@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

Are all utilities companies as bad as each other at customer service? I’ve had issues historically with Sky, Orange, EE, Vodafone, BT, Sky & EE. Now @TalkTalk who offered me 2 months free to upgrade and have hit me with a £68 bill and deny all knowledge. #crooks #gangsters

@TalkTalk I just recently signed up for your Fibre 900 Broadband only deal, after a salesperson came to my door and talked me through it. It's £36 p/m. I have been scared about it ever since, incase it seems too good to be true. Can you please help? I'm very worried about it all.

@bigjintybarr @TalkTalk Stay well away from talktalk criminals they said free home move, then mess up make 2 accounts & charge me or charge for things i never ordered they are not honest, they take random amounts ££ out of peoples bank accounts be lucky to get 6MB from wifi and charge you for 900MB
