@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

I'm sick to death of @TalkTalk not working! I've just spent an hour without internet but it goes nearly every night and my speed is only 24Mbps when I am supposed to be on their fast fibre and getting upward of 65Mbps! This is ******* ridiculous!

@TalkTalk Ive tried doing the online chat and am being passed to another team and it just says no one's available so wait. Having already spent a lot of time and stress trying to sort this on 4/10 because of talk talks error. Awful customer service.

@TalkTalk my average speed is 6mpbs for the past 12 months,worst Internet provider going, ring them up and you get nowhere with them, 3 times I've been cut off, use them at your peril!!

@Shaolinfatboy You should bring this up with the Ombudsman. Slightly different situation (& different Ombudsman) but I had a problem with TalkTalk over charging me. I refused to pay more than I owed. They added interest & they sent debt collectors. I contacted Ombudsman, TalkTalk wiped debt.
