@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Would you care to get your staff members to speak properly down the phone when regarding an issue with you diabolical wifi. To then be told there is a problem with the call TWICE and then hung up on the third time. Awful service.

@TalkTalk @talktalk Ian we have just DMd. You couldn’t help. I went onto DM and was threatened with being fined. This despite the errors being entirely your companies fault. I am not a talktalk customer yet i have 4 routers delivered!

@TalkTalkGroup please please please don’t touch this company error after error. No compassion or common decency. Customer service is so poor that the complaints number left by their team is unobtainable. It seems TalkTalk don’t think the legislation applies to them!
