Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes

This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

It is a larger issue than my house, yet you didn't acknowledge that. Suggest that you remove this tweet and acknowledge the issue was NOT fixed and provide an update.
