@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

@TalkTalk why am I receiving automated phone calls telling me my internet will be turned off in 4 hours and then when I press 1 to speak to someone they aren’t even from my internet provider but just try and get me to switch to talk talk, terrible way to conduct your business

Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression
