@TalkTalk yet another weekend s and the internet is not working restarted router four times what is going on ? This is not good enough

@TalkTalk what is going on with your internet??? Not good enough been switching router on and of all morning still not working!!

@talktalk engineer not shown again for second day with no call. Internet now fully down and can’t home school kids. Absolute shambles!

@TrishGemmell @TalkTalk I’ve been in contact with them and they are saying it is an issue in the area and they are one the case’

@TalkTalk my WiFi has been down since the storm@earlier. Came back for a few mins then went back off. Wrexham

@TalkTalk Yes speed tests show 21mb upload and around 10mb download, but every device I use wirelessly can't hold a connection. I've changed the WiFi settings several times as per previous instructions but still awful coverage :-(

Thanks TalkTalk for being efficient, Internet and phone off 3pm yesterday and openreach were here at 9am fixing it, great service @wrexham @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk seriously poor bandwidth issues with my devices when working wirelessly, wired is fine but lucky to get 2mbps download speeds when working wireless.

@TalkTalk You can’t anymore, I am getting rid of you. You’ve been utter rubbish since Ive been with you. Never have I had download speeds you charge me for, I upgraded for fast fibre & nothing changed, I’m not even sure that any company can provide those speeds here. But you charge anyway

@TalkTalk hi, having big problems this weekend with our Internet, router keeps flashing orange, will do this for a couple of minutes then go back to green, becoming very annoying now, I have only just re-signed with you as well, never had problems before!

@TalkTalk Yes it has been a repeating issue over the past few days. When it first happened I thought it was a one off

@OpenreachHelp Yes it's effecting bt, sky,plusnet and talktalk. There was damage to a green internet cabinet but 3 months to fix it? Really?

@TalkTalk This issue was resolved so that I could send emails using my phone. However since Friday evening I have not been able to send or receive emails on m desktop or laptop using my tiscali email through outlook. It is saying “cannot connect to incoming server”.

@TalkTalk no Internet to speak of since Friday. Router rebooting every few minuted to tick your availability box but not helping me. Chat bust no telephone support - what am I paying for?

@TalkTalk I'm having problems with my WiFI (in as many days). Are there any issues in the KT (Kingston area)?
