I have asked to cancel my service

Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company

ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.
