    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @TalkTalk £26 a month for no internet, phone signal or nothing. When will it be fixed? Its an actual joke

    Not happy that I've had no internet all day due to an "issue" that's gonna take up to 3 days to solve 🙄 dunno why I bothered going back to @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have been transferred to 3 departments who can't handle a basic cancellation request and have now been "put through" to customer service twice. Both times no one has answered. Stop telling me to use live chat it's not available!!!!!!!

    @TalkTalk Why must I have a problem with my internet every single day. This is pathetic and upsetting. We are in a pandemic and I still have to buy mobile data as my broadband is unreliable and I can’t work whilst it’s down. I can’t wait to switch so I can throw the router in the bin.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had two engineers out and three hours after the last one came today our internet is not working again. Been on hold for 20 mins and every time I try the talk talk account on my phone it says I can’t log in because of ‘technical issues’. Very frustrated- help!

    @talktalk Internet and phone cut off to my 89 year old dad by an fault at exchange or box. He's totally cut off and alone but you wont escalate the problem because he is not registered as vulnerable. He can't register as vulnerable as needs to be done ONLINE. I repeat he's 89!

    @TalkTalk Yeah of course, other providers have been seen to help with taking a percentage off customers bills. Wondered if talk talk was doing the same.

    @TalkTalk I've had no internet and phone since Monday and the customer service is useless. Trying to work from home with no internet. Please help I'm going out of my mind
