    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply I have 6 months no land lines ( lots of issues because of that I wasn’t aware of) anyway sorted BB speed is low / sometimes buffering, for months, OR engineer came solve this problem, now I have to pay his fees ?? Your manager can’t solve this issue,

    @TalkTalk are there issues in NE16 area? Internet hasn't been stable for more than 5 minutes for past 2 hours, as usual poor stability

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nan’s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help
