    @TalkTalk I DMed @TalkTalk as shown above / requested in a previous tweet regarding a very bad service issue, they gave us some form to fill out and an agent with an attitude problem (screenshot to follow) no one has got back to us yet ... the saga continues

    @TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.
