Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Virgin media is as bad. I left them months ago, now they've sent a debt collector for money & I don't know why? They said they'd send me a letter 4 money owed, I want a breakdown of how they came 2 that amount. They also never acknowledged contract end.

@TalkTalk So I signed up for the new package where you get a free gift and a new router can someone tel@me how long this takes for the router at least I’m guessing the gift comes after the first bill so that I’m tied to the contract but as a customer already it’s expected il pay my bill
