@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk My internet is still down. You told me to wait 24 hours, I've waited 24 hours. I've now been without internet for 2 days, without warning, and need it to work from home. You keep saying it's fixed and it is not.

@TalkTalk Hiya, we called at about 9.45am because our internet is down and were told of the system failures and the 2-3 hour wait. Can I confirm 4 hours later if we still need to wait 2-3 more hours?
