@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Spent over 7 hours on live chat and then 30 minutes today trying to sort problem with router. "Definitely fixed" the problem for a grand total of 4 hours. Nobody wants to give out the complaints contact details. Not good customer service. Next step cancel contract.

@TalkTalk your level of customer services is ridiculous! Just to clarify for about the 10th time - I have sent your equipment back - I only had one router it was returned in the bag that you sent...stop trying to charge me for things that I have sent back...
