    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk The internet here has been off today. My mother had a text off you saying you found a fault and you'll send an engineer to fix it in the next 2 to 3 working days. How is this acceptable? I should be reimbursed for the time without net. I want more information too

    Wasted an entire morning dealing with the famous (lack of) customer service in the UK: 1. Spent more than an hour on chat and phone with @TalkTalk trying to deal with internet and phone issues which periodically erupt (same thing happened a year ago, and before that)

    @TalkTalk you are such a bad company that keep lying your customers.I have no internet since last Saturday and i keep calling hundreds of times a day and everytime different lies!! You were supposed to send a new router last Monday however nothing arrived and your team dont help!

    @TalkTalk HELP! Reported broadband down, Reported on Tuesday, heard nothing. Chased today, lost contact with 2 online chat agents so I called. After 5 days and 2 1/2 hours on customer service I’m now trying to cancel our contract with you. Just not good enough.
