@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

I would like to know how TalkTalk managed to send me a brand new router that’s worse than the broken one. I may as well be trying to get a signal from the ******* mars rover.

@Pamela0o1 I'm not reaching out to a white hacker to solve something caused by @TalkTalk on their own servers but if you have a solution, please do tell.

  • 0703jab John (@0703jab) reported

@ExWHUemployee @DaveWalkerWHU guys, I have had to delete and reinstall the app today, but the verification email goes to an email address which was closed by talktalk because I wouldn’t pay £60 a year for an email account. Anything you can do to help me? Can pm my details.

  • longwire1000 mike collins (@longwire1000) reported

@TalkTalk Still no email service. What are you doing about the server problems you have admitted to? What's the ETA to have services restored? Will any emails be lost due to your planned upgrade that's gone wrong?

  • J0hnB0 John Boud (@J0hnB0) reported

@TalkTalk @BrianSheldon Why doesn't your service status page indicate that there are (apparently ) known (and planned) issues?
