and you have to register again in 30 days. STAY AWAY! #TALKTALK
