@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Hey #talktalk What gives!?! I called yesterday to notify you that I was moving house and wanted to transfer my service as of 17 Dec. You've gone and cut me off as of 16 Nov! I rang this morn and you're saying nothing can be done until 17 Dec!? How am I supposed to WFH??!?!

I'm honestly at a complete loss for words to accurately describe @talktalk inability to provide customers with support. More than 20 hours wasted on the phone to their support team, 2 engineer visits, both confirmed faulty equipment at the exchange and each time no support given.
