@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk Completely useless service, was told that I can ring back with account details to verify the account and then they said oh no that’s wrong it HAS to be the account holder. Even though it was your mistake that an engineer didn’t turn up yesterday

.@TalkTalk Customer of 11 yrs, new account for new address. Set up 19th Jan with go live date 2nd February. Despite calling daily since the 2nd, phone line is still dead and the internet only went live on 3rd after a new router was sent despite telling me the old one would work.

@didoharding @BapiOresearch Did they explain to you how viruses work? FML, you have no shame. Constantly in ridiculously high paid jobs you aren't qualified for. You even failed at TalkTalk which is some feat given how poor a company it is!
