2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk customer service, phone&live chat is the worst I have experienced! No internet since 22/6, 3 missed engineer visits, no comma, arrived and he said he was the wrong engineer, new engineer arrived to be told faulty router! Now no router arrived as promised! #joke

@DolphinTrainer_ @BBCNews Considering Openreach covers the maintenance and installation of most phone/internet providers like sky/talktalk etc. not to mention the sheer amount of people who call in every day with issues. A lot of people will notice

@TalkTalk If any of my followers are thinking of going with Talk talk then don't bother. Months of problems, 10 days without a service, the worst customer service, and a CEO (Tristia Harrison they couldn't care less about her customer's. They might be cheap but they're useless.
