    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk received my final bill, cancelled as service didn't cover all flat when I moved. I'm still awaiting the credit to be put on for the return of the Booster (£20) you sent me. I also received a £5.04 credit that not on there. Can someone take a look please?

    @TalkTalk I had to cancel my account effective 25th Nov as you didn't cover my whole flat when I moved. But I've just received a bill for December! When I check my account the landline has been disconnected, so assume my whole account cancellation has been processed? Refund due?

    @Roy_Long @TalkTalk That company is the biggest joke ever! Get put even you can they are breaking your contract agreement by not providing a service. So glad I left them x

    @broadbandchoice Hi, I emailed customer services on 12/11/21 and then again on 26/11/12 regarding a missing voucher I should have received after signing up to a contract with TalkTalk on July 26th. I was given an automated reference number of 69048

    @TalkTalk There is an outage ? Is that why my fibre has recently just dropped from 42 mb/s down to around 5/mbs ? Yet the talktalk service centre reports no issues or network issues...
