@TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

Just had the single worst @TalkTalk customer service experience EVER!!! This is a RANT so be warned lmao!! So last week, on the 29th, I saw an engineer finish installing Fiber to my flat. I was over the moon so upgraded my #TalkTalk package to Fiber65 through my account online

@TalkTalk I did that's why I've said 1-0 to me. Horrific help from the twitter team 4 agents and had to repeat myself EVERY time. It should be 1 agent per individual case not whoever is free deals with it. Beyond ridiculous, no wonder TalkTalk customer service was voted the worst. IT IS!!

@TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

@TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.
