@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

I have been sent a new router when I renewed which is supposed to be better but I can't face connecting my devices to it. I must do it. I think it's my Samsung TV that's the problem. @TalkTalk We've had a problem since 16th June with the internet being down for much of this time. Other houses locally also have a problem - need to get an Engineer to look at it. Gone through support all they offer is another router, have swapped with a known working router same issue
