    @TalkTalk I am currently on the 8th call in the last 2 hours to try and cancel my UFO. Nobody there has the ability to transfer my call to someone that can actually cancel it!! I just get transferred to music then silence! Can’t wait to cancel!

    Ah yes, a day of work missed thanks to the internet going down over night. Debating moving away from @virginmedia to another fiber ISP, as apparently you get better upload speeds from the likes of @TalkTalk these days... And possibly more stability?

    @TalkTalk Husband did this where he was told someone could deal with it in two weeks. When he asked to raise a complaint the call handler terminated the call. Time to change provider.

    @TalkTalk after an engineer visit and a text to say my broadband is fine it’s not again line test says I have a problem and also I’m not getting the speed I’m g’tee I wish to cancel my contract with you as you can’t deliver the service I’m paying for
