I've been internetless for a week, still waiting for the text you promised to tell me the issues are resolved.

Gregg 🍒 (@geeman909) reported@TalkTalk Whilst this is helpful, the planned maintenance was due to finish 6am. My Broadband went down 9:45 to 10:45. It has now went down again at 3:45. So this is impacting ability to work. The service centre says everything is working fine though.

The loyalty team will offer nothing acceptable because I'm in contract but that's OK cos the minute my contracts up, I'm gone. The rise for the boost so far £4 in 13 months.Corporatetheft. Indefensible.
