    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk 1) When my Dad's internet was upgraded to fibre in August, he was missold on the features and ended up so frustrated on the phone that he told them to cancel it. The service continued regardless and he calmed down and got used to it. Last Thursday it was shut off without warning.

    @TalkTalk Got a text @ 11 am all fixed and service back on…., 90 mins later OFF AGAIN, hardly getting any work done , on off on off , having to buying data for my phone!! I’m stuck in a contract till next year 😡. I Want Out !!!

If u r paying 4 a service u r not getting u may get out of a contract. 14 day cooling off if new If they continue with contract u need 2 receive pre contractual information
