    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

    The fact I’ve been on the phone to @TalkTalk for an hour and a half because they’re trying to charge me £150 to get out my contract because I have moved house eeeeee I’m stressed if I wasn’t already poor I sure am now a week before Christmas Jesus Christ man

    @plusnethelp @plusnet I have helped my dad set up a new broadband switching from TalkTalk and the transition isn't so smooth with TalkTalk having cancelled his line today and not being able to connect on Plusnet yet? Can you help me?

    @TalkTalk I have had no internet from 29th November, I’ve phoned every day since and getting nowhere it is a disgrace no help and told I can’t leave because the problem will still be there. I have 2 sons who rely on wifi for school work and they are missing out please help!

    @TalkTalk Hi, how can I contact someone to discuss my contract (and possibly cancel)? The online chat says there’s no-one available, and I’ve been on hold via phone for ages. What is the expected wait time please? This is the third time I have tried.

    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband
