@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk I'm not prepared to waste any more of my life on a pointless chat. I want the call back from a manager that has been promised 3 times. A call back that actually happens and not 1 ring and the phone put down.

@Gezzabean @TalkTalk I had just same issues as you 4 days back and I contacted support team but they won’t attend to me … I got help on Twitter by @Lord_tecch they are very professional I suggest you contact them.
