    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @TalkTalk Nearly 8pm a whole day of titting around with your terrible service and now have such a poor signal I can’t even go on to your website. Next months payment is going to be reaching you at the same speed as your service.

    @TalkTalk Honestly @TalkTalk this is beyond ridiculous on friday I was told open reach would resolve the matter no Internet all weekend, just come back from a long 🤬 hot shift to chill and relax and what do you know internet is down again....Do not use this company l...lies upon lies

    @TalkTalk I've been on the phone with your customer service for over 1 hour trying for you to speak to @CityFibre to change the code from 3 to 1 or 2 so I can upgrade to your Full Fibre. Everyone keeps passing me on to the next person! How hard is it to change a code!
