@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

Seriously, @TalkTalk are the single worst providers of internet in the world. You call to complain about the awful signal strength, they tell you they've boosted it to keep you happy, it works for a day then drops back to being terrible again. The. WORST.

@TalkTalk want to explain why it's taken me five attempts to talk to someone on chat to resolve an issue that's been reoccurring for over a year to only get told to maybe upgrade, after saying no many times I've been left with no reply?
