@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

.@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I have spent over 5 hours & been lied to 4 times now, each time they say they will call @ a certain time then don't. Last person said a manager was never even put on my case. An incompetent bunch that cause so many problems & waste so much of my time

@croxleyclaire @TalkTalk I’ve been contacting them via the chat everyday and each time they say the same standard message about an outage at an exchange and that we have to wait. It’s ridiculous. I wish I had never gone with them.

@TalkTalk I did direct mail you Thursday ... you have just responded on Saturday about phoning me now to sort it out. The customer service really needs looking into - if you think a customer can wait two days for a phone call.
