    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk Too late I cancelled my order, I was waiting more then enough for one month for the internet to go live. This is insane for a new customer to wait that long!!

    @TalkTalk All I want to know is why the Internet is dropping out in NW7. I'm not the account holder, I can't access the diagnosis bot/software etc. What is going on with Talk Talk in London! Plenty of other people are reporting issues. Please look at your system and tell us.

    @FreedomFibre @TalkTalk my fibre broadband is down again in Weaverham, at least the fourth time in the last couple of weeks which is a big drop in reliability. Why is this happening? Big problem when I’m trying to work from home!!

    @TalkTalk Another epic communication fail Talktalk. I was promised a call from the manager handling my complaint within 24 hours. Didn’t happen. This is the 3rd time of phone call failure. I have had no broadband since 30th December 22. I even had a bill yesterday for full service!!

    @TalkTalk broadband went down 7.40am ME10 area. Is it just us? Orange light on box (usually white). Have re-booted, still down.
