@JGommon @TalkTalk Oh dear! That's not good... if you've not been a customer very long, check out @talktalk's reviews on trustpilot... you might be able to cancel and go elsewhere

  • JWalkerFedUp J Walker (@JWalkerFedUp) reported

@TalkTalk Ok - so what happens when the complaint is handled badly a second time - what then?

  • CarabinerIT Carabiner IT (@CarabinerIT) reported

@Opportuning_In That's a classic fake since @TalkTalk staff rarely give out their names and certainly don't give out their full names on chat, and I've used the service enough times to say so

  • Shanibird71 Shani (@Shanibird71) reported

@TalkTalk For crying out loud. Getting constant outages daily, getting pretty sick of it now. I don't seem to see any other providers getting this many problems. You won me back from leaving a few months ago but the service is appalling.

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby #StayHome #SaveLives (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported

@TalkTalk I'm still having problems with my box. Yet again BBC iplayer randomly stops, BritBox is slow and tonight UK Gold keeps losing connection.

  • FrankEHaschka Frank E Haschka (@FrankEHaschka) reported

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I might try a different filter if the so called fix today doesn't hold after 72hrs (and it's already at half speed). Can these things break down by themselves? Mine's in the master socket and all hidden away so has never been touched (i.e. no physical "abuse" lol).

  • MdrReddin Marcus Reddin (@MdrReddin) reported

@TalkTalk Gone down in Blackburn BB2 area I share my next door neighbors WiFi router it isn't on the list

  • CarabinerIT Carabiner IT (@CarabinerIT) reported

@Andrew96927752 @TalkTalk I have found that their status page doesn't always reflect what's going on on their network and I've had to wait hours to 'chat' to someone only to find I was in an affected area.

  • CarabinerIT Carabiner IT (@CarabinerIT) reported

@JustPressHelp @bt_uk @TalkTalk It might be no help at all but is it possible for you to 'tether' or 'hotspot' from your mobile?

  • CarabinerIT Carabiner IT (@CarabinerIT) reported

@TtVc90 @TalkTalk I hate to say it but it probably says somewhere in their Ts&Cs that that's acceptable... There are other providers who give you a backup 'dongle' which can kick in if there's a wiring problem - and they're available on next day postage!
