@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@EONhelp quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (apart from @TalkTalk ) constantly rearranging appointments without saying or just completely ignoring them altogether. Frustrating doesn’t begin to cover it! 😡

@TalkTalk charged me for a TV package that i never wanted or asked for, last time i renewed the contract is was that you bullyed & piss me around so much that i felt i could not leave, & now i want to brake your face & stress you lot out so the police come & in the media they know why

@TalkTalk Why is it impossible to speak to someone on the phone! My broadband has been rubbish for months. Worst Broadband provider in terms of network and customer service!

@TalkTalk Another day of extremely poor internet speed, it makes dial-up look ultra fast. Poor customer service when trying to renew contract. Let see what tomorrow brings.

2/2 All the tests again before you send the 6th engineer round, which I can’t complete because I have no internet and poor data reception on my mobile to tether from. Absolutely joke of a service! Please show me where I can make a formal complaint. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I am still currently a Broadband Customer with my current provider, but I am switching to you soon. I can't lie though, I am very worried about it. Since speaking to a Salesman at my door about it on Thursday, I am still yet to receive any correspondence about it. (1/2)
