@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk There is a network issue in Milton Keynes as well. Speeds have absolutely plummeted over the past two days. It's not my router setup as I haven't had problems with it prior to the drop in service recently.

@Euroit01 @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I am with #Talktalk as well and they are exactly as you say. They are really bad. Their customer service is a real joke and every year they increase their price so you sign up for a fee and then increase it during the contract.

@TalkTalk Been without home internet for 7 days because of you failure to arrange an openreach engineer. The online agents haven't a clue whats going on and the telephone customer service just put you on hold. Useless company, terrible customer service.
