Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk Are you able to help me facilitate a change of ownership? I have submitted the form last November yet it hasn't been sorted until now. I kept receiving an email to pay for it which I think is unfair since no one has been able to use the service since November.

@TalkTalk I’ve tried really hard to contact you to cancel my broadband. I don’t have a contract with you so it’s a straight cancel. I was on hold for an eternity on 3 separate occasions when I rang. I can’t email, can’t use web chat and there’s no option to cancel from the app.

Bloody knew I shouldn’t moved to @talktalk - switched mid January and I’ve still no date for installation. And Sky has ended their service. Only internet I have is via my phone. 🤬

@TalkTalk been trying to sort slow internet speeds all week. 3 times trying to ring technical support. Today I rang at 5pm to a message saying “sorry we are closed, we are open from 8am to 8pm”. Any advise please?
