    @TalkTalk Vincent is a real asset to the company, after 3 live chats with different people Vincent sorts my wifi at first time of me asking, I can’t thank him enough 🤝! He saved a customer going else where because if he couldn’t sort it I was going else where. 🍀

    @TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

    @more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

    @TalkTalk Ongoing unresolved complaint getting my email account fixed asap since 8 December 2022. Please can my complaint manager call me tomorrow asap after 4pm I was due a call back today never received the call. customer service is extremely appalling.

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk hi reported a fault with my WiFi router yesterday. I've been told I have to cancel my existing account and set up a new one. New account set up date given for 19th December. 2 weeks without broadband isn't the best customer service

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel my service for the past 2 hours. I’m out of contract. I’ve called 6 times, spoken to 9 people, been hung up on 3 times, now on white noise line after Sam went quiet while recording. You operate like a sect, not letting people leave. This can’t be legal.

    @TalkTalk Hello can I please have your update as we still don’t have land line and this issue has been going on since 28th of October - this is absolutely unacceptable!! Engineer did not arrive on 03/12/22 as you have advised previously.

    @TalkTalk been 18months of being problem free internet. Then the last 4 days super rude service staff. Had the engineer out who said it’s a problem on your end. And now it’s gone off again. What a waste of money.
