    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk must be the crappiest fibre broadband internet service in the UK as it seems to fail at least once per day, and sometimes for hours a day.

    @TalkTalk @resolvercouk if I have to pay exit fee they should pay for loss of service and all expenses that I am out of pocket since they don't stick to verbal contract which is legally binding in this country.

    @TalkTalk My internet has been dropping off several times a day for the last month or so. There’s no reports of issues in my area but tbh, this has been an issue ever since I’ve been with TalkTalk!
