This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes

Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Joe (@JoeGriffin1989) reported@TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach - disgraceful service. Especially, @TalkTalk made multiple fumbles of my complaint - every time I speak to someone it’s like it’s the first time I’ve raised the problem. Without service since 31st March after being miss-sold full fibre plan.
