@TalkTalk I am trying to join talktalk as a new customer, through moneysupermarket using the £75 gift card link emailed to me, I have tried using the link on every device I own, & it doesn't load correctly, so I cannot sign up to your service. Is this due to your service updates?

Never join @TalkTalk under any circumstances. Pay bill by direct debit, talk talk say it hasn’t been paid (it has, we have proof) They tell us to call out bank at 5pm on a Saturday night, disconnect internet- Very unprofessional and I’ll be leaving next month. Avoid this company

In response to my comments I have received and been in touch with TalkTalk’s customer service and the issue has been fully resolved I hope for now and I am more than happy with the service and the compensation that was been awarded well done TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk I have tried several times to talk to someone today. The last time I was on hold for 20 minutes then I get a recorded message to say you are closed! Had the fibre installed 2 weeks ago and I STILL haven't had any correspondence or an account. Shocking service.

@TalkTalk past 2 weeks my broadband has been disconnecting in and out tried going through the help and it didn't work,no problem taking my payment though.
