@TalkTalk I'm trying that number currently been on hold for 30 minutes and not spoke to 1 person yet. So far today I've wasted 2 hours of my time on hold to various departments. Poor customer service 😡😡😡

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgraceful ‘Customer Service’ from @TalkTalk. My 84 year old father has been waiting for a new router for 9 days. No sign, despite 3 hours of phone calls. and being promised last Monday, 27th that it was being sent Special Delivery. What is going on?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup haven’t had internet since the 17th of February, comes on for 5 minutes then drops out completely. Had engineers come look at it last week and said the problem is fixed but still not holding longer than 5 minutes. Would love some help
