I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
