@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@JordanG78435789 @TalkTalk 10000% I’ve been having these conversations with them for months now!!! I am done and trying to leave and they are still sending me huge bills. I get told someone will help, speak to them and get told “I can’t help with that” can speak for hours and go round and round i circles

@TalkTalk I have been ringing the helpline numbers for several days at various times to be told to phone back in a couple of hours and my call is terminated. Basically you are not answering any calls what a good way to not sort people's problems. Can I move to Sky?

@TalkTalk Most unhelpful customer service I’ve ever ever had. Always “I can’t do anything yet… you’ll need to wait for this this and this” yet still sending me massive bills😡😡😡😡😡😡 awful company. Charge for a whole month internet for a weeks useage!!!!!
