@TalkTalk No. Because I saw online there was an outage in my area and other people who did phone, reported being kept on the line for long periods of time to be told there was a problem in their area. THEY ALREADY KNEW THAT. THAT WAS WHY THEY CALLED.

@TalkTalk Just spoke to customer services, my aunties phone has been down for day, she's in her 70s lives 30 minutes away from me, recently lost her partner and no-one can help me without her being present, you can't even tell me if it's an ongoing problem in the area she lives in 😤

@TalkTalk Four days left of the entertainment boost, and I still have no activation link email for NOW. Three weeks of trying to get this. And yes, I have checked the correct email account. Absolute farce. Going to call and cancel tomorrow. Presumably you’ll also mess that up.
