    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @talktalk just been told by one of your support team that support calls can drop out due to weak signal. I'm reporting from a hardwired Apple Mac computer and not a mobile. Now approaching 2hrs to report a faulty remote control. Not a good story is it?

    @TalkTalk any idea when service will be back up and running in my area? DA119AZ- just unacceptable to say that an engineer is on their way soon when people rely on their internet for work.

    @TalkTalk Given all security details and sent the customer service number that then doesn’t recognise postcodes or contact numbers and sends a text to my phone!!

    Broadband NOT @YourSSE because you sold us out to @OVOEnergy who then sold us out to @TalkTalk crap service and no phone number to contact, mum's broadband has now been down 24hrs with no out of hours number to be found anywhere!

    In the past 4 months, I’ve ordered #broadband 3 times ( twice from @bt_uk & once from @TalkTalk ). 3 times @WeAreOpenreach have cancelled it & walked away. Why do I have to put up with this crap ?
