@TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk No it's ok. The complaints team are apparently dealing with it and the systems teams are struggling to fix the computer system which has been having problems since Jaunary. They've told me to leave it with them and they are calling back on Monday (for the 5th time).

@TalkTalk fancy fixing my Internet at any point soon? Been not working since the 2nd June when you even sent me a text to say there was a fault. I waited for your engineer to come over today who was a total no show... Genuinely can not believe I'm paying for this abysmal service!

@TalkTalk even after coming out to solve a problem that would never be solved its about Time you admitted defeat and let us leave. @three is just the same with my phone network both need to be avoided. 🙄😒
