    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    Avoid TalkTalk: can't stay owing to shocking service & technical support, obscene overcharging. Can't escape since TT refuse to cancel until another supplier takes over line. Held hostage while they extract the last penny. Where's OFCOM?

    @CityFibre Hi @TalkTalk - CityFibre has advised that they make the 900Mb/s package available to all ISPs using their network, so it appears to be available to you; Zen Internet are currently advertising 900 Mb/s service for example. Can you confirm plans for further UFO rollout?

    Since 20th Dec @TalkTalk you have had a bar on my "premium Fibre500" account that you've been unable to remove despite 9 calls over 9.5hrs over that period. Shocking service and incompetence with no-one able to take ownership of the issue.

    @bt_uk hi I have a problem with the super fast broadband am trying to switch my talktalk broadband to sky but my neighbours super fast broadband is showing as my address instead of his when open reach fitted this they’ve put the wrong address down and now it’s stopping me switch
