    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk I've previously turned off the router and modem for 30 minutes, unplugged everything, and it's just a temporary fix, because just hours or days later, maybe weeks if I'm lucky, it stops working properly.

    @guardiannews Had a bad experience with VM so if they do takeover TalkTalk I'll be leaving on the grounds it not the company I signed up with originally.

    @TalkTalk Will message you in the morning. I spent over 45mins trying to sort out the issue and asked for a manager to ring me back. That was at 7pm. I am still waiting…..

    @TalkTalk Great, now go and fix the f*cking internet issues we are having around the Birmingham area. Have been told there will be no wifi/internet for a week! How is that acceptable?!!?!!!

    @kestermann Also, why would VM02 not prefer to create a sub-brand and use its own network to deliver the service? Isn't that what it did with giffgaff in mobile? Does VMO2 need TalkTalk's network or is this really about buying four million new customers? Love to hear your thoughts Kester.
