    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    Anyone recommend a fibre provider? I don't mind paying for speed & reliability & service; will never touch the likes of BT/Virgin/Sky/TalkTalk again. Not sure who's considered decent from the rest though.

    @talktalk new bb service connected on 23/12 stopped working on the 30/12. Customer service team lovely but totally ineffective. I’d like to use the service Im paying you for. #tradingstandards #profitsoverpeople

    @leighashall @TalkTalk Just to say that the issue re-occurred for me. I might try connecting up an old Huawei HG635 router to see how that works before giving the restore option a try.

    @cyptoon @TalkTalk Mine is fine through the day and has been for 2 year. But after 7pm it goes down to 2mbps. It gets annoying lol

    @talktalk I’m emailing chief exec rn as thats the only way to get anything sorted these days. I wish I’d seen your customer satisfaction ratings before now. Not good is it? #fail #tradingstandards
