Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

@TalkTalk @rooneygmusic Good luck with this. I just closed 3 accounts just so I could get one of them up and running again after trying for 3 weeks to get a router replaced. Now they’re claiming I owe THEM money and a they’ve placed a default on my CR. They. Are. Awful.

@TalkTalk I've sorted it after nearly 5 hours of being fobbed off, I spoke to someone at a higher level and have the proof that everything is paid off and my account will be closed with no further payments to be taken. TalkTalk you need too stop messing people about? Never again for me.

@singsongjim @TalkTalk They wanted the router back also otherwise they'd try and charge me £50 I told them to shove it, I had thrown it away a mont ago, there NOT charging me now as I was never told about having to return it? What a joke. Get everything in writing with these idiots, never again.
