    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk @talktalk this is getting frustrating now. I receieve a test telling mw to pay my bill I am trying to log on but nothing. Since being qith you I have had no need of problems. You really need ro sort this out

    @TalkTalk 28 Day's since @CityFibre contractor installed an ONT box in my property for FTTP and still no connection apart from the old ADSL. I've tried and tried and kept on trying to get help since the 12th September but nothing apart from riddles.

    @PSAutoparts1 @bt_uk You'll need to raise and get your provider to escalate the issue with Openreach. @bt_uk is just a communication provider such as Sky and TalkTalk and do not maintain the lines. Lines are maintained by Openreach but it needs to be your provider that speaks to them.

    @TalkTalk if your service is down and has been for 24 hours - and your live chat help is down, how does one contact you to ask when broadband service will resume? Work and studies are being effected for entire household. Please help!

    @TalkTalk I'm from Ng7 4hl My internet has been down since the 11/09/22. After continuous calls to the TalkTalk customer service team, nobody could tell me when an engineer could come out. I requested call backs from the manager, but all they did was drop call me.

    @wesefcer3 Why don't they call you if you've reported an issue and they need to @talktalk about it? Why do you have to call them and report it for a 2nd time?
