    @TalkTalk It’s now been two and a half weeks since my parents’ landline went down. Please fix it. They rely on it for GP appointments etc. Sky managed to change the phone number that it swapped with for their customer with nowhere near this level of contempt and frustration.

    Hi @talktalk have spent the last 4 hours on the phone, trying to rectify the numerous mistakes you have made, resulting in me potentially losing internet service for 4 months! None of your customer service staff seem to be able to help. Complaints Dept don't respond
