@martinflegg @TalkTalk Still happening - this is most definitely a Talktalk issue as I just restarted DSL on the router and it’s come back to life. Can TalkTalk at least acknowledge they have a problem please?

@TalkTalk Monday upgraded to fibre. And I was shown to recieve Alexa or Alexa dot free via Amazon. I’ve called to ask In regards to this and was told we used to do this now don’t. And to try again. My issue is why give false advertisements to customers and they recieve nothing.!
