Yo @VodafoneUK where's my (and thousands of others') internet!? We pay good money for an often subpar service which is now completely down! Once my contract is up, I'm off and you'll be on the blacklist right next to TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Internet was mostly down for several days. I tried online chat on the second day & was 'transferred' to another team; no one ever picked up the conversation. Yesterday I tried again & we've used the test socket. After a few hours internet service came back & seems ok-ish now.

@DavidLisser I was with talktalk. I'm rural and they were a good provider tbh. Changed to Vodafone and bill went up within 3 months and has been down twice before today's outage. Might go back to them.

@TalkTalk I did and that was absolutely pointless... All you did was send me the same details of the same crappy phone number. I've called that number 9 times and your staff are just plain rude and unhelpful. You are one of the most unhelpful and unfriendly companies I've ever dealt with

Anybody else struggling to get their full fibre gift voucher from #talktalk? Seems like a deliberate policy to have unhelpful customer service so you get sick of chasing for the voucher to be sent.
