@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk The Customer service people over, chat. Did not seem to be bothered. I felt like. Thats what we have, Take it or lump it. Which is Not the right thing to do. It's so Annoying and Poor Customer Service

@JRiH2020 I found Virgin a joke too and left them. I've got TalkTalk and I'd never have recommended them before thi,ms, but one outrage in a year was resolved within 3 hours. No complaints on quality of service either.

I can't wait for my contract to be over with @TalkTalk I'm constantly using my phone data because the Internet is so slow and I am always getting kicked offline. I report it but they always say everything fine on their end, suggesting it must be mine.
