Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk @nhtaylor44 24 hours after being assured as a vulnerable customer she is priority- they phone me to say they need to access the account before they can fix it . As yesterday, she doesn’t know the password. Tried to reset password

@TalkTalk @nhtaylor44 But this doesn’t work as it’s not the email address that the account was set up with so no link to reset. So basically leaving 86 year old with no means of help as her pendant goes through the phone line as well. Any thoughts?

@TalkTalk I have messaged you and that went nowhere. The solution is send an engineer to solve the problem that you created. Its simple but takes effort. Not talktalk strong points it seems
