2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk My email uses a tiscali server I believe. Usually last to be sorted. I guess you won't bother compensating us as usual. We're definitely treated as second class in your customer pecking order

@talktalk I requested to cancel my broadband on the 28th of June. It’s now the 20th July, and it’s still not cancelled and you’re blocking @EE from taking over the line.
