    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TelBabe Having problems with TalkTalk since 23rd July, received a router I hadn't ordered (trying to force me to upgrade), since then been harassed via email, text & phone, accents so thick I couldn't understand a word & had to end the calls. Strong complaint sent, awaiting response.

    @TalkTalk since my last tweet you have opened and closed a complaint without speaking to my bereaved husband! We still have not resolved the account and frankly find the whole situation completely unacceptable
