@TalkTalk continue to be a useless disgrace and I encourage everyone to leave them and noone to start a contract with them, ever! They steal your money, provide no internet, and have barely any customer service. Worst company I have ever dealt with. #customerexperience

@TalkTalk @webmink Would you call this process fit for purpose? What about customer service asking for a DM knowing they can't help? Would it blow you mind to know that I could arrange for Simon to receive a postage paid envelope to send a router to me without him opening an account with me?

Serious question, do @TalkTalk give everyone an appalling customer service? Just put every obstacle in your way possible, because I don't think I've ever found a companys service so frustrating 😤

@TalkTalk looks like there is a local area fault in Warrington, I am with Talk Talk but I spoke to my neighbours and their broadband is also down and they are with sky, please can you investigate post code is WA28ED.

Fellow rural Fermanagh county-ers: advice on broadband providers needed. Satellite already installed but current provider is exorbitantly expensive for a very limited service. BT, talktalk, Virgin, Vodafone and EE are all out.

@TalkTalk another day another blistering fast service! 8Mbps. Like clockwork. I'm so glad I pay for the 30Mbps service. And like all the other times, please don't DM me for details. You have them and you have proven incapable of delivering what you are paid for. Rubbish.
