Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk Your staff are absolutely farcical & refusing to help me cancel the account. Despite providing all the information I have, explaining my father is dead & my mother has dementia, they are still unable to assist in the cancellation. Should I have to pay indefinitely now?

@TalkTalk Do you think it’s OK to pay £75 worth of monthly bills and a £168 exit fee if wifi hasn’t worked for a single second since it was meant to go live on 30th March? After 43 days of you knowing about it and still no resolution. I’m confused as to how you think this is ok??

@TalkTalk No it’s not working again! @OpenreachHelp are aware of the fault but they don’t want to commit to advising when it will be resolved.

@TalkTalk I’m trying to find a live chat facility online but no luck. Our Wifi frequently drops out, 1m thick walls. Looking to move provider, but someone said we could install routers in other rooms where signal is poor. Would you provide additional routers?

@TalkTalk Hey do you wanna explain why you’re charging me for a full year when it took 8 months for you to get the service working?

@CarlTSpeak I don't know whether their retail offers utilise CGNAT but at least two vISP / resellers do. I'm a TalkTalk customer myself and can't say I've noticed CGNAT in action, but I don't do any gaming or port forwarding.
