@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

If adulting means spending all of my Saturday on the phone to @TalkTalk for my issue not to be resolved, then I hate it here. I want to complain, I want a refund and I want a Wi-Fi broadband on my doorstep by a SERIOUS provider.
