Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk you were so poor that we contacted open reach ourselves, who sent an engineer today and fixed it. You told us that someone was working on it outside the house, and that was a lie. The filter just needed to be replaced. I’ll be sending you my 4G bill...

Whereas today a @TalkTalk staff who has obviously been trained correctly found out that the problem was actually on their end within 2 mins. If I was elderly or lacked mental capacity this would be so much stress
