@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

ppl in the know about these things - if my place isn't on the bt fttc network, and the obvious alternatives (e.g. virgin, talktalk's own thing, hyperoptic) are dead ends, is there any way for me to get better internet than adsl+?

@TalkTalk Gotta say my experience of TalkTalk, hasn't been too bad, my 77 year old Mum In Law on the other hand has been treated disgustingly.
