@TalkTalk pathetic service. Long term customer. Being ripped off. On 35meg broadband costing now £34 a month. Yet a new customer can have it for £23. At least **** Turpin wore a mask. New customers can get 65 meg for £26. Let’s make a YouTube vid.

@bromleyj @TalkTalk Sad to say that OpenReach use AI bot to ‘manage’ their direct messages on Twitter.. so it is impossible to notify them in advance.. It could save their staff time to know this is a termination issue — TalkTalk are most unlikely to have communicated that fact.

@bromleyj @TalkTalk And, no, it will never have worked correctly, not even in the context of a city street, in a mobile not-spot, lacking FTTC, where ADSL speed max is 6mbps down.. guarantee of 1/1mbps up/down.. Alt option is VirginMedia.. much upheaval for elderly, light user.

@TalkTalk I just received the email informing me that my Fixed Price Plan will be increasing next month, but I can purchase Fixed Price Plus to completely fix my broadband price. Some genius work there from the TalkTalk comms team.

@bromleyj @TalkTalk I could more simply have fitted a filtered master socket, however, once the issues are resolved, I can look at ADR option.. customer is due compensation for ISP failure to tackle this long ago. Also tried to alert OpenReach to site issues..

@TalkTalk And down again. Please, just one single month where it doesn't stop working? That's all I'm asking for? Its not too much to expect a broadband provider to provide broadband is it?
