Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@Nymercia @TalkTalk Hi, just want to see if other people are having the same issue: no confirmation email, the engineer doesn't turn up, you call and they say "we didn't press 'confirm'"? it's only a provisional engineer booking. @Ofcom they might be purposely not confirming so there's no recourse.

@Ofcom @talktalk are getting around this by simply not confirming the appointments but also not telling the customer that the appointments are provisional and will be confirmed at a later date. Happened in my household 3 times, and each time the Agent on the phone failed to tell us.

@TalkTalk Jerome the agents service is nothing short of ****. They told me to go to a page, and I did, the page came back with ‘No Internet’ and their response was ‘ there is no alternative that we have to resolve your issue’
