    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    @Mia_Cherry_ @MarKathS @TalkTalk I hope this helps you get your issues resolved Talk Talk have now reached out to myself after sending an email to the Customer Service Director You should not need to resort to this around an issue with the service you are paying for but sometimes you have to take that next step

    @TalkTalk We left you in January, had an official letter. We have now had a letter saying overdue outstanding money to pay. The wi fi has been awful the whole time, that’s why we left 😡

    @TalkTalk Hello I am at end of my tether. Your tech support said he'd send a new talktalk connector. The one with 3 lights that connects into the talktalk box we are paying for a service but can't connect to Netflix or prime.
