2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk I've asked already, but Internet has been down a while. Just a red light on eero all of a sudden and no restarts or reboots do anything. Definitely a problem on your end if so many have issues all at the same time.
