    @PaddyMcCrossan4 @TalkTalk had the misfortune to sign up some years ago presumably when Dido was in charge customer services was in India & no one knew anything presumption was it was your fault not sure there is an ethical broadband the 'market' is a cartel a public good for profit - ppl accept it

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup HELP ME. I’ve been on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak to someone, and the call has randomly disconnected so now I’m back where I started I already cancelled my account in DECEMBER, and I’m still being charged every month, now at an even higher rate

    @TalkTalk I'm beyond annoyed now all I'm trying to do is cancel my account which is in my right in the 14 day period and I have been put on hold hung up on or left in dead space for over an hour and a half today its a joke! Dont buy talktalk! #disgusting

    @TalkTalk No need now. I’ve been in touch with your customer support team and submitted a complaint. On top of that they are actually helping me resolve my issue with the service.

    Now that we've exited the EU have we lost our customer's rights? @TalkTalk's internet renewal site pushes the most expensive option, once I navigated past it the bill included a £60 set up fee not mentioned previously, then they charged me for a £20 security I never wanted😡😡
