    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @UNKLEPaulTHX @johnbarrett2468 I concur. Only a year or three ago I discovered TalkTalk properly. I thought they were just another semi cheesy 80’s band…. Oh how ******** I was wrong. 😑

    @TalkTalk glitchy slow WiFi for hours now. On off on router. Hard chat on live chat. Followed all instructions. Still same this morn. Paying alot each month. They said an issue & did tests. Its not resolved. How & when please???

    @status_is_down TalkTalk do not have a customer service number do you can speak to them. It's a the problem when something goes wrong and you can't get any help.

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    @TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.
