    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk The certificate for your SMTP server is invalid and it's broken email authentication on several devices. Support are denying any issue but it's clearly widespread. Why are support so reluctant to take responsibility? @TalkTalkGroup #talktalk

    I thought @TalkTalk was much better than @virginmedia based on my previous experiences. Holy mother freaking of god. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. I've exercised my rights to cancel my contract, and THEY'RE DENYING MY RIGHT TO CANCEL.

    @TalkTalk You're far too late, he's reported your company for harassment. In future just remember: NO MEANS NO! Don't know how hard it is for you all to understand that. He is moving providers and that's it. You're service is crap anyway, internet constantly drops and no one cares!

    @TalkTalk your customer service is abysmal! Promised a credit and because the advisor hasn't done it or left notes I'm now on the phone AGAIN for over an hour to try and get someone to approve it when I LITERALLY HAVE PROOF?! Whats going on?!
