    Trying to cancel broadband with @TalkTalk is the most exhausting thing ever. Being passed around from customer service team to another - i’ve had enough. JUST CANCEL MY BROADBAND I DON’T NEED YOU TO COERCE ME TO STAY.

    @TOther_Simon Cancel. You'll get a call from 'Customer Retentions' and they'll offer you a better deal. I just switched broadband and TalkTalk were phoning me and sending me letters.

    @TalkTalk don’t ever use talk talk for internet worse company I have ever had to deal with, twice they have failed to turn up and install fibre shocking customer service shocking service and they continue to take my money

    @WeAreOpenreach are the worst ******* company to ever exist regarding Internet. With Sky, 3 appointments from Openreach missed over the years. 3 days off work for **** all & 3 more until they could be arsed sending another 1 out. A new customer to @TalkTalk & no engineer today.
