    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Hi @TalkTalk, what is your policy on cancelling broadband if a 91 year old with alzheimers signed up to it not knowing what it was and never used it? According to your call centres its her own fault and you can't do anything to end it? Isn't that immoral?

    @TalkTalk I have referred to my DMs. I have tried to cancel with you for months. And just now I was on the phone for almost THREE HOURS and you kept putting me on hold. I have raised a complaint to the ombudsman. You cannot be allowed to continue treating people like this.
