@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk Wifi down in Lytham St Annes. Daughter is supposed to be teaching a class. I’m supposed to be working. Inunprecedented times, you would think broadband would be the last thing we should have to worry about what’s worse is absolutely no indication of when the issue will be fixed.
