2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk was persuaded to get fibre (sent many emails texts) it wasn’t explained properly and now trapped into only being able to get full fibre expensive deals. Less providers available on full fibre. Putting in a complaint to ofcom that poorly rolled out at consumers penalty.

@TalkTalk Seriously, the amount of times I have given my details and nothing is done. Absolutely fed up. It'd just a waiting game until we have it up and running again. This happens every couple of days & we're still waiting on a permanent fix.

@TalkTalk so I had a call from TalkTalk about upgrading me to a premium service which involves paying them more. I declined. Almost immediately my broadband went down and it now not much better than dial up. Could be a coincidence… Cost of living crisis clearly not a concern

@TalkTalk No I'm not well....I'm Furious Not going to DM....currently on hold to @TalkTalk for the 3rd day in a row. Disputing a fine which never should have been given. No Internet for days, a regular occurrence since you guys insisted on an upgrade....never had problems before...

Either I've unlucky lately or service is getting pish across many companies lately. Homebase and TalkTalk I've had to raise complaints with in the last few weeks. We still gonna blame the covid for being shite *****? When does the excuse stop being rolled out?

@TalkTalk 14 hours on phone this week from mobile, 3 missed appointments, complaint team not calling back and still no internet. No one seems to know what other is doing. Utter rubbish worst service ever received
