Husband is on the phone to @TalkTalk, trying to sort out his dad's email and complaints. The advisor really did just use the "all the managers are in a meeting" line after he asked her for her manager on the phone in order to escalate. Their customer service is truly pathetic

@talktalk Got put through to an advisor called Elisa. She was giving out excuses. @FourQ asked to speak to her manager to escalate the complaint. He was given the standard line "They're all in a meeting". She kept muting the call. @

@TalkTalk #CustomerSatisfaction #customerservice #badcustomerservice I was due to receive a call from you - 29/03 between 16.00-18.00 . At 17.55 received a message to say you will contact me on 30/03 between 10.00- 12.00 Get it together! Your customer service is rubbish!
