@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk my husband suggested moving from BT to TT less than a year ago! I begged him not to but I went with it! Worst decision ever I’m paying over my allowance on phone data every month because it’s awful! Don’t bother folks! And off back to BT we go 😡

I’m absolutely buzzing I’ve got no internet with @TalkTalk yet again! Had an engineer 2 weeks ago who confirmed the issue isn’t my house. I can’t wait to call them again tomorrow to repeat myself 98 times and turn it all off and back on again. In July I WalkWalk.

@Young_E_H My broadband expired and I lived 4 months on a Three hotspot before moving. Totally fine. Hell, better signal than TalkTalk broadband most days.
