@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Spent an hour talking to @TalkTalk Twitter who finally admitted they couldn't help & I should ring the call center. Told them call center wasn't open on Sunday. They suggested chat function. Spent 40 mins there before being told had to ring the call center. Which is closed.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup absolutely DISGUSTING customer service!! My elderly grandmother needed help with a broadband problem, was told 3 times a new router would be sent but this was utter lies, a fake tracking number was given and they are now ignoring her! #avoid #talktalk

Seems to me @TalkTalk are trying to bully my 80yo mother into signing up to TalkTalk mail because they can't be asked to check their own records to see that she's a TalkTalk broadband customer and shouldn't be being charged to keep her old email address anyway!

@KhatijaIndra @TalkTalk It's a **** show. I had **** internet and tv for a year yet they expect me to pay all outstanding fees and have sent me a letter from debt recovery. They was in breach of contract therefore I'm entitled to cancel with no fees shambles of a company
