    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    Anyone got any tips on how you get @TalkTalk to understand the difference between logging a fault because you're broadband is off again and logging a complaint because you're not happy with their service?

    @TalkTalk I contacted your cs team as I noticed my bill increased with no explanation. I have checked and I don't have the email. How can you increase the price of a fixed contract, fail to notify me, and not offer a reasonable way of lodging a complaint about it? Awful customer service

    @TalkTalk I can't make or receive calls on my phone but have dialling tone. How am I supposed to report this? Have been round and round your site fruitlessly for hours. If you're a human managing this feed, please help.

    @TalkTalk Sky. I’ve tried contacting TalkTalk via phone, Twitter, web support and can’t get anywhere because I don’t have account access online & our phone number isn’t being recognised as a customer 😩
