@TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

1. #talktalk @TalkTalk ive been speaking to talktalk since last monday asking them to send me a new power adapter for a broken one on the open reach modem(i have fibre). They are a total waste of time and every one of them just continues to ask me if its still I still need help!

Really annoyed with @TalkTalk taking money from my account which I cancelled last month! Then to be told have to wait 10 working days to get MY money back. Doesn't help me pay my other bills now does it! 😡😡

@TalkTalk Hi, we are new to talk talk and we had an engineer come out on Saturday to start our fibre connection, however we haven’t got fibre due to an issue with the box on the street. Can you advise when our fibre will go live?

2. #talktalk @TalkTalk i know they read from scripts but if they power adapter is broken shouldnt it be replaced without wasting my time sending me a new router or doing diagnostic checks. im using the power adapter for my bose sound bar right now just so i am still able to WFH

Placed an order with @TalkTalk today - took 2 minutes. Decided to cancel right away, but ofc it goes through their customer service. Been on hold for 1h57 minutes, last 45 mins it says i'm first in line. Yeah right. Best customer service ever!
