@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

Does anyone how to actually get through to a capable human at TalkTalk as we are trying to get phone repaired for elderly infirm person. TT keep saying it is fixed but it isn't! Going on months only intermittent service. Many calls to TT & online 'chat's TT just lie -HELP
