@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Sorry, I got so fed up of your so-called help, that achieved absolutely nothing, I have now, after >11years, moved to a different Internet Provider. Your tv adverts are a pack of lies, based upon my experience. Avge 67Mb/s download speeds. You charged me +£2/mth extra for nowt 🥶

@TalkTalk Hi Andy, we have a 5-part complaint open with TalkTalk, our service drops constantly and your service people never call us during our appointments. We’re pretty furious. It has been months now.

@TalkTalk OK, but who can I speak to about the awful and frankly offensive customer service we've received? Nobody has attempted to contact us about this despite us sending multiple written complaints and spending hours waiting by the phone for calls that never came.

@TalkTalk Well I have exactly the same problem today. Download speed less than 1 meg. Upload sped is just under 20 like normal. This is the third time now.

@TeamKnowhowUK,@TalkTalk Talk talk strikes again -4 complaint calls,hrs on live I was given compensation & allowed to leave. Now set up with Vodafone great service, requested payment of compensation added to my account which has be declined, also not received my data as requested
