    @TalkTalk Had to cancel TV yesterday because of terrible service now I have no Internet connection such a brilliant service wouldn't recommend you guys to my worst enemy

    @TomMaloneJr @TalkTalk We have just left TalkTalk for BT, moved house and promised us a go live date of 31st then took it upon themselves to cancel this date + change it to 8th Jan, I am NHS worker working from home, they said they couldn't do anything about it but yet it was them who changed the date!

    Never have i hated a company like I hate talktalk..drama drama drama with them...incompetence is a understatement. Transferring me to all different departments to sort one issue ffs..

    @TalkTalk worst company I have ever come across I hope everyone who is with you switches over to another provider your customer service is 0/10 bad bad saving money by taking your call centre abroad at least choose staff who understand us ripped off British folk!

    @TomMaloneJr @TalkTalk I had fun with TalkTalk back in April when they had ZERO customer service due to lockdown. It took 3 months. Currently on the phone to HSBC with a LOOONG wait to claw back £399 from direct debit. Technology schmology!

    @TomMaloneJr @TalkTalk I had TalkTalkfor a while, the broadband was terrible and I always have the top package. I have been with BT for a pretty long time now and I never have any problems. The superfast full house broadband is amazing.
