@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TypeIYKYK @TalkTalk Really? I rang them they said theres been no incident, no outage & no other complaints. They then blamed my router, do i plugged in another talktalk router, so they then blamed my cable which i quickly changed, they then said 'oh well'

@TalkTalk @theginbeaver I have got a new provider. U have sent new contract no pre contract infomation cancel. New provider 10137338840. Phoned to make sure no renewal. Guy sendingreturn bad or screen shot. Proof. Unplugged ready to go back.

@TalkTalk your company is utter crap, we’ve lost our landline 3 times the first for 6 weeks, 2nd time 5 weeks & the 3rd time 3 weeks. Engineer came round in the morning says they’ll fix it on there end and still broken so now we’re leaving had enough 😡😡😡
