    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk the entire festive season has been a nightmare with your lack of service and constant network problems Again today its only worked half the day and ropey at best No service update or nothing??? Sort your **** out

    2/2 @TalkTalk we went with you you was to keep it. We had a great offer from @skytv .Customer service is shocking, fed up of getting cut off and no one knowing what’s going. A simple request in Nov has taken so much time and caused so much stress. I have been cut off 4 x’s today

    @JackS_Official_ @TalkTalk Same here. Almost appears they’re running some kind of planned outage/maintenance but don’t want to communicate that to their customers. @TalkTalk …. Have you ever heard of the concept of redundancy within your infrastructure????
