@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk Hi Mike our WiFi is poor. It drops out every day and download speed is not what the server says it is.

@TheSargeEU Most major companies have good and bad. In my experience Virgin was always fast and consistent but others will say the opposite. Just know that all regular companies (Sky, Talktalk, Plusnet, etc) use BT's lines and its effectively the same as having a BT connection 1/2

@TalkTalk In the last few weeks the service has been abysmal, my Internet today is awful and I can't do my work. This really is the final straw, sort it out or you lose a customer, I am completely fed up with this, what am I paying you for?
