    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk This company has the worst customer service ever. When you talk the agent over the phone that, they're so rude and impolite. I am thinking of changing services, mid contract as it is causing me so much stress. Just to cancel an engineer call out,

    @bukolas133 Hi @bukolas133, There is an ongoing incident on the Exchange where you are connected. This also affects customers connected on the same Exchange regardless if they are with TalkTalk or different service providers.

    @TalkTalk Tried all that. Tried switching on and off. Tried the socket. Tried online chat, no one called me back. Still loosing connection. Appalling service.

    @TalkTalk the company for noone! Sends out engineers who lie about what the problem is and could have fixed it with new router but didn't. Instead he put it through as fixed! Well done! Good scam there, cause they'll still keep charging! 👍🤔

    @TalkTalk Yes, I’ve checked the status continuously, it always says it’s healthy, stable etc. The internet runs 75mbps+ down, but it keeps cutting out every single day.
