    Talktalk need to go on a few customer service courses oh and by the way I demand to speak to the complaints person tommorw morning as well from an update on my complaint

    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @JohnsonsSolicit Trustpilot are one of the least trustworthy sites on the internet, that's the true irony. They show John Lewis Partnership, who are fantastic, as two stars. They show completely awful organisations, like TalkTalk, who have been prosecuted numerous times, as a really high rating.

    @PoliceMutual The same cannot be said for @TalkTalk - totally hopeless. But also a 10/10 for @SkyHelpTeam who did what TalkTalk failed to do - provide service. Will never recommend. Back of the class guys and maybe teach your staff to be more helpful and less argumentative....

    @EdShobnall @TalkTalk Doesn't matter I found the problem they gave me a D Link adapter and turns out that cut my Internets speed in half soooo nice one talk talk for that useless tool

    @TalkTalkBizCare @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp The unbelievably poor customer service continues. Lots of apologies but these don’t actually get things sorted. Case number 06965322 opened on 29/12/2020 in case anyone cares about their customers.

    @Hussainfatih Following you now re. your @virginmedia nightmare & curious to see how @Ofcom are going to handle your complaint. #virginmedia used to be great & now they're sinking to the level of TalkTalk. Our net problem is systematically ignored. Sick of it now. We need help.
