@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk you are absolutely disgusting sending a debt letter to someone who changed there name at 9yrs old but u say has debt in that name in 2018/19 in Ireland when they have never left Scotland I suggest u get this fixed pronto and stop passing the buck

@TalkTalk routers are the worst. I have to reset mine at least three times a day in order for it to function. And before you suggest it, no I don’t need my line checked.

@amazon version of helping is sending the same link like 6 time even when I say its not helping or useful. Why not have better customer service @TalkTalk have better customer service if they can do it I'm sure you can.

Either I've been unlucky lately or service is getting pish across many companies lately. Homebase and TalkTalk I've had to raise complaints with in the last few weeks. We still gonna blame the covid for being shite *****? When does the excuse stop being rolled out?
