    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

    @EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

    @SueSuezep TalkTalk. Phone & broadband went out for three months. Helpline kept going round in circles to the same person with the same set of questions. Even spent a few weeks blaming “our equipment” which they supplied. Finally came back on no apology no refund. The absolute worst.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi thanks for your reply however i called @bt_uk who are my line provider they said i need to speak to you as you can identify who the tag belongs to. My broadband is with @talktalk who say they dont know who the unsolicited tag is from either and are pretty much no help.

    @MPrepuce Even if she didn't, she should have. It was part of her role to ensure that the correct reporting structures were in place to notify her of issues/risks such as these. Same as Harding and the repeated TalkTalk data exfiltrations (except she did know, simply lied to DCMS cttee)

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup ! You guys took 14 days to give me connection and it has been 3 day you claim that my account has been live ! But i dont have internet ! You asked me to stay home for 1 whole day and no one visits home ! I want to cancel the services

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted with your so called service. Wasted 5 hours of my time last week speaking to talktalk trying to resolve an issue. Your agent refused for over 1 hour to put me through to complaints! Finally told a callback would be today yet no call at arranged time

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup No download speed/ WiFi service for EN5 area for the umpteenth time. Your own online checker says 0.5mb at router. Should be around 30 odd. Phone check says all ok. Need it tomorrow for wfh. Wish I’d gone with BT....at least they prioritise their own.
