  Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

  @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

  @TalkTalk The account holder and I have spoken to five people between us now. We've both been told that you need to speak to the other person, told to do inane things which have nothing to do with the problem and generally messed about. How will another secure link rectify that?

  @TalkTalk How can your customer service be so useless? Do you actually requite them to be incompetent when they apply? Not a single time they were able to do anything not even the simplest thing. They can only apologies, that's all they can do #badcustomerservice #talktalk
