@TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

As I got all the confirmation that the engineer was coming, si called the guy who didn't even have my job on his list. Now thanks to @TalkTalk's total incompetence is putting me in a lot of trouble as I work from home.

Your company is utterly ****. I can’t remember the last time I was this angry. Your staff are useless. 3+ hours of my time I’ve spent on the phone and you charged me £98 then cut my internet and cancelled the account. Do not go with this provider! @TalkTalk

@BraisbyI Ta. I noticed that TalkTalk were offering a pair of free Amazon mesh routers with theirs, but their worse than woeful customer service reviews online made me think it wasn't worth it.

@TalkTalk is there an outage in CV3 area? My internet went off about 20 mins ago, phone ok, can't log into my account to run checks, have rebooted hub, landline phone ok, currently using tethered mobile as working from home.
