@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have been in queue for 50 min wanting to speak to your Full Fibre support Team. Before this I wasted 30 min on your chat support to get access to my account and queried about increased bill. I was told I have been upgraded, but no notification recvd or consent taken.

@TalkTalk Poor Service my internet has not worked for a number of days i have not been able to work can not contact anyone at Talk Talk i thought service industries worked 24/7 365 days. No explanation. I do not have a good word to say about Talk Talk i will be leaving them.
