@TalkTalk Not working again today 19/03/21. Reset router multiple times. Tried web. They just said reset it (which I already told them I did!) and now they say someone will call within 5 days?!

I am absolutely disgusted with the awful customer service from @talktalk would certainly never recommend them as a broadband supplier. They are not interested in helping customers whatsoever

@TalkTalk It is working fine now. I think it was down for a lot of people. I did see a list of places where it would be down for maintenance but I didn't see where I live on there, but I guess it covered here anyway.

@TalkTalk A phone call to say I am looking after you and we are going to do a hard reset. Switch off for 30 minutes and I will call you back. Two hours later. Nothing. Just like the internet. Honestly terrible customer services. Dreadful.

7/ Do not go into business with Talktalk and pray no one opens an account with them in your name. Feel free to share this, maybe someone who’s dealt with them can tell me what the actual **** I’m supposed to do here.
