  @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

  …of course, you and I know that all international numbers are prefixed with 00 - basic info that has been common knowledge for years. If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.

  @TalkTalkBiz Hi, I’m a Utility Warehouse broadband customer. Since switching from Vodafone, my PS5 has had severe online gaming lag. Could this be due to latency or routing on the TalkTalk Wholesale network? Any advice would be appreciated.

  Has anyone got any ideas how to get talktalk to sort your problems out? I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Help!!

  @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account. I've called this number (0345 172 0088 ) and it cuts me off after placing me on hold. My online account has given me this number to call (0345 172 0099) rings and then states that is no longer in use. Please help

  @TalkTalk what's happened to Talk Talk? The efficiency is reverting to type - awful! I'm wrongly refused the removal of Callsafe to be replaced with Last Call Barring. Lengthy talks & promises, when I'm on holiday, then end up with none!! Unbelievable!

  @TalkTalkGroup Email down after being hacked last week and all my mailboxes cleared. No response from Talktalk . Support is abysmal. Avoid at all costs..
