No one has mentioned compensation (I work from home and am utterly reliant on WiFi), and the only option I was given was to terminate my contract. Which only benefits you as I know have -80 pounds on my account for all the BT WiFi I’ve had to purchase to Any help @TalkTalk ?

@TalkTalk how many times is your poxy tv box going to crash on streaming Prime videos! The thing is useless! The PS4 and iPhone apps work fine just your crap tv box can’t play more than 20 mins without crashing!

@TalkTalk phone line fault for a week now. No contact apart from a message telling me a supervisor will call... (No call). Your feckless customer service had failed to setup a call divert. Information is like getting blood from a stone. Get it sorted you bunch of inept clowns
