@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk I received a new TV talktalk box. Because the old one was useless. Went to try and record a program just to find that it doesn't have the capability. I pay for that service. Can I be sent the box I should have or do I have to raise my second complaint

@virginmedia 1/2 I hung up after 1hr 40mins. I had spoken to 2 ppl by then but was put on hold again to go another team!Anyway it's not a problem anymore @TalkTalk now have my custom and will contact you about switching me over!!

@cynicalkind @TalkTalk Good luck waiting for them to sort one, TalkTalk don't have such a bad reputation for nothing. They thought the power adapters they sent me to put broadband through the ac circuits were fine eventhough Offcom issued a prohibition notice on them as non compliant with regs!
