    @TalkTalk it is absolutely appalling that our internet speed is so slow we can't even run a speed test or log on to our talktalk account. Prices have gone up but we cannot even get a webpage loaded up!

    @TalkTalk what a joke. WiFi down in my city (@wrexham ) and your website checker confirms this but when I try to talk to someone to get info on a fix you are closed and cannot support me. What am I paying for??

    @TalkTalk Hope everyone knows that if you don't allow a line transfer then a customer cannot change their broadband provider. Bit of a con in my book.

    @TalkTalk DISGUSTING RUBBISH SERVICE THEY CONSTANTLY LIE. I was on a standard package then offered to upgrade to fibre which I did but fibre broadband NEVER worked and I kept being charged double.

    @TalkTalk They are a disgrace they hv left my cousin a vulnerable black woman without internet and phone for 3 wks. She can not even order her vital medication. Overseas call handlers useless. Only sent router after 2 wks. Unacceptable. Still not working!! BBC will be told!
