@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

Is anybody else having trouble getting past the cookie settings page on the @TalkTalk home page? It’s just not responding, and it won’t move so I can’t get to my account, which I can see tantalisingly sitting underneath 😣

@talktalk seems like a lot of people are having the same issues with their internet and nothing is being resolved/acknowledged... No internet for 3 days and customer service is going in circles and giving out phone numbers that don’t work. Do better. #talktalk

@TalkTalk ive sent you a message. Ive been 3 days without internet now. Its not good enough. I must of spoke to every person in every department at least twice now. Is there actually anyone that might look into the issue rather than just pass me onto the next person
