@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Has been down all weekend in Downham Market. I seriously hope you don't expect to be collecting a full month's payment. But let me guess, it won't be your fault and you'll lose a loophole so that customers foot the bill. In an age where so many people work from home this is poor!

@OpenreachHelp can you please fix my address on your systems as @VodafoneUK still does not show availability for 900mb and talktalk had also now gone from there main page I have to use the special link to get full fibre

@Jackiewhome1 @TalkTalk Good luck, I've spent since last June trying to sort an issue with TT. But everytime I message them on Twitter, I get a new support person and they've no knowledge of the issue, so I start all over again. They are the worst company I've ever come across in my life

Been trying and failing leave @TalkTalk since Friday and still no joy. Apparently people we need to speak to after much talking don’t work on a Sunday and the promised call back yesterday of course never came. Out of contract so it just should not be this hard. Avoid.
