Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk WHERE'S THE MANAGER WHO CALLED ME YESTERDAY AND TODAY THAT WAS DEALING WITH THIS MAJOR MESS THAT TALKTALK FIBRE TEAM BRAVO ZULU DELTA TEAM CREATED. SHE SUDDENLY PISSED OFF SND AND PUT ME THROUGH TO A RANDOM TALKTALK STAFF WHO THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN🤷🤦

@TalkTalk Waited in all day yesterday for an engineer. 1.5 Hours web chat, cut off 4 times. No engineer would be coming, told I was notified by text, I wasn't. Next visit for the 10th of Nov! I started my broadband contract in August. I want to cancel but cant get hold of anyone

@TalkTalk I'm from Ng7 4hl My internet has been down since the 11/09/22. After continuous calls to the TalkTalk customer service team, nobody could tell me when an engineer could come out. I requested call backs from the manager, but all they did was drop call me.
