Laura-JayneArmstrong (@MissLJArmstrong) reported@FunJustJustin @TalkTalk They have a tone, but when trying to call them it was going to voicemail. I’ve tried messaging somebody through the talk talk website but no help either 🙈
-
Joe (@JoeGriffin1989) reported@TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach - disgraceful service. Especially, @TalkTalk made multiple fumbles of my complaint - every time I speak to someone it’s like it’s the first time I’ve raised the problem. Without service since 31st March after being miss-sold full fibre plan.
-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@JU51LNS I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, however, from 7 July, if you’re not a TalkTalk broadband customer and haven’t subscribed, you won’t be able to access your email. Elizabeth

Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk That’s the point. I won’t be paying £5, or ever using this horrid company again. I feel sorry for the older less tech savvy people who you are exploiting and have no choice

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?
