You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

They do not have an email or easily found phone number to contact them by. The chat is unreliable and has not resolved my issues.
