    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk are awful…no broadband since 12th September. Hours of time wasted on phone running tests with no resolution! We are leaving and I suggest others do not join! Very poor service

    @TalkTalk The most terrible customer service , have been trying for more than 2 month to resolve my account number issue but no one to help and there is no way to escalate the issue to any senior, and agents are total clueless. Ask for email to complain and no email either .

    @TalkTalk absolutely awful customer service/company. Trying to cancel a broadband order since Mon, spoken to 4 ppl now, all worse than previous. Just been xfered to “relevant dept” only to been pinged straight back to customer services, having to start explaining from the start!

    @TalkTalk having major issues thus. Morning. Lost connection at 8:30 and never been back for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time since. Lost work meeting connections

    24. Finally give in and decide to post this experience publicly to get some action and resolution 25. One month without internet, weeks of delays, poor customer service, broken promises and false information given. @TalkTalk sort it out!

    Now @TalkTalk repeatedly ask me for security information. Which I am SO TIRED of being asked for. This isn't a bank service - it's broadband. As soon as I provide this information, they stop replying to my messages. NEVER take their broadband offers.

    @TalkTalk trying to cancel an out of contract broadband account is the hardest thing I have ever had to do! Tried three times to cancel, I have been disconnected and today was told that the system was down. Seems like you will do anything not to lose a customer!

    @Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I've switched from BT to Sky to Plusnet, never had any issues or gaps in service I assumed the *** from openreach just rocks up and moves the cable about at the exchange/box on change over day
