@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@virginmedia Well at least at TalkTalk you speak to people with common sense who are helpful and answer questions without passing you to 15 other departments. But of course, after escalating it they have never bought any *@virgin.net email addresses.

Hi @TalkTalk, what is your policy on cancelling broadband if a 91 year old with alzheimers signed up to it not knowing what it was and never used it? According to your call centres its her own fault and you can't do anything to end it? Isn't that immoral?

@virginmedia been a customer for 15 years and treated like I'm stupid. Having spent over 40 hours in the last 2 weeks trying to resolve issues, I've now been told to ring TalkTalk. Virgin Media is a joke!

20 Days plus without proper access to my Tiscali amil account with @talktalk - empty promises, repeated suggestions that have never worked, zero follow-up, promised calls from customer services that never happen, utter indifference to the customer. Bad.
