    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk It seems as though your deliberately providing **** speeds, so people will upgrade and pay more for a service you claim, you already provide. I’m insulted with this ridiculous link you’ve sent about ‘multiple devices’ when YOU CLAIM TO BE UNLIMITED!!!!!

    @TalkTalk Yes we have ... getting nowhere and it’s beyond a joke that you sent the engineer forward BEFORE we could access the property and now saying we won’t have internet til the 23rd !! We are v unimpressed with this service now. Please give me a number of a UK based customer service.

    .@TalkTalk the most frustrating internet provider Id advise anyone against using their services. Just seem to be palmed off with trouble shooting and apologies not good enough. I want out of my contract!!

    @MattBirkett1 @TalkTalk You’ve two children. It’ll quickly add up. And the service is just so good stable never had to call them once

    @bt_uk @SkyUK @TalkTalk When are you going to offer some real competition to Virgin Media in terms of very high speed broadband in the NG24 area, please? I’m unhappy with their customer service but none of you offer decent alternatives at the moment.

    @OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

    @AmazonUK @TalkTalk please can you help my elderly parents. Lots of calls early in the morning saying they’re from Amazon and requesting money. Obviously scammers. Can you please help us stop them getting through ? They’re getting distressed
