    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    4 months now having trouble with my router, 3 months of phone calls to @TalkTalk, lost count of the number of line tests, router reboots, factory resets and still they won't send me a replacement router even though its still under a year old, worst customer service ever

    @TalkTalk You are not "here to help". My daughter has had no internet since March. You wont fix it, won't send an engineer, but you convinced her to upgrade to full fibre and get new 'wiring' to fix issue. NOT happened, but still taking her money. Appalling service.

    @TalkTalk You are NOT here to help. 2 hours on phone at weekend, 25% increase in my monthly costs, and still no internet. Absolutely shocking customer service!!

    @TalkTalk Hi Jessie, so, I've just had the pleasure of being hung up on, only to find out the night service has now been put on. I've been on the phone on behalf of my 91 Yr old mother who has not had full Youview connectivity for 4 months. I'm now told she has to pay extra. Really?

    @TalkTalk I have, I’ve also sent emails, made calls, made complaints, what Isit gonna take for you guys to actually have a heart. You promised me a resolution, didn’t give it and closed my complaint. I’m done

    @TalkTalk yet again no internet. Been unstable for past few days. Think I’ll pass on the DM request this time and just look for a new provider. Can guarantee it has nothing to do with my end, it’s always fine and after some silence the service mysteriously starts again.
