  @TalkTalk My internet hasn't been reliable for weeks. I've spoken to your help several times and no one can fix it. They do the same tests, give me the same info and yet it's still very slow and intermittent. I need it sorting once and for all and a refund for the service in not getting.

  We are waiting for the FTTC to be set up, a simple task the @BT engineer told us a couple of weeks ago. Why so complicated @TalkTalk ? Why can't someone call more than once a day? Why can't anyone actually help? Why is it such a rubbish experience?

  @TalkTalk I have been on the phone to tech support three times and they said there’s nothing else they can do and that the upload speeds are too low, but correct. You should update the website stating that 2 - 4 mb upload speeds are all you actually get
