    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    The level of incompetence at @TalkTalk is beyond me. 3 months just to change an address and it's still not done. Agent straight out lied to me on the phone then all of a sudden, she has connection problems

    @TalkTalk I moved my address since 21th October and I say 27th September I spoke with one of your customer service member he told me I the 20 days cooling off it will start from 21th October otherwise why I gonna do this if on 27th September if I can’t be in my new flat and check

    Argh no broadband for 10 days. I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.

    @TalkTalk Sorry but there’s no point, she’s a new customer and is so disappointed in the service and the lack of helpfulness from Talk Talk that she’s cancelling before it’s even installed.
