    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk I just renewed my contract with BT they have been brilliant the last few years and had a choice between the same service for less cost or a hugely higher performance Internet for the same as I’d been paying.

    Virgin internet is actually quite awful. 20 ping on talktalk vs 35+ on Virgin lmao

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Same with energy bills - when your tariff ends your bill goes up. I always put the dates of contract end in my diary and always switch over a cup of tea - but to be fair there are always teething problems (for me) when using a new broadband provider.

    @TalkTalk today you've emailed to say you're upgrading me. At risk of repeating myself, I want to cancel service. Only way to do it is to call a #premiumnumber. Am very tired. @guardianmoney @Ofcom #totallycrap

    @TalkTalk due and engineer today. No parcel arrived yesterday even though it shows as delivered. Hope it isn't a load of crap I was told just to get the sale. Ps your online and phone support is some of the worst iv came across

    @TalkTalk called you 2 wks ago to cancel service. You said systems down, you'd call back. You didn't. Called 3 days later to cancel service. You said systems down.I said I'd cancel direct debit anyway. You said I couldn't. You said you'd call back. You didn't. @Ofcom???
