@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk So the man I just spoke to in the cancellations department put the phone down on me! This is not acceptable. I want to cancel my contract. It ends at the of Feb but am being told that I’ll have to pay to 3rd March as it’s 30 days notice. I had my renewal email only yesterday

Just saved my wee Maw who retired last week£75 a month by calling Sky to combine her utilities together and cancel TalkTalk. Baffles me how much companies make due to older people not being tech savvy enough to keep on top of everything!

@TalkTalk Hi, I have a retail shop in Lichfield. Our 2 phone lines are not working. One phone line is used for our card machine. Online support earlier said it may take 72hrs to resolve the issue. No card machine will mean thousands of pounds of lost revenue this weekend. Please contact me

@TalkTalk Rubbish. Yesterday consisted of 2 agents hanging up in my face, 4 live chat agents who couldn't help me, and 20 minutes on hold with no answer which would beg to differ. And all because I want to leave TalkTalk. Ridiculous. You're terrible and should feel embarrassed.

@talktalk absolutely shocking service broadband below guaranteed speed , we will send you an engineer (we won’t tell you it’s £100) oh you need a new router (we won’t tell you it’s £50 and we will charge you twice)
