    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @TalkTalk I’ve DMed you but when your advisors tell me I could be off line for 14 days without even logging into my account, my faith in your service is slowly being eroded! @Ofcom, will be receiving a full and frank list of the errors as under GDRP I will be entitled to the transcript.

    Been waiting an hour three days running for talk talk tech support to arrange a landline fault. It’s my elderly mother in law who has has a pendant alarm for when she has a fall. TalkTalk can’t reach there own department to sort it still on hold right now

    BT. TalkTalk. Octopus Energy. SSE. Vodafone. Facebook. All absolutely woeful customer service. However you haven't properly experienced woeful and moronic incompetence until you have had the misfortune of dealing with Scottish Water. Absolutely horrendous. 🖕

    @TalkTalk what an absolute joke, issue with my bill, paid 21 hours later still not reconnected to be told it could be 24 hours, or 48 hour or 14 days. Can you make a decision it’s a matter of clicking a button not fitting a new line!!

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk @AnnColley3 Same here. Caller display not working on landline. Spent 2.5 hours on the online chat - nightmare! Service Management people much better but problem still unable to be fixed.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk talking to your support they say my move to home is rejected which is raised 3 weeks prior and now the sales team is selling me higher package also the time taken will be 10-12 days..this is pathetic...I need this resolution asap and compensation as well!! Disappointing

    @skidders67 That should never happen, sadly it does, too often. TalkTalk called to speak to my dad, I said 3 times he was dead, her answer, we'll send a form for him to sign so we can speak to you. I asked which part of dead didn't she understand, days later form arrived for dad to sign. 🤬

    @TalkTalk Broadband here in BS23 seems to be down. Can't even get the line test to complete on the website.
