    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    After singing the praises of @TalkTalk for a while, we have had over a week of the absolute worst customer service, the emptiest promises, and the most incomprehensible support system I’ve ever tried to navigate. Avoid them at all costs till they sort it out.

    @TalkTalk 2 weeks without broadband for a fault and they want to end contract early to increase charge by 25% no compensation. They charge you if you end early totally anti customer

    @lynjobaggins @TalkTalk I will as I have very serious concerns. I've now found reference to this message "There is a problem with our (I take our meaning TalkTalk) Your services will be affected" How many Talk talk customers are aware of that? Still the repeated message continues!

    If you want to have problems every month because the workers are terrible and they don't seem to KNOW HOW TO READ. Get @TalkTalk . No, it's better to go to a company that doesn't touch your nose and at least knows how to read and understand what people write.

    @TalkTalk Today is my activation date and I’ve received emails to say that my service is now live but still just have constant blinking amber light… everything is connected correctly, have tried resetting and still nothing

    @JOHN_MARTIN808 @TalkTalk I’ve had this. Cancelled my service in February and they took a payment on April 6th which I’m trying to get back ... terrible service, the only person I spoke to hadn’t a clue how to help me.
