    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @GailMyerscough I recently had to fix a problem with my elderly and recently-widowed m-i-l's TalkTalk account, and it was agonisingly frustrating. I eventually realised why, when I found out that the only solution involved moving the account to BT. Can't think why TalkTalk didn't point that out.

    @SayersBHAFC @TalkTalk We had the same rubbish service from TalkTalk,fibre never worked customer service were a joke.we were without Internet for weeks.changed to virgin & was set up within a few days,brilliant service.

    @TalkTalk you are a rubbish company. I have never come across a company where the communication is useless. I ordered future fibre and want to cancel and now you tell me the order cannot be found on the system yet a driver tried to deliver your package to my door today
