@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk I've had no WiFi since Tuesday. Live chat left me waiting for an agent for an hour. Your call centre said an engineer would resolve the issue. Last update was 2 days ago. I'll be changing provider.

@TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach I went to TalkTalk's website... and was immediately guided to an automated test. Test confirmed slow speed... and website proactively told me this was below the contracted minimum and that Openreach had been informed automatically.
