    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    Talktalk need to go on a few customer service courses oh and by the way I demand to speak to the complaints person tommorw morning as well from an update on my complaint

    @TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk Will someone turn the internet back on for the TQ13 area of Bovey Tracey Devon as it has been off since 5am today and local businesses e.g Lidl & Asda garage have been cash only, and must be losing thousands of pounds #Wifi #internet #outage

    I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

    @TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless

    @TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy
