    @TalkTalk Hey Andy, the service is really slow and unreliable. When I called your support team I was told to turn the system on/off... it didn’t help, never does.

    I have a dream that one day @TalkTalk may stay on the phone long enough / not transfer me to every department possible to cancel my contract. Can upgrade in seconds but cancelling at end of contract is a complete different story
