    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk No i will not send another message/DM. Ive told you the problem. Moreover, i have sent messages and been on the phone multiple times. Please confirm when Brentwood (CM13, CM14, CM15) issues will be resolved.

    Just had my £900 18 month fibre order cancelled by @talktalk. Customer Service response ‘don’t know why it’s happened, you could try and place it again and hope it’s not cancelled.’ Nah, you’re alright. I’ll give @SkyHelpTeam a chance.

    @TalkTalk I spoke to 3 different teams (going through security x3) and that was the response I got. Rang the number in the text you sent me, that was the sales team who couldn’t help, spoke to the fibre team who couldn’t help as it was the full fibre service, full fibre team said above.

    @TalkTalk Why is the internet still down!! My nan is living on her own after my grandad passed last week and she can’t get in touch with anyone!! So annoyed!

    @TalkTalk appalling customer service right now! Been on chat with you for over an hour just to order a new TV box! Sent from one team to another - told contradictory info from one agent to another! Staff poorly informed about what is available! Shocking!
