@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@simplehass Excited. Tbh never had any issues with 70mbps with talktalk. But contract finally over and insane speeds. Eager to try it. For the ethernet cable, are you talking about wired connections specifically? Only use wifi at the moment.

@TalkTalk been having issues for weeks!! Go on live chat they do a line test an speed test and tell me everythings ok. There is no problem with the line or speed. The problem is it drops connection 10+ times a day, cant speak to anyone on phone as its automated! Thinkin of leavin

Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

@DFitzy19801 @TalkTalk Same to you- we had 7 hours yesterday being passed between teams, cut off and having to ring back in, chat and DM's, and still nothing today. Someone is meant to be calling back, but nothing yet. Would be great if their support staff could answer any questions at all
