    @ap_cook @mattyroden @Hyperoptic Yeah what had in the old flat. If you had a wired connection and did the test it would be even faster. WiFi still loses alot of signal strength and more devices connected more congestion. Working for talktalk tech department has its benefits lol

    @TalkTalk Morning, please can you check the service in the TN12 area - this MUST be resolved by Friday, otherwise I will be switching providers as I need the Internet to work from home.

    @TalkTalk Our internet service is intermittent in Buckinghamshire. Your website shows a fault within the M25 area, and lots of other reports. Can you widen the affected area please and see that the incident is resolved?

    @TalkTalk Hello. Thank you. It is all sorted now, after 5 hours and 5 separate webchats (disconnected at least once because my WiFi cut out - how apt....) and needing to repeat myself each and every time. I thought I was over it but clearly not....!

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply, but my issue is actually with @Plusnet - the original tweet asked them for assistance, but not heard from them. @plusnethelp why are my speeds regularly 20 - 30mbps slower than the month before we switched to you?????
