@TalkTalk @Alanmulgrove Alan - ask for a manager from the CEO’s office to get involved. My 85 yr old Dad had problems cancelling Talktalk as well. Got assigned a manager from CEO’s office, after complaining & it all got sorted. 👍🏻

.@TalkTalk keeps sending generic mail ads via Royal Mail but I think they need to sort their customer service out first. I remember back to about two weeks ago when I requested them to ring me thrice and they didn’t! Then tried contacting direct and on hold for 2 hours!
