    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @brucedaisley Also makes some websites unusable - including @talktalk’s customer service online support. Not that their team could understand the error due to language barriers when we tried to explain it.

    @TalkTalk Really disappointed in the customer service. Much easier to contact no 10. Issues after issues with talktalk but they are stuck with a name and won't go through to solve my issue. An account no and email is nit enough and suddenly my name that is on bill is not recognised

    @TalkTalk not only do they send you messages to confirm appointments that don't take place, they do the same regarding call backs also. So you're literally left wasting your time waiting for them to do naff all about anything. Atrocious customer service

    @TalkTalk I never experienced such appalling customer service from any business. You've left a vunerable 88 year old living on his own, with no communication or access to his lifeline alarm which he is reliant on. Obviously all about the money and not the customer 😡
