@MikeJon88061523 @TalkTalk Really poor totally agree with you . Will be looking to move elsewhere as totally fed up with them . Done 5 scripted line checks all don’t show any fault on the line apparently . Two years ago had the same issues and it took an engineer to fix . Seems they are now reluctant 💰

@TalkTalk From 17th December I had a total outage that took 26 days to fix. I submitted a letter of complaint on 1st March iaw the Customer Complaint Code as TalkTalk appears content to let the original compliant I'd raised be "forgotten". After 3 weeks, no response. Impressive!

@TalkTalk I have been charged for an Engineer visit, as he could not find a fault, You assumed it must be my fault. I have asked your Chat several times, for Customer Services to call me, yet they said I had to call even though I cannot make calls.
