@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Thanks for your reply, but TT have checked my line several times and told me there is no issues, but we are still experiencing intermittent internet 7 days in a row. It was particularly bad this morning around 07.20!!

Why is my @TalkTalk broadband loosing connection?! Website isn't helping with suggestions. I've restarted everything, checked cables. Apparently there's no issues. I've had to buy more mobile data after 2 weeks of this, to troubleshoot & nothings working!! #talktalk

@TalkTalk what is going on? Internet cutting out or slow for 2 days now. If you find it that hard to fix a problem at least communicate with your customers rather than sending automated generic messages. Is your HQ on fire or something?
