I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

Mike Gale (@blankeyblanky) reported@TalkTalk Internet was ment to be connected on the 26th.. old one has been cut off, as you tell them the date to cancel it.. to then tell me there's a problem and first.. it'll be 24 hours... it connected just after that.. then it goes off again.. and not even an email informing.
