@TalkTalk your customer service is an absolute disgrace! Took 7 hours for a manager call back who had done absolutely no prep for the call and did dpa and put me on hold for 10 mins, talked over me the whole convo & hung up #Terrible

@TalkTalk service is beyond ridiculous now. After trying to cancel my contract for a third time, I'm back to a robot telling me my contract is STILL NOT CANCELLED??? No word on being refunded on the overcharges

@TalkTalk appalling customer service. Even when you messed up, you don't offer any reasonable solution. No Internet for nearly week, we were assured the new router will arrive by 31.3, now the agent is saying it will not be before Monday. If we buy a router will you reimburse us?
