@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Simple, my Internet doesn't work again, I'm not paying for an engineer, so how can you fix it? My contract is almost up with talk talk and I will not be renewing I think I will just leave it broken if you don't have a fix for it

@TalkTalk I'm finding I can't order fibre from you. I spoke here earlier and was told to call you. I did. Answer? "We have no idea why not?" @SkyHelpTeam tried to order from you. Same nonsense. @OpenreachHelp have confirmed I can order FTTP. Do you lot just not want a customer?

@TalkTalk chatting to an agent on online for 1 hr 20 mins, re. my increased charges. Was at the point of sorting this out, when agents system went down. Advised that I should get in touch again in a few hours. Not a chance. I'm leaving you

@TalkTalk well well well, my Internet doesn't work yet again, more amazing value and service from a "trusted" network provider, avoid this company at all costs, I will ring say it doesn't work they will send an engineer who won't show then give you the bill of 60 pounds hmmm

@TalkTalk My phone line is down cannot receive or make calls. Done all the checks and still not working. It is saying cord error on my handset display. However my broadband is working fine are you having issues today?

@neiltaffy @TalkTalk I'm so sorry to hear that. they are a truly abysmal company with regard to customer records. it's like they write any change of circumstances on a post it note and stick it on the fridge in the vague hope someone else finds it some day

@TalkTalk As of Monday 18th July, (my go live date) I have had no internet whatsoever. I’m a new customer, and the customer service team that i have been on the phone too have been really unhelpful. I have been without internet and need it to work.
