@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk My Dad passed away in August and I didn't know he had talktalk for his broadband, I found out in November and phoned to cancel his account, when he died his account was up to date they even took a payment a week after he died, today I've received a bill for £85

@TalkTalk broadband down since Christmas Eve, told them on Christmas day it was a router issue, they confirmed line was ok but still sent OR out yesterday. Now waiting in a router which will be here prob weds next week. #sopissedoff

@TalkTalk you told me to message you about my issue I have had over Xmas, I told the tech team it was a faulty router on Xmas day and asked for a new 1, I waited for 5 days for OR to attend and tell me same thing and now won't get router until Weds.only with TT 2 months #poor
