@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk What's the fastest way to MAKE A COMPLAINT to this company - without being directed to a forum? I've just been charged 42 quid which includes a late payment fee and simultaneously been told my payment is due on 12th Feb. Today, I believe, is only the 5th Feb. I WANT TO LEAVE

@catrionaa15 @TalkTalk It's just the rudeness that gets me! I was asking why they upped my bills if my speeds went down (bearing in mind they're not giving me the guaranteed min.) and was absolutely belittled! Imagine if one of us spoke like that to someone making a complaint...

@TalkTalk On Weds I was visited by an engineer regarding my upgrade as there were issues with my line. Now I have better internet speeds BUT I CANNOT receive incoming calls on my landline – I can only dial out which given Lockdown is far from ideal – Please can you help?

Internet has been down since 6 am, after numerous calls @TalkTalk reps say no solution, perhaps need to wait THREE DAYS (awful customer service), couldn’t do any work, & now no idea when it’s back on, @TalkTalk PLZ ADVISE!

@TalkTalk teaching live lessons is really difficult with a download speed of 0.82 and an upload speed of 0.25... maybe my complaint emails simply haven’t been received yet as a result and that’s why I’ve had no response. I’m assuming a refund is coming my way?
