@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Anyone recommend a fibre provider? I don't mind paying for speed & reliability & service; will never touch the likes of BT/Virgin/Sky/TalkTalk again. Not sure who's considered decent from the rest though.

@TalkTalk what an absolute joke of a company. Issues with connection n Speed since 18th Oct. Line tests. Speed tests. Same scenario everyday. Told to run ping and tracert tests n email. Get this email didn't get passed to network team. So starting all over again. #shocking
