Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

DO NOT GET @TALKTALK INTERNET! Sure they offer cheap deals but you will have HELL! Check message boards from the past year and you’ll see enough. Never stable and it’s more often than not, much much slower than they guarantee. #talktalk #badservice

@TalkTalk absolutely terrible service. Engineer doesn't come out when he's supposed to. Raised a complaint and received a number if texts ensuring I would be available for the allocated callback time. No call back from the complaints team. Would never use or recommend them

Waw @TalkTalk we have to do home education but you can't fix the Internet for 3 days?? No help offered really you would think with home education being the only way atm then they would make more of an effort!

@meadowend @velobetty @billhulley I had a similar problem with Talktalk, websites wouldn't load but my work VPN was fine. Not had a problem since changing to Cloudflare's filtered DNS 1.1.1.3 (to protect little ones), but 1.1.1.1 or Google's 8.8.8.8 are both good.

@TalkTalk Internet down, running a service check tells me an engineer has been assigned and it will take 2-3 days for the issue to be resolved. Not really acceptable.
