  @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

  @TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted at your services!!! After numerous calls and several open reach engineers at my house trying to connect me to broadband with no avail they tell me the problem lies with yourself as as far as open reach are concerned we should be connected!!!

  Hi @TalkTalk I've just had to cancel a podcast recording with a senior scientist because the internet connection was SO bad. This comes after I called to troubleshoot my terrible internet first thing today and was assured it would be fine. I rely on a good connection. Please help

  @keddysutton @TalkTalk I mean, it’s been going on for 2 months and I’m the 3 hours I spent trying to get what I’d been told I would, I got cut off 3 times and got no further than I was when I started. @ofcom complaint here we come!

  Why is it that my @Apple #HomePodMini works absolutely fine on BT, EE and TalkTalk - at my friends houses, but my @virginmedia connection is like a lottery with it. Sometimes no problems, other times all it says ‘I’m having trouble connecting to the internet’ 😡

  @TalkTalk Mrs already spoke to your customer service, nothing they can do, the lines been cancelled appalling service considering we accepted a new deal.

  We want to thank everyone who reported their concerns to us about this issue. We have now completed a full investigation in conjunction with the police and confirmed that these were genuine door to door broadband sales activities arranged by TalkTalk.
