@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk Can you please advise what's happened to Call Barring? I tried to block a caller this morning, was told that I had 100 numbers stored, then I was logged out. When I tried again message stated "service requested is not available, please hang up"!

Why is it that everytime I upload a file of more than about 100mb, my @TalkTalk internet connection for the entire house goes down? Had their support look at this twice without fixing it!

How bad are the broadband and energy companies websites apps and live chats. @EONhelp app has been terrible all morning and 3/4 hours to get through on the phone. I think they are using the COVID as an excuse sometimes. And don’t get me started on @TalkTalk
