@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk hi, having big problems this weekend with our Internet, router keeps flashing orange, will do this for a couple of minutes then go back to green, becoming very annoying now, I have only just re-signed with you as well, never had problems before!

@TalkTalk This issue was resolved so that I could send emails using my phone. However since Friday evening I have not been able to send or receive emails on m desktop or laptop using my tiscali email through outlook. It is saying “cannot connect to incoming server”.
