@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@JujuliaGrace She rode as an amateur jockey. She ran TalkTalk into the ground because of their loss of customer personal data. I wouldn't trust her to empty a bedpan on a ward without spilling some of the contents. To put her in charge of the NHS would be negligent
