    @TalkTalk We have been charged £25 for leaving talktalk. He haven’t left, we’ve transferred to cutyfibre still with talktalk. Husband has so far spoken to 6 different people about the charge, being constantly transferred. He was then cut off. He has been on the phone for an hour. So poor.

    @TalkTalk I've switched providers and wanted to cancel my on its end date, talktalk didn't even tell me 30 days in advance that my contract was ending so now they're scamming me out of £40 because of the 30 day cancellation period.

    @TalkTalk after first reporting an internet outage issue that requires @WeAreOpenreach support around 20 Hours you still haven’t contacted them what the hell is wrong with your customer service?

    @TalkTalk What’s the point as stated your company is so bad I would advise people to stay away. 6 days !! 6 f’ing day! I even tried to explain to your call handlers we have a bank holiday and 72 hr is next thurs😳 but they really could give a **** to listen

    @TalkTalk So after finally getting a response. the most you can do is give me the customer service number? They are the people I'm complaining about who are ignoring me.

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy. I opted to walk to my local exchange, actually talk with the OpenReach engineer, establish a cause, a solution and a timescale. It's better than calling your customer service clearly (where I was told I'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday).

    @TalkTalk I think someone has pressed a big red button or something as getting no Internet connection. Not ideal when you are paying for a service and you work from home...
