@cjmrav @TalkTalk Three weeks now my 80 yr old parents messed about and lied to. Today was the day for line and wifi to go live, still no router and Openreach have turned up AGAIN to install a new line which they don’t need! Ridiculous, customer service…Is there any? 🤬

@alexbloor Is anyone else's wifi down? Who is the best broadband provider in the area? BT are rubbish, my wifi drops constantly I phoned TalkTalk as the speeds were rubbish, they said nothing was wrong but my downloads miraculously got faster after the call

@TalkTalk Please help me. After 2hrs your hold hung up on me. I'm now 3.5 hours into attempting to speak to someone on chat. Did eventually get through about 3hrs in, but as internet keeps dropping out (hence needing to contact you), have lost them again.
