@TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband companies out there. Please avoid joining their services at all cost. Customer service is very poor and cant help you with anything . Trying to charge people more then what is on your contract. Been trying to resolve an issue for 4 months.

@TalkTalk The Landline and broadband at my home have been cut off entirely, there are roadworks happening outside, no amount of turn off/on again will make them work can I get contact info to ask for an for help on this?

@TalkTalk A lot of good that did me as asked about a wrong date showing on a cancellation and told they can't help me as they have limited resources. I called on the 06/03 and gave 30 days notice, obviously can't count as been told my service will cease on the 12/04!
