    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have received an unsolicited email telling me about an engineer visit I didn't book to install a service I didn't request. I'm ignoring the email and will be away for the supposed visit. If this is legit, your comms team needs replacing.

    Today. Letter from @TalkTalk telling me the final bill for their service to me includes a cancellation charge, despite being assured this had been squashed. Wife: "Told you so".

    @TalkTalk Not a chance, twice I've done that now only to find out you charge me more than you should and the things you say you've fixed you haven't. Your service is trash and I don't want to talk to you about it anymore!

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian, after speaking to another person we were told the issue with now tv and @TalkTalk is an ongoing one & it has to go to the manager and then the back room who look into it for people, it’s so frustrating as switching from now tv to talktalk should have been simple .

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup how long does it take to reply to a tweet or answer calls? It is outrageous that we have to wait long to get the service we want.

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk The service is horrendous. I phoned to cancel my contract and it took nearly 2 hours. A combination of extremely poor lines, coercion, incompetent staff, being cut off and a user-unfriendly system has left me extremely dissatisfied.

    @TalkTalk Forget the platitudes and fix this. I've DM'd, my husband's details, We've been totally let down for more than a week, absolute nightmare 😡

    Worst thing I done was change my broadband from sky to @TalkTalk have had nothing but problems. Currently they have found a fault on my line and need to send an engineer which I will have to take a full day off work for, and they might decide to charge me £65 for the privilege 🤬
