    @TalkTalk @KiteeKate They never reply to DMs either. The book appointments on the wrong day then just ignore you're messages to have it corrected. I'm certain it's so they can bill you for a missed appointment

    @TalkTalk Heard it all before nothing changes,just lip service and if your very lucky may go a day with out any internet connection issues...

    @JohnMat77117417 @TalkTalk Ive been doing it all morning and they couldn't give a ****. They're probably paid **** wages and have no real interest in the job anyway so its not surprising they conduct themselves in such a poor way.

    @TalkTalk I sincerely hope so. But you never know with TalkTalk. Each time I think it’s been addressed we get another letter. I don’t think anything gets written down or tracked there. My dad is 89 years old and shouldn’t be under this sort of stress.

    @TalkTalk Well now it doesn’t matter we’ve been told out internet has been cut off because you charge us for a bill that should have been sorted months ago and then charge us a late fee as-well so never mind now. Months this has been going on ridiculous
