    @TalkTalk Vincent is a real asset to the company, after 3 live chats with different people Vincent sorts my wifi at first time of me asking, I can’t thank him enough 🤝! He saved a customer going else where because if he couldn’t sort it I was going else where. 🍀

    @more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @TalkTalk Why in Bedford talk talk not working ? I lost internet connection, i don't have wi-fi, what is going on ? I can't contact with abybidy to fix mine problems. Just some service center, online on account, joke ! I need speak with any agent and order service men, or service team !!!

    Purchased a 3Rd party router for @TalkTalk was told it was WiFi issue so I used a wired connection so no WiFi and what do you know still low speeds #bullshit
