    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted. You have had my 74 year old disabled nan on your live chat for over an hour and a half. Your representative cut it off mid conversation and provided absolutely no help and my nan still can’t use what she is paying for!

    @TalkTalk You've checked my line, I upgraded to solve this issue, you've tried and tried, new router etc but the issue continues as its at YOUR END. What are YOU going to do about it?
