  2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

  @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

  @TalkTalk Customer service is absolutely shocking , I’ve been without my broadband for 7days and counting. Keep being told to be patient and it will be fixed tomorrow which it then isn’t

  @TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
