    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    sodding @TalkTalk internet. It's impossible to watch anything without the internet constantly buffering. I'm using a wifi hotspot from my phone because it's better than the damn house wifi.

    @TalkTalk What is wrong with you? My home move order was supposed to be completed on 10th and still the connection is not active. The engineer has missed appointment thrice now and you are doing absolutely nothing. I have no service for the last 8 days. #pathetictalktalkservice

    @TalkTalk Last Thursday yet still no one is willing to help me. I have lost out on wages. I have a uni deadline this week which I now can’t work on and I have used all my mobile data which has also cost me a lot more money than usual. How are you going to fix this ASAP and when will I 3/4

    @TalkTalk and i was told the systems are down. You need to do better at looking after customers. I will be pulling out from the service when i can finally get through and i want my money back for the time my internet keeps dropping out. I will be contacting the ombudsman

    Tell you what. @TalkTalk are the most difficult company to deal with. Cancelled in my cooling off period because they're customer service was awful. Hadn't set up my account. Took three phone calls, the last one being 70 mins, to do this. Confirmed cancelled. Two weeks later 1/4

    Absolutely disgraceful Customer Service from @TalkTalk Got kicked out of online chat, 1 call got answered & disconnected, second call had been placed on hold, then transfered several times to be cut off. Just got through to be told systems are down. 4 days with no Internet!!!

    So. Was he (a) Some bloke thinking of moving here and checking experience of broadband speed? (b) Someone from TalkTalk on a secret mission to gather info they may try to use in future to get me onboard? (c) Really from a firm who check customer satisfaction & sell the info? >>
