    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @glittering546 @TalkTalk Best thing you could ever do. All I had was trouble with talk talk from the start. You won't get a reply for days, I think they post this tweet then turn off notifications, they are beyond a joke.

    Two @TalkTalk online chat agents told me an openreach engineer was coming today. But clearly not telling the truth. Just on the phone to their equally useless call centre. Terrible customer service. Useless company.
