EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

Can’t get thru on the phone despite your lines supposed to be open from 8am and no response when I try to contact via LiveChat. Useless!

We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
