    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk Terrible service today. Spent 2 hours on the chat line while they tried to sort my lack of landline and Internet. They never bothered to check whether it was a general problem in the are first, and even had me moving my furniture! I found myself that it is an area problem!! 😡

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk awful service, abandoned without any broadband for the day. Customer service was also sub par and no actual progress was made in a 4 hour long conversation with multiple colleagues. Virgin media's deals are looking much more promising.

    @talktalk I need confirmation of all the details of my new broadband contract. The adviser promised a £100 MasterCard, but so far all I've received is the new contract and no mention of it. I need this confirmed within the cancellation period, so I can cancel if not.
