2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

Isn't it funny what an ISP will do, just to keep their customers @TalkTalk seem to think its ok to tell lies about what my guaranteed minimum Internet speed will be, just so I take out a new contract with them Wonder if @Ofcom had anymore issues reported like this???????

@CarabinerIT @FrankEHaschka @TalkTalk 15 to 25. Must admit they have been this bad for about the last 2 weeks but have never been what they should be. I've cancelled with them now. But gave to ensure this until our new provider can install. Extremely frustrating
