We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Carla 🏠 (@fliickernh) reported@TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?
