    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    Had a problem with my internet yesterday, @TalkTalk said I need a new router,they sent me one today guess what still no internet, contacted them again,said they would appoint a case manager to call me in 24/72 hours,or it could be up to 5 days,rubbish service. #timetochange

    @TalkTalk Morning talk talk. Happy new year. How do I raise an issue regarding broadband speed. I can’t log onto my app because of your ‘technical issues’ and I’ve tried your ‘chat to us’ option on the website which is a failing never ending loop!?
