@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Could you define what's is meant by TT help? I have been told multiple times your CEO team shall contact me to clarify a deadlock letter & they haven't bothered. Hiding behind their poor call centre colleagues having to deal with customers frustration with the CEO teams failings.

@TalkTalk Absolutely not Andy. Only the other day you told me there was nothing else you could do, and that if i want an engineer i would have to pay for it. Ive got a new provider now. The terrible support is why you lose customers.

@TalkTalk Today you have sent an engineer to ‘help’ with my ongoing WiFi issues. He was meant to fit boosters - only problem...he didn’t have the boosters! 🙄Later got msg telling me you had ‘fixed the problem’ You haven’t - you sent out an engineer with no equipment. #YouHadOneJob 🙄🙄🙄
