Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Ian Lawson (@lawson0864) reported@TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldnโt do anything because I was in a โqueueโ for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
