    @talktalk we've been throughout broadband connection for the pass 6 days, it's getting closer to a conceling the contract. Cannot pay for something that you done get the service on the router or the community centre with tons of departments!!

    This is my account of how @talktalk have decided to fail him as a loyal customer since his passing. I can only start from the beginning. 18/07 approx 12:30 I called @TalkTalk to advise of him being a victim of a scam phone call which racked up a reverse charge to £89.

    @TalkTalk wow absolutely appalling customer care from Talktalk. No broadband since 29th September. There is an open case now, booked to have telephone call with case manager Peter for 11th October between 8-10, rescheduled my morning only to receive no follow up from him!

    @TalkTalk No you don't understand. I have now spent hours on the phone to you to now be threatened with a Debt Collection service. This is all just too stressful. It can be seen on my account that I have had no usage since July yet you still try to charge me. This is harassment!!

    @TalkTalk Terrible service from talk talk, My father has dementia and Alzheimer’s and so cannot remember security questions to gain access to his account but is not getting any help from talk talk. He is being charged for a service he does not require!

    @TalkTalk I'm due installation of full fibre internet on my property on the 18th of October. I have yet to receive any emails notifying me about the equipment I need for the installation or a delivery date. I have learning disabilities so I am finding this stressful, please help?

    @TalkTalk City fibre are awful, worst workman I've ever seen, even had the rd blocked when an ambulance tried to come down my Rd last week and they took ages to move their mini digger

    @MichaelLast2 @TalkTalk I'm getting harassed by talk talk for money I don't owe them. They have apologised more than once but still continue to harass me.... how bad is that?!! Horrible company.. Leave me alone...
