    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk Absolute joke of a company - waited 4 days for engineers to come and nobody has turned up yet. Currently day 8 with no service at home and can’t get a straight answer. Even called to just cancel the contract and they can’t even get that right and keep passing me around department

    @Tessadunlop @TalkTalk They are the most awful company. I had a similar experience a few years ago. Think I spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to cancel my contract. And I cried a lot. I now use them as a case study on bad customer experience to all my students every year.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk I replied in private as requested and now I’ve been ignored again. Service getting better and better 👌🏻 people should really chose a different internet provider

    @Tessadunlop @TalkTalk I sympathise I wasted hours on the phone with them, truly awful! I also suggest either threatening to or actually getting in touch with the Communications Ombudsman - businesses tend to have to pay the cost of referrals to Ombudsmen so they're not keen to let things go that far!

    @Josh_Geoff @TalkTalk Ah, Talktalk, I been having problems for the last week or two. Customer Service sent an Engineer, he said my i.stallation was clean. To cut a long story short in the end they pushed the problem up to Opemreach. The line is still going up and down. Ahhhhh
