    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 6 weeks and 7 complaints later and still no router or internet. I was promised equipment latest today!! I need someone from your legal department who can cancel my contract FOC and take the restrictions off my line so another provider can help me!!

    @TalkTalk Three days ago your company said the complaints team would call us about the many issues I have repeatedly contacted you about since my mum died in May. They have still not called and my father still doesn’t have a service you are overcharging him for. Disgusting!

    @TalkTalk without doubt the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can't believe how bad their customer service and technical support are. I have been on the phone for over 4 hours trying to get TalkTalk to turn my broadband back on, after they have cancelled my account by mistake.

    @TalkTalk I've tried to discuss via DM and live chat, where we were past to 5 different departments. With no success. You're email that you sent with contract details had no account/order number or any telephone number. We've gone down all channels for this to be cancelled!!!!

    @stuartsmith2708 @TalkTalk That's why we went back to BT. Took Talk Talk 3 months to fix our telephone line.

    @TalkTalk anyone brave enough to explain why I’ve had no internet for 3 days and no sign of getting it sorted because none of your advisers have been trained enough to figure out the problem? Forced to get fibre installed and now my perfectly adequate internet isn’t working…
