@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@OpenreachHelp can you please help me regarding a wayleave agreement as you're website states it provides it for rented properties yet when talktalk get through to an open reach operator they haven't got a clue and can't provide it. Is there anything you can do to help?

@TalkTalk Im newbie what's a DM, i was merely suggesting that the Philippines based TalkTalk customer service is second to none, anytime i have had an issue which was very very rare over like 20 years or so. I would also suggest everyone moves over to @TalkTalk in UK.
