@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

Really love it when @TalkTalk arranges an engineer callout for 8am on a Saturday due to having no service for three days only to be told they're not showing up anymore and will have to wait until Monday. Raging.

@Stella123177 @TalkTalk Bloody stupid they said they'd send an engineer out on Monday coming and expect me to pay £75 I'd much rather them chase me for not paying them anymore than deal with talk talk again, I knew I shouldn't of switched to talk talk definitely going bk to sky for sure

@BPrincelachlan @Benjjjyy @TalkTalk Last time I had an issue with an international shipping provider. I spent 3 days calling to solve the issue and got literally no where. One call out tweet to the company and they were in my dms gave me a call and sorted it in 20 minutes. It fully does work.

@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk yeah TalkTalk are utter **** lol, last year they installed full fibre at my house, then told me a week later that they didn't and refused to acknowledge for months that they actually had, whilst refusing to upgrade my contract that I had already agreed with them pre-installation

@TalkTalk Hello. There are numerous fault reports dating back months for this service on 01512520919. We have agreed to an engineer but cannot get any updates because of loss of Internet. The fault reporting service is inadequate.
