    @more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @TalkTalk My broadband hasn’t worked since the 12th of July and till date nothing has been done to resolve it. What is going on TalkTalk? I work from home and sadly I have to use my personal hotspot to work. I pay for this service and I am not getting it.

    @TalkTalk Erm! What sort of crap email is this I just received? Last week you took 2 payments of £31.95, it should have been one! I went through a load of nonsense on the phone & told my refund in 7 days. Now my email says you’ve APPROVED my request & aim to refund me in 10 days! Idiots!

    @TalkTalk Why do I need to send a DM? Let’s just correspond on here. After all, it’s a very simple answer I seek. You offered my refund last week and now after the week elapses, you email saying my request is approved and it’ll be 10 further days! Pretty poor conduct, don’t you think?!

    @TalkTalk Internet has been absolutely abysmal the past few days, not working for up to an hour at a time several times a day. Cannot get through to speak to anyone about this. I want a discount on my next bill as you’re not providing the service promised.

    @TalkTalk And yes there is more you can do sort out the problems. Go talk to your CEO everything is documented there yet again so maybe something will happen.
