    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    So we are stuck in the house together with Covid, only way of seeing family over FaceTime & our Wifi has gone down and 4g hardly works here🙄 Merry Christmas to us!! @TalkTalk please sort it out 🤞🏼

    @TalkTalk Why am I only having problems connecting to my PlayStation but the internet is perfectly fine on mobile devices it’s not PlayStation because it only seems to be me having these issues which means it’s TalkTalk what am I supposed to do
