2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk I think I’m sorted now thank you. However, your service is appalling. Almost an hour to cancel the service, spoken to 5 people for a fairly simple request. I couldn’t recommend you to anyone.

Anyone else make the mistake of having @TalkTalk internet? Ours is so bad that the router is merely an ugly ornament and we spend all the time using my phone as a mobile hotspot. Been like this from day one, but so difficult to get anything done we just learned to live with it.
