    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk my wifi drops out on a daily basis. An engineer came on Tuesday and told me everything was fine. I cannot afford to drop off client calls on a regular basis. This is effecting our jobs. What is going on with your service in London? Are you going to fix this?

    @TalkTalk Hi @talktalk - I'd like to believe that's genuine bt I've just spent 20mins on hold,to then be cut off, proceeded by 45mins on online chat with someone who ended the conversation before resolving. My WiFi has been down for 2 days and I don't seem to be able to get any help...?

    @TalkTalk I have responded to your DMs numerous times telling you that I can not provide the details you requested because I'VE NEVER HAD A TALKTALK MOBILE PHONE You have money belonging to me and I'm quite prepared to go through the small claims court to get it

    @TalkTalk Update - after cancelling on the same day i sent original tweet to yourselves i received a text from installation engineer although i had assurances cancellation went through, called today got transferred 4 times before i could double check cancellation, atrocious service

    @TalkTalk the upgrade to city fibre offered to get a improved & more reliable service installed on Wednesday 26th has caused my Wi-Fi to be hardly working in the back of my house - no help from calls or chat line - just told talk talk don’t guarantee a speed so can’t help me 😡😡

    @TalkTalk switchover was due to happen yesterday. Went wrong due to you / Openreach and now I need to wait till 10th for engineer. Tried to cancel order and now told it needs escalating which takes 7 working days to process. I had internet yesterday and now nothing..
