@TalkTalk I’m a key worker unable to work from home as I have no internet. Told I have to wait 2-5 w/d for a new router to see if it works. Been told it’s a router issue on past occasions when it wasn’t and eventually fixed without a new router. Just go round in circles with help desk.

@TalkTalk Shocking !!! I had no internet a couple of weeks ago as did hundreds of other ‘customers’ in my area. Despite this, talk talk claimed there was no issue. Sent them a DM on multiple occasions but recieved no response that bared any relation to the issue. You couldn’t make it up !

@TalkTalk Your engineer visited yesterday said problem was outside even though you told me it wasn’t now waiting for a reply as to when issue will be fixed as he was not a bt engineer he couldn’t fix the problem no internet since Friday

@TalkTalk Plus Engineer turned up at a house we don’t own to install yesterday. You’ve inconvenienced multiple people now. Can someone call us ASAP - who can deal with a complaint and cancellation! As we’ve now been told after over 90mins you still can’t deal with us @talktalk #fail
