    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk So frustrated with your service! No internet for 2 days, no explanation, no update and a totally bulls*it website! And a bunch of incompetent support team! But never fail to send a bill!!

    Usual rubbish service from @TalkTalk reaches new depths. Although I have Wi-fi connection, speeds are *actually* zero!

    @TalkTalk Why does it cost £50 for an #oap to keep an email address when they move service! Seems bit steep (paid for years with TalkTalk)
