@TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

@TalkTalk 45 mins on hold do far and still no one wants to answer a phone. This is the same evety time I've rung in the last 6 months to sort the same problem out which still hadn't been sorted. No wonder I'm happy to be swapping

@TalkTalk How can I find how much you will charge me to cancel my service? @OriginBroadband seems a better option at this point

@TalkTalk I guess that's it then. Our speeds are lower than paid for, yet its our problem. Could you ask accounts to contact me. I would like to change provider as you are not providing there service I pay for.

  • swanseagds Geoff Stockton (@swanseagds) reported

@TalkTalk Its been weeks now trying to contact you. No chat, no phone no email. Awful service.

  • OnlyOnyx Justin Wright (@OnlyOnyx) reported

@DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk We unfortunately have them at work. The service is appalling. The "fibre" is so slow, the ticket system is by far the worst I've encountered. They closed the ticket without resolving and told me I'd have to resubmit. As soon as the contract is up they can piss off.
