    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk Thank you Angie, I have sent HUNDREDS of DMs, spent nearly 3 hours messaging about this recently. PLEASE, send me new, updated and fully operational wifi router and set top box with an engineer to install, test and check, and refund for the service I haven't received, ty

    Who schedules maintenance on a Monday morning??? @TalkTalk To add to the fun, @WeAreOpenreach have text to say my engineer visit has been marked as completed & won't be out today. After not bothering their lazy holes to arrive on Friday. WHAT ******** IS GOING ON WITH YOU 2???

    @TalkTalk 27th March and it still seems to be a problem. Your help centre can't log in to accounts and are telling everyone to call back later. I have been told three time today to call back in 2-3 hours.
