@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

If adulting means spending all of my Saturday on the phone to @TalkTalk for my issue not to be resolved, then I hate it here. I want to complain, I want a refund and I want a Wi-Fi broadband on my doorstep by a SERIOUS provider.

@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.

It's amazing that @TalkTalk won't even let me login to my account (on mobile data) to complain that despite having a @BTOpenreach1 engineer visit my internet is still having a disco on and off. #notgoodenough

Absolutely appalling online customer service from @TalkTalk, please tell your employees to grow a pair and reply to messages of complaint rather than cutting of the chat, which has happened to me 5 times now in 2 days.

@TalkTalk this afternoon after you knowing about this problem for days, I had your complaints 'manager', called Rieta, shouting at me down the phone !. Interrupting & Shouting I have to "wait until monday 4th for an engineer, because they dont work weekends". Its Friday !?.

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph no internet for coming up 2 weeks. 2 engineer visits. Several hours on phone and chat line. Nothing. We told you on Thursday that the fault is outside the house. Still you send an engineer to check inside. Worst provider.
