    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    .@TalkTalk Currently having problems with our landline (SR7 area) and when people are trying to get through it’s telling them they’ve dialled an incorrect number. I’ve tried myself and have heard the message. Are there any ongoing issues?

    @TalkTalk how can you increase prices 2 months into an 18 month fixed price contract? Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I will be cancelling on principle even if I have to pay more elsewhere.

    @TalkTalk Horse crap. As I said in my earlier tweet to you I was informed yesterday this was resolved in Merseyside. It wasn't. I was informed again TODAY it had been resolved, it hasn't. I want my money back or I'm going to Ofcom.

    @TalkTalk your internet is down again. That connection test tool you have on your website is not fit for purpose. I can see I have no connection. How many times do i have to reach out to get internet that consistently works? @SkyHelpTeam where you at? Any decent deals on?
