    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk Hi, I reported my broadband as being down last week and received a message on Saturday to arrange an engineer home visit. I did so for this morn but they’ve not come. I reported this to your telephone service team but they weren’t able to help

    @TalkTalk btw the extender that was supposedly ordered by your team on 15th sept still no sign of it. Why do you guys make false promises. Now the bb has also vanished. Your service is a joke. And you contact centre is most difficult to deal with. The agents are trained to argue

    @GerryJo11953545 @TalkTalk Same. Its been 5 days. An absolute joke of a company. Was suppose turn up Saturday and never did. Today turned up and said they couldn't fix it and turned around and said if we miss tomorrow 60 pound fine. The worst company EVER.
