Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Lovely @TalkTalk , £90 spent on data from mobile phone provider cos talktalk can't sort out broadband problem, 7 weeks and counting , worst provider out there, they just ignore you

@TalkTalk No internet at all again! This is getting beyond a joke now with how many times I’ve either had an awful connection or no internet at all! Over 40minutes I’ve been trying to get this router to connect !

Still paying every month for non existent broadband with good old @TalkTalk crap service , can't communicate , 8 line tests, 16hrs wasted time, 2 engineers ,not a problem in my house but at the exchange, 7 weeks no broadband they won't fix it, @BBCNews , bloody useless

@TalkTalk NO THANKS. Does that make it clearer? Everyone should avoid #Talktalk. Their customer service seems to be in South or southern Africa and their employees are just going through the motions until Talktalk goes bust. How much is Charles Dunstone regretting buying this shambles?
