    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM, tried phoning & been referred to the website and hung on waiting for an agent for 45 mins last night. I’m afraid the service is so poor I’m cancelling today

    @Utilitywaremal still waiting in a call more than 2 week later on a dispute on pricing since you took over TalkTalk, absolutely abysmal service, overpriced & clearly don’t care about customers, was with aol/talktalk for 24 years with rarely an issue!

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @GothOnABrompton @EE thats why i never moved from Talktalk, as long as the costs are good, my speeds and cnnection work then **** all that mess transfering over to Virgin as i was going to only for friends to warn me off them

    @TalkTalk following ur own “planned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡
