@lilc0smic @TalkTalk Tech support is so great, isn’t it? They read their script and insist the problem is you, not them or their equipment. That being said, a lot of problems ARE fixed by cold rebooting.

Went to a customer having Broadband problems, put new router on, tried test socket & still no broadband so phoned @TalkTalk fault and after the so-called tests she ran the fault was apparantly the Homeplug but considering there are no homeplugs she then says it's the router so I

@TalkTalk what an absolute joke your service is. Been on the phone for two hours trying to book an engineer to come out and fix my dad's landline. My dad is 87. We have been passed from pillar to post. My mum passed away recently and this is giving him untold stress.

@TalkTalk Have issues of certain devices running slow and get in contact all you want to do is test all the time. An new brand is needed test test because that's all I do.
