@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

Hey @TalkTalk what the hell is going on with your internet speed? My household pay for fibre 65 and since yesterday it's barely getting 9.2 mbp. I can't even test my line on your site as that's not working either. 🤷🤷🤷
