    @TalkTalk when are you going to fix my broadband in OX3? Nothing since 12.30 on 6 December, you've failed to resolve the issue in 2-3 working days, on the whole your customer service team in S. Africa is useless. I'm a teacher, I work from home. GET THIS FIXED, NO EXCUSES

    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk Have a look around. I was with BT and the service was terrible. I ended up being refunded a years worth of broadband bills because the service was so bad. Their superfast 76mbps gave me 4mbps. Sky and talktalk were both faster on the same line.

    @psydexx64 @TalkTalk 10pm, thought they packed up at 7pm. Good luck. I'm also having trouble with talktalk, beyond angry with the abysmal level of "service"

    @TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

    @TalkTalk still awaiting my apparent compensation Amazon voucher but no communication. U said you would sort this or I was leaving after being a loyal customer for nearly 10 years ... But still nothing???!
