@HeatherTrodden @TalkTalk Yes. A large portion of the east end of Glasgow had a major outage yesterday and they're still working on it. There's still intermittent problems in the Gorbals too right now. Hope this helps. Good luck. 🍀

@dancludlow @TalkTalk I have requested that they fulfill the original complaint in the original 3 to 5 day timescale which would end tomorrow what they want to do is add another 5 days, I'm not impressed

@dancludlow I got an email on Monday saying the TalkTalk engineer had fixed the problem which was total rubbish, today I complained again and was told they would raise another case which means I have to wait another 5 days

@prentissdecker My brother was on sky for a while. He had so many problems and wasted so much time ringing the dumbarses up that he eventually got given a deal with BT for over quadruple his current speeds at that time for a ridiculously good price. It's way better than talktalk but anything is.

@laurengermxn @TalkTalk @prentissdecker OK if you say so but I found that they've just increased my direct debit without informing me. I cannot sign into my account. I cannot chat and cannot speak to any member of the team. It is terrible service. I'm regretting moving to this service.

Has anyone had any dealings with @TalkTalk they are trying to charge me £328 for a TV box that never worked. Can you contact them,( no way) Virtual chat (crazy ) I am being charged for all sorts. Libel? Help please.
