@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@ROBNEALshowman @Nisha75149135 @TalkTalk I got advised to push the pinhole factory reset on the back for 30 seconds. It worked. Pain in the arse having to reconfigure the admin login and wifi networks but hey ho, I'm connected.

@TalkTalk Only been with you 4 weeks and it's a nightmare, getting billed for calls when we don't have a phone and you've turned out phone line off?? On a fibre deal but no one's arranging the connection of the fibre, terrible terrible service

Does @Ofcom cover broadband services? If so you should be stopping @TalkTalk from taking any further new customers until they sort out their admin and customer service.

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk, I've still not been able to speak to anyone about renewing my Ultra Fibre Optic deal. I just spent 1hr 30 on hold to the UFO team only to be cut off without speaking to anyone. I spent 2hrs on hold last week with no success. Please can someone help me?!?
