    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk please provide way to change the Password created when first a new customer. Mine was set about 10 years ago. I have memory of elephant, so can recall it. But it has never changed.

    @talktalk STOP SENDING ME BILLS. I had a 4 month nightmare with you to cancel my account during which time you hired a debt recovery agency to collect money sending my credit rating down. I do not want to hear from you ever again!!! You need to ListenListen not TalkTalk!

    @TalkTalk I haven't had internet in my flat for over 10 days now... I've literally been paying BT on a daily basis in order to get connected, can you please just come and fix my internet? It's beyond embarrassing at this point.
