    So, yesterday my broadband was fine. There are @OpenreachHelp engineers working at the local exchange doing something. Today my @TalkTalk broadband is down. Coincidence? I think not.

    @TalkTalk Shocking service from @TalkTalk , Just wasted an hour of my life trying to get a fault on my landline fixed, only to realise I was connected to a chatbot. No indication problem was even logged by a human, just trite scripted responses triggered by a list of keywords.
