    @TalkTalk I switched from BT Halo to Future Fibre. No new FTTP box installed by engineer and no Internet until Monday when openreach come back for not sure what when it sounds like it’s a line takeover problem. Not impressed, additional charges when because my service live 4th May

    @TalkTalk I have already been through that process twice. I shall continue to tweet until Someone can actually tell me what is wrong with my line and when an engineer will actually fix it.

    @TalkTalk Apparently not. 🙃 I’ve had two engineers and onto my third router so far and haven’t had the net at all yet. Also was told they won’t refund me because the net is live, even though it’s never worked. It’s your equipment, two engineers have said so, not my home.
