@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk is there an issue in Whitley Bay ? Not been able to access web sites or send emails since yesterday stopped trying to work but can’t watch TV either .. relying on my 3 mobile phone. Your chat is off line for repairs. What’s going on. Seems new fibre service is rubbish

@TalkTalk Talk talk are beyond credible, we have had 4 weeks of interrupted service, promised a call back numerous times from Keian in management at Salford, this never happened, and I request to speak to senior management the phone is put down on me and not just once 5 times,

@TalkTalk I've been without internet for 24 hours in the Newcastle area. My wife has to work from home and I've taken the day off tomorrow to do an online exam that I won't be able to do because I have no internet! And your customer service is not helpful AT ALL!!

@TalkTalk I have already done this. I keep getting pushed back to the chat support that has left me and as it appears 100s of others in limbo all day. It is a total disgrace that paying users are having to resort to Twitter to get any answers these services cost hundreds of pounds a year.
