    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nan’s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    @TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.
