    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk no one came. So o contacted talk talk on here they sent me links. I spent hours in the phone for tnem to hang up on me with nothing resolved. Got my bill today £32!!! Again another hour on to them to then again be passed around AGAIN and have nothing sorted out because

    @TalkTalk 1. I've used your "customer support", went through each of the steps, had to get your phone number from google as it doesn't appear to be on your website. Spent 40 minutes on the phone repeating the steps I'd been advised to take, only to tell be there's a fault on the line.

    Italian word of the day: disastro. As well as obviously meaning disaster, it also describes something which is awful or a mess. Eg “il servizio clienti di TalkTalk Broadband è un disastro” to pick an example entirely at random.

    @TalkTalk I've been trying for nearly two years to resolve an issue on my account . It seems impossible to understand the call handler when I finally get through. My issue is still unresolved .
