@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Well after 8 calls another hour and a quarter on the phone finally got through to cancellations.. after lengthy wait .. guess what got told to hold and was cut off. Totally fed up with Talktalk customer service and overall broadband services... it’s taken nearly 5 months to quit

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I've been traumatised after phone calls to TT. But I think calls to any broadband provider are stressful (depending on the problem). They never fixed my landline. I gave up. Chose between landline and broadband. Lost the will to live trying to sort it.

I had a competent technical expert at @TalkTalk try to improve my connection. His help was appreciated, but that's 2 hours of today gone, plus hours previously. It should not have taken so much effort and so long to get through to the team that could help. He is calling back.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk The only time you will get any sense or a call back from them is when you cancel your subscription (at a cost of course)You will then receive a coherent call begging you to stay. Thee most appalling company I have ever dealt with.
