@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk My openreach modem is not connecting to the internet, I have also powered the modem and router down for the 20 minutes I have been asked to online fault tracker and still the fibre connection has not reset any other suggestions?

@EmilyKe62606148 @TalkTalk They are terrible to get hold if aswell. Ive been trying for 3 hours today. Live chat are just bots that are useless, ive had No internet for a week. Loosing money. They are a Joke. I feel your frustration
