    The other half of my complaint is about the mis-selling of my contract renewal. Seems that @TalkTalk are very sensitive to that issue...not surprised!

    @TalkTalk Appreciate that but I'm on a new build estate and the fibre cables have only been added in the last 6 months so seems unlikely to be the problem

    @TalkTalk Wish we had never crossed over to you lot, total waste of time. DON'T ask for a dm I will phone again today a week later after supposed activation. Useless.

    @TalkTalk When something goes wrong you are the absolute worst possible customer service provider. I am cancelling my broadband contract with you ASAP.

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy
