    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk There seems to be an outage in BS16 at the moment. Tried to login to my account to run line tests and I get a "Due to technical issues, can't log you in right now" message.

    I think sometimes people forget there are actual humans working at TalkTalk, and saying you are gonna switch to another provider isn’t gonna fix it faster, and also nobody cares.
