@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

@TalkTalk seriously every night the internet has been out and only on during the day yesterday had zero Internet at all and been without Internet since 2:30 today seriously sort it ******** out getting beyond a joke now oh and I seriously hope that you will reimburse the money

@pstanf @TalkTalk Well since the first time you should have had 30days for it to be fixed or you could cancel free! I couldn't imagine that mate. I've been using my mobile hotspot for 6 month because talktalk is that bad :(
