    @OpenreachHelp We’ve been in constant lengthy discussions with @TalkTalk & they’re saying it’s down to Openreach They’re now saying phone won’t be working until at least 3rd June. Disgusting treatment of elderly vulnerable person by both companies. Both should be ashamed but don’t seem to care

    @virginmedia thanks for accepting my cancellation request. Zero incentive to stay based on the prices offered. Think I'll just get my wife to sign up as a new customer once we move, unless @TalkTalk gets my new order first

    @kim_mcclure3 @TalkTalk I have been having the same problem. No manager available at the CeO department to pick up the phone. Left voicemails. Then they email me saying that I had not got in contact. It took around 3 months to finally talk to one of them #TalkTalkDownAgain
