@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk I am very disappointed at the poor service in Bristol today, Xmas day, when we were depending on the internet. Very poor show/appalling service for a cost of £26.50 a month. Shameful.

@TalkTalk internet died on us at 3:25 this afternoon, got a text from TalkTalk saying an engineer needed to do some work outside the house in the next 2-3 days. Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

@TalkTalk @stillillok You are lucky my router has been flashing for 2 days straight and I won’t get an engineer until the 29th I have been having this same issue for 2 and a half years in that period I probably had over 20 engineers visited 3 new routers.
