    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk its now 4 weeks that you have left my 86yr old grandmother without a phone line. Its dangerous and isolating. Promises to come and fix it have been broken so here I am on twitter asking publicly, when will you fix this???

I am not calling again as per my message you need to call me to get this sorted no further payments will be sent and I wish to log a formal complaint regains the service I have been provided so far and the time this is taking to get resolved !

    @NOWTV 2nd Attempt: I just moved house, I am with NowTV through TalkTalk. I transferred my TT to the new address and was watching NowTV Mon but on Tues it went off. Can you look into this please? I have signed up for a week free, whilst you sort this issues out. thanks

    @TalkTalk No one from customer service seems to want to help me! Been waiting on a call back since Friday! Yet keep getting emails demanding money for a cancelled account 😡

    Imagine having to call up Talk Talk for over the last month trying to sort out a major complaint and waiting 3 weeks for a call back from the CEO team for them to keep rescheduling with no reason why… never received a call from them once! @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @BBCWatchdog
