2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk Got a replacement tv box (after 1 1/2 months). I'm also a new customer. Which I deeply regret. Whole thing should have been fitted and working in December. So no I won't be renewing my contract.

@TalkTalk As I say, they have done - what I'm saying is that you and other service providers should be trying to work out, together, what is going on - or passing it on to Openreach - rather than addressing in a piecemeal, per customer way.

@TalkTalk Sorry that isn’t what I was told this morning I know what I didn’t hear, we wouldn’t have upgraded (in my email it does state ‘at no extra cost to me’) & gone elsewhere! Been with AOL since 2002, then changed to TalkTalk, so a very loyal customer! Nobody is listening to any calls

Another full day @TalkTalk so why is no one calling? What are you so busy with that you can’t contact a customer who you incorrectly disconnected when she is working from home. Will you send the same fake ‘we will contact you’ message every day? CALL ME IMMEDIATELY
