@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@kgc1989 @TalkTalk You can get them to@pay time you took off work for every rebooking. They are the worst broadband i have dealt with. The worst customer service and refuse to send an engineer out even though rheir supposed fibre connection has never worked!

@markandersonrun @TalkTalk They cancelled my contract, unbeknownst to me early Oct. Tried repeatedly to reinstate/renew, but due to useless service, they were unable to. Ended up having to go elsewhere. Still having issues over cancellation and refunding me my last two months payt. Cancel & go elsewhere.

Day 11 of being asked the same stupid questions by an @talktalk service that denies me the email service I pay for and just plays the 'we are here to help you' bs card while doing nothing at all to help. Do not use @talktalk.

@coradixon_ @TalkTalk They keep saying that it's faults with our equipment, so they don't have to pay compensation, it's thier exchange, I'm without Internet over 3 weeks now, and they keep saying its fixed on my account, lies. The problem is congestion on their exchange. Too many people on same one.
