@gentlebite_ BT/Sky are basically the same company, don't go virgin media even if their speeds are high they will **** you over 100% of the time. Don't go talktalk unless you want a million ping. Depends if cityfibre or some similar company is available for you, they're generally most stable

@TalkTalk I've been a customer for 4 years, not had any broadband now since Sunday, the level of support I have received has been absolutely shocking, 5 phone calls and 5 online chats to be told every time to turn my router on and off for an hour.

@TalkTalk I have, I’ve also sent emails, made calls, made complaints, what Isit gonna take for you guys to actually have a heart. You promised me a resolution, didn’t give it and closed my complaint. I’m done

4 months now having trouble with my router, 3 months of phone calls to @TalkTalk, lost count of the number of line tests, router reboots, factory resets and still they won't send me a replacement router even though its still under a year old, worst customer service ever

Hi @TalkTalk - My account closed on 14 Oct, yet you are still emailing me about not paying my balance. I have twice complained about this through your chat service (each took over 45 mins) when your people promised that they were closing the account. Can you just close it?
