    @slightlydotty @TalkTalk Years ago after weeks of broken promises, and unsatisfactory outcomes, I did this with BT. Within an hour someone competent was on the case and the issue was sorted within two hours. x

    @OpenreachHelp Good morning Team, Here’s hoping you can help out our elderly neighbours Jim and Dot (84 & 85 years old) Their broadband is working but their phone is not and not been working for over 2 weeks, TalkTalk we’re informed and promised, fixed by 21st, still waiting.

    Don’t bother trying to upgrade to future fibre with @TalkTalk . They’re too incompetent to manage it. Rang sales. They can’t help because City Fibre did the install. Have to call City Fibre. Call them and the system is set up incorrectly for current customers, so even if you’re

    @TalkTalk Ha! Was with you, needed engineer only to be told ‘no engineers available in your area’. So we left and will never return. Dreadful customer service.

    I have to say @TalkTalk customer service is AWFUl. I’ve had TEN calls drop off since yesterday and they were supposed to get @CityFibre to call us back about the issues we are having with our connection. Still no call 1/2
