@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@richard_watters @TalkTalk when does your contract end anyway? They just want to tie you in for longer.. amazing how they can cut a contract short but if you wanted to end it sooner it costs you.. these people need to be held accountable. The service at the moment is the worst!

@TalkTalk hi reported a fault with my WiFi router yesterday. I've been told I have to cancel my existing account and set up a new one. New account set up date given for 19th December. Seems like a convaluted way to get around sending an engineer out. Could you fast track please

@TalkTalk been 18months of being problem free internet. Then the last 4 days super rude service staff. Had the engineer out who said it’s a problem on your end. And now it’s gone off again. What a waste of money.

@TalkTalk is is wrong that your support team refused to cancel our internet package in a cooldown period, then insisted on payment and when we called to cancel they have hung up on her instead of dealing with it!

@TalkTalk I have spent over 20 hours calling your call centres. Promised calls back never happen. Over 2 months and still issues not finalised. Less that 1 ring call back colleague confirmed this is normal and usual. Where to start with this.
