Despite the outage across the whole region, Talktalk want to charge me £50 for an engineer to come and look at my router. Do they think it's ME that's caused this miles wide outage??

@TalkTalk terrible service. My bereaved mother was cut off despite a request to transfer the account to her name when my father died. We were then told to open a new account, but you would no longer offer a phone line. A manager was supposed to call me 3 weeks ago, but nothing.

@TalkTalk you have failed to resolve my complaints within the agreed timescales and cancel my contract again for the 3rd time. No I won't DM you. This is going to CISAS and possibly small claims court. Useless

@TalkTalk Hi can you confirm if and when this issue is likely to be resolved please? I have spent 6 weeks waiting to be connected to cityfibre with talktalk and today when cityfibre finally attend and hook me up my eero won't connect as there is maintenance 😫
