@TalkTalk Is there an email address where I can contact you to dicuss my issue?? I use my own supplied router which has worked fine up until today which stopped allowing external access to the Internet. Yet the one you supplied which I did not want, magically works fine!

@TalkTalk I reported a phone line fault this morning. Now I get a text from you saying you've checked my broadband and it's fine. I do not have a problem with the internet, it's my landline that's faulty. Could you please check 01324617435 and get it fixed.

.@TalkTalk keeps sending generic mail ads via Royal Mail but I think they need to sort their customer service out first. I remember back to about two weeks ago when I requested them to ring me thrice and they didn’t! Then tried contacting direct and on hold for 2 hours!
