@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@webmink @TalkTalk Given how broken the processes seem to be, they likely also charge for replacing broken equipment and would be very confused by new hardware being replaced independently. A tragedy if someone would auction off their old routers on ebay...

@TalkTalk I have heard this before. I have been passed around so many times and just ignoring the situation. When someone from your team says I have done what you requested and call back in 24hours. Your service is so rubbish. All you do is lie and say let me transfer you.

@Ofcom After a 1 hour and 20 minutes DM with @TalkTalk we only succeeded in covering the same ground as within my 4.5 hours of phone calls. Still a deadlock. TalkTalk has now asked me to wait for up to 72 hours for someone to get back to me. Please help!

10 years of broadband service from @TalkTalk and I had a single outage that lasted approximately 2 hours. 2 months with @virginmedia and I have an outage that has lasted more than 24 hours and counting. Who cares about their customers? #virginmedia #CustomerService

@TalkTalk Any idea how I can access online chat. I have a problem accessing my bills online and need to speak to someone. The announcement at the top of MyAccount says they are available 7 days a week, but I can not find how to access them.
