@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk really poor customer service from you today. You rang to upgrade our WiFi to fibre a few weeks ago and we said yes to an increase in price because we both WFH full time and rely on our businesses for income. You said there would be no loss of our service.

@TalkTalk Hi no internet connection since yesterday in Northolt talked to customer service and all they saying there is nothing wrong from their side and its all working fine as the test they did showed nothing wrong. This is so frustrating situation as no resolution
