@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

Seriously @TalkTalk what is it going to take for you2sort my issue. No internet for 8 days, 10+ hours on calls and web chats 2u, passed from pillar 2 post, told engineers booked so wait in, only 2 discover when they don’t turn up not booked, told I’ll get called back. I don’t
