@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

@TalkTalk @sjmarley Dm them ******* **** houses can't speak to us anymore cause they don't have to take it by chat by taxt which is so wrong and people who we can understand someone in London that can speak English or have we got to learn to speak lingo!!????

@TalkTalk Can't be bothered Iam going to cancel my direct debt and put things with my solicitors! U can't be bothered to pick phone up and speak with me that's my only route left for me now I spent over a hour last month and thought it was sorted even though the chat guy cut off early!!

@TalkTalk I'm having a really difficult time trying to cancel after I ordered FTTP broadband. I was told that it's been cancelled now, but my current provider says there is still a takeover request on the line. Can someone please just help end this nightmare?!

@TalkTalk What is the point of having a bereavement call line when you go though to the standard queue at such a difficult time !! The repeat message constantly directs you to the Live Chat who can’t or won’t help !! #useless #insensitive
