Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

I've spent the last few days helping my mother, who is disabled and profoundly deaf, with her day-to-day admin. Her bank statements show that @TalkTalk has been taking payments of £50+/month (out-of-contract rate) for a service we believed had ended back in 2015 (1/4)
