    @TalkTalk Live chat just keep asking if the router is plugged in... There is absolutely no customer service at all. I can't be the only one experiencing this terrible service. Why should I call @TalkTalk? They were due to call me days ago

    @OpenreachHelp Hi @OpenreachHelp - @TalkTalk are still saying they’re unable to reconnect the copper line they disconnected a few days ago, even though they say next door has same line, and I assume OR would actually do it. How can I get them to talk to you to help vulnerable adult?

    @TalkTalk We waiting at home for the job to be done but instead we are let down several times and we can have been doing other important stuff than wait for no one to show now its apparently coming on the 29th install but I’m not keeping my hopes up for it if the job is not done im leavein

    @TalkTalk This has been going on since 15th Oct... I've spent hours on the phone. Engineer has been and replaced the master socket and you've replaced the router and its still not working. I can never talk to anyone that can help.

    @TalkTalk Not really CityFibre said its yous that installed the cable not them and we where getting no where with the situation but just constant disappointment been let down 2 times and its not on

    @TalkTalk Haha... 80 replies and I still needed to call as nobody could help... that's another 5 hours added to the time spent dealing with this 😱😱

    @virginmedia Just moved back to my old flat. I was with TalkTalk but as the internet didn't reach my bedroom, I've just rejoined Virgin and have the same problem! What can you to do help me reconnect Alexa to my bedroom Virgin? Need it for calms app & alarm! Tenda booster not gd

    @kieronjbryan @TalkTalk I had a problem they sent 3 engineers out who all said that it was talktalk who needed to speak to BT - That was June - July - August - September - sorted now but complaint ongoing - they say they will ring but never do 6 times they have said they will call

    @TalkTalk just spent 45 mins on chat to one of your guys about terrible WiFi and tv service - no improvements and chat has crashed now as well as TV. Needs sorting - please look into it.
