@TalkTalk my elderly dad has received a shocking service. I reported his landline had a fault ( he cannot dial out or receive calls) over 10 days ago ! He’s just had one email saying that it will be fixed sometime in the future . I signed up to receive texts, received nothing!

@TalkTalk Invoicing ex customers seems to be a habit with #TalkTalk. Don’t sort this out for me, it’s a problem with your company. I closed the direct debit, thereby limiting the damage. Had I not acted, I’d now be owed far more than the £40.50 which needs to be refunded.

@TalkTalk as it is nigh on impossible to speak to someone you have to go online chat and the customer agents end up taking 10 to 15 minutes to reply to messages. I am sure they are all nice and good people but they do not understand english well.

@TalkTalk I can confirm: no service after Aug 24, when b/band failed. 7-day cancellation agreed on 12 Sept. Service ‘disconnected’ 19 Sept. Replacement router returned early Oct.

@TalkTalk truly disgusted with your customer service. Issues with broadband connection since Thursday. Lies about engineer bookings and now…. We can’t see any issues and no help. Cutting conversations and closing the chats.

@HelenH85406 @TalkTalk Unbelievably bad. Still not got a box, a week now. Every time I call it takes 45 mins to get through, then you get passed between departments taking another 30 minutes. Each one asking for security verifications. They cant even record the complaint right #talktalk @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I am an ex-customer. The problem shouldn’t be access to a redundant account. The problem is that TalkTalk continues to bill customers after service has been discontinued.
