    @TalkTalk no landline and broadband internet since morning..it’s so frustrating since it’s Sunday and lockdown means struck at home.. Tried contacting helpline and they responded problem will be fixed in 3days...it’s a joke. Adding into distress.

    @croxleyclaire @TalkTalk Same here, I've managed to just about cope with the speeds I was getting, nowhere near what I was supposed to be having. But in the last couple months it has gone so bad, I've had virgin fitted running along side my current talk talk plan. They must be slowing speeds down.

    Hi @TalkTalk my internet has dropped out again. It happens all the time. I will be canceling my service tomorrow and if I have trouble canceling early I'll be going to the ombudsman.

    @TalkTalk never use talktalk again, terrible service and hours to try and connect by phone. Better to pay a bit more and get good service
