@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk It’s not about cancellation date it’s about disconnecting the line so we don’t get charged for someone else who’s moved into the house using the line which a vulnerable elderly lady will have to pay for? Your service is absolutely shocking, your mistake put it right?

@TalkTalk No thanks. I've sent most of the past 3 days talking to Talk Talk and getting nowhere. I have already lodged a complaint. And not because of hold music, but because you've disconnected my mum's phone and broadand & can't restore it for 12 days, even though she is a carer.

@TalkTalk so now you say in the DM we have to wait for the complaint, which does not include not having voicemail, so you are saying we have to have no voicemail until some unspecified time, seems to me you should enable voicemail in some way until YOU sort YOUR mess out

@TalkTalk what is going on!? Why is my internet always cutting out for like 2 - 3 minutes at a time!? That's 3 times yesterday and twice today so far! It's never when I'm just watching something on YouTube. It's always in the middle of ******* game!

@TalkTalk So the promise that prices will never increase during the duration of the contract was a misleading sales pitch, surely there are regulations that protect consumers from this. Broadband usage has increased due to Covid and this has been used as a way to increase profits

@TalkTalk possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Transferred 4 times, then disconnected. Not one operator seems to know what they're employed for.
