  @TalkTalk Now on day 7 and still you haven’t resolved this issue. Your systems are still down constantly and your agents aren’t able to offer any help or solution to get the internet back up and running. Formal complaints and notice of termination now emailed.

  @TalkTalk Eventually, I was able to get thru (by telephone) to your Tec Support who've promised to get back to me when they've got the house in order (they were unable to access acct details at the time) Does your sorrow for the inconvenience run to compensation for consequential losses?

  @TalkTalk Issues logging in to. No good asking customers to DM you, it's obviously a nationwide outage. I even paid by phone it came out of my bank but automated guy said payment problem. I think you're systems have a big problem today.

  @TalkTalk diabolical service from Talk Talk..not had broadband/internet access for 10 days & scheduled reconnection for today aborted. Rang to complain & told 'systems are down' ...what a shambles. Next stop Offcom Ombudsman.

  @TalkTalk @ChrisKnowl49284 Yes no internet for a week now, they are absolutely useless can’t get anyone to help and their systems constantly down. I’ve now formally complained via email giving notice under preach of contract not even received a response to that. Will be moving my service provider to @EE

  @TalkTalk are the worst service! I work from home and have a disabled child that needs access to the internet at certain times, and TalkTalk just keep telling me systems are down and have been no help whatsoever. Who do I complain to? I’m really struggling here. #help #talktalk
