    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    Not happy that I've had no internet all day due to an "issue" that's gonna take up to 3 days to solve 🙄 dunno why I bothered going back to @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk £26 a month for no internet, phone signal or nothing. When will it be fixed? Its an actual joke

    @TalkTalk I'd like to say I am absolutely let down by your service regarding home moves. Our Internet stopped on 9th at old property and I chose 10th to be activated at the new property. I wake up today to find out it will go live on 14th? Why even give me the option for next day

    @TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

    @TalkTalk never take accountability for their service failures! They do not even have a policy to deal with vulnerable individuals. As for their complaint procedures, it’s shockingly long winded, over processed and at the end of it you get a rubbish response saying no failures!

    @TalkTalk good morning, our Internet is not working properly. Its very slow at the moment. We are nit sure ifs it been the weather that's done it but not working properly....Pete

    @TalkTalk last month I lost wifi for a week and an engineer came out to fix it. I was warned of £60 fine not to miss or rearrange so took the day off and met engineer. Now been given £60 fee anyway. Refund please.

    @TalkTalk Internet is down AGAIN in my area!! I had to reschedule all my work from Monday to Friday because of outages already, I can’t afford missing work AGAIN! You are absolutely ******* me over! When is this going to be fixed??

    @TalkTalk Thank You I have had the details on how to return it, my issue is you charging my 86yr old mother £50 because she’s thrown it away and you only just informed her that it needs returning. The depths you go to to get money out of the elderly is frankly appalling
