    @TalkTalk I have spoken to numerous customer care staff & every time being told it will get sorted. I am now at the point to make a formal complaint so please can you send me a contact number to do so. I’ve also discovered my landline is still active at the previous address. Not good 😡

    @TalkTalk Julian. Was it you that left me high and dry ? Maybe just a similar name. I intend to pursue formal complaint as this is the worst customer service ever ! I recommend strongly against Talk T. Sorry.

    @TalkTalk Just Dmd and you guys just suck with your customer support. Took 3 hours for the test and yet still going and then the old representative leaves and everything comes from the beginning again. #shamefultalktalk #talktalk #talktalkreview

    @TalkTalk Please explain on here now. Why my internet keeps cutting out? Why can't I speak to someone? Re this? Why is it such appalling service? Why are you committing fraud ( not forfilling your contract) This would be a start.

    Never never never never think of using @talktalk, they are unbelievably unreliable and have cost us so much business. The customer service lines are a joke where you can spend hours trying to speak to any one who can help. #talktalksucks #talktalk #avoidtalktalk
