    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    @TalkTalk still no internet connection, what a great service this company provides. Always messy website that works only half the time and always unreliable internet connection. 10/10.

    @TalkTalk and so you continue getting in contact via a txt message saying the contract has been set up. You gave no contact number and my mam has not signed anything. The phone number in said txt doesn't work 🤬

    @glasscandle @TalkTalk Atmospheric conditions? My service was unplugged on the stroke of midnight after some programmes broadcast at times as brickwork. Seen the cost of bricks has gone up there’s no shortage via. TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk WiFi has been terrible all day! Charge an arm & leg for your service it’s not even worth it this happens all the time.

    @talktalk freeview tv not working AGAIN-3rd time in 2 wks. Multiple days at a time. On day 4 of latest outage now. No problems with cables. Resetting router&box and retuning doesn’t work. I’m not ringing again as the call centre people don’t understand. Website no help

    People steer clear of @TalkTalk and don't take out contract UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I cancelled mine when it was due to end July 30 and they are still charging and have added a 50 quid 'equipment' charge. Yep I know! Obvs not being paid. cancel means cancel right?

    @TalkTalk if someone doesn’t contact me asap, I’m cancelling everything!I feel lied too, as well as customer support being **** with u! If I ain’t heard by tomorrow morning I’m calling to cancel and 100%going with sky. This is a joke!!!! Would be changing right now if wasn’t 12am
