    @CakeContent @TalkTalk @Plusnet same applies for both companies... never delivering on the promise, the helpful sales team says you will get one thing... but in reality, its far from what's delivered. Dont get suckered in....

    You know you've been let down by a company when you're already composing an email to the @TalkTalk CEO whilst still on the line to their customer service team! Such an appalling waste of time, cowardly managers and junior employees with no autonomy to make the right calls.
