@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Issues with internet service for 7 days so far and not even close to being resolved. Everyday I have to start the process from the start and go through the same procedures. Very frustrating. Better off with dial-up!

@TalkTalk I was talking on the online chat trying to resolve our internet issue and then it stopped working and now I can't get back to the online chat function. Please help as have been without internet for a week now.
