    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk we have had no internet for 5 days (I am WFH) and customer service has been useless.

    Hi @TalkTalk despite calls and DMs we are still in limbo W no internet. BT have confirmed to neighbours there is a fault, and are sending them mini hubs and replacement support. In the middle of pandemic we need internet to do our jobs. Why aren’t you doing anything? #talktalk

    @TalkTalk absolute **** show of a call with one of your call centres in South Africa. Engineer was suppose to come 2 days ago to our new house never showed after 8 to 1pm time slot. 2 hours of your staff asking me to “hold the line” manager eventually booked one for today. Part 1
