    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk Thank you but hopefully someone is sorting it as it seems although they determined there was a fault on my line last week there is now a fault on my router and I am being sent a new one. Just hope this sorts the problem :)

    @TalkTalk No you don’t, just giving the standard replies. Your service is a disgrace, your customer service is non existent. I don’t want to discuss the matter, I want to leave and provide my feedback in a public domain to show how bad you really are

    @StevenBishop15 @TalkTalk Has them for years mate, been ok ish service WiFi was never great but it worked, now it’s not working it’s like they don’t give a ****. Just lie after lie not interested in getting it back k up and working, contracts work both ways, not getting what we pay for we will leave

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve tried and failed over 8 months to cancel my contract with TalkTalk. Every time I call their premium rate no I’m passed from pillar to post until eventually I have to either move on to something else or am passed back to where I started. Any ideas?

    @TalkTalk This is meant to be bereavement team the service is atrocious all I need to know is if the account is now set up in my mums name and if her direct debit is set up

    @TalkTalk could someone from talk talk urgently contact me we are trying to change an account due to bereavement 2 promised call backs not happened and a phone call put down atrocious service at this time trying to keep my 80 year mother connected!

    @TalkTalk It’s ok - just sit back and watch the rate in which customers cancel their contracts with you …. That’s what happens when you don’t listen to your customers.
