2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk To fix it would have taken 5 minutes and to just send out a replacement adaptor. But no, three different advisors wouldn't listen and just did what the computer told them to, and spent hours disonnecting internet and rebooting router

@TalkTalk I have spoken to 6 agent by live chat and 2 by phone it was raised to a manager who was supposed to call back within 48 hours still waiting you should treat your customers better

@TalkTalk I sent a change of name form back to talktalk which was sign and tracked 17th September to be told it would be done by the 29th September then was told it would be done by the 13th October still not done I have spoken to 8 different agent and still no help

No doubt I'm not alone with my views that @TalkTalk have THE worst customer service (and I use the term service, very loosely) EVER! Sat waiting from 1 to 6 for an engineer and no sign of anyone even though my parents have had no phone line or broadband for weeks. Shame on you!!

@ALOFFAWY @TalkTalk Absolutely we've had zero Internet for 5 days speaking to a complete waste of space for the last 2 hrs and nothings been done or explained, are we all going to get a refund for lacknof service Provided?
