  @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

  What is going on with TalkTalk ? My WiFi suddenly cut off hours ago. I can't login to my account. It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.

  @TalkTalk internet isn’t working yet again, I turned it on and off to re boot and nothing. My mum can’t log into the website either.. this is the 2nd time this month we’ve had this issue.

  @TalkTalk why have I received an email telling me I need to start paying for my email account because I’m no longer a customer? I am a Talktalk customer and my email address is linked to my Broadband account
