    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    Think before buying a @TalkTalk broadband. They don't have customs service in UK. Voice on other end always breaking up. ancient equipment & pathetic after service. #TalkTalkBroadband

    @virginmedia @zotric Afternoon outages still happen regularly. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. A friend has exactly the same issue miles away. But his often breaks around 3am.

    Hate it when companies rip off the oldies. My dad has been loyal for years and today I find out he’s got a router from the ark and is paying double the going rate for crap broadband. @talktalk hang your head in shame

    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for the past 56 mins with @TalkTalk being sent back and forth to different departments - about to be transferred to the 4th person to whom I’ll have to explain my whole situation once more without any resolution whatsoever.

    @TalkTalk Eventually connected Friday 08 April 40 days after order , 17 days after installation date. Very poor quality, drops connection from Sky which is 15 foot away from hub. This is Future Fibre 500 , very poor. Call received Friday promised call back Saturday, guess what , no call !
