@TalkTalk I recently requested that my contract be cancelled at the end of my term. It took almost 40 mins of been offered new deal after new deal after saying I do not require the service anymore due to a change in circumstance. Why does it need to be so difficult to leave?

@TalkTalk This concerns a 91-year-old vulnerable customer. FOUR confirmed fibre install dates have been cancelled and she is still being charged for a service never delivered. Your CEO office haven’t honoured promises — and you are ignoring our MP. @RachelTaylorMP Please resolve.

I can’t believe @TalkTalk have taken over £200 from my mother in laws account after a bereavement. Then the customer service manager laughed down the phone! #talktalk

@Ofcom requires @TalkTalk to provide accurate information to customers and treat them fairly. The Consumer Rights Act also says services must be delivered with reasonable care and within a reasonable time. Repeated cancelled installs + inaccurate info clearly fall short.
