@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

6am and @TalkTalk has already begun to fail. Doesn’t look promising for the rest of the day. Work WiFi it is then. Useless. Paying for a service you don’t receive.

@bijalsanghani @TalkTalk I had nightmares with @TalkTalk when I lived in East London five years ago. It took ages for them to escalate the issue to their engineering. It was an ADSL DSLAM that had to be configured to support higher speeds. Good luck!

@TalkTalk Will I get a callback? I was promised one on Tuesday. I want to know when I will get my internet connection sorted at my new home. I have been with talktalk for 5years and this is the worst experience.

Moved from @Plusnet to @TalkTalk and already having connection issues with no resolution until at least tomorrow. They’re all as bad as each other and @OpenreachHelp aren’t any better. This country desperately needs better broadband regulation.

@TalkTalk tv went down late last night. I checked the wires etc, and then it suggested a retune. However all my channels are now gone. I’m left with my subscribed channels

@matt40k What speed? I had to suffer with 36Meg Sky then TalkTalk as like many, there was only BT in the village, so were reliant on the BT Service. But that 36Meg was <=5Meg most of the time. Then a few years back Vodafone came into the village and I've had 76 Meg broadband ever since.
