    Talktalk need to go on a few customer service courses oh and by the way I demand to speak to the complaints person tommorw morning as well from an update on my complaint

    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk Customer service is absolutely shocking , I’ve been without my broadband for 7days and counting. Keep being told to be patient and it will be fixed tomorrow which it then isn’t

    @TalkTalk Nah you're alright I actually am changing to you for real, your phone customer service is great too I remember that too from last time I had TalkTalk so i'm coming back. Vodafone keep trying to ring me now to stay, suddenly they're paying attention to me so I'm ignoring them.

    @TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk Hi I've been a talktalk broadband customer for many years. Have now had an email saying, as I am not a broadband customer, my email will cease working. How can I fix this?
