@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

So talktalk and BT are tied for worst internet connection? And worst support. I can’t believe BT had the audacity to tell me to my face that I was the problem for my internet problems and that they were golden and nothing could be wrong

Right @TalkTalk I'm getting sick of you lot! I've just been cut off talking to my Mum on the phone and now her line's dead. We're both with you guys. And it's her line that's got the problem as I've just tried calling her landline with my mobile. Online tools say nothing's wrong.

@TalkTalk If you want good service go to Sky.. It will be 5 days without internet when parts arrive which may not be right. Terrible service Sky can visit the next day to get you up and running
