@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk I’ve spent hours on end trying to resolve my enquiry and have quite frankly given up - so I am now contacting everyone possible, to leave talktalk and join Sky / BT / or any other service provider that actually cares about their customers …..

@TalkTalk I have been trying for 3 days to get some help getting my Wi-Fi to be mended!!!! Talk talk is fine whilst it is working but if it’s not and you need help then that is when you realise you have made a huge mistake going with a company that does not even try to help.

@TalkTalk Im sure I have already tried them today but give me the details and I will try once again.. seriously terrible service and customer service even worse! So difficult to get any contact and if you do you get batted from One department to another.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk - can you help. Day 8 after future fibre install, 3 openreach visits, replacement ONT and still no Future Fibre working. Every time I speak to support they just keep saying it will be activated in 24 to48 hrs. What is it the back office need to do and what can I do?

@TalkTalk I phoned before writing the tweet, and tried the chat now again, but you’re closed, so looks like I’ll not have any broadband today AT ALL. Poor really when this was ordered two weeks ago. Plenty of time to get things set up
