    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    Talktalk boardband if and buts my acc 10137388440 everyone has right to cancel .After contract ended 31 dec2022 still non the wiser but yet 3 network more above board.they email important info 22oct22telling me contract ending on 121122..fair professional not unlike talktalk

    @TalkTalk your customer service poor. The employees in your company have no manners and really pissed me off this morning. Cancelling my contract asap!

    Over the years i go from deal to deal using same company as i had b4. But one thing for sure with these ***** tricks talktalk not confirming u have ended contract i will never go back 2 talktalk much like hard work may of done eventually. I go from deal

    @Baasha666 @TalkTalk I cannot believe how bad their customer service is. It all seems to be based abroad. I spoke to a woman in South Africa, her accent was so strong, I could hardly understand her.

    @TalkTalk Hi today was supposed to be my activation day for my Internet but the router is still blinking amber light and haven’t heard from the engineers yet about my connections ? Can you please kindly let me know how long I have to wait for my service to get activated?

    @hashababba @TalkTalk Alot of people r very angry they should d b shut down talktalk. Tradeing standards should get involved even police. Trace the calls where people have rung up 2 cancel in good faith. They never did then charged. In a cost of living crisis. I am 60 shouldnt b going through this

    The diferance talktalk put phone down when u want confirmation of end of contract. In middle. 3 network R professional. They sent email stating important .email sent 24/10/22 contract ending was 12/11/22.u have options to stay or go 2 a new provider. Honest fair above board

    @TalkTalk I've had a response from @TalkTalk. I'd like to know if it's a widespread problem? "TalkTalk Update: Hello, we've found a fault which may be causing issues with your service. We'll send an Openreach engineer to fix it at no charge in the next 2-3 working days."
