@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@PipSinks @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Eventually gave up. Did not give them my forwarding address or phone number and never heard from them again. They are horrific. Dido Harding was in charge at the time.

@TalkTalk been hung up on by two advisors now. We haven't had our issue resolved since October last year, and we are being made to pay a termination fee to leave? Worst broadband provider i've ever dealt with.

@TalkTalk shocking customer service. I have rung through on my ill parents behalf as phone line hasn’t been working for over a week. Appointments made and cancelled without us being told and the way I was spoken to by one of the 4 advisors who I have spoken to was disgusting.

@Scarborough_GB Only if one is easily fooled, or cowed. Vacant eyes and a good line in “poor little me” body language. This was the woman who when CEO at TalkTalk, didn’t know if their data was encrypted. Rank incompetence wherever she is.

@TalkTalk engineer called, said that connection in house was fine, all problems are outside. In the past 5 minutes, I have received 2 texts from @TalkTalk, asking me to check home connection. I have done so (even though engineer said ok), but cannot reply to texts. SNAFU

@OpenreachHelp Hi David, I have asked @TalkTalk to escalated this matter now as getting fed up with the continue problem. Fault was cleared on Tuesday and seem to work yesterday. Then this morning OR engineer worked on pole outside their house for new line for neighbour.
