My mum’s moving house and my sister’s on the phone to TalkTalk trying to cancel their existing contract. The operative apologised for his system freezing mid convo and she said: “you’re not with TalkTalk are you?” He didn't laugh.💀

Hi @Ofcom it's taken 29days for @TalkTalk to fix my broadband issue .now they are only offering me £8 compensation .Is this correct because your website states it's £8 a day 🤔

@TalkTalk absolute worst company ever. Cancelled my account and paid fees and still getting bills through the door. Can’t explain the stress, unplugged after a day and have never used it. Cancelled my account months back when I spoke to customer service and STILL getting bills!!
