    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    TalkTalk must have the worst customer call centre in the world - over an hour into the 4th call - in a 2nd queue - trying to sort out their mistake! Unbelievable! @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Hi Mike, I'd be happy to discuss the issues with our internet services via DM. However, the bigger issue here is why these underhanded business practices are being employed in the first place, of which I'm sure others would be interested in hearing the answer to.

    @TalkTalk I can't access the Internet I'm paying for from TalkTalk, the tv package I pay for from TalkTalk, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, BT Sport and Disney + Will I be getting a refund of you for all these services I pay for but can't access as you still haven't sorted the issue out yet?

    @TalkTalk Keep getting cut off when waiting to speak to a supervisor, end up in like 16th in the queue, just want to move the service to another address!
