@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

It's offical. @talktalk Support have replaced @VirginMedia Support as the most USELESS tech support I've ever dealt with. If I offered support at the level they do, I'd have been fired years ago.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on a live chat over over an hour and a half now and still not sorted. They won’t allow me to speak to a manager. Account should of been cancellation Dec and still not sorted!!! Poor

@TalkTalk is the worst provider ever. Avoid them! Had 5 new routers and engineer out multiple times and still can’t seem to get good internet service 🤯 goes down constantly
