@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

Any one else has problems with @TalkTalk ??. Theye doubled our bill,added charges we haven't used . Phone line down poor internet from £25 to £51!! Outrageous. When we call they use stall tactics to stop us cancelling!! Or correcting this!!

@TalkTalk Complaint sent directly to CEO of TalkTalk Tristia Harrison as absolute rubbish service provided by her staff on calls and chat. Asked her how she would feel if her staff spent working hours on calls and chats to resolve an issue? Still waiting Tristia!!

Was promised a phone call from a manager at @talktalk by midday today which unsurprisingly never happened. Instead I got emailed a questionnaire asking what I thought of them… That was fun to fill in!

@virginmedia hi. I’ve always had a poor mobile signal in my house, 1 bar in a corner of the bathroom. But since Someone, I think Talktalk has been working on my local transmitter at Stop and Call, Goodwick, Pembrokeshire I have had no signal. What can you do about it?

Hi @ofcom. How do I go about filing a complaint about @talktalk? No internet for 5 days. No one answering phones or online chat. Twitter help unhelpful. Paying for fibre150 and I have nothing. No one to even talk to!?! For 5 days.

I got that pissded off with virgin media and there robbing tactis. I stripped out all the the cables and sent them back to Basterd branson! Never ever had this much trouble. Trust bt,sky,talktalk but stay well away from virgin rubbish. It takes alot to wind me up. they took the
