@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

Just had a lovely chat with @TalkTalk apparently a problem with our connection. Let me make this clear as i did on the phone. WE ARE NOT WITH TALK TALK. Thanks

@TalkTalk Is there a way to cancel your contract online. Taking ages to eat through. When your agent called back, it dropped and he didn’t call again. #customerexperience Sign up in minutes. Cancellation takes hours.

@TalkTalk Hello. There is a problem sending emails from older android devices. Has TalkTalk recently withdrawn support for older versions of android from the mail server? I am awaiting replys to my DM's sent Tuesday and Wednesday.

@TalkTalk I know that but these are charges because I had no choice but to cancel my contract. Now I am getting all sorts of emails saying I owe £300. There are plenty of emails and still no one has contacted me. I don't believe I should be charged for the result of a faulty box. Thanks.

@CuckooInternet Hi Becca - thank you! Does this apply if Heather is moving - as in, the line you guys will use is different from the one the TalkTalk supply uses? Does she actively need to cancel the TalkTalk account/line if that's the case?

So have had no Internet since December, and @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup refusing to help. Been speaking to them every day since, spend 4-5 hours on the phone but no one helps, made numerous complaints and no one gets back to me

@TalkTalk not allowing me to chat to customer service. Telling me my phone got disconnected in 2016???? Have already DM'd

I know you deal with the account closing for an old supplier - does this actually matter? Can you still close the old TalkTalk account even if she can't get into it because TalkTalk entered the wrong email on their system and she doesn't know what it is? Any help appreciated :)

@CuckooInternet hi guys - my friend @Heather_hattie is joining Cuckoo 🎉 but is having issues with TalkTalk, her old supplier - they've entered her email wrong on the change of ownership form so she's locked out of her account and can't verify herself. [see next tweet]

@WhiskyQueen89 You cut down on gas and electricity . They'll eventually put in a PAYG meter , so you won't have any choice . Broadband from TalkTalk . Forget about Council Tax until they take it off your benefits . A struggle but you can do it .
