@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk Trying to report the death of my mother (a mobile phone customer of yours) Receiving a pathetically poor level of service: no understanding post-bereavement; being put through to wrong parts of your orgn; being cut off. What can I do please?!?! This is distressing.

@TalkTalk Same.. no internet.. checked micro filters and even swapped router for another - still no go.. Have another service from BT that is working fine so it’s not the line or the micro filter or the router it’s Talk Talk… any ideas on timeline???

So @TalkTalk are REFUSING to take my complaint about being overcharged on my bill 1. They did not send me a notification of charges and did not tell me in advance of charges 2. All the advisor did was talk over me during the call and TEN TIMES I asked to be transferred.

@MallinsonNathan Unfortunately yes. Anyone on the Openreach network (BT, Sky, TalkTalk, etc) we can cancel for you but Virgin we can't just yet. You should be able to do it online though and save yourself 45 mins on hold to their call centre...

@thedanjames91 @martinmalseed @TalkTalk I first contacted them six days ago. I've spoken online with about 8/9 people. I eventually got through to someone dealing with the complaint. This was on about 10 goes. All mysteriously up and running. I am going on today to claim my compensation

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusting service you have failed to fix a 92 year old ladies landline. We have wasted over 10 hours trying to sort this matter out over the last 7 days completely incompetent team can’t even sort a simple problem. Steer clear!!!

@TalkTalk your service has been dropping out several times a day for the past week. This has meant I've lost calls and work time on multiple occasions. It's already gone 3 times this morning. What's going on and when is it likely to be fixed?
