    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    Right, Just signed up for ordinary broadband (not Fibre) on Plusnet. Should start in about two weeks. 18.99 for up to 10MBS with unlimited downloads. After years with talktalk, they couldn't guarantee go below £20 and shell had too many poor reviews.

    @TalkTalk Already done that and I have reset my router. there’s so many post about this where you guys just run around in circles with your customers , you will end up saying it’s a wiring issue in my home but that’s not the problem

    @TalkTalk we have had on and off service for the past 2 days 2hours on the phone to be told for the 75th time use ONLINE chat for help. We aren't online right now ffs sort it out

    @TalkTalk just another disappointed midlothian customer. I've had to miss two work meetings this evening. Can you please tell us when this issue will be resolved? I work from home as a BSL/English interpreter and I urgently need access to broadband.

    @TalkTalk customer service is a joke. Shuts at 6pm. No broadband for 4 days. Sold their future fibre with eero. Wish I hadn't bothered. Can't talk to anyone until weekend as people have to work during the day.
