    @TalkTalk our internet is down - account page confirms there is a problem identified that needs attention. Tells us to click a link to to contact your team to fix but the link doesn't work and no option to call you. Please advise urgently what we can do to resolve? Thanks.

    @talktalk Day 73. Still no router return label. Sent another written complaint to Salford office plus print out (7 pages!) of DMs dating back to Aug 7. Complete waste of time.

    @talktalk After 4 hours talking via chat & through here, still not got my 83 year old mother connected reliably. Well aware intermittent problems are hard to solve - no broadband when support is shut, connection OK during the day. It's 2021, there should be 24hr support.

    @meeshbudden @TalkTalk Disgusting. It’s clear she doesn’t have a clue about what broadband is. It’s clear mis-selling. @TalkTalk are a big company and should refund her. Do the right thing. She hasn’t used the service #dotherightthing
