Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
