@TalkTalk Husband did this where he was told someone could deal with it in two weeks. When he asked to raise a complaint the call handler terminated the call. Time to change provider.

@TalkTalk @TOTNEZ My Dad had endless trouble with TalkTalk. Scammers constantly ringing him up trying to ‘fix’ his computer. All stopped when he went back to BT.

@TalkTalk I am currently on the 8th call in the last 2 hours to try and cancel my UFO. Nobody there has the ability to transfer my call to someone that can actually cancel it!! I just get transferred to music then silence! Can’t wait to cancel!
