  @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

  @TalkTalk The email that was sent to customers is very poor communication and misleading. Whoever drafted that email and whoever approved it to go out to customers should be advised accordingly

For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.   @TalkTalk Unable to send DM from your X messaging link? This intermittent Wifi and No internet, is really annoying, especially when I've only recently renewed a contract with you! No problem on my line, so I guess it's your servers?

  @TalkTalk Yeah, well after five months of fighting this battle I'm taking it to the Ombudsman. Because talk talk are by far the worst company I've dealt with.

  @TalkTalk I had problems, they got sorted about 8.30am...its now 8.30pm and MORE problems. Resetting the router has not helped

  @FunJustJustin @TalkTalk They have a tone, but when trying to call them it was going to voicemail. I’ve tried messaging somebody through the talk talk website but no help either 🙈
