    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no internet connection since Monday, was promised an engineer would come out on Tuesday between 8-1, customer services have not been able to advise on a solution. Absolute disgrace of a service - As I work from home it has meant that I have not been able to work all week

    @TalkTalk Exactly, I was trapped for this company as well in Switzerland 🇨🇭 I move to the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 and the 5gb abroad I never manage to use and they do tests and say connection is great. And they keep sending me bills without have the service. Disgusting .

    @TalkTalk I’ve had a text saying my fibre installation has been now cancelled, my internet doesn’t seem to be working and I’ve had nothing but issues for the past few weeks trying to get the fibre sorted as I’m in a rental property and had non stop calls and letters🥴

    @TalkTalk Hi Sabelo…I upgraded to fibre 65 over 18months ago and am regularly without internet Since then. I pay £31 per month. I feel sure that you can offer a better service or cheaper price.
