2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@talktalk Day 73. Still no router return label. Sent another written complaint to Salford office plus print out (7 pages!) of DMs dating back to Aug 7. Complete waste of time.

Absolutely disgusted with the way @TalkTalk have treated my elderly grandparents! They’ve waited in several days now for no show engineers. Actually shocking the amount of times they and my parents have phoned customer services for support and received none! #awful
