@TalkTalk Joined up with talktalk in 21.7 and have had no service no engineer visit the customer service is abysmal. log a complaint was like asking for the Pope's blessing. Talktalk you are the fastest becoming joke and no one rings you back when they promise too! Why such poor service?

@TalkTalk Internet off and on for 7 days (mostly off) and sooo slow. So bad can't even sustain live chat without it dropping out. Error on fault reporting. Not the first time... Come on, someone please sort it. BS postcode.

@TalkTalk It's back up now (no fault with line) as always, it's always near midnight, always comes back after 30 mins of cycling power. Bet you have s pile of users in Norwich area with same issue. Anything in the logs....
