I have never known worse customer service than we have had from @TalkTalk over the past few WEEKS. Having spent over 5 FULL hours on the phone over multiple days trying to cancel, after never receiving the service we expected, we have received another letter saying we owe a 1/

@TalkTalk my grandma, 89, who has dementia, has no need for her broadband package anymore, when trying to cancel this - the unhelpful person on the phone refused to cancel unless he spoke to her, which is impossible as she has DEMENTIA, my dad has lasting power of attorney (1/2)

@TalkTalk I've spoken to six people today and spent two hours on the phone all to find out you accidentally cancelled my account and the only way to sort it is for me to reapply and wait again for a switch on day. I've now gone to another provider . Terrible customer service from talktalk
