@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk I have had terrible internet speed all weekend and it has completely dropped several times. I've done the tests on the website which says everything is fine but it's not. I have also reset the router several times. It's getting very frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been struggling with my Internet for weeks now, 3mbps download, 0.3mbps upload, and I pay £25pm. Can’t get through on phone or webchat. @talktalk can guarantee 30mbps for £23.50 in my area. Please help 🙏🏼

Extremely frustrated by @TalkTalk. Made my broadband order on 10th, supposed to go live 18th and today on the phone told me they will solve the issue between 3-5 days BEFORE sending me the box... Will I get internet after a month? LOL Working from home is going to be a nightmare!

@TalkTalk You only just did. Also am on phone to your customer services now. After having to waste another 30 minutes for my time. They really are uninterested and still unable to help, it is not easy to put in writing my problem so just want to speak to someone who can help.

@TalkTalk I want to renew my contract to avoid paying the standard rate. But everytime I do, you try charge me an extra £4 a month for some TV thing I don’t use. Please can you help me.
