    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk A miserable experience trying to get my TalkTalk fibre activated. First given an installation date of June 9th, and now it's looking like the 17th. TalkTalk could've told me i didn't need to disconnect my previous service, or setup the right engineer appointment.

    @TalkTalk Please ask your CEO to call me, I’ve had the worst experience dealing with your Company since my Father passed in February, TalkTalk should be investigated and fined for the way they treat customers, totally unacceptable!!! My number is 07737 691054, for what it’s worth!! 🤬🤬

    @TalkTalk is the worst broadband provider in the UK and they offer very little support once they have got you locked in a contract. Signal always dropping, fake promises of engineers coming to fix problem. Call centre in South Africa and line keeps going dead. Utterly disgusting!

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk If you want good customer service try @PlusnetOfficial . I switched to them recently and I really can’t praise them enough. Good price and had zero issues so far. They’re so helpful and it’s easy to actually speak to someone.

    @TalkTalk had a query ongoing for over a month now as you have deleted all of my mails from your server, no-one calls back, hours and hours on the phone with no resolution
