@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Signed upto faster Full Fibre June last year. @TalkTalk couldn't upgrade the service but took monthly payments anyway. 9 months later @TalkTalk won't upgrade my service due to "system misalignment" but won't cancel my contract either. @Ofcom
