Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk I've had problems with my broadband since 9th July. I called a few minutes before 7pm, was listening to the hold music waiting to speak to someone, and got cut off bang on 7pm. Ridiculous way to conduct customer service

@neiltaffy @TalkTalk I'm so sorry to hear that. they are a truly abysmal company with regard to customer records. it's like they write any change of circumstances on a post it note and stick it on the fridge in the vague hope someone else finds it some day

@TalkTalk new contract,awful customer service,constant issues & promising new equipment & engineer visit that never arrives. Waited in 6 hours today for engineer to be told new equipment and visit not ordered. Agents won't speak to us about cooling off period - can you advise?

@TalkTalk My phone line is down cannot receive or make calls. Done all the checks and still not working. It is saying cord error on my handset display. However my broadband is working fine are you having issues today?
