@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hr to sort out my phone line and then was cut off! Changed to you was told I’d keep my number that I’ve had for over 34 years and it’s now gone, was offered £5.99 for inconvenience?! Worst customer service ever! Get in touch pls!!

@TalkTalk Hi! My parents switched to TalkTalk & NOWTV package last week after a door to door salesman gave them an offer. They haven't received anything about NOWTV and after ringing yesterday and setting up their TalkTalk account it looks like it isn't on the bill. We need help

@JamesD1993 @TalkTalk The method which you can use to get that. I was in the same problem last Month. I tried several methods I found online to solve it. But it did not work, just a waste of time and energy. To my greatest surprise when I contacted #cyberking_consultant0 via Instagram who help me.

Hey @TalkTalk you keep over charging me for my internet contract despite me calling you and telling you that it’s wrong. Before I spend hours waiting to talk to a human, this means I can cancel the contract, right?

@TalkTalk Over an hour only to be put through to customer service and then cut off, dint even have the decency to call me back. Absolutely disgraceful only been with @TalkTalk for a few months and using our phone hotspot for internet, Seriously at our whits end with this jike company

@TalkTalk your conduct is, frankly, disgusting. Our 'open' complaint was closed without any feedback, now you have wrongly taken this £50 - without authority - yet you have still not paid my mum the refund you confirmed that she was due to her 8 weeks ago.
