    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    @TalkTalk hello, I have continued Wifi problems where I every time I’m on a Zoom call the connection isn’t good enough and drops out. Please can someone call me so I don’t have to wait on hold forever?

    @TalkTalk Can I suggest you read all the notes that must be on her account before anyone gets in touch again. Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

    @TalkTalk We are now very frustrated and cross. If I dm, will we go all through the basic tests and questions again? Will another engineer come and tell us the same thing or can you get someone to fix the problem that is outside?

    @TalkTalk foreign call centre I physically cannot understand their accent then 1hr 20 mins on chat to be offered a contract I've got to sign for without knowing the terms then offered to another dept(bumped off)...utterly shameful service

    @joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

    @TalkTalk my mother has had 4 engineers to her house since February as she has had trouble with the land-line. Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

    @TalkTalk The last engineer has just left telling us it is an outside problem. A message comes to check inside house. For the 4th time. Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes

    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    @TalkTalk Internets gone down out of nowhere when I need it most. Everytime this happens. Getting annoying now, things like social media work which is useless right now but nothing else works that's got to do with Internet.

    @TalkTalk oh my goodness the most awful frustrating service we have ever had. Our broadband has been terrible for the last 4 weeks we called and a new router has been promised 4 times and still no delivery. Customer service keeps saying the same thing. I AM MOVING UNLESS SORTED

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account but on the line they keep saying to call back in 2-3 hours. I am concerned about a cancellation fee as it is beyond our control: 1) there is no aerial in our new flat, only Virgin. So no channels work on youview box 1/2

    Night of grown up crap- changed energy supplier .. had enough of British Gas now.. got me looking at TV and broadband also., currently with talktalk, never had any issues but would sky be better 🤔?

    @virginmedia Not a lot since they don’t answer the phone, when it has been reported they advise too reset it but then it’s just the easiest option for you guys, @TalkTalk help me out this contract and get me onboard with you #nopigeonshavebeenharmedYET
