    @TalkTalk our internet has been been down for a week, we are waiting on an engineer supposedly- each day I call I get told to wait and see if someone turns up if not to call again. Seriously? I just want it confirmed.

    @talktalk been trying to get hold of you all day and have just been in hold for 45 mins to be cut off. No internet at all on your future 500. No help online. What can I do to get the service back up. It says your 24/7 on your website

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    @talktalk After 4 hours talking via chat & through here, still not got my 83 year old mother connected reliably. Well aware intermittent problems are hard to solve - no broadband when support is shut, connection OK during the day. It's 2021, there should be 24hr support.
