    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk All internet service providers are the same. I would go far as to say any provider of any “service” is the same. Welcome to call centre dystopia. Welcome also to fixed price contracts that are not fixed price contracts - how do they legally get away with that too?

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted that a complaint has been closed without my knowledge. Also have been on the phone still no resolution.

    @TalkTalk Don't bother DM'ing TalkTalk because they won't be able to help. I will still be without internet for 10 days minimum and they are not willing to help.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Was in a fight with them over so-called unpaid bills - I didn't owe a penny. Over a year of horrid stress culminated in them dropping their charge the day before court. I hate them.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I am trying to cancel the account from June 2022.Even after lot of follow ups over the customer service phone/email/chat all possible means, I still see billing for Nov. Not using the service since June. Can someone help me with cancelling the service

    @TalkTalk please come and fix my broadband, its been an endless 3 days of cycle of calls and transferring from dept to dept with no booked engineer to come out. I need to work.
