@TalkTalk I have been a customer for one week and STILL no internet. I was told it had been escalated to open reach but no it has been escalated to a ‘case manager’ first. So no one is actually fixing anything. And I have had to now buy data to work from home. FUMING. 🤬🤬🤬

So are you genuinely trying to piss off the customer by creeping up our bills over time? Sorry, but the idea that we the customer need to phone you up every year or so to try and stop you from picking our pockets... Seems a bit ******, to say the least. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Constant service outages because our router, despite servicing and upgrading drops off the internet numerous times a day costing me time and money. I’d like to email your complaints department please.
