@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve hardly had any tv with them since I joined. And today, all devices has dropped out and no one to call for assistance. Well done talk talk 👍

@TalkTalk Hi support, I'm currently experiencing intermittent broadband outage every few minutes, router LED flashes amber. I used the self service test tool but it comes back with a "technical issue". Please can you advise how best to investigate this? Thanks.
