You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

marc **** (@marcgash) reported@TalkTalk my account was terminated on 10th Dec 2020 due to a house move and you not supplying services at the new address. Why therefore have you taken a full months fee on the 18th Dec followed by another fee on 5th Jan? Customer service is totally unreachable even online chat!
