Their customer service seems to be in South or southern Africa and their employees are just going through the motions until Talktalk goes bust. How much is Charles Dunstone regretting buying this shambles?

I’ve spent 2 days and 2 hours on the damn chat service and no one will give me a the price for Broadband minus line rental. Have been a customer for almost 15 years…can’t get a straight answer. Cant get a person on the phone .
