@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@tonymc39 @virginmedia One year ago we cancelled @TalkTalk by email, we received bill for 3 months, they took payment, we asked for a refund, they ignored us, they billed again, we refused to pay highlighting cancellation, they threatened restricted service (we don’t use it), 6 emails, 5 conversations

@smjyates @TalkTalk Good luck! when I eventually got through to someone on the phone they told me that all the dates they’d emailed out to customers for their installation dates were in correct. And that it was my problem to make it work for the installation tomorrow…

@TalkTalk @AgataMarkiewic1 My phone line is more or less useless as far as I can tell, and has been for a few days. TT are impossible to contact via phone or chat. I got an "upgrade" recently and was warned there may be issues during the transition, but TT are not making this easy. Regretting contract.

@TalkTalk A case manager finally phoned today. 13 days later and we're finally getting a new router. By the time it arrives it'll be 16 days without your WiFi. Awful, shocking service.

@TalkTalk hey. I have my engineer here today (finally!!) but still don’t have the router which hasn’t been sent. I was hoping it would come with the engineer but nothing. Really not happy with this appalling service 😡
