    @AbbeyTocchini @TalkTalk Absolutely agree I've had no internet booked an engineer for today and he just never turned up . customer service are awful just pass you around and cut you off its disgraceful

    @TalkTalk been happening again - my emails keep getting queued. Also, you don't seem to have any way of checking service issues on your website any more. I am paying for this and it's rubbish.

    It’s all on the customer to do what service a service team should be doing. I don’t work for @TalkTalk . Sort yourselves out. You’re a mess. I don’t care what arrangements City Fibre and TalkTalk have made amongst themselves about who can sell contracts to whom. Not my problem.

    @TalkTalk Hi, Not having much luck. Was due an Amazon voucher for signing up for Fibre with you...contacted TalkTalk webchar, Broadband Choices & Giftcloud but no-one wants to help! Tries posting in your forum but my posts won't display.

    @TalkTalk Does anyone have an email address for Talk Talk complaints? Just spent over an hour on the phone. poor guy I spoke to last tried to put me back to the folks I was dealing with at first.

    @slightlydotty @TalkTalk Oh my goodness. I had the same thing. Talk talk customer service is the worst ever. I kept telling them my dad was dead and they kept saying that they wanted to speak to him!

    So, after @TalkTalk making a complete bollocks of my house move (a very simple process), I've decided to switch. Their customer service is an absolute shambles so I lost all faith. @EE I will be joining you, don't let me down! Any chance of meeting Kev?

    @TalkTalk After 3 weeks, yes 3 whole weeks, of trying to sort out my full fibre package and being passed around all your departments, we were finally advised by a member of YOUR staff to switch providers. So, we have done just that, appalling customer service!
