Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk i have spent 3h chatting with cust srvce, trying to resolve problem at my parents house as a result of an upgrade. Technical to sales to better service who want to return me to technical!!! I'm not impressed and not happy!!!

@TalkTalk there has been a fault with my BB since 12/12! There has been no progress on resolving this fault - an engineer was supposedly on their way 5 days ago!! Quite frankly I'm getting rather annoyed at paying for a service I'm unable to use!

@TalkTalk I did, as per usual, no timescale given for a fix. It's only been on 3 weeks since the last 3 day outage 🙄 really regretting moving to talk talk. Another promise of compensation for loss of service, which I won't get again.

@TalkTalk Once again fibre has gone down, what is going on? Never any explanation as to why! Four properties in our street that have fibre are without internet, it’s absurd, last outage was at the end of November and down since yesterday, what exactly are we paying for?
