Has anyone had issue after having Fibre Broadband installed ? We had this done on 7th March, it broke a week or so later. Waited s few days to get it fixed and broke again soon after. Have been left with no Internet by TalkTalk for almost 3 weeks.

@TalkTalk is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! 5 attempts to call the customers service, wasted 50 min of my precious time. We’ve been disconnected for over 48 hours and sadly I can’t get trough to anyone to explain why we were disconnected!?! IT’s TIME TO REPORT TalkTalk

@TalkTalk letter receive by u, to upgrade broadband, engineers relocated router to another room,disconnected my cable from box - today-3 hours on phone,no access to apps and Wi-Fi intermittent,3 departments,want to charge £75 to fix it,and to send me a cable to pug ! 🤬
