@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk You have given me a bad day for Fibre installation, BT Openreach have a SMS based booking service that I have tried to use to change the date, it says it will confirm my proposed date but never does. No idea what is going on. Help please.

@TalkTalk so my Internet died today at 1430 UK time. Did all the checks possible with live chat support. After 2 hours Told me I might have to pay 75£ for a talktalk engineer to come in 5 days! Wow. @bt_uk, any contracts for me?

@TalkTalk I've been charged by you. I've requested to cancel my service from the 26th Mar and ent back the router. You are still charging me and you team is being dodgy on the call stating I've never cancelled. Please issue a refund and stop charging me

@TalkTalk Your service is shocking. Stopped replying to my dms. Forced me to pay a one off payment last night as I was “late” which I’m not. Then take the direct debit anyway advising it wouldn’t be taken. You have now charged me twice. ******* ridiculous give me my money back.
