Currently day 8 with no service at home and can’t get a straight answer. Even called to just cancel the contract and they can’t even get that right and keep passing me around department

Think I spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to cancel my contract. And I cried a lot. I now use them as a case study on bad customer experience to all my students every year.

I also suggest either threatening to or actually getting in touch with the Communications Ombudsman - businesses tend to have to pay the cost of referrals to Ombudsmen so they're not keen to let things go that far!

To cut a long story short in the end they pushed the problem up to Opemreach. The line is still going up and down. Ahhhhh
