@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk how come there isn't a phone number to call? I'm waiting for a time for my broadband installation today and I've heard nothing. I was told I'd be notified days before the installation date. Absolutely disgraceful service

@TalkTalk Stop trying to cover poor PR on tweets, I have complained daily for 3 months and you’ve not fixed the issue, assigned someone to look into the issue or stopped closing existing cases

There are 5 of us at home who need the internet for work and school but our @TalkTalk internet is not working. Instead we're having to try and make do by creating mobile hot spots. Far from ideal.
