    @TalkTalk No phone, or smart tv for 5 days ! Broadband slooooooooow. Reported but only automated response tried to phone but no answer just endless music. Dreadful service.

    @TalkTalk we live in rectory avenue in high Wycombe. We’ve not had internet to our house since Sunday morning. Now being told it won’t be fixed till Friday at the earliest. What is going on. We’ve tried to contact your help line twice and it appears to not exist.

    @TalkTalk unbelievable poor service from talktalk!! They cancelled my broadband package on the 29th September been without broadband since then now a month on told by talktalk that i needed to place a new order had to do this twice now only to be told that again the order

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Pathetic customer service. Full of liars. Disconnected my connection without my consent, sent early termination charges bill. Raised so many complaints regarding technical issues and contract breakage fees no reply Going CIAS now

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    Hello again @TalkTalk. Please stop emailing me about changes to my "Service". Due to your complete incompetence I cancelled my account and sent you back the equipment you couldn't be bothered to set up for me. Go away.

    @TalkTalk I made it to a human, who transferred me to cancellations, and then to the future fibre team, and then to the ultra fibre optic team, and then back to cancellations... With each transfer the connection seems to get worse and no one seems to be able to help. It's a joke.

    @TalkTalk seems impossible to cancel a future fibre order placed yesterday 2 hrs on hold 3 chat agents all useless u want to cancel is this so hard to do
