@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk still no broadband in DA15. Outage since 9am, everyone in the area still down but you have stated on the website it's resolved! Chatbots not working, can't call, please provide some detail!

@TalkTalk The issue is you're not providing clarity or assistance and it's just for show (not you directly btw). As an organisation you must know what is happening, why it was showing as a fault and now not. Even if it's bad news treat clients properly, like adults and tell them the truth

@TalkTalk I've been without internet for 24 hours in the Newcastle area. My wife has to work from home and I've taken the day off tomorrow to do an online exam that I won't be able to do because I have no internet! And your customer service is not helpful AT ALL!!
