@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@MustBeTheJanay @TalkTalk @joelycett Thing is, I don't have an unlimited data package on my phone because I've never needed it. I used less that 1gb in Jan, 1.12gb in Feb and 12gb in March!

@TalkTalk Hello, my switch to TalkTalk went live on 8 April 2021. Broadband working fine, but phone line not connected; can't make/receive calls or use other services that use the landline. Live chat on website isn't working and can't find a number to ring. Please help/advise.
