    @TalkTalk I've had 4 engineers telling me the fault is with YOU. You guarantee minimum 50mbps, and I'm getting less than 0.1mbps for almost 2 weeks. If you do not act to rectify this problem immediately, you are in breach of contract, and I will be taking matters further.

    The other half of my complaint is about the mis-selling of my contract renewal. Seems that @TalkTalk are very sensitive to that issue...not surprised!

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @peshh2k @TalkTalk Im on a 2 year contract now til march 23, I upgraded it to fix the problem but it makes no difference

    @TalkTalk @GrayPayne Down me for also and yes, they have a very bad habit of passing the blame. Yet EVERY SINGLE TIME, without customers changing any settings, it’ll suddenly work again!

    @TalkTalk Appreciate that but I'm on a new build estate and the fibre cables have only been added in the last 6 months so seems unlikely to be the problem

    @TalkTalk My broadband has been off since yesterday afternoon. I thought it was part of this issue, but apparently not. I have done all the home checks suggested on the service centre, still no connection 😩
