  Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

  @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

  @TalkTalk Shocking customer service. When they mucked up they agreed go cancel my contract but they haven't done. Now I'm still get charged for a service talk talk are not providing.

  Hi @TalkTalk Bit confused.. elderly mum’s landline not working (internet ok). Did phone line test which logged a fault with reference number. Got text 5mins later saying broadband ok. Fault status changed to “action needed”. Does this mean phone issue still open?

  @TalkTalk apparently my contract ended 6th Nov and my next payment has gone from £27 to £36!!!! I’ve had no contact from Talk Talk UFO what’s going on? Can’t access any info on the App either. Please help

  @TalkTalk My internet isn’t working and even the website still isn’t work to check if there is a issue only in my area or if is the internet that is horrible.
