@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk not sure how you've won all your customer service awards. I've called 3 times and 3 bad experiences. It's an extremely complex process full of friction. Won't be returning as a customer. Kudos to @VodafoneUK who I was with before - customer service was always amazing.

@ThistleCanuck @TalkTalk Bear in mind the reason for my complaint was incorrect early disconnection, when I had been trying to ensure since December my contract ends on the right day, since I want to leave. And CEO office solution was a brand new package, when I was asking to leave. Unbelievable @Ofcom

@ThistleCanuck @TalkTalk And I wouldn’t get hopeful. CEO office called yesterday to resolve. Unsurprisingly couldn’t resolve my issue how he liked as kept having ‘technical’ issues and couldn’t get the team to sort it. So the solution was… for me to sign up for a new package! No way. I left! @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Absolute shambles. Lost an hour of work today calling you. Told me there's a fault on the line but refusing to send an engineer without charging and getting me to shut down things here when a fault was detected with everything unplugged. No sense.

@TalkTalk seems the bereavement team are giving out false information. No final bill in 60 days instead services suspended and several demands for payment! Spoken to them twice same false information and back in the loop of demands. "Service wont be disrupted" well it has...

@TalkTalk HELP! Will need counselling by time you lot sort issues out, over a month of complaints 26.5hrs of phone calls, 3 complaints open and nothing resolved. You think we have a line that a #Openreach engineer took down and i lost count of how many call backs you not done.

@TalkTalk Mbuso, you need to speak to David, he is your customer and it’s his line that’s being upgraded without him being informed.
