@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

1/2 Don't use @talktalk -- their internet services kept failing but they kept saying there was no problem. I left TT & they made me pay a full month's bill (£30 for 5 days' use) & then wait a week to request a refund.

Yet again spoke to 7 people at @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup now and been told things that are lies or just being ignored and getting billed for a service I haven’t received! Everyone please avoid for your own sake!!!! No internet and loosing money from not being able to work!!!

@Rustyboy1987 @TalkTalk He’s trying to work from home and I’m trying to homeschool the kids. We’re having to go to my mums everyday to get it done and for some reason @TalkTalk still can’t just get it connected. I’m baffled at what the problem is!

@TalkTalk After numerous online chats, all following the same script, check this check that , an engineer visit , a new filter , a new router , internet speed is still POOR . Don't have time to sit and go through the script again, what now ?

@TalkTalk I share my next door neighbors WiFi router and it went off last night it's still not on we are in lockdown and people can't go out and people realy on your service to talk to people and for entrainment purposes
