Luckily my contract is near end now and I'll definitely switch. And @TalkTalk , pls don't ask for DM, I don't want a waiting ticket (same anr same). #frustating

@TalkTalk I've been a customer for years, just upgraded my Broadband package with you via chat and the email confirmation said I'll be charged a one of £60 setting up fee? This wasn't mentioned in the chat text. Not great.

@TalkTalk advisor put me on hold for 50 minutes because she couldn’t answer a question so she speak to another department. They hoped hoped I’d hang up but Because I don’t the cut my call. This is kind of crap service is why I’m moving my service #crapservice #avoidatallcosts
