@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk hasn’t worked for more than an hour in the last three days three days is an absolute joke BT will send people to fix their issues within the hour whatever hour of the day while talktalk will just blame you and fault you for their incompetence

@talktalk I am so sick of this. Your Internet is getting worse. Constantly going of, constant buffering. Don't get Internet from talk talk. We upgraded and I can barely play online anymore without constant disconnecting. Crap service.
