@TalkTalk Ok - so what happens when the complaint is handled badly a second time - what then?

@Opportuning_In That's a classic fake since @TalkTalk staff rarely give out their names and certainly don't give out their full names on chat, and I've used the service enough times to say so

@TalkTalk For crying out loud. Getting constant outages daily, getting pretty sick of it now. I don't seem to see any other providers getting this many problems. You won me back from leaving a few months ago but the service is appalling.

@TalkTalk I'm still having problems with my box. Yet again BBC iplayer randomly stops, BritBox is slow and tonight UK Gold keeps losing connection.

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I might try a different filter if the so called fix today doesn't hold after 72hrs (and it's already at half speed). Can these things break down by themselves? Mine's in the master socket and all hidden away so has never been touched (i.e. no physical "abuse" lol).

@Andrew96927752 @TalkTalk I have found that their status page doesn't always reflect what's going on on their network and I've had to wait hours to 'chat' to someone only to find I was in an affected area.

@JustPressHelp @bt_uk @TalkTalk It might be no help at all but is it possible for you to 'tether' or 'hotspot' from your mobile?

@TtVc90 @TalkTalk I hate to say it but it probably says somewhere in their Ts&Cs that that's acceptable... There are other providers who give you a backup 'dongle' which can kick in if there's a wiring problem - and they're available on next day postage!
