    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk WHAT A JOKE!! 3 WEEKS OF STAFF WHO CONTRADICT EACH OTHER, HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN, LEAVE THE CHAT ON FACEBOOK! MANAGERS WHO ALSO ONE TELL ME ONE THING AND THE OTHER SOMETHING ELSE! YEARS OF BEING A LOCAL CUSTOMER #TALKTALK NO THANKS TOO MUCH STRES

    @TalkTalk @geriberrys It has been 5 days now without internet, have contacted talk talk multiple times on this issue. Spend 2 hours chatting with the assistant today and doing the same thing over and over again....now waiting for another 30 min and nothing has been sorted...

    @TalkTalk I was asked if I wanted to reorder f150 with TT.. err I already have that service with BT, so no thanks.. but I'll be upgrading BTs line to 900mb now so again TT have missed the boat.

    @TalkTalk your website says your customer services open at 8am today. Please tell your phone lines this. I'm trying to cancel a contract in the CoP (agreed yesterday) but have had no joy.

    @TalkTalk Actually, finally, a member of the escalation team has at last shed some light on my order cancellations. She said my fibre line won't support fibre 900 or fibre 500. Why is she the only team that has access to this detail? Completely mad!

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp hoping one of you can help, my elderly grandmother has moved house this week and was told her phone line would be installed tomorrow, the welcome pack now tells us it's the 22nd she relies on her phone to make contact with carers and can't wait a week.

    @Tatjana14980596 @TalkTalk Good luck! They are hopeless! Even when they say they will 'escalate' your complaint. We went on for months trying to sort out our problem.
