    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk My mum was told someoe would come out in 72 hours to sort her landline and fix her internet. She has no shopping at home and can’t go out as she has been waiting for you, she is by herself, she hasn’t been able to come to us for xmas or facetime her grandkids.

    @TalkTalk What d'you mean by Support? Just spent 4.5 hours trying to access my acc-your useless CS person went as far as making me give her my fkn password...this is poss something i shd publish? This is not counting the last two months torture trying t get through...support=threats???

    @TalkTalk No we’ve not had any service from you at all. Our switch date was Wednesday and we still have no internet since the service from the previous provider ended. I didn’t say anything about ‘barely’ using. Nice of you to downplay it, though.

    @enuffsa1d @VodafoneBiz I've used Three for a long time for various smart phones and TalkTalk for my landline and internet. The only concern I ever had was when TalkTalk got hacked into but no problems since.

    My brother changed out internet to BT and it’s honestly so ****. I thought nothing could get worse than friggin talktalk, but like everything in my life, I was wrong.

    @TalkTalk is terrible. Please do not use. I have had terrible broadband speed since September, complained on here just to be fobbed off for 10 days on PM
