You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

I have not been able access or receive or send emails due to a server error your end since 9 December not good enough!

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
