TalkTalk is by far the worst service provider company I have ever had dealings with. The so called “guaranteed” broadband speeds are almost never close and we have even had as low as 4mb/s on a 500mb line. Trying to contact them has been impossible. @TalkTalk

Honestly @talktalk need to sort their **** out... After an hour of diagnostics, they still cant figure out an issue thats been happening since we moved in and are blaming my devices (4 different ones), and are now expecting us to pay a engineer to come and look at the router...

@TalkTalk @popeyesfu Just had the exact same problem seems to be a common trend with talktalk while I have been on hole they have opened and closed a complaint somehow

@TalkTalk no internet for days and you want to send me a router because ‘your system’ won’t allow you to send an engineer even though the problems isn’t the route and I’ve already tried a new router which YOU sent me two years ago and has never been used. No common sense
