    @TalkTalk your customer service team are the epitome of a JOKE. Cut of 3xnow and waiting way over an hour. Also you make it impossible to cancel a contract. Very very sly and nasty.

    @TalkTalk I have DM’d you, you have not responded. We have used the channel you asked us to for complaints and as we were typing our problem to the agent we got cut off saying we were taking too long. Do you think this acceptable

    @TalkTalk The issue in question has: 1. Prevent members of our household from working. 2. Meant we must use local WiFi cafes that cost money for the WiFi to continue our work. 3. Left us using our 4G which is not unlimited and is getting eaten up quickly!
