@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk appalled by your Customer Service. Apparently it's acceptable to not have internet for 3 days? Can you explain that to my manager because I can't log in and work? Customer Adviser did not listen & then hung up when I asked for Complaints procedure!

@TalkTalk I've had no broadband for 5 days. It was supposed to be sorted within 24 hours, this was Sunday evening. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Really don't know what to do. Broadband is essential for me. Never come across a company with such bad customer service

@TalkTalk truly truly awful customer service, btw asking intrusive questions on a phone about whether i have any disabilities so that you can then decide what to do after having refused to provide accommodations such as chat is discrimination IMHO

@TalkTalk possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Transferred 4 times, then disconnected. Not one operator seems to know what they're employed for.

@TalkTalk My service was to be cancelled on the 18th May. Have been billed again. When I rang to query why it still hadn't been cancelled, I got passed around and disconnected. The latest colleague has also hung up as they are unable to help.
