@KatrinaMacneill @TalkTalk Yep. I’m in Lossie and it went off suddenly at around 8.10pm and I can’t fix it this end. Autogenerated “help” said it must be my problem because they couldn’t find a fault.

@virginmedia Thanks KF-better this morning.Sadly we moved from a 100% fault free Talktalk to a regular issue Virgin.Sometimes the service is down and often much slower than Talktalk.Not sure what to do other than go back to TT?

@TalkTalk shocking service last night when fibre customers across Scotland had no broadband for 7+ hours. No info on website. Unable to log in to report a fault. No answer to calls. Tweets met with "DM us". Things go wrong, yes - acknowledge issue, apologise, fix and COMMUNICATE
