    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @cole_stephen Indeed. Two hours spent struggling with @TalkTalk call Centre in South Africa this week - the poor operative being on a shared party line. Beyond a joke!

    @TalkTalk Hi Mitchell I am without internet for last 3 days and I cannot work at all and it's impacting my office job. Today I was supposed to receive call from case manager but none.weekend there will be no support .let me know what I shld do.

    @TalkTalk Your call centre in South Africa is a disaster, the women I spoke to was rude and didn’t understand my British accent explained to her 11 times then she put me on hold for ages and the hung up @TalkTalkGroup #talktalk
