@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Was a customer for a number of years unfortunately no loyalty to existing customers. Left in September which meant two overlapping payments a full month for a few days service. No sign of refund or a farewell. A feeling two months of non payment wouldn't have been ignored.

@TalkTalk just rang up to cancel internet 30 mins on hold after 10 mins in discussions with the man on the other end he still didn’t get through the security questions as he couldn’t even get the phone number right on 7 occasions. I was ringing from the landline I’m cancelling

@TalkTalk Can you tell me why DNS propagation takes that much longer with you as the ISP than others? It's so much slower than other providers and even 4G connections. Has to be a caching issue with your network settings surely and it's frustrating. #DNS #slowpropagation #ISP
