    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk Sending DMs solves the probably maybe for a week or two. Then they come back. What is the point? And at no point has anyone answered if I'll get any compensation for the amount of mobile data I have to use. Thank christ I'm not working from home just now.

    More call scams this time alledged from @virginmedia to me as @TalkTalk customer trying to get my details online! caller Indian accent when tried to find out location he disconnected using 07103416674 at 12.32hrs

    @TalkTalk NO ! You will look into it, say I got what I wanted, miss the point totally and thank me. I will just keep telling everyone how bad your customer service is, and how you don't care about the little person because there are plenty more little people to not care about already.

    @TalkTalk I called your department 5x already to cancel account, I keep being transferred to different department and constantly being put on hold, I need to cancel account today to avoid exit fees.

    @TalkTalk My 70 year old mum has little to no internet for months!tried to leave, you keep charging her & won’t give her any compensation for what she’s been through. 2hrs on the phone, different story’s given & ‘You’ve never asked for help or co-operated with us’ to then hang up on us!

    @supreme_sadboys @TalkTalk It’s one of the big rip offs in this country poor WiFi and mobile connection and it’s not improving its a disgrace.
