    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    Worst company to deal with @TalkTalk wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Slow speeds, terrible staff, can’t process a simple cancellation. Don’t make the mistake of getting stuck into a deal with these cowboys.

    Signed upto faster Full Fibre June last year. @TalkTalk couldn't upgrade the service but took monthly payments anyway. 9 months later @TalkTalk won't upgrade my service due to "system misalignment" but won't cancel my contract either. @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk I live in Carmarthenshire and my broadband speeds are usually 39-41. and upload 8-10. Last night & this morning my speed is a max of 12 and an upload speed of 2. Are there any issues in my area?

    @TalkTalk I've spent 10 weeks trying to get you to take a block off my FTTP line without luck.I want to switch provider.The account is up to date. I have wasted countless hours on calls, chat box, emails, & contacting the ombudsman. This level of poor customer service is shocking
