2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk Disgusting is the only world to describe the way my 73 year old mother has been treated! Her service has gone down on so many occasions and has now been without service since 16/02/22, no tv, no mobile and of course no internet! Engineer never turns up when booked! 🤬😡

TalkTalk are making a mockery of my brother’s death! 31 min phone call yesterday, then DMs “we are only here to help” with a link which shows “Oops you shouldn’t be seeing this” I just want to close an account and return their kit. Dreadful experience 😢😢

@SunshineRachael @TalkTalk Don’t expect help today if you need open reach to come out it’s too late now they don’t work Sunday’s it’ll be between Monday and Wednesday!! As usual luv crap! I’m disabled live alone that’s the best they could do !! I’m leaving them soon as !

@TalkTalk Day 7 of no internet.Called @talktalk yesterday afternoon as promised callback from case management did not materialise.Was told to call early today for update from case management team.Guess what, this department doesn't work weekends😐False promise again

Cancelled #talktalk over a month ago. Conveniently they didn’t register the call .. now paying an extra month fee to cancel Again.. terrible broadband and terrible customer service.

Be careful joining Talk Talk, they will swap your landline number then not provide any meaningful support once the order is placed, as you cant pass the security for an account that does not exist yet - Brilliant. Thanks @TalkTalk
