@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk, @TalkTalkGroup I opted for Full Fibre service on 26-Aug-2022. I was given the installation date as 26-Sept-2022 but no one turned up. Since that day I am waiting for my internet service to get up. It has been more than 2 months now without internet at my home.

@TalkTalk My internet has been down/slow for over a week now. There were workmen outside and since then internet has been disconnecting constantly. I figured maybe the workmen cut through a wire, but that they'd fix it. but its still terrible. speed test says 2.4mbs down -_- 0.2 up

@TalkTalk My day-to-day work is affected by your incompetent agents as they are just giving me excuses but not taking any action to resolve my issue. All I need is just an internet and you're are into this business. It has been more than 2 months now. Can you imagine?

@TalkTalk Hi, Im living in Ha61ew and having problems with my broadband for a couple of weeks now. My contract is around 40mb and I do have only 13 at the moment. Please fix this
