Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk It wasn't an issue specific to my line, it impacted the entire community. I've said this several times now including on Twitter and on the phone to one of your agents when i first reported the issue. This was a bigger problem - please find out what it was and explain.

@dburdon @TalkTalk as head of customer service at talk talk. Is it normal practice for your advisors to lie to customers? To promise call backs for set times then call at different times. To tell you engineers will be coming out when they haven’t even been booked? #lies#talktalk

@TalkTalk I had a call booked between 6pm and 8pm this evening to discuss my complaint. I received a text message at 18.10 saying you will call on 23rd June. Why haven't you called me today? I have been waiting since 23rd May for a call!!

@TalkTalk Morning Kaye. That's correct, the incident has been resolved and i'm back online. I would be interested to know what the issue was! Comms was really poor yesterday in regards to this issue and needs to be better! Thanks for reaching out.

@TalkTalk I work for an IT service provider. If our services were down for 7 hours, impacting an entire community we would have a team providing updates every ½ hour. I'm not expecting route cause but an idea of what's happened, what is being done and by whom is the least I expect!

Harding has some cheek. A disaster with TalkTalk and their lost data, a major disappointment with T &T &now she wants to be head of NHS. She’ll get the post & the public can be confident in their knowledge that no matter how bad you are providing you suck up to the PM you’re OK .
