@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

After a nightmare of a year with @TalkTalk with literally no internet in our flat in london, we have decided to move to @virgin however, Classic @TalkTalk won’t take our cancellation call, or assist with the cancellation. Your customer service is a joke. Stay clear of talk talk

@TalkTalk Hi, urgently need to speak to someone regarding compensation for the fact that we've waited over 1 week for a new router which now the engineer cannot fix because the modem has gone. Working from home so 1 week's wages lost. So angry.

@TalkTalk Customer Services assured me that they would ensure I was not charged for non-return of my router but I have just received a bill for £50. I can't return the router because I haven't been sent a return label.

@TalkTalk twice now your customer service has put the phone down on me your engineer was supposed to come out so I took the day off work and he never turned up but said he did he lied my internet was supposed to go live 6th of August but has never worked absolutely disgusting
