@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk the worst ever experience , I was suppose to go live on 12 and today is 20th we are without WiFi ,they have changed our engineers visit 5 times and keeps doing it , children can’t do their homework and gets punishment at school , Talk Talk really Sucks

@TalkTalk Wi-Fi and internet connection Keep dropping every few minutes on my iPhone. Not a device issue as works perfectly on other networks. Nothing but trouble with @eero router since we got it

@TalkTalk So you simply cannot help if you dont do call backs. Point made and the truth is out. Avoid Talk Talk! I have to wait until my contract is finished because they would not cancel at the start of my service within the 14 day coolong off period!
