@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk 4 times I have had to report my late mothers mobile account is to be closed and you still can’t action this and carry on billing. Now your pc systems are down. I despair with your company!! 😡😡

@TalkTalk My Wi-Fi box is not working anymore is been 2 days now, but i still not sure what is happening, i called and they said there is work going on in certain days, however those dates are far from today and it completely stopped working, no alerts from the service itself at all:( help
