@DrSLJ @TalkTalk Don’t all services have a 14day cooling off period? Check citizens advice but I’m pretty sure from any contract like insurance or internet provision you have 14 days to decide you don’t want it. You could argue your 14 days is from when the service was hooked up not sold to you.

To anybody who is wanting a @TalkTalk WiFi router, DON'T! Absolutely awful customer service, waited 2 weeks for them to cancel because of phone line issues, they've known the whole time, not ever using talk talk again, absolute mess of a company. ***

@TalkTalk Funny how you say you're here to help yet its been almost an hour and no reply...wheres the help?!

  • RuthsBestBoy Mr. Wednesday (@RuthsBestBoy) reported

@Strange33066418 @TalkTalk It's not. human DM'd them and was told that the router is being sent out the day before her new service is due to go live. Via Yodel. So if I am incommunicado on the 9th/10th/who knows, you'll know why...

  • lisajanewalker lisa walker (@lisajanewalker) reported

@TalkTalk how can you justify refusing tech support by putting our account on hold because we are moving to a different provider??? We are still paying your charges and will be going so until the official transfer date!!

  • Strange33066418 Stranger Angela (@Strange33066418) reported

@RuthsBestBoy @TalkTalk Good Lord Royal Mail must be bad!

  • Bad_Karlma Karl L (@Bad_Karlma) reported

@JudyHar49984300 I feel your pain. The lack of an escalation path is appalling. Why @talktalk feels stonewalling you is a good level of customer service is incomprehensible

  • Bad_Karlma Karl L (@Bad_Karlma) reported

@TalkTalk Why can't I escalate a complaint with your complaints department that you've deemed as resolved? The operative who was "handling" the call wouldn't/couldn't put me through to anyone. I'm not satisfied and want more answers.
