    Just had a lovely chat with @TalkTalk apparently a problem with our connection. Let me make this clear as i did on the phone. WE ARE NOT WITH TALK TALK. Thanks

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk Good afternoon, was speaking to an advisor yesterday for at least 90 minutes about my Internet not working hence limited t.v. no amazon or free view recordings. At the end of conversation I was told someone would be ringing me to advise me when an engineer would call to sort it

I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres. It's hell.

    @TalkTalk You need to see the replies of the DM team to me. They don't even know a cancellation request has already been put through and what my complaint. They just get the last note from their records and write replies on twitter. They don't even go through the history! Useless.

    Anyone else having problems with @TalkTalk? Their customer service is appalling. They're making it impossible to close my account I've been trying since July 2022. I've tried to complain by email but only receive automated unhelpful emails @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis please help?

    @TalkTalk NGL would be better if our internet was working. Fast running out of mobile data and paying Sky for services we can’t use. Not had any update on the fault raised yesterday. Poor form really

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have done that on numerous occasions. You won’t be able to assist then you will disappear into the ether. Could you give me your CEO’s contact details please. I have a 100 page complaint document i need to send them.
