  @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

  Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

  @flatherings @TalkTalk The company is collapsing. They are flogging off parts as quickly as they can find bigger fools to buy them. Their support is useless, because they don't actually read the complaint, they just read whatever notes their colleagues make.

  @virginmedia moved to your broadband service from @TalkTalk a few months ago it's something I regret everyday. Your customer service is non existent calls cut off before getting any help same as online help. I have a smart home with multiple devices that can't connect have never

I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.

  @MrRoflWaffles Should see if @zeninternet operate in your area! I swapped over to them last year from TalkTalk and it's never dropped below what I pay for! their customer service is incredible too whenever I've called (Payment issues)
