Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
