    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account. I've called this number (0345 172 0088 ) and it cuts me off after placing me on hold. My online account has given me this number to call (0345 172 0099) rings and then states that is no longer in use. Please help

    @TalkTalk I’ll DM but doubt it’ll make a difference you’v ignored every letter, phone call & email, I’ve cancelled the acc many times by every method, for some reason, unknown to us, you just won’t cancel it. You continue to steal money from our bank acc. It’s been 16 months & you know it

    Spent 2 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk. Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. @TalkTalk

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.     Hey @TalkTalk what's going on? I've just found out that my landline isn't working. When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.

    @petergrant076 @TalkTalk @Ofcom They appear to be going bust. They are desperate not to issue refunds, or make goodwill payments if they can possibly avoid it. They've even dropped their X based support to save costs.

    @TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..
