    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @talktalk Day 73. Still no router return label. Sent another written complaint to Salford office plus print out (7 pages!) of DMs dating back to Aug 7. Complete waste of time.

    The Internet has definitely been slow around the area. Now when the phone rings and you go to answer it the Internet cuts off. @TalkTalk
