    Talktalk need to go on a few customer service courses oh and by the way I demand to speak to the complaints person tommorw morning as well from an update on my complaint

    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    How bad are @TalkTalk ? Having agreed to upgrade our broadband 4 weeks ago, I’m still waiting for them to switch it over. I’ve spent 7 hours this week on phone/chat. No one takes any responsibility, been passed around and cut off more times than I can remember. Time for a change.

    @TalkTalk why’s my WiFi not working and flashing orange? I’ve been told there’s a fault & it’ll take 2-3 working days to be fixed, I don’t pay for it to not work for a couple days… it should be sorted straight away

    @claudiekeenan @TalkTalk They've gone quiet now. Just like when I call, they just hang up if they don't know the answer. I going to choose a different provider, but still going to take this all the way to @Ofcom if they don't make right the problems they've caused me.

    @ade__h @TalkTalk Turns out it was genuine! I had to call them to cancel it although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!! Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until it’s too late!

    @WeAreOpenreach Thanks for the response. To clarify: I did go through service provider (Talktalk) who agreed that it was a legit complaint to file with Openreach. Gary refused to book it even after he confirmed that an engineer file an incomplete job as complete

    @TalkTalk my parents cannot speak to anyone to help them. They've been waiting for talktalk TV box for months, due to arrive on 26/7 and nothing. They want to speak to 1 person to resolve it. You take the money and not supply the service. #shameful @MoneySavingExp #badservice

    @daddydaycare31 @TalkTalk It is and the same happened to me. And they sent me a router. Had to faff about and cancel the engineer via their terrible customer service and now they want me to return the router, but they don’t do collections. Shocking. Think I’ll send them an invoice for my time

    @TalkTalk live chat is literally the most frustrating and shocking experience going. Just playing pass the parcel between departments. You’ve sent me the wrong item and still charged me. It’s not a difficult fix

    @TalkTalk Have tried calling to join as a new customer for broadband. Been advised that I will get a call back which hasn't happened. Been waiting a week now. I have called 5 times this week
