    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk Hi, my landline was with Utility Warehouse (you provide their landline service). I have swapped to BT and they can't get my number back from Open Reach who say it's unavailable. UW released it 1wk ago. Can you give me a Talk Talk phone number so I can sort this out please? Thanks

    @TalkTalk trying to get order update please. Customer support phone line for days has said "we're running with reduced staff today, consider going online" and eventually rings through to ... nothing. There's no online facility unless you're existing customer?

    @TalkTalk hi - waited in for an engineer yesterday to connect my internet, never showed and now the next appointment is 12/09. engineer has said he knocked on the door and called me, didn’t do either. Unacceptable for me to have no internet for 3 weeks through no fault of mine!

    @TalkTalk why has it taken three hour long phone calls to cancel my account and it’s somehow still not cancelled!!!!!! I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes what is happening here
