Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk I'm afraid you'll be no help I was recently switched to a new contract WITHOUT my permission, and despite dozens of phone calls, was unable to sort it out I now pay DOUBLE for the new contract than I paid for the old one that had a year to run

@TalkTalk i/c calks only give a single ring. line test ok. ran cust svce. spoke with a "john" Im now loosing will to live. Couldnt understand him he told me 'not a major issue'. to me it is... I think he said 'incident related to our end' 'no specific time to clear'

@Drasticjim @TalkTalk I agree with you. By far the most incompetent company ever. Their customer service is non existant and their Internet is slow and temperamental. Will never go back to them.
