    @TalkTalk I know you're not interested, but three weeks later and no resolution, no compensation. Just endless stringing it out as long and annoyingly as possible. My wife made a complaint months ago and nobody at @TalkTalk gives a toss.

    @TalkTalk help would be appreciated, my broadband and telephone line have stopped working, spent hours on phone and webchat, keep getting told to wait and then get disconnected or transferred and the transfer not picked up.

    @diygolf @TalkTalk Why don't you ask them to send packaging out for you to post it back John? I did that with Sky although they could not definitely say they received it, they never charged me and they were going to.

    @TalkTalk my internet is still down and there are no online customer support chats available. I work from home so need my internet connection that I pay for to remain steady and at the level you are supposed to provide. Please get back to me as soon as possible regarding my issue

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted in the customer service received. Promised that our issue was resolved, and has it!? Of course not. Constantly chasing to get it sorted would not recommend joining talktalk. I will definitely be leaving!! Causing nothing but unnecessary stress.

    My @TalkTalk telephone & broadband service stopped at 4pm today, after 2 web chats and to service calls I was informed they may have been disconnected because I'm upgrading to talk talks full fibre and they got the dates wrong 1/2

    @MartinSLewis hi, I am trying to get TALKTALK to turn on caller display for a 95 year old lady who receives numerous scam/unsolicited calls, 4 weeks and 5 phone calls later, still no caller display. Can we cancel the contract and move to another supplier? #talktalkwonttalk

    @TalkTalk I upgraded broadband end of December and I was assured of a faster broadband it ain’t the case after 14 days through my contract the it is really slow can’t even use my WiFi properly if am in next room haven’t been gone a good customer service

    @TalkTalk We switched over to you last week and have had to reboot several times since then. When we look at the connected devices it shows some of the devices two or three times on the list. Could this be the problem? Any suggestions? Thank you 🙏
