Italian word of the day: disastro. As well as obviously meaning disaster, it also describes something which is awful or a mess. Eg “il servizio clienti di TalkTalk Broadband è un disastro” to pick an example entirely at random.

@TalkTalk I have repeated asked you to come to my house and removed dangerous cables. I phone and you repeatedly fob me off. I am being threatened by Openreach and you refuse to help me. TalkTalm are ******* hopeless. Avoid.

@TalkTalk Actually the worst customer service they've repeated same conversation for 3 days with 4 different advisors sending the same automated response about doing tests asking me to confirm what colour the light is about 20 times!!you know its orange coz its not working!🙄😒

@TalkTalk what a shambles. Customer services are a complete joke! They cut me off in error and are unable to sort. No internet, multiple calls, false promises of resolve and now line closed! If your thinking of joining them … just don’t 😡

@TalkTalk hasn’t worked for more than an hour in the last three days three days is an absolute joke BT will send people to fix their issues within the hour whatever hour of the day while talktalk will just blame you and fault you for their incompetence

@TalkTalk Future Fibre installed in January, excellent connection for a week or so and now it's constantly getting cut off. We were told an engineer wouldn't be able to come out until 28th February and if we tried to cancel the contract, it would be £300. Terrible service

@TalkTalk you sent an email offering me a contract and then when I click to upgrade it says that I can’t have this deal in my area. I can’t find any option for an online chat and I need help please as I’ve moved onto a more expensive tariff now

@talktalk I am so sick of this. Your Internet is getting worse. Constantly going of, constant buffering. Don't get Internet from talk talk. We upgraded and I can barely play online anymore without constant disconnecting. Crap service.
