    @TalkTalk Internet down in Bingley, BD16. Lots of customers have mentioned this in local Facebook groups. Is this due to an incident ... or planned maintenance? Please don't send me a link to check, it simply doesn't work, as everything showing ok when it isn't.

    @TalkTalk Now out of the blue threats to charge me £50. I will be paying no £50 and given my recent CEO complaint, do you wish me to send a further conplaint? I am NOT going to any Post Office.  The unit can be recycled by Sheffield City Council for free. Glen 91143273289

    Ahh @TalkTalk get openreach out. Now my ******* Internet isn't ******* working at all. God ******* damn it. Are you trying to pissnyour costumers off? Last half hour i have had schizophrenic internet. This keeps up ill be terminating the contract and going elsewhere.

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, I have spoken to your customer service but they cannot find an order without a account number (we didn't place the order so don't have one) they advised @bt_uk can provide it but they also say they can't. Not sure what to do but can't work tomorrow. Thanks

    @TalkTalk I said not to send a link. It just says there is an issue. Please advise what the issue is? Is it planned maintenance that has started early? Is it an exchange issue? Lots of customers reporting issues in West Yorkshire, so please provide us all with a more informed update.

    @TalkTalk No - the problem is you are trying to scam current customers for £2.50 extra a month, whilst still advertising for new customers with a £25 a month deal! It's immoral.

    @talktalk please sort the broadband in SE4, outages while you roll out the new faster services is not acceptable to current subscribers! Issues must be widespread as your support chat is also unavailable?!!

    Fkin @TalkTalk trying to wriggle out of there contracted agreement, good job I've evidence, not a good start, only been with them since April, you can never get through on phone to them a reckon I'm looking for a new supplier.
