    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

    @TalkTalk Apparently the router they installed isn't the correct one but if it's going to be another 3 weeks for someone to go out to fix whatever the problem is, then surely that's a breach of contract?

    @TalkTalk I just became your customer yesterday and have already had the worst service I have ever received in my life. Might be a world record. Does no on at your company ever want to help anyone? I just get passed pillar to post for hours.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the offer but there is no need. I have left amd am content with my current provider and would not consider talktalk in future. The company should have been more willing to listen when there was a problem and realise that there is a choice

    @TalkTalk your new hub does not connect AND your service centre for full fibre is closed. Well done! Perhaps we could have some #walkwalk? I am seriously unimpressed. I'm not sure if #Trustpilot give 0 stars but that's where you're heading.

    @TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Mines not up and I’m seriously getting so mad with TalkTalk it going off all the time. I pay but don’t get the service. I’ve done all the checks at home. Last time it went off they sent a new router 2 weeks ago. But no internet again from yesterday morning. So no problem my end.

    Asked @TalkTalk why I couldn't purchase broadband package (advertised on @MoneySuperHelp as available for my property) through their website. Told...not in fact available. Offered much more £££ package. Asked if TT could match advertised price..."customer service" hung up!

    after 2 hours of chatting with 3 @talktalk agents, I have been asked to call instead as the billing team cannot help me with my bill. the automated line says I should chat with an agent instead. is this some sort of joke?

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk We had the same problem, but went on the service centre and ran a service check, then a connection check and it found a fault and sent someone out within 2 days n sorted now. Didn't need to speak to anyone.
