@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Please stop sending letters saying we owe £44 after you put up prices for once loyal customers mid contract. What's more you sent an email to say we are free to leave without penalty because of this. I have spoken to your customer service twice on this issue thus far.

In the absolute age of the internet @Talktalk service doesn’t walk or talk tired of substandard service lipservice and nothing more. Engineers visits with empty fulfilment and threat of significant exit fees in a agreement that isn’t fit for purpose even to basic browse #pathetic
