@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact customer service for hours last night and again this morning. Your website says your open 8am-8pm but at 6:15pm yesterday you claimed you were closed and again after 8am this morning it’s saying the same. Ridiculous service as usual

@virginmedia I needed to delay the start if my Virgin contract, to coincide with the end of my agreement with TalkTalk. I managed to speak to someone online, via live chat on your website, & they SEEM to have resolved the issue. The person I spoke to on the phone apparently did nothing 🙄

@TalkTalk Shocking service first called that I want to upgrade .Than I had to call remind them about to send me a new rauter when router arrived open reach engineer checked the line they forgot to switch me from 150mbps to 500mbps and I mam still waiting
