@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@YardleyShooting If you don't pay, you will lose your(intermittent)service. You keep giving TalkTalk money, despite all the troubles you have had. So they prosper instead. The resolution? Don't keep putting up with bad service for tiny amounts of compensation. Move to a better ISP, plenty about.

Love how as soon as Facebook and Instagram come back up, @talktalk goes down. Refuse to pay for any more of their rubbish intermittent service (with 0 apology or compensation for it) any good ISO deals atm anyone knows of?
