Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I’ve just moved into a house you we’re supposed to connect the broadband on Tuesday 27th, then got moved to 28th then to 5 May now moved to 10 May. I never get a notification. I’ve been without services for 2 weeks. I’m still paying and having to pay for extra data now too.

@TalkTalk why is it not possible to speak to someone about the fact my broadband is completely down? Only been with talktalk a month and not looking forward to the rest of the contract at this rate. Feel very fobbed off 🤬

@TalkTalk There's nothing to discuss over DM. You're lucky I still have the keys to my old flat. it's disappointing after 3 phone calls 2 online chat agents to cancel you didn't even listen or take my new address and still want me to send stuff back. Genuinely one of the worst companies.

@TalkTalk Fed up of your test lines and promises. Your a joke company. The service goes up and down daily. Promises of a minimum speed and then get speeds of 9!!! In a nutshell your ****. The contract is getting cancelled
