    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk We have never had an account with Talk Talk, however my husband receives at least 2 messages a day to a Nicola his name is Stanley. It is from DRS and asks him to download a letter. The numbers of messages are harassment which is a criminal offence. STOP or I involve the POLICE!!

    @TalkTalk I am not here to pay for your mistakes. When you have a policy of 30 days to cancel account, why it's 30 days every time I call? How can you order return bag without actually cancelling account? Are you guys playing and milking your customer money?

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted with the service I received since November..disconnecting wifi, endless phone calls that cut off after 1.5hours on the phone . No call backs. Empty promises. No refunds.
