@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Ahh @TalkTalk another night of constant disconnects gotta love having ****** internet. And to top it off my connection speed is down 30% give and the upload is down 66%. So explain to me how you can say industry leading service when it's service isnt what is guarenteed...

And @TalkTalk if i get another god damn scammer call. Me saying they are Talktalk tech department cos you ******* sold your costumer data to scammers is India youll get sued for breach of Data Protection Laws. We the costumer, expect you to keep the information protected.

Haven’t been able to do anything for just over 2 hours now , @talktalk WiFi down , same as last night but only longer now, doesn’t seem like they are fixing this issue to be fair I don’t even think they even know about it , search talktalk in twitter and see all the threads

Its not the guarenteed speed. In the contract it states if it isnt the speed stated by YOU then youll either sort it or compensate so yea. Only time you ******* actually do something is when you get blasted in twitter. So **** @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk It's disconcerting you aren't aware of what seems to be a nation-wide issue with TalkTalk. My brother, who lives 250 miles away from me, is having the same issues. Super high pings. Low speeds.
