@NKrankie I've been with TalkTalk a few years. CS is in South Africa & Philippines I think. On the odd occasion I've called them it has been ok. BT is never going to see my custom again🤮🤮

Talktalk are absolutely ******* awful as someone who has worked in customer service themselves I do not understand how they can add money onto my bill when I’m in a fixed contract then when I call up say they can’t do nothing but can’t explain why I’ve been charged 🤨

@TalkTalk Had an appointment booked for today between 1pm and 6pm. No one showed up. Chased this on the 0345 number I was given. Spoke to Kavita who said engineer was on his way. Its now 7.40 and still no engineer. Guess he's not coming and never was! Thanks TalkTalk. In limbo!!

Well @TalkTalk this 'valued' customer has ****** off and left. Canceling the engineer i had booked and then not having another appointment for another ten days was my final straw. **** you. **** your ****** broadband. **** your 0 customer service. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
