Resetting router&box and retuning doesn’t work. I’m not ringing again as the call centre people don’t understand. Website no help

I cancelled mine when it was due to end July 30 and they are still charging and have added a 50 quid 'equipment' charge. Yep I know! Obvs not being paid. cancel means cancel right?
