    Not a good experience with @TalkTalk today. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, kicked from web chat. Broadband customer for four years and we are being asked to pay £56 to leave. Poor!

    @TalkTalk Cmon get off your arses and sort your broadband out. 3 ******* weeks its been on and off now its completely down. Youre meant to be a 24hr provider of wifi so sort it out.
