@TalkTalk Have an outstanding new telephone line & broadband order which was booked for 26 April. As of 19 May now have dialling tone on landline but still not working. Your customer service department are useless and arrange to call but don’t.

@TalkTalk I left @TalkTalk because of your appalling customer service &the way I’ve been treated throughout my 18 month contract. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give you a minus number. It’s disgusting to do this to a vulnerable customer with serious health issues who can’t cope with stress

@TalkTalk The pages just NEVER loaded, each and every time I tried, regardless if I went in from a 'deal' link or straight to your website, it's all fine until I want to look at the deals in the area, then just that loading circle, endlessly.
