    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk No... that's the only thing you guys do. "Send a DM and we will look into this" I know there is a problem and I'm sure you guys have a record of it. I want a technician to come, check and FIX IT...I'm getting tired of this...

    Anyone thinking of joining @TalkTalk think again when you have a problem it’s like ground hog day “I need to do some troubleshooting with you” but the issue is never fixed and when you contact them again to tell them you get the same reply 🤬

    @TalkTalk My internet keep suddenly dropping out and not sure why? Then when it is back only getting speeds of 30mbps when it should be around 150mbps? Please help!

    @TalkTalk I tried that. Says it doesn’t work for my account so chat. Chatted for 20 minutes and they then said they can’t help with ultra so have me a number. That closes at 6pm. All a bit poor.All I want to know is if the issue 7 miles away can affect me and an update on likely downtime?!
