@TalkTalk Cheers for getting in touch, Andy. It was purchased through the Fite TV app, but without broadband it wasn’t accessible for the first 45 minutes. My upload speeds have also been way below the 18 promised, I have been in touch with your service centre about this already.

@talktalk tech support sucks. They tell me that I should change my WiFi password to stop a port sniffing attack. When I said "how is someone trying to break into my network using a DoS attack using my WiFi password?" Her response was to reset my router to factory settings....

Tell ya what tho @TalkTalk wifi is absolute dogshite man, imagine nothing in me house, not even the PS4 that is physically connected to the router via the cable that came with it, connecting to the wifi. honestly just **** off ahahahaha

@TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.
