@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Live in SO32 and have had no wifi since yesterday eve. All checks through website say no issues with our connection. All lights on boxes flashing as normal. Is there a mast issue? Costing a fortune in data and working from home a nightmare! HELP!

Just tried calling @TalkTalk to complain about my broadband and they are closed. A major company providing services to millions of people is closed at 8pm on a weekday. This is how they appreciate their clients. This company is a joke! #wtf
