@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk ur online help service is shite. my wifi has been down since Friday, I am a renter of a 6 room house and it has been an absolute ballache getting any information about when it'll be fixed. then we were told it'll be fixed by today and it still isn't. sort Ur **** out.

It's taken 19 minutes to get this prepaid envelope sent out, that I'm told should have been sent out already but hasn't been - @talktalk bit shoddy really. Esp as if I didn't take the trouble to go through this palaver, you'd be charging me £50 for a non return.

@TalkTalk , just wasted 40mins trying to talk to your bereavement centre and can honestly say it was one of the worse calls ever, I have never experienced anything so disgraceful. At such a sad time logic would put such a team in the UK

@TalkTalk No. That's just hiding it away. I've done this once already and you just told me it wasn't your problem. My agreement is with talktalk. Why do I have to chase up a company you have a contract with?

@TalkTalk No thanks, that was a couple of years ago. But, to agree a contract on Uswitch and then renege on it by telling the customer immediately afterwards to cancel it and sign up to a more expensive one is surely very wrong.
