@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@MirrenGidda @TalkTalk it’s a disgrace the power that telcos etc have. @BTGroup have been so singularly useless with my parents - wasted days of their precious lives - and there is no recourse. Even the head of customer service cannot control her own institution and they continue to be useless.

@TalkTalk broadband was working fine this morning until about 0745ish until it stopped. Light on router just flashes white/orange. Hasn't worked since. Have tried all help steps (replace filter, turn off/on, test socket). Still nothing. #TalkTalk #TalkTalkBroadband

@TalkTalk Hi Harold - Open Reach have been out this morning and have checked the line. There was a fault on it but that was cleared last night. We have hard reset the router this morning (not as advised by TalkTalk BTW) and fingers crossed, we may have resolved the issue. 0/10 for service.
