    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    Wow #CustomerService @TalkTalk ... I've been talking to over 15 different people, answered the same questions like 8 times and still not one step further in the process. No internet since Thursday and no progress. Who can help if not the provider of the service?

    @TalkTalk I'm not, I've been in contact with 15 different people without any results. The only person that tried to help us is the person from open reach. Now it's up to TalkTalk but no one seems to be able to solve our issue.

    Another 3 hours wasted thanks to @TalkTalk trying to sort out my lack of Internet connection doing the same tests with the same results. Quick to take my money with no interest in providing me a Internet service.

    @TalkTalk Wi-Fi in my area of Islington is shocking. V slow and sometimes non existent. Will be looking to change provider.

    Luckily a friend who works as a BT Engineer has told me that @TalkTalk have given me a faulty box. No wonder I've had issues, Yet talktalk said everything with the box was fine. Absolute bullshit. I don't want money added to my account, Sort out the box.

    @TalkTalk I've got 15 messages now from 10 different people and the OpenReach person fixed the cable and managed to get us a new TalkTalk router but 4 days later still no internet. We work from home and would like it to work tomorrow... How can you help us?

    @talktalk day 8 with no internet…. Possibly the worse ISP and customer support in the world !!
