@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk absolute shambles keeping my sister on the phone 4 hours, charging them for an engineer, when the fault is yours, then cutting them off when they say they want to cancel.

4 hrs on talktalk web customer service chat for an Internet connection that isn't working. I'm fairly technical due to my job on these things so played along with all the can you turn on and off again requests. Its the router I'm certain but have no Internet now 4 the weekend.

@MartinSLewis my parents broadband/tv package is with @talktalk my mom died and dad has dementia. came to live with me. Tried numerous times to disconnect service as house is empty. Call centre say I’m not allowed as I’m not dead! So 💔 I gave up and continued paying £44pcm

@TalkTalk We have placed a new order as we are owed compensation but have had no explanation as to why it was cancelled - how could this have happened? Shocking service. We dont want a new order, we want our already order go live!

@harithah_privv All broadband companies apart from Virgin Media use BT's lines so they're basically the same. Talktalk just have the worst customer service.

@TalkTalk Hi my upload speeds are awful and I cannot work from home like this. Please can you resolve the problem as it has been going on for months. I do not want to hear that “there are no issues” with my service as that is wholly inaccurate.

@TalkTalk hello, had broadband issues for some time, completed a line test via your website and done speed tests. Getting download speeds of 5 when you promise up to 67! Can you help?
