@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Morning! I got this SMS from you yesterday at 1551h...is it fixed now as connectivity was lumpy/ jittery/ patchy: “TalkTalk update: We found a problem between the exchange and your home, and booked an Openreach engineer to fix the fault within the next 2-3 working days...etc.”

@TalkTalk Nothing about the Lies told when selling your service? NO price increase during your contract guaranteed 😡 now told I can leave but if still in contract will have to pay 😡 so NOT guaranteed at all, just suck it up buttercup, all as bad as each other 😡😡😡😡

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup customer service is a joke. You break contracts, insist we call your call centre which has limited hours and staff and cuts customers off after waiting on hold. You tell me to contact you via DM - go back and forth begging me to stay and then tell me I have to call

@TalkTalk So? It’s also in my contract that I can cancel if I don’t agree with the price increase of my “fixed price” contract. So I’m cancelling.. not sure what you’re trying to achieve here
