Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Slow slow slow under contractual speed Talktalk aware a month ago but they can't seem to join up the dots....unhappy customer means no renew of contract but do they care? I would.

If I could roll back time I would after this stellar customer service would I choose Talktalk No!, if they got a customer service that worked for me yes.
