@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I have been on phone to you and have repeated line tests over and over again, referral to open reach "settings changed at the exchange" etc but still no fix. You are giving me the run around. I want out of the contract. You cannot deliver the service you promised.

Calling out @TalkTalk for absolute lies, terrible disgusting disgraceful service. No internet OR telephone for 5 days. Told this morning via Livechat that it had been resolved. No it hasn't. Now backtracking and making up another excuse. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
