    Just had a lovely chat with @TalkTalk apparently a problem with our connection. Let me make this clear as i did on the phone. WE ARE NOT WITH TALK TALK. Thanks

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @status_is_down TalkTalk do not have a customer service number do you can speak to them. It's a the problem when something goes wrong and you can't get any help.

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon
