@TalkTalk No you haven’t resolved the network in Wolverhampton. 7th day no connection, I spoke with the call centre they tell me it’s still a network error in the area. I’m a little confused as they tested the line speeds and reported back as all ok? So where’s the problem

@TalkTalk #talktalkcustomerservice Absolutely disgusted by your customer service this morning. My elderly, housebound mother can't recieve calls (4 days now) and not only were you totally unhelpful she was actually hung up on! All because she can't do it online #Agediscrimination
