@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk I have been trying to get an @OpenreachHelp engineer visit to fix an issue for over three months. Yet again no one has turned up today. When is this ever going to be resolved?

@TalkTalk my internet was cutting out every 20mins for 3days. Engineer is booked for tomorrow. Since phoning you and line test it's now been working without cutting out for about an hour. Do I cancel engineer or should they still come in case?

@TalkTalk My fault has nothing to do with the storm no broadband since last Thursday all I'm being told 2-3 days for engineer no up date going onto 5 days. God help those whose fault is due to the storm !!

@TalkTalk what a Devious network provider they are forever moving the goal posts had 2yr package TT changed it to 18 Mths forever trying selling more expensive option, latest Fibre Broadband sneakily loose your land line and Phone Number,lots more !!!!
