    @plusnethelp I am extremely disappointed to find out we have no Internet at home. We supposed to change over today from Talktalk but haven't received our new router and now no Internet. Not the best start with your service guys and girls.

    @sevenjoshh Check if TalkTalk do Ultra Fibre Optic in your area, they do it where I live and I get 0 ping 250 up/down at its lowest

    @TalkTalk I’m hoping you can help my dad who is in his 80’s and a customer of yours. He hasn’t had landline service for about 2 weeks and says he can’t contact anyone. He finds it all very frustrating and confusing. Any ideas?
