Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

Well @TalkTalk have come back to there end of conversation response. They will send the engineer out at my cost. They have been in breach of contract practically every month which would allow a customer of a respectable company to part company but alas, TT think they're above law

@TalkTalk My elderly mother has an account with you. Phone line down but broadband working. We have no way of contacting you. Your website chat is ‘busy’ and there are no phone numbers or email addresses we can contact. Terrible.

@TalkTalk I spoke to a customer service advisor yesterday as my Internet has been down for 3 days. They said that there was work going on in the area and that it would be sorted as soon as possible. Can you give me any more information about this as i am unable to work? Postcode is CF31
