@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

It gets better! @TalkTalk not available until 9am so we rang on the dot and got through to a human, only to be told that the system was down and they were unable to check our status. We were told to ring back in 2 hours. This might take a while to resolve. 😩

@NOW Yet more unnecessary faffing around. Never have these issues with iPlayer, ITV Hub or 4oD. Just with NOW TV. Seems incompatible with the rubbish YouView boxes that TalkTalk are giving to their customers.

@TalkTalk reported my landline dead on Monday was told 2-3 days;it’s now Friday & still dead also broadband too slow for streaming. Rang just now for update & you’re updating system for several hours ON A FRIDAY so can’t access system. Disgraceful service & planning

@heytrixxie @TalkTalk Convenient, keep pestering, if they can't fix or meet their minimum guaranteed speed within 30 days sure they should allow penalty free exit. Never will I go with TalkTalk, does anyone actually recommend them?

@TalkTalk Also DISGUSTING you have no way to contact you. Go on "Help" and it's all community help. What about an email? I've called you twice and your reps cut me off when I explain the issue. I work full time 9-5:30 so don't have time for this so an email address would be more efficient

@TalkTalk Why when I phone does it say press 1 to run a line test. Please just be honest about what is happening so i don't have to waste my time again with TalkTalk. So to clairify - Talktalk phone customer service says they are running a line test - but you are saying that can't happen?
