@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

Fair does to the guy at Sky who tried really hard to find a resolution and was as helpful as he could be ("I'd say this was a bit of a pickle, but it's more of a cucumber"). All 5 TalkTalk people I've spoken to today on the other hand have been incompetent & rude.

@TalkTalk I do not know why! Openreach must have done it in their wisdom 2 years ago, I had a problem with the connection, you sent openreach out to fix it. But they connected the line to the facia boarding. In these high winds it is fetching my facia away.

@tiff_tv @TalkTalk Sounds about right. My contract ended last Nov. Operator was unhelpful and rude. Still being billed despite three letters being sent to them. Appalling service.
