I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.

Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
