    @TalkTalk Are you saying that the only means of contact that you provide for cancellations is via your call centre? The phone line that I have been paying you for has not worked for over a year and mobile coverage is poor at my property. Please provide me with an alternative channel

    @MichaelDally10 #talktalk is utter garbage. Spread the word of your unhappyness with them to friends and family. Unmarket them!

    @TalkTalk For weeks now our internet connection has been failing. It stops for a few minutes several times an hour. This is making my work extremely difficult. I'm writing here as it's impossible to get through to your customer service. Please sort this out quickly, it's costing me money.

    @equidivine @TalkTalk Michelle, its your fault for chosing an utter garbage company. Advice cancel ur direct debit and use registered snail mail to let them know. Change to BT who are now much better than they used to be.
