    @TalkTalk I received my TV set top box, there wasn't a remote control, really poor, so your people told me to tell you here and I would get one sent to me. Still doesn't forgive this disgraceful screws up.

    Hi @TalkTalk, Just spent an hour speaking to “technical” support trying to explain how our Wi-Fi becomes randomly unavailable several times a day. Agent clearly reading from script that had nothing to do with our issue and could not provide a solution. Not good enough.

    @TalkTalk Thanks, but no thanks... It won't get me anywhere. But I'll never renew my contract again. It's totally unethical (illegal?) to get people to sign up on the promise of no price rise, then raise the prices twice. So far

    @TalkTalk Too late I arranged a new supplier due to it, I’d called and called, waited and waited, no engineer came yet, so my business with your disgraceful service is done and I’m not paying till 18th for a service that’s not fkn worked since the 1st of March, robbing bastards

    @TalkTalk I have now set up with another provider after being twice cancelled with no reason until today. You can look me up if you're interested to make your service better. Account number was 1010320202.

    @TalkTalk No, she is speaking to a 3rd person now. The person she raised the complaint with she stopped speaking to at 9:56am and was passed to another team at 10:53am and then another at 11:18am this was who told her to ring herself to sort it

    Hi @TalkTalk are you aware that people cold calling in BR5 today saying they are from #MoneyExpert because of problems in the area with broadband and when pressed seem to be trying to sell Talk Talk packages. They were unprofessional and on first visit there were 3 of them!
