    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk Need FTTP that everyone else is offering, all i can get from talktalk is fiber 65 which is not FTTP, Vodafone, sky, plusnet and BT all offer this, I cannot get through on your customer helpline.

    @TalkTalk Is there a fault on the login, always logged on with autofill, now doesn't recognise even though I was logged on and looking at my dashboard 2 minutes before. I've reset 4 times and no email has come through either.

    service How come there is nobody to answering my phone call to the number below? I answered all the questions and nobody at the other end, im thinking of leaving talktalk to Vodafone for full fiber, but cant talk to anyone 0345 172 0088

    @TalkTalk I’ve tried getting your help today and got nowhere. Spending a ridiculous amount of time to understand a simple password reset process. I’m sure others will benefit from your explanation so can you answer the question please.

    @TalkTalk You need to review your processes which are not customer friendly , nor would they safeguard vulnerable clients. Your manager would also benefit from customer service skills

    @TalkTalk your telephone service is abysmal, I explained to your agent I want to cancel my account, got put through to a final payment person and their phone was just garbled stuttery nonsense, couldn't understand them kept getting hold music then that again so they hung up.
