@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk I just helped my 85 year old, deaf father cancel his contract. Twice you hung up on him because he misheard security questions. You deliberately make cancelling difficult for elderly people. Call quality to your Irish call centre was appalling (why??)... 1/2

@TalkTalk I keep reporting to service centre that power booster isn't working properly. Am told will have to wait till router problems fixed. Now no lights on one of the booster plugs so no TV. This is not good enough. Have reset..no lights. turned off...no lights..what next?
