    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel my service for the past 2 hours. I’m out of contract. I’ve called 6 times, spoken to 9 people, been hung up on 3 times, now on white noise line after Sam went quiet while recording. You operate like a sect, not letting people leave. This can’t be legal.

    @TheOneMarisa @TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel since 26 November! I'm on phone now with loyalty cancellation team they had nerve to ask £148 for cancellation. They should be us compensation!

    @TalkTalk been 18months of being problem free internet. Then the last 4 days super rude service staff. Had the engineer out who said it’s a problem on your end. And now it’s gone off again. What a waste of money.

    @Baasha666 @TalkTalk I’ve had the same. It’s like a sect. This must be illegal. I’ve spoken to 9 people, currently on a dead line after Arwen passed me to Sam who was recording and then went quiet. It’s disgusting and I hope no one takes their service. #talktalkscam #dontusetalktalk

    @TalkTalk Joke of a company! I haven’t defaulted a payment in 3 years, called and disconnected after moving home, now I’ve received a bill for £80 claiming that no calls were logged and I never disconnected. JOKERS! AVOID THIS COMPANY! YET AGAIN DODGEY FOREIGN CALL CENTRES!

    @TalkTalk 1. I have just experienced the worst customer service by you. Wasted a whole afternoon for your engineers to come to my house and fix the landline. I get a text message @ 2.06 pm that they have buzzed my door & left as there was no answer.

    @TalkTalk @talktalk @MoneyTelegraph Trying to cancel my Internet as it wasn't done properly. Go live date Is tomorrow. 2 sales people from talktalk knocked on door couple of months back ,they must of written email down wrong and can't access account
