@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@DestronYT @TalkTalk Hi Thomas, TalkTalk blocked us recently for both highlighting how poor their service is and trying to help their stranded customers. Have TT replied to you? Do all of your wifi devices die or is it just some of them? Hate to ask if you've restarted your phone re: 4G?
