@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk So having tried to speak to somebody since june last year and still having masaive connection problems I wanted a call back. Apparently I was getting one today between 2-4. Shock horror I'm still waiting. And my sons home learning was effected todayby the loss of our connection.

@TalkTalk the engineer who was due between 8am and 1pm hasn't arrived. It's now almost 3, no explanation or revised ETA. Should we be concerned they have had an accident? A medical emergency? Have you reported the missing engineer to their depot?

Still nothing from @talkTalk and still no broadband. If you are trying to work from home then do read my words. I HAVE NO BROADBAND! and no help from @talktalk! There isn’t much talk with Talk Talk!

@HannahLivsey @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Yes Hannah, I have no issues now. I'm so glad that I switched to a different provider. I'm getting a better speed and service for almost same price as talktalk rubbish broadband. I'd recommend you waste no more time and money on talktalk and find another provider.

@TalkTalk Brilliant service today guys! Our broadband has been dropping in and out this week. Today the outreach engineers arrived unannounced to replace our outside cable..... because you had noticed the connection dropping out and raised the call out appointment for us!Thanks!

@TalkTalk dear team. I have now been charged £10 more than the amount agreed on my contract on 3 separate occasions. The link in the DM doesn't work and there is no email or phone number to contact you so how do I get a refund or make a complaint so i can get my money back?
