    I've got the 150mb service. I've been told to turn off/on my router or reset or factory reset multiple times, and the issues still persist, no matter what. So the fault is either your tech, or the company that you use to give customers a interment service. #TalkTalk #Internet

    @TalkTalk Over an hour only to be put through to customer service and then cut off, dint even have the decency to call me back. Absolutely disgraceful only been with @TalkTalk for a few months and using our phone hotspot for internet, Seriously at our whits end with this jike company

    @peejb @TalkTalk Told that 1) I didn't deal with that bill -my excuse for not telling him my deal with Sky.2) still 8 months left on contract - oh no ofgem will sort that out for you 🤨. Bad mouthing Sky, aggressively asking why I wanted to pay Sky more for bad service. And now BB down in area 🤔

    @TalkTalk @Susankerrison2 We won't mention why we left talktalk, 2 months without service over Xmas Then 2 months after we agreed to cancel the contract and go to virgin talktalk decided to inform us our services were back up and running.

    Talk Talk are utter **** no landline for nearly two weeks and now they want confirmation of when someone last phoned. How about just fixing the ******* landline 😡😡😡#TalkTalk @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk your conduct is, frankly, disgusting. Our 'open' complaint was closed without any feedback, now you have wrongly taken this £50 - without authority - and you have still not paid my mum the refund that you confirmed she was due 8 weeks ago.
