    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

    @TalkTalk Assist me? Like the four idiots who've already tried to assist and fix it today? This happens EVERY SINGLE DAY, and I phone in, and it gets fixed and you send those stupid emails saying you couldn't find a problem... because you'd JUST FIXED IT Then it starts again EVERY DAY

    . I will tell you ALL right now... Do NOT use @TalkTalk for your internet provider It cuts out a MINIMUM of ten times a DAY, when it hasn't dropped to pathetic speeds of 0.07mbps It has to be the worst 'service' out there Absolute shite; a minus five score out of 100 .

    @TalkTalk . Particularly annoying when it always seems to be right in the middle of important things like completing online forms I've spent a good whack of time on only to have to start ALL OVER AGAIN Because these bandits can't run a proper, decent internet service .

    @buckyskingdom @bt_uk I am also having the same issue in E17, with TalkTalk. I've been told an OpenReach engineer will come to check the area in 24-72 hours. Not very helpful...

    @TalkTalk hands down THE worst Wi-Fi network providers I’ve EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. I haven’t even set up their system in my house ( 1 of the many issues I’m experiencing after 3 weeks of waiting for hardware & engineers). Communications & Customer service 0!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk I spent 4 hours on the phone, on chat and DM trying to get resolve and I'm not prepared to go through that again today. It is now 7 days since our broadband went down!

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk what does it actually take for someone to follow up a complaint? I’ve raised 3 now promised everytime it’s been raised and I would expect a call back 24-48hrs. STILL NOTHING?!
