  Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

  @TalkTalk Welcome to the joke we call TalkTalk. We can't really 'Talk''Talk' can we if the internet is always down. promised 60mbps download yet only get 20 if that. and for upload, wow appaulling, promised 10mbps getting 1. There's a shortage in fuel truck drivers not internet...

  @talktalk still no router! Unbelievable! The last person I spoke to (I’ve spoken to a different one daily) was supposed to be sorting my no internet issue and call me back surprise surprise hasn’t bothered! Over 3 weeks with no internet! You are the most disgusting company!

  @TalkTalk I have written confirmation of no exit fees as agreed with your agent. Now you are telling me I have to pay exit fees. 3 hours trying to cancel and nobody helping. Shameful
