@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk There keeps being a ‘problem between us and the exchange’ and this is manifesting exactly the same. Clearly it’s not right for this to keep happening. How can we ensure it is properly fixed so we don’t get this again? It’s been very frequent the last few weeks

Promised a call from @TalkTalk today, didn't get one of course and I have had no broadband for more than 48 hours. All I can do is use another system, but this is not good enough and is seriously impacting my work. Leaving is not a simple matter, moreover, I pay for this service.

Bad News: @talktalk are putting up the price of a "fixed contract" by nearly 10% Good news: I get to cancel and find a broadband provider that can provide a reliable, fast service with a router that can cover a small 2 bedroom flat. Any recommendations?

@TalkTalk please can someone contact me to return your router. It's packed up, waiting for the return label. I don't want to keep it and assure you that leaving #talktalk is by far the best decision I have ever made. Never in the history of ISP has there been a worse company

@TalkTalk disgusted that a vulnerable elderly customer with dementia has been left contactless after a divert issue couldn’t be resolved. We were advised to email which will leave her with no ability to contact for over 24 hours.

@Dj_Danny_H @Rowena9347 @TalkTalk Yeah, base stations can be fed at any way along the pipe/hops by TT, Virgin, CityFibre, BT etc etc being duwn suuth you probably feed off Vodafone old Bulldog network where as up Northern Britain 🏴 we don’t really have that we have connections back to Bulldog via third parties

@TalkTalk Thanks, the problem is my husband has the account login details and he’s currently dealing with a leak from the sink (it’s all happening here today). I need to get the ball rolling to trier this ASAP as it disrupts my business and costs me money everytime.
