@more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk Vincent is a real asset to the company, after 3 live chats with different people Vincent sorts my wifi at first time of me asking, I can’t thank him enough 🤝! He saved a customer going else where because if he couldn’t sort it I was going else where. 🍀

@TalkTalk Here's the thing, customer service have no idea! I very much doubt you would be able to help but people need to know how talktalk treat their vulnerable customer's and that's shockingly disgusting! You insist that my mother in law must have fibre broadband at a huge cost.
