    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to numerous customer care staff & every time being told it will get sorted. I am now at the point to make a formal complaint so please can you send me a contact number to do so. I’ve also discovered my landline is still active at the previous address. Not good 😡

    @Ofcom how are @TalkTalk allowed to raise the price of a fixed price contact midterm? This is miss selling and I wonder if it is unlawful and a breach of contract? Can you please help?

    @TalkTalk Hi. It looks like you've disabled my elderly aunt's email. She's really worried, but can't contact you without email and the customer services phone number can't respond either. How can I contact someone?

    @TalkTalk why do you think it is okay to charge a customer for a service they didn't receive? She signed up for broadband with your company then you never sent her a router but still charged her, when it was impossible for her to have the service as she didn't have the equipment!

    @TalkTalk Please explain on here now. Why my internet keeps cutting out? Why can't I speak to someone? Re this? Why is it such appalling service? Why are you committing fraud ( not forfilling your contract) This would be a start.

    @TalkTalk Kaye you have just told me that @openreach have been contacted on the 7th July we contacted you on the 2nd of July we have no internet and no phone line SHOCKING and you still won’t send an engineer today 2-3days this is so BAD @TalkTalk
