    @RitchieShearer @TalkTalk I know you won't get any support. This is crap internet provider. I really made mistake joining this 3 years back. Luckily my contract is near end now and I'll definitely switch. And @TalkTalk , pls don't ask for DM, I don't want a waiting ticket (same anr same). #frustating

    @lauelle4 @TalkTalk There DM chat is just useless, tried all and on call, just in final like log a ticket and don't expect any help. I called yesterday and waited for 45 mins as the agents were playing ping pong with my call. #dontjointalktalk

    @TalkTalk can you please confirm if there are broadband issues in postcode KW14 as i have had constant dropoff of internet almost evry 20 mins for past 3 weeks. #frustrating
