    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Shout out to @zeninternet - we switched to them after @TalkTalk were the biggest shambles I've ever encountered last year and they've been great. Another pal having horrendous issues with TalkTalk and I have zero hesitation recommending Zen

    @spinky2360 @TalkTalk Probably because TalkTalk have increased bills for everyone even if they have a fixed term agreement... Same happened to me a loyal customer who was then told if you don't like it you have 30 days to leave with no qualms.. So I left then its letters and emails threatening charges
