How can I have BT internet for 3 years and have no issues whatsoever. Switch to @TalkTalk and in 5 months it's 'dropped out' 3 times? Goes to show cheapest isn't best... #talkshite #FirstWorldProblems

Just tried to report a fault with @TalkTalk what a waste of time. Spoke to "Anita". If she answers just bang your head against a wall and then hang up like I had to. Useless #broadband @talktalkbband sounded like a party was going on in the background

@TalkTalk My WiFi has been acting up for the past 3 days now. Its been slow, keeps cutting out and when I reset it, it takes about 10 mins to come back online, and even then it shows a red dot above internet on my router. Any help?
