@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I am trying to complain about my poor internet service, bandwidth is way below what's contractually promised, but no one is replying in the support chat on your website!! This is poor service and I am starting to regret choosing your service!
