    @TalkTalk my grandma, 89, who has dementia, has no need for her broadband package anymore, when trying to cancel this - the unhelpful person on the phone refused to cancel unless he spoke to her, which is impossible as she has DEMENTIA, my dad has lasting power of attorney (1/2)

    @TalkTalk I've spoken to six people today and spent two hours on the phone all to find out you accidentally cancelled my account and the only way to sort it is for me to reapply and wait again for a switch on day. I've now gone to another provider . Terrible customer service from talktalk

    @TalkTalk hello, I need to help@a vulnerable customer make a complaint; you website says the process to add me to the account would take 28 days. He’s been threatened with collections because talktalk apparently transferred broadband to his new address when he called to 1/
