@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk never ever have I dealt with such an incompetent organisation - I’ve spoken to at least 25 agents and been waiting since 13th April to get my broadband activated 🤬

Why can't it be simple? Why can't TalkTalk just pop a PSU in the post? But no. They have to: *Book an engineer *Cancel that engineer *Have me talk to 3 people *Rebook the engineer, and... Ready for this... *Not plug in the working adjustable PSU I have until the engineer turns up

@TalkTalk Still no further on with resolving my complaint @TalkTalk; I am fed up of having lengthy conversations on your 0345 number and when it seems that I am about to be transferred to a Complaints manager I am left on hold or the line cuts off!
