Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk please can you help. I moved house, had engineer appointment booked for 7th, you then cancelled visit yesterday as said can set up remotely, you set up my line remotely, engineer you cancelled was meant to bring a router! Now I am paying and can't use with no router!?

@YorkshireGlover @BT Why do BT engineers not just carry spare hubs…… ridiculous. We had the worst experience ever between BT and TalkTalk - 14 weeks without internet due to intransigence and incompetence. Have since moved to Virgin Fibre

Any other company would accept additional information, and I know this, but somehow this changes when it comes to TalkTalk. Absolute rubbish provider. They were bad when we had the displeasure of using their service, and it still seems like they're rubbish now. Useless company.

Why does nobody working at @TalkTalk ever know what their doing & dodging calls/ muting customers so they don’t have to deal with their queries? Do I not pay bills and expect a decent customer service!

@TalkTalk This is an official complaint upheld by cisas but I am now receiving demands for payment or threat of debt collection. My correspondence has been with CEO office but I am not receiving a reply
