@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Trying to contact you from your website is a mess of deliberately vague information (no times against webchat opening hours), poor usability, the login-register pages are a continuous loop, and poor #accessibility, controls and tab order on webchat are all over the place. 2/2

@TalkTalk another debacle on an ongoing issue. Can you explain why when your pushed in public you act nice. Then when the dialogue resumes in private your a bunch of liars who abuse and threaten your customers? Who you steal from their banks then cut them off? Send debt letters?

@TalkTalk my internet's been down since 2pm. No warning or reason whether you were working in the area or not. And yes i have tried rebooting the router.
