@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

Hope the very nice people @TalkTalk have sorted the internet out some how I can't see it it's nearly been a week now the internet is not the major problem it's the phone line no contact with my 87 year old mother

@TelBabe Having problems with TalkTalk since 23rd July, received a router I hadn't ordered (trying to force me to upgrade), since then been harassed via email, text & phone, accents so thick I couldn't understand a word & had to end the calls. Strong complaint sent, awaiting response.

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp extremely slow speed since last week (1mb instead of 79mb) - NW6 area. An engineer confirmed two days ago that it was due to a port mismatch, something to do with the exchange. Could you please fix this asap? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one affected

@TalkTalk Still unreliable connection here, 30 minutes uptime today, otherwise offline since 6pm last night, 4th day of unreliability. No call from customer support after DM here. An explanation would be appreciated of why this is happening and why is the status page showing all good?

@BraisbyI @TalkTalk Thanks for the advice, one I can cross off any list of potential suppliers. Hope that they soon resolve the issues but it doesn't seem high on their list of priorities does it.

@TalkTalk my 85 Yr old mum has not had a live line for 3 days now, this includes her emergency call system. She cannot telephone anyone at your end and does not "do" Internet. I cannot talk to you as " I am not the account holder" Where do we go from here?
