    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we don’t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    Can @TalkTalk please explain why my father has no phone line, no internet and when we phone to sort out we are told that "this service is currently not available" and the phone goes dead

    @TalkTalk hello, I have continued Wifi problems where I every time I’m on a Zoom call the connection isn’t good enough and drops out. Please can someone call me so I don’t have to wait on hold forever?

    @TalkTalk .. been a good customer but leaving as the internet playing up and then I get a bill more per month to end of contract... great service for being a good customer not ...

    @TalkTalk Ordered broadband off you and was installed 2 weeks ago. Engineer turned up at 4pm when he/she was suppose to arrive between 8am and 1pm. Broadband installed doesn't work called you said engineer would come on Thursday and nobody would need to be at house. Engineer turns up...

    @TalkTalk I've spoken online to an agent, after nearly an hour I'm getting an engineer out on Tuesday. The issue is with my modem; its dead and no power is reaching it. Power points are working fine and the router is fine. But the whole diagnostic was about the phone line. Made no sense.

    @TalkTalk Listen I’ve explained this numerous times you billed last one I read was £300 odd for a service I’ve never been connected to and my brother who’s already been in touch with citizen advice about the money you’ve took from his account and he’s never been connected #
