@TalkTalk Hi, my internet has just gone down. Ran a test and had a message to say it’s a fault with your supply and engineer is on his way in ‘2-3 working days’. I’m working from home (obviously) so need WiFi back in the AM at v latest. 2-3 working days is obviously too slow. Please advise

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have had right shoddy customer service from Talk talk in the last two months I have had about a weeks worth of internet which I am paying for and not receiving I am being fobbed off time and time again. Anyone got any ideas on how to sort this

@TalkTalk broadband not working again, 2nd time in a couple of weeks. Cut short viewing tonight! Funny this happens whenever contract renewal comes around & I should use faster reliable (pricier) option. Better work in the morning. 😡
