  Just received an email from @talktalk about shifting email accounts to another provider. It mentions a cascading list of deadlines. Being crap, the latest deadline is mentioned first and the most imminent deadline is buried at the end of the email. Poor communication skills.

  @TalkTalk A 84 year old woman with dementia vulnerable and partially sighted. Left stranded by talk talk without a phoneline. Unable 2 recieve or make telephone calls. Talk talk her provider have booked an engineer 2nd July. Is this how u treat our vulnerable elderly?

  @dshensmith In the long list of crappy internet service providers virgin trawls the depths alongside the likes of EE, Plusnet & TalkTalk. If you want a service that just works & you also want proper UK based technical support & customer service when it doesn’t then the field is very small.

  @Gwenelope @TalkTalk I often ask Chatgpt to search the website and find me the customer service no of these terrible companies who make it as difficult as possible to get in touch. Give it a go.

  @TalkTalk I have had an email saying that my talk talk mail is going to stop until I pay £50 a year as I’m no longer a broadband customer? I am still paying Talktalk for broadband, the only thing that’s changed is the account is now in my wife’s name

  @TalkTalk Your router hasn’t even been picked up by @RoyalMail due to their laziness and lies about nobody being in @RoyalMailHelp refuse to help , TalkTalk can you please charge Royal Mail the lateness fees of your routers
