Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk Now out of the blue threats to charge me £50. I will be paying no £50 and given my recent CEO complaint, do you wish me to send a further conplaint? I am NOT going to any Post Office. The unit can be recycled by Sheffield City Council for free. Glen 91143273289

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I renewed my contract and you guys have de-registered my account its been 15 days now! I have been only told by your technical support that there has been a data breach/security issue @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk well thanks talk talk. You called me and persuaded me to upgrade for free which I didn't want. Told you I was out until 5.30 which you said was no problem. Engineer booked for 1.00pm and I'm not in. Customer service unable to help.

@TalkTalk this company does not stick to its commitments been out of service for 18 day and will not honour their ofcom agreement will move once out of contract
