@TalkTalk you at least replied. @virginmedia ??? Nothing. So @TalkTalk wins this burn. Virgin supposed to come 10am-6pm to install cable. Nobody came.. No contact from Virgin. How am I supposed to interpret this level of customer service?

@TalkTalk No you ******* won't, you haven't any other time clearly. Had to call you about 6 times this year because of the WiFi going out, every time get the same run around, never changes. Need a bloody change in your company culture. Clearly incapable in every area you bunch of tits.

@charlesarthur @alexhern Oh dear. We've just ditched TalkTalk (or “T-lk-a-k” if you factor in the amount of intermittent dropouts we experienced) for a return to BT, so here's hoping service is better in this part of the world!

@TalkTalk Your agents are terrible, my partner has been trying to get our internet sorted, it's constantly cutting out and has had 2 different agents end the web chat session while running tests. When they can't get it sorted they are just going silent and then ending the chat!!!
