@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

@TalkTalk what a horrible company. I’m so frustrated with your service. I’ve been on call for the past 2 hours and every person I speak to- ends up transferring the call to the next person. All I wanted to do was to cancel my policy. I’m baffled at your service
