@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

When you have no internet for SEVEN DAYS. @TalkTalk lie and say it’s a fault with exchange and engineers are working on it. However, 7 days someone sends me new router and it works like magic. @TalkTalk service has been terrible and I would never recommend ever! STAY AWAY

@TalkTalk We’ve been ignored as customers. Our internet went down on the 8th and they said you would fix it but the 20th. Pushed it back to the 21st and now to the ninth of January. I’m absolutely disgusted by the way you treat your customers.

@TalkTalk . As a customer, i am completely dissatisfied with the service and I want to leave TalkTalk and find other service providers now. When I told TalkTalk that I was leaving, they threatened me that they will put a big extra charge for doing this.

@TalkTalk bit of a joke now that there’s still no internet connection nearly 48hrs later, not a word from an engineer even though you said they would call. At least 6 houses affected down my street alone!

@TalkTalk Day 12 with poor/no internet...still waiting for an engineer to fix my internet
