@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk we are having trouble with our wifi speeds. We are on the faster fibre package and getting the absolute minimum at best. Lots of buffering when live streaming is the main problem. Tried your support but they basically said nothing they can do, before cutting the call!

@TalkTalk today you've emailed to say you're upgrading me. At risk of repeating myself, I want to cancel service. Only way to do it is to call a #premiumnumber. Am very tired. @guardianmoney @Ofcom #totallycrap

Tried to get a better deal from @TalkTalk after my massive price increase. Apparently someone altered my tariff to a more expensive one a few days ago. There's nobody here but me! So I can't alter it for couple of weeks. I have voted with my feet. Appalling customer service .

@TalkTalk I have had nothing but issues with you since our order back in December..I've been lied to, fobbed off and finally got a TV box delivered and installed yesterday to not be able to record...you have sent us the wrong box!!! I've been cut off live chat twice. Disgraceful!
