@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Janhatesmarmite @TalkTalk Ahh. Gotcha. We had a tree in someone else's garden bring a whole street down once. Couldn't technically do anything without permission, but we did.

@TalkTalk Thanks but I would like yours to function as I pay you for a service. Interesting metrics on downdetector shows that in the balance of probability there was a issue your end as a number of users appear affected.

@TalkTalk Are you currently having problems because if this Internet was any slower, it would be quicker to order a hard copy of the online document I'm reading and wait for it to be delivered... by Hermes.

@TalkTalk Hi, I moved onto a new contract on 16th January 2021 that was £22 for 18 months and I've just received my bill today that is stating I have to pay the £29.95 rollover payment, when I didn't select that option. Can you help please? Online chat is currently too busy apparently.
