@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@VodafoneUK I told @TalkTalk you both had more than a month to learn customer care but instead treated your customers like their **** so kindly **** yourself or find my number and call and try to mend or I will duck you till Court and **** you cos you suck dog **** Yours truly Mr bitter

@TalkTalk It’s supposed to be a Christmas bank holiday today. Why are you sending people out canvassing? I have a sign on my door saying ‘no uninvited callers’ yet they ignore it. So irritated I will never sign up to TalkTalk now.

@TalkTalk Just spoken to yet another one of your staff: no managers available. That is ridiculous. They made it clear that, despite not being told my order had been rejected, I had to to cancel it and then, 24 hours later, re-order it. How was I expected to know? Telepathy?
