I can SEE on caller display if someone has called my @TalkTalk landline, but the phone never rings and I can't access the call. Have tried several times with @TalkTalk online chat and they "test" the line and tell me it works. Customer service put me 4/

@MikeHun11678519 @TalkTalk Yes Mike, I am still awaiting a call about my complaint. The live chat was meaningless, he kept apologising as if that will fix the problem then took the opportunity to escape because I was typing my response.

Worst thing I’ve done again this year is staying with @TalkTalk I was lured by their gift scheme which I still am yet to receive and since being connected it’s been on stress after another 🙈

@TalkTalk how is it that Customer Service and Tech Support team members don't know what Port Forwarding are? So far 2 out of 3 members I spoke with have no idea what Port Forwarding or Double NAT is. Must've spent 2+ hours at this point on Live Chat through the week to no results
