Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk @talktalk - bottom line is - I signed for fixed deal last month with free boost options. Been charged nearly £20 more for services and your customer service team are saying they can’t offer contract agreed! Half a day wasted getting my money back

@TalkTalk The bill you have sent me for termination of my contract is over 200 pounds. If this is not waived I will be taking it to the small claims court, as I have never had a working service. The ball is in your court now as to whether or not I go to the small claims court. Thanks

@anitachaudhuri You shouldn't have to do this but haggle: I've saved £288 on #broadband haggling with VM on its chatbot/WhatsApp: monthly deal of £48 was set to rise £7. Got it down to £31 by saying I was considering new customer offers elsewhere + sending screenshot of a £30 TalkTalk deal...

@TalkTalk Wasted half hour using online chat for help. Wanted to block / report scam caller to my landline (a procedure which used to take seconds using phone keypad). Went through all security questions yet had the same question repeatedly asked of me. No email of transcript as requested.

I just spent two hours on the phone to about 40 people on @talktalk. Went to put in a complaint, she made me wait for ages, then just gave me an email. Then randomly put me through to another person...

Oh my god!!!!! This is fully like an episode of Outnumbrered... Calling talktalk. I'm now putting in a complaint... Because talktalk says I can't set up a direct debit for the final payment to come out.... But I'm going to get charged because I don't have a direct debit ..
