@TalkTalk Vincent is a real asset to the company, after 3 live chats with different people Vincent sorts my wifi at first time of me asking, I can’t thank him enough 🤝! He saved a customer going else where because if he couldn’t sort it I was going else where. 🍀

@more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk my contract expires today. I have tried 5 times to upgrade it with no luck. Your customer service is terrible. No wonder people are moving to BT. You don't seem that bothered you even send a renewal email with a number that can help on it
