Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

DentWrexham (@DentWrexham) reported@TalkTalk Hard to believe this ! What a shambles, Openreach engineer turned up (The 2 nd one)(2nd Visit) sorry mate can’t do that need specialist fitter. I really have no confidence whatsoever now, the communication just to fit fibre is awful.

Joe (@JWT4179) reported@TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.
