@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk your customer service is so so poor. Constantly making promises and never delivering. Its actually shambolic. Finally thought I would get a resolution when I was texted that I would be contacted today between 10 and 12. Nope, even when I phoned and they promised a call.

@TalkTalk hi talk talk so my elderly disabled mum got ur home broadband in just b4 new year. This is how she is suppose to stay in contact with her family tho face time but so far she's had engineers out 3 times to fix a outside fault. 3 times in a month.This is an disgrace.

@Ofcom No. @talktalk are fobbing is off left right and centre. Refusing to address our internet problem. I have a string of conversations to prove so. Constant line tests that never happen, then someone else will suggest a line test. Then they don’t do it. So someone else... no internet

The latest on @TalkTalk’S incompetence... I am now informed that despite calling on the 28th to cancel an order placed on the 22nd, they went ahead and processed it a few hours later. They have refused to do anything, and told me that so have to phone again. Another hour wasted.
