    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk is there any update on the Bexleyheath area outage? I wasted all day trying to get in contact with someone. All agents were busy on the online chat. I have had to buy more data. Can you just provide an explanation when it will be back up running or an update at least?

    fun with @TalkTalk.left 16 sep (out of contract).got a bill for 23oct-22 nov.they(named employee) admit mistake. got email yesterday pay the money or else etc etc. contacted again, i need to call them and explain what happened.not my problem @CitizensAdvice help please thnx

    @TalkTalk If there is an outage are the full fibre tech team on the phone able to assist and get me back online? Or will the phone call be a waste of money and time yet again for me?

    @TalkTalk I need to cancel my Talktalk subscription. I've been on hold now for 33 minutes. I'm astonished it's even legal to make it this difficult to cancel. Is there another way?

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk
