    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @TalkTalk as a talk talk customer I'm shocked and dismayed, I'll be moving my account as soon as possible even though I'm in contract you've just given me an out with no charges with the upcoming price hikes, I urge everyone to ask talktalk to stop funding hate news

    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @TalkTalk Are really good internet provider If they any problems they are on it and get fix soon has I am very happy what am paying for Would recommend anyone to stay up with TalkTalk Paying 61 down and 19 upload Am getting that and it is stable everyday

    @TalkTalk I am having really slow internet own getting 43 Mbps and 15 upload You are refusing getting BT openreach engineer to get me back to 72 down and 19 upload What fix is that mush to ask for

    Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

    @PhilSkipper49 @TalkTalk Well at least you got some way towards a resolution, I'm still without my connection, the last conversation said it takes 24hrs from the installation to get connected. Obviously there hours are a lot longer than everyone else's.

    @TalkTalk We do not have Internet since today at 9.30am and I worked from home. All was working until I chatted with one of yours full fibre advisor... And now the service is off! I worked from home and the service support is really poor.

    @MartinSLewis @bbc5live Managed to get higher speed BT broadband down from £49/m to £31/m. Still wasn't really good enough as TalkTalk had cheaper with cashback so they offered a free install and upgraded router. Then the engineers failed to turn up and I got 6 months free in compensation. Excellent.
