2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@lindy_lou077 TalkTalk are good if you like cheap & don't prioritise telephone support. If you need support from them, go to their forum & they will sort you out usu within 24hrs - even for changing interleaving & such techie stuff. Their sales team suck, tho, IMO

@NOWHelpTeam Hi I've recently joined now broadband but the router signal doesn't stretch all the way around my flat. The router is in the same place as my old Vodafone, talktalk and bt routers which had no issues with sending the signal around my flat.

@TalkTalk @BRSL2HOTMAILCO1 If it is required. It is not acceptable to make your customer wait until June 7. When YOU pulled the plug on them by mistake. mistakes need to be rectified ASAP. 7 June is not ASAP.

@TalkTalk Hi strange issue here. Some devices are connecting to router & internet. Some only to the router. My sons nintendo gaming devices & his desktop wifi adaptor. Only happened today. Tried everything we can think of to fix with no luck. Pls help
