Credit where it's due @TalkTalk have phoned and apologised and taken full responsibility for the problem I was having on Monday. They spent 2.5 hours refusing to believe it was anything other than me at fault I couldn't see one particular website.

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

@more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

@hamishjoemc @parispagesblog @whippletom yeah, my mom was on virgins 200mb fibre deal a few years back for £90 a month, we were only getting 55mb according to speed tests, with constant connection drops, swapped to talktalk broadband and got 45mb on speed tests for 1/3rd the price with no connection drops, VM sucks

@TalkTalk My father lives alone in his 90s and his phone line has gone down, his care line will no longer work if he falls over. Offering to ring back in 3 days is not good enough! 😡
