    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk My talk talk account is not active even after my go live date (29 Jan).  As you know we are working from home right now and thus it is very important for me to have a active and working broadband. Pls help me solve this as soon as possible.

    @TalkTalk 5 days its a joke i was on the phone to your customer service on Friday and was assured it would be back on within the next 24 hours and 48 hrs later still nothing your service is pathetic like your technical engineers whom i spoke to 2 weeks ago about wifi constantly dropping
