@TalkTalk hi, we've only just switched to talk talk and my phone is constantly saying connected without internet and then reconnecting, not having an issue anywhere else. Is there any particular reason why this would be happening?

@TalkTalk can you fix your customer service, engineers and delivery drivers as they all seem pretty useless. None se to listen and we are still without the correct cable which was “sent” on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday. Avoid talkTalk

I'm feeling brave, so I'm going to have another go at engaging with @talktalk customer support. But the page is so impenetrable I can't work out how to actually talk to someone. A chat interface would do! Any suggestions, @talktalk?
