2/2 @TalkTalk #TalkTalk A whole 45mins passed before 'Philip' would even agree to speak to me!! Got nowhere- 'Philip' said he'd call back - he never did! TalkTalk should be renamed NoTalk - awful, awful service. My mother was in tears! Dire!!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk I have had a live chat for 3.5 hours today telephone call for 1.5 hours and still no answer as to why you have cancelled my broadband even though I have a two year contract until 2024. Poor customer service today passed from pillar to post with no answers

@TalkTalk your app and website quite literally do not work. I’ve been trying to sign in both for days now, app tells me my password is wrong and the website continuously refreshes without letting me actually view anything?

@TalkTalk Not been able to logon to app or website for days now. Just get the egg timer spinning round and page attempting to reload time after time. Will this be fixed soon please? Never had problems in the past.
