So the last few minutes of my last day as a talktalk subscriber, plenty of highs with a few lows. Unfortunately not being able to provide 'higher' highs is the reason for change, up to 76 Mbps doesn't cut it in this day and age. A warm welcome to Virgin Media, don't let me down.

@doctorow Jesus, HOW MUCH?? We're with TalkTalk here in the UK. They're a bit shady themselves in their own way but the service is pretty decent and it's less than 30 quid a month.

72+ hours for #TalkTalk to fix a problem that's nothing to do with my equipment. Feckin terrible. They should be around in under 12 hours, never mind 3 days.

@TalkTalk That's the problem Jef. Everyone I speak to can't deal with the problem. The complaints people can apparently deal with the problem, but they keep booking calls with me then not calling. So my faith in @talktalk's problem solving is frankly, rock bottom.

@0x617075 @vivekramac That sounds like UK ISP #TalkTalk .. from very major customer data breach, a few years ago, to a more recent “one off data incident” [their customer database has incompetence in its code..]

@TalkTalk Thank you Rose. It is shocking that these letters have been when the contract has been cancelled within the time given. A very poor reflection of how TalkTalk value their customers.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk is your internet down too? No one is responding to the DMs and we cannot even load a webpage on our wifi, never mind watch a film.

@TalkTalk my mum has just been stood up on her installation for the second time. I have had a complaint call booked with me twice and *not* made to me twice. We had to apply for a contract a second time even though you were the people who cancelled it. Whatcha gonna do?

Wow @TalkTalk a new low in customer service! Your Twitter helper says “just give me a minute to pull my resources “ 3 days later I haven’t heard anything. You customer service manager says he’ll call me in 10 minutes... again still waiting 🙄
