@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Seem like there are always issues with talk talk, instead off fixing it they say no issues reported. Price seems to go up but the service does not improve.

@TalkTalk I’ve been experiencing internet problems for the last 3 days. Keeps dropping in and out and haven’t been able to get a whole day connection since. Is the service down in Wimbledon/London area???
