Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

psa never ever ever ever ever ever go with @TalkTalk since march I have probably spent about 60 hours on the phone with them and I am still having to phone them for trying to charge me extra money and **** me about , THE worst customer service #karenvibes

@TalkTalk Our email sent 16/8 has been ignored, no internet again for last 17+ hrs, had to lose my day's income. Don't want more DMs telling me to "turn it on and off" but want a phonecall to FIX this asap (on the mobile number for the account-can DM it). Terrible service so far.

@TalkTalk well at last fixed. 5 days without service though is awful. And the ‘serious line fault’. Well according to engineer it was simply that someone switched us off at the exchange. Took less then 5mins.
