@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

No refund of the £50 from TalkTalk I paid for new phone and they actually closed the fault down on their system BEFORE I got an engineer so they obviously knew it was not an internal fault 💩

@TalkTalk Do you actually have any technical staff manning your customer services systems or are they forced to read from a script? I have a ticket open since March 2022 which is still unresolved.

@TalkTalk what an absolute shambles. Would love to talk to someone from your customer experience dept. Incompetent, slow, frustrating = the majority of the people I’ve spoken to today… been on a call for an hour now… & your call handlers can’t make outbound calls? What?!?

@TalkTalk you have to be the worst company I’ve ever ever dealt with! Cancelled-wasn’t action. Cancelled again- wasn’t actioned. 3 hours -yes 3 hours on the phone and I get my refund. Now being charged again and threatened with debt collection!!!

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach Utter rubbish. Organised a move house 15/6/22 moved and appointment for 30/6/22 house fine. Was issue with pole. Then main junction box. Now linings of my landline. Utter rubbish. New appointment 15/7/22 #worstservice

I was onto TalkTalk about my landline out of order and over three days I spoke to various customer service personnel asking for an engineer finally they said it MUST be my home phone and I need a new one which I bought and no difference engineer finally said underground wire 🤮
