@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@cjcheesecake I was a Talktalk engineer, got called out to an old boy with slow internet. Did the line checks, it was excellent so went round. Internal wiring all good. Got him to turn on his pc then browser, he literally had 100 tabs open all porn sites. Bless him.

@TalkTalk Shocking customer service and didn’t do what they said. No text when internet back on and no diversion of calls from landline to my mobile. Deleted tweets about the problem once fixed. Might look at a different provider!!

@TalkTalk Your service is an absolute disgrace! I have been without internet for almost 24 hours! I have now been told that I must wait 72 hours until a specialist contacts me. How does this make sense? Why is your service so slow and why do you rarely resolve technical issues YOU cause!
