@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk 80 year old mother in laws email account hacked, password has been changed. Fraud committed. Police / bank notified. Unable to restore access to talktalk email as chat agents unable to help. 6 agents, 4 hours in total. Just keep sending her to reset password page.

@TalkTalk Hi. My Internet went down at about 12.30 or so. A few of the reporting sites reported a big spike in reports for talktalk at about that time. Here in Gloucestershire it's still down. Any news?

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, I’m trying to get the ‘the internet.’ I’ve spoken to you guys and they have said it is a @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach issue but can’t speak to anyone at Openreach. Just seem to be getting no where!

@TalkTalk can I ask why it takes 2 months to fix damage to lines when it’s only 1 old lady with health issues in rural area affected? Would it take 2 months if more paying customers were without phone and internet? What’s the cut-off to whether a customer is worth it or not?

@TalkTalk I was promised a engineer to come and fix our internet line last Friday between 8-10am and no one arrived. Our line is constantly dropping in and out!

@TalkTalk Dmd you on 30th sept about the issues and you wanted me to do allsorts, which is imppssible when trying to work from home, if people keep havibg to report issues then maybe its ur service that needs sorting, shouldnt be up to customers !!
