    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk This *is* my response to your DM, where I was told that *I* have to phone AGAIN to cancel. Yet another hour of my life wasted through @TalkTalk’s incompetence and refusal to sort it. You are, however, very skilled at passing the buck.

    @kickout_thejams @TalkTalk They won’t reply....their telephone lines aren’t open, Twitter promises support until 10pm but it’s sporadic & they only seem to message certain people. Oh and I don’t think live online chat exists. Cannot wait to end my contract with them!

    @TalkTalk Having issues with broadband in SG17, we are not the only ones but line test says nothing wrong? Other locals also reporting problems.

    @TalkTalk The main reason that I cancelled the upgrade is @TalkTalk’s continual poor service (low speeds and dropping service), allied with the total lack of customer service. I don’t want to tie into a new contract, and have every intention of leaving as soon as I can
