    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk , what a shame. Today you were able to transform a very satisfied customer in a VERY ANGRY customer in less and 45min... First you let me waiting in a queue for more the 30 min to request a cancellation, that you could have easily dealt online.

    .@virginmedia I have radio silence from .@TalkTalk No internet for three weeks, phoned multiple times, always start from scratch, no call backs, can’t leave or I pay £150 to leave a service I don’t have…. Can you help me

    @MegaCart @TalkTalk All depends on which providers cover an area, choice is not always great. Btw, I was with TalkTalk until recently since year 2015 and never had any major issues. I agree though that their customer service became an utter garbage recently.

    @virginmedia My account with you has been closed by talktalk. I'm contacting ofcom. They said other people have been blocked from leaving by you. If you attempt to take my line or charge me, you're breaking ofcom regulations, and will be prosecuted. I will never use your service ever.

    @TalkTalk why do you seem not to care. I’m paying for 115mgs down load speed and all I have is 30. An hour on the phone and still nothing is done to improve my download speed. What exactly am I paying for?

    @TalkTalk I have no internet for last 14 days a fault talktalk can not fix only execuses today it will be fixed tomorrow and now 14 days have passed
