    So @TalkTalk have cancelled my Internet service, and are unable to re-instate it for 2 weeks. I'm paying for this and had no notice. Do you treat customers like this? Lost out on £1600 so far. Been on call since 8.30am and been transferred 8 times. Don't Buy Talktalk.

    @OpenreachHelp It’s a completely useless and contradictory process. You say contact talktalk who in turn blame it on openreach as it’s ‘your’ infrastructure, yet openreach don’t ‘talk’ to consumers direct. #stupid

    @TalkTalk My Internet is down, the box is working fine. Can you check the connection in Maidenhead? I have been through all the normal checks and no internet and working from home. Same thing happened this time last year.

    @TalkTalk What's the crack here? Not been able to connect to any servers for gaming for 6 hours, my dad's struggling to connect to the various work VPNs etc. in order to work from home - your tweets say issues resolved but not really seeing the effect of any resolutions.

    I'm in my cooling off period with the new supplier so I could cancel. They have offered £20 for 78mb Fibre for 24months and a £90 gift voucher. Can you match or beat that for me to stay with you folks @TalkTalk? Thanks! 2/2
