@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Hi, my Internet keeps dropping/isn't working/speed is very slow. I've tried to fix myself. Tried to fix with Bot. Bot just dropped me and said try later. I am now into day 4 without service and v frustrated. Please help. Thank you.

@TalkTalk I had my line upgraded to fibre last week and then discovered I have been left without a working phone or TV. Have now found out if I want TV I have to pay for a package. Extremely poor service.

@talktalk Your service is abysmal, absolutely disgraceful. As a consumer I want to warn every other consumer to avoid taking broadband with your company like the plague. You can "thank me for my feedback" 🤬

On the phone to @TalkTalk for 1 hour so far to cancel a contract for a place I moved out of in November. Yes, I cancelled before moving and was passed to 5 clueless people before being told it was cancelled. I’m now being threatened for missed payments. Shocking service. AVOID.
