    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk We are getting an independent company to get all information from the line and router as it shows restrictions in place. You are still wanting payments on time! What do we get when you don’t provide a service

    @TalkTalk Go live date today as a new customer and no equipment has been delivered. Waited in on Friday as that was confirmed as delivery date and nothing. Chat person stated that it was sent out and to wait or Engineer would supply it all, they never. New chat person

    @TalkTalk Why don’t you try repairing instead of talking Need a up to date termination cost up to 31st January 2023 factoring in no phone and broadband when it feels like it Third time and I wish I had never renewed, same useless customer service every time

    @TalkTalk someone's just knocked on my door claiming to be from Openreach, saying my internet is about to be cut off. Asked who our supplier was & became quite nasty when I wouldn't tell him. Didn't have ID. Can you help please? Thanks

    @TalkTalk The problem is that you are working from scripts. So whatever we have tried to resolve we get the same response each and every time.

    @TalkTalk Day 5, no Internet and no contact from the customer service agent I was told would call within 48 hours - 120 hours ago. Its OK though,....don't worry,.....I'm not disappointed,......I knew better than to actually think it would happen. You suck!
