@TalkTalk please will you stop emailing me to say that my new internet service is on its way - I did sign up but changed my mind 1 day later after more than 4 calls to cancellation team and useless virtual chats I am still being told via email it’s on its way.

@virginmedia I left TalkTalk b/c their overseas customer service was slow and poor. Now you too?! It took me 18 minutes just to get a tracking number for the delivery of my equipment. If English isn't someones first language then service is going to be painfully slow.

Honestly, **** TalkTalk, I should ask for way more just to make up for the stress and time wasted on the phone, on chats with them, and waiting and dealing with engineers that couldn't do anything to fix anything. ****. TALKTALK.
