@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk ima be real here Mark iv talked to 3 managers, 7 customer support agents via phone, 4 customer support agents here, god even my dam engineer sed whats going on is disgusting. if i could right not id torch my talktalk router and toast some marshmallows, its all its good for!

@TalkTalk I will send a DM - but these are scam calls I'm still getting years after the data breach seems to have shared my account details with the Indian subcontinent. I'm no longer a talktalk customer.

@cosmiclandmine Sadly they are ALL crap, but some are crappier than others...[Avoid TalkTalk, they are probably the worst of the worst!] They cut me off on the day my grandson was born, [over an error on their part, for weeks!] STILL not refunded me any *compensation*. Charlatans + cheats!

Hi @TalkTalk, seeing as you’re advising that it is going to take up to 3 days (not including the weekend) to fix our internet. Are you going to offer any compensation or a reduction in next months bill? as both me and my partner can not do any work without internet.
