    2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

    @joeloyo She was also at the head of TalkTalk when they had that terrible data breach.

    @TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can

    @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

    @TalkTalk Haha i had np wifi for over a month, spent literally hpurs reporting it anda whole day trying to cancel my service when you failed to help. Worst service ever and people should be warned not to use you Shockimg disrespect

    @TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless
