Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@sarahmog @TalkTalk Realised I don’t follow you but always see your tweets & you liking mine. Dealing with internet providers is awful & dealing with any business that only wants to chat or on forums is the worst. It makes you crazy & stressed. If they call, they talk down to you. Crossing 🐾 4 you.

@PiandNeko1 @TalkTalk Hopefully this is just a particularly bad glitch then. I’ve had a few trouble free years with them, but since broadband kept disconnecting on Fri - useless. As wheelchair user, I rely on Alexa, smart plugs etc etc for cat litter tray, wheelchair & lights. They know this too 🙀

@ITVX A brief scan of this thread suggest that ITV has made a huge blunder and broken the previously functional ITV hub app on stbs and smart TVs. Certainly it is not working on a TalkTalk YouView STB. Oops.

Dealing with @TalkTalk customer chat is like having teeth pulled very slowly. Either they don’t understand your problem, or you can’t understand them. All the while the portal tries to log you out.

Inconvenience is one thing, but stress and the impact on me mentally to get this cancelled and stop them taking more money each month has been awful. It was cancelled only 4 days ago. Four months for them to do it. Will never go with #TalkTalk again. Was a nightmare, literally.
