@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have already called the best they can do is get an engineer out on Friday even though its an area outage I have already been unable to work today and possibly the same tomorrow not good when you psy extra for UFO reliability

Don't you love big companies that do not give a hoot about the service they give their customers. Not been able to access my @TalkTalk online account for a year. Finally resolved yesterday only for no access again today. Support is an absolute joke too.

So @TalkTalk support will book you in for a non-moveable 2 hour slot, doesn't call you during that 2 hours, sends you a message saying they called you, couldn't fix the problem and that they'll close your problem if they don't hear from you. They've done this five times in a row.

@TalkTalk I hate the fact that since January of this year you still sending in a bill customer service cart help emailing hasn't help #Vodafone took over the service and as for Lisa of talktalk what a crock of crap terrible service I want my contrats need with you all .

@joe42490229 @TalkTalk That really sucks Joe. All Internet connected I take it? I'm trying to work from home but the connection is so unreliable. Luckily our contract is nearly up, so I'll be straight off to another provider!

On Monday, we were supposed to be contacted by a @TalkTalk manager to apologise for the terrible service. They missed the 2 hour window and moved it to today, then missed it again and lied "we tried to call..." I've now been waiting for 2 hours for someone to apologise for THAT!

@deanholden @TalkTalk Just got off the phone. Been told engineer looking at it. Worst case it could be down for 5 to 7 days !!!
