@TalkTalk We have no wifi. I have been in contact with a engineer who tells me that the problem is at the exchange and it’s your fault. They have told me it could take 3 days to fix. My family’s in isolation and working from home. Can this be fixed quicker as a matter of urgency

On Tuesday of this week I woke up and the internet was down. I contacted @TalkTalk and they said it was a problem at the exchange, they’d send an engineer. I made them aware of the additional complications, no phone signal, heart failure, wfh etc

I hear that @talktalk lost a David vs Goliath case in Crown court this week. David slaying them for sharp business practices, lack of customer care and aggressive threats. Be warned people

absolutely rubbish service, still charging my elderly parents for broadband which they cancelled several months ago. Why send them a new router, they have never asked for it. Free calls still charged. RIP off TalkTalk
