@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@SteveJT67 @TalkTalk I’ll be honest, I’ve had no problem with TT until today, been with them for seven years, though they’ve just increased their prices and as I’ve had all sorts of trouble trying to get hold of them today I decided enough is enough, so a move is on the cards 👍

@NOWHelpTeam Hi I'm ready to move over to NowTV, I spoke to my existing provider (talktalk) & they advised that Now can cancel my contract with TT when I join Now. How do I request this when ordering Now? And the entertainment package has gone up from 4.99 to 9.99, can I get it for 4.99?
