    @TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the update. It’s frustrating that your diagnostic service has had me unplugging cables for over an hour telling me the fault is at my end! Your online chat service has also been unavailable. Hope you get it fixed quickly.

    @TalkTalk Thank you. Any idea when the service might resume? Just so you're aware, your dashboard appears to report phone lines as having no problems but they appear to be down along with broadband.

    @TalkTalk Yes I have checked it but it is showing only Oxfordshire but Warwickshire is also having a problem. Are you aware of it??
