@TalkTalk @lewis_herbert I’ve seen your price rises for existing customer.. this with her internet speed < 0.4 Mbps .. Dec2019 £42.95 Jan2020 £44.95 Oct2020 £46.45 Jan2021 £48.45 I think your 2019-20 revenues of £1.5billion reflect you collecting plenty of money.. your only worry is shareholder value.

@1efcJc We are with TalkTalk on Fibre and can only remember once in the last 5 years since we moved in when it dropped. But, unless you’re on cable with Virgin they all use the BT Openreach line so if the line isn’t good you will have problems with everyone unless fixed

@OpenreachHelp hi any chance you can fix my phone line please? It’s been down for over 24hrs and not getting anywhere with TalkTalk. Can’t make or receive calls which is not acceptable.

@jonathanboogles @LauraDuthie76 TalkTalk send a newer box.. just that DSL over copper telecoms is not the same as Virgin fibre.. DSL reflects qualities and lengths of copper, so the issues are rather different.

@TalkTalk Your CEO is still paid £1m a year. You have a choice, you just chose to screw over your hard paying customers. Either your infra team is bad at budgeting, with a **** up this big your CEO should be on the block. Or you deliberately and maliciously planned to do this.

@plsimps @bt_uk You are very lucky that you have had no broadband issues.. If you have issues, TalkTalk are reliably the worst company to hope to get help from.. many, many people are saying this.. @Plusnet are far better, though you have to watch price, as it jumps at end of contract, like 50%

@TalkTalk Thank you but there is no point it’s been done three times it is just the service is shocking

@LauraDuthie76 @jonathanboogles If TalkTalk have improved, but they must have been shockingly bad before that.. So much of support is automated/computer driven.. the human support involves a rigid script approach, which is useless for nuanced issues.. Jump ship at earliest: Plusnet are okay, until end contract.
