    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk after first reporting an internet outage issue that requires @WeAreOpenreach support around 20 Hours you still haven’t contacted them what the hell is wrong with your customer service?

    @TalkTalk So your solution to my problem of being on the phone for hours on end on hold is to give me a phone number to call? I'm fairly certain you're going to give me the same number I've been on hold to for an eternity but ok - what is the number to call please?

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy. I opted to walk to my local exchange, actually talk with the OpenReach engineer, establish a cause, a solution and a timescale. It's better than calling your customer service clearly (where I was told I'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday).

    @TalkTalk Customer service is horrendous. Been on hold for over 4 hours over a 24 period just to try and renew my UFO broadband contract. Do you not want my money? Do you not want me to renew? Livid

    @TalkTalk Had Future Fibre fitted 4/4, worked ok for 2wks, now won’t connect. Line test says it works=it doesn’t, complained last Sun= sent a new cable for router =STILL not working, now what? I wfh & am losing income every day until this is sorted 😠I didn’t even ask for fibre BB!

    @TalkTalk I've switched providers and wanted to cancel my on its end date, talktalk didn't even tell me 30 days in advance that my contract was ending so now they're scamming me out of £40 because of the 30 day cancellation period.
