  @TheDrstand @SaffronKim @TalkTalk I work in telecommunications and there is very little they can do. I appreciate it’s not nice for your parents, but I don’t think it’s too bad for a company not to want to pay for peoples mistakes when they fall for scammers. It’s awful what’s happened to your parents though

  @TalkTalk my internet is constantly slow/dropping out, i've reported it multiple times on your website and when it asks me to use a live chat the button doesn't work so I can't start the chat, please help. I don't want to have to change provider but there's not many options left.

  Day 5 with no Broadband. Mobile data is now my main currency. Still not a peep of what the problem is because @TalkTalk are apparently still doing “preliminary investigations”. Meanwhile @OpenreachHelp are impossible to reach (pun fully intended) 🙃🙃🙃🙃

  @TalkTalk Ive been without internet for three days. Every day customer service telling me it’s a problem in my local area and to wait until local works complete. Local works completed but I’m still without internet. Contacted talktalk to request help but (1)
