Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk How does a customer contact you ? All your web site links are circular and there's no live chat option. I have a problem with a newly renewed contract. I don't want to sit on a phone line for half an hour either.

Just had my £900 18 month fibre order cancelled by @talktalk. Customer Service response ‘don’t know why it’s happened, you could try and place it again and hope it’s not cancelled.’ Nah, you’re alright. I’ll give @SkyHelpTeam a chance.
