Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk after two months of no service, endless phone calls and complaints sent an engineer out. They told me they wouldn’t charge me but they have charged me £65 and now won’t speak to me about returning the charge because I’m no longer an account holder. Avoid this company!

I left because of the abusive behaviour and the way I was left feeling traumatised and frustrated. I was with talk talk for ten stupid years at least, duped into upgrades

@TalkTalk We’ve been without wifi since midday on Friday, but as we aren’t the bill payers no one will tell us if there’s a wider problem in our area! This is beyond disruptive and really need it sorting 😕

@Lizreally10 @TalkTalk That's awful. It is getting to the ridiculous stage now trying to contact companies that are happy to be in touch if it involves signing you up to parting with your money. Then it's impossible to get in touch if you want to cancel.

Great to have full fibre broadband. Not so great to loose ability to block plague of silent/pre-recorded calls becoz firms don’t provide same level of service as big providers. Had to unplug lline again! Looks like TalkTalk will b getting my biz back in 18 mths.
