  @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

  I thought @TalkTalk was much better than @virginmedia based on my previous experiences. Holy mother freaking of god. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. I've exercised my rights to cancel my contract, and THEY'RE DENYING MY RIGHT TO CANCEL.

  @TalkTalk I have had BAD internet for the past 6 months. Your technical are no help and just go over the same repetitive stuff. Wrongly charge me for sending an engineer out to fix YOUR problem. I please sort this I want someone to contact me I’m am paying for a service that doesn’t work

  @TalkTalk worst customer service i’ve ever come across, is it acceptable that one of your team members kept talking over my partner then just hung up on the phone, absolutely disgusting!
