    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @gracegausden93 Help! I was told lies on my doorstep by a forceful saleswoman, as a vulnerable person living alone. @TalkTalk told me plusnet was closing down which panicked me. The router never came and I didn’t want the product so asked to cancel..

    @talktalk I have had no internet since Tuesday and cannot get through to your customer services after waiting more than an hr it cut me off! What is going on? No outbound comms such as a text message to let us know what’s happening.

    @TalkTalk You clearly have no education. I told you no DM. No phone calls you only need the account number to see you are threatening us and we are not your customer. I am not wasting hours on the phone on hold. It needs to be public so others see how useless you are.

    @TalkTalk Terrible service, back in august my dad changed his contact to 30£ per month but is still paying £52 a month. He didn’t want unlimited calls on his contract but is still paying for it.

    @TalkTalk If you were competent in your job I would not have to keep sending it. DM only allows you to be more incompetent in you job. Public need to see how bad talk talk is at resolving problems. I am so much more intelligent than you lot. Fix your problem

    @TalkTalk at the risk of sounding like an old fogey, it seems ridiculous 'in this day and age' to wait 2 to 3 days for an engineer to fix the broadband when everything, including my heating and security doorbell are attached to it. 😬

    @TalkTalk I have sent you account number on your threat. Go and check if you supply internet to us. Check why you couldn't. Then check why you are demanding money for a service you do not provide. It's so bloody simple to do. Then sort the problem. Then apologise.
