@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk had an engineer here yesterday to fix the internet connection as it has been on and off for months.. and guess what? The internet is OFF again!! Shouldn't be paying really with the absolute useless service.

@TalkTalk How can I believe this after being continually lied to about engineers looking/fixing the fault? Was told I was connected Friday but wasn't. No promised call yesterday then tried to call and your closed! Like I've said it's just appalling service worst experience of my life!

@TalkTalk Internet is down. Tried to troubleshoot but no help. Ran a line test and they said to contact you but no customer service is available/open!!!

@TalkTalk And how can my issue be sorted by just providing me with a date and time slot? It's not sorted obviously! It would not surprise me that after the engineer visit I still won't be connected like thousands of other customers! Why are talk talk not listening to customers?

The Letter did not address any of the issues CS worse than useless &Loyalty. ?Cisas? Tks
