    @medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

    @mycalltwo @virginmedia I just called talktalk, they told me ofcom allows them to terminate the account with Virgin if virgin refuse to let you leave. They've killed virgin from their end, but I suspect virgin will still try and take over. Talktalk reported that they've had people stuck by virgin before

    @TalkTalk What is the point of directing my call at the start of calling you when the dept you end up can’t help without speaking to another dept. Passed 4 times, no further forward. Where is the online chat line details located? 🙄 Soooooo frustrating, bad customer service!

    @TalkTalk Ive now been waiting 40 days for my fast fibre and Ive been told my case has been escalated and a manager will call me in 24-48 hours REALLY ? 24-48 HOURS nit 10-20 minutes ? Customer Care obviously your top priority

    Credit where it's due. Broadband went down Wednesday. 1 call made to @VodafoneUK, engineer out on Thursday, all fixed. In comparison to @TalkTalk who took 11 days and 6 calls to get fixed at the other property. Surely will be switching.

    @bouphe Ha, when I did this the person over the phone that was setting up my account spelt my email wrong so I could never get it to work. Also took 4 months to leave them. Always hate saying I've had better customer service with talktalk 😤 all the luck to you!

    @TalkTalk It’d be amazing if the people who picked up the phone didn’t cut me off straight away. 4 times I’ve called this morning and every time the line is picked up, it cuts off. Either your agents don’t know how a phone works or they don’t want to talk to me about my complaint.
