@TalkTalk I don’t think they do matter tbh. I’m on hold right now. While trying to get my compensation for the 5 times an engineer did not turn up I have just been asked why I missed an engineer visit?! WTF! I was there. I didn’t miss anything! Absolute joke of a company.

@CertifiedTai_ @TalkTalk Thats the talktalk customer service. Talktalk should b made to change it to lack customer service. Shut the place down. Ring consumers or ofcom.

@TalkTalk the order I was told it was cancelled, but no email notification came. When I called customer care about the next steps, I was still waiting for someone to speak, and they just made me wait over half an hour without any results. (2/2) @TalkTalkGroup
