@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk I moved & the broadband is supposed to be live now. I've connected the router - not working. I was in the middle of talking to an agent & your connection dropped out. I need this fixed urgently for work - pls contact me asap

@TalkTalk Problem with out/in bound calls, alarms (broadband OK). Tried to report latest fault (4th in 8 days) via website as mobile dead. Website SUCKS BIG TIME. Cannot report fault, concerned only with broadband, won't connect. Frail 85 yrs dementia reliant on fall monitor.

@TalkTalk having trouble with the internet cutting out on a daily basis for the last 3 months - I’ve spent endless hours on the ‘chat’ function trying to sort it and now being told you will charge £50 to fix it despite it being your error! This isn’t good enough please fix it!
