@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@SteeHolmes @TalkTalk Down here in Bingley BD16 on and off all day, I had a meeting too the afternoon and updates to a website didn't save when it cut out, 4 hours work wasted today. The service really isn't good enough when you're working from home!

@TalkTalk Off in Bingley BD16, West Yorkshire. Can we please have an ETA for resolution as needed for work tomorrow. We got through 2 lockdowns and homeschools with aging EE contract and router fine, this is not good service.

@TalkTalk The robot on the free care No should have an option to enquire of a outage ..similar to electric utilities which let you know in a few minutes if fault is known. Instead of waiting an hour for no reply to talk to a human.

@TalkTalk @susannadfern You need to provide more updates. It's been down all day. "Engineers are looking into it" is fine as an initial holding message, but when the outages stretch to hours and days, you need to provide more regular updates to customers.

@garyavfchorton @TalkTalk Same here BD16 near Beckfoot. I keep wondering whether the work by BRSK/Saron is having an effect here? Issues end of June when lots of their vans around, digging up and installing new boxes etc. Could be coincidence.... Loads of work on Bradford Road yesterday.
