Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

I’m looking to change my broadband provider as my contract runs out in 3 weeks. I’m looking at TalkTalk fibre 67Mbs anyone know how good it is. Or any other suggestions lm on Plusnet at the moment and lve been with them 4 years but it’s been poor for about 18mths.

@TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

@BoroYouths @TalkTalk Why are you with @TalkTalk mate? Piss poor at best. When you ring them, they just blame BT as they use their lines, when clearly it's their crap hub. What they don't realise is you have been with someone else before and never had those issues!!!
