    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk My mum rang you to tell you the WiFi is slower than you said it would be and one of your customers service people told her that she is lying and then hung up on her and refused to let her cancel so she had to cancel her card instead💀

    I’m still waiting for a response as to how @TalkTalk managed to sell fibre broadband to my 87 yo father with dementia. The fella doesn’t own a computer device. How did the sales chat go? No help here, via cust. servs.or your ‘conserns’ mailbox. Poor show all round.

    @TalkTalk may have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Been trying to cancel my internet with them for the past week and still nothing. Absolute ******* joke

    @TalkTalk absolute fuming!!!! Been on to live chat for over 2hours. After 1 hour i got cut off then back on live chat for another hour and before anything completes cut off again. All this to get the new now tv package that i need to take. Can’t cancel as in contract till April!!

    @TalkTalk The company who LOVE ignoring their customers, but will continue to take payments. How long can such an issue go unresolved? You said contact us via DM. I did that, and nothing. Typical!

    @TalkTalk Still waiting 3 days to get an update on my home phone line not working !!!!!!! Very poor service
