    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but as a new customer I am regretting this already.. shocking live chat and no resolution apart from saying a new router is being sent and try live chat if problem persists!

    Had @TalkTalk fibre 2 days.. still not working. The only thing worse than their fibre is the ‘experts’ on live chat.. 4th attempt, last one said turn it off for half hour and see if that works 😂😂😂

    @TalkTalk Cut off 4 times: promised a call back. If this was a one off it wouldn’t be quite so bad, but I’ve wasted 3 hours repeating myself. I’m guessing you think that if you make things really difficult people will just give up? Shockingly bad customer service AGAIN

    So ready to stream today at 4am. Prepared for this for weeks. Then @TalkTalk internet decided to ******* over hardcore... Internet is still ******* dow since 10pm last night... What the flying ****!!! Fix my internet please!!!
