    @dancludlow Just had a discussion with talktalk technical people in Manchester and finally got a promise that the line would be back by next Wednesday at the latest, 2 data managers have been put on the case to find the problem, then we start talking compensation

    @TalkTalk now that we are switching you make our Wi-Fi bad nothing has changed in the past month other than the fact we are leaving and now my 40mb wifi doesnt even run at 5mb hmmmm seems weird for that to happen out of nowhere

    @TalkTalk I’m trying to cancel my order for broadband but your phone number keeps disconnecting me. I’ve tried over multiple days and can’t get through! They delivered the router today because I didn’t have a chance to cancel it.

    @talktalk internet is so bad! Have to turn all WiFi off devices just to be able to watch tv (just about) 🙄

    @TalkTalk Hi , have had an.openreach engineer out this morning. Sorted a crackly line. Everything has been working fine for a few hours now suddenly phone and DSL down. Openreach said to contact you . Thanks
