@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk For weeks now our internet connection has been failing. It stops for a few minutes several times an hour. This is making my work extremely difficult. I'm writing here as it's impossible to get through to your customer service. Please sort this out quickly, it's costing me money.

@samsamasundara @TalkTalk Sam, I had a really really worse time with them #talktalk is garbage. Just cancel ur DD and write to them by registered mail. Give them no more of your valuable time.

Credit where it's due. Broadband went down Wednesday. 1 call made to @VodafoneUK, engineer out on Thursday, all fixed. In comparison to @TalkTalk who took 11 days and 6 calls to get fixed at the other property. Surely will be switching.

@kocichichot @TalkTalk #talktalk is utter garbage. Best advice is to cancel ypu DD then send them a letter by registered mail. BT is much better.
