@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

And that was using a vDSL line on BT's network, using a TalkTalk backhaul. 65/17 9ms pings 24/7. Tune it right and A+ bufferbloat all day and night long. That beats even BT and TalkTalk themselves!! Now, Virgin. I challenge you. #DoBetter 3/3
