TalkTalk Outage in Haverhill, Suffolk, England

@TalkTalk my elderly mums caller display is still not working .... this is 2 weeks Talktalk ..... not good enough for an OAP who gets nuisance calls !!!! Help please

@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

Good luck 🤞 I used to be with @TalkTalk before they were hacked was geting "several calls every day about my router India 🇮🇳 accent it went on for three years now have special blocking on my phone not with @TalkTalk any more they were no help they all seem to be equally bad

Yet another call @TalkTalk this is the fifth now this time I was very rude and used an old 🤬 curse do. Let's see what happens on to my provider getting fed up with this harassment feeling intimidated

Thankyou so much @TalkTalk this is my fourth call today why don't you do something these scammers they are using your good name to scam us and as an elderly person will now have to change my number because of your inefficiency and total lack of any customer care

Yet another nuisance call claiming to be @TalkTalk technical team same scam about router will. Contact OFCOM see if they can get some police action two, three calls every day for last week was not polite to the lady calling but they seem too thick and stupid to take the hint

Yet another call today from someone claiming to be from again from @TalkTalk I am not with talk talk they are no help they have lost control of their reputation last number was01420489196 as elderly person this is intimidating and ruddy annoying come on @TalkTalk fix it now pls.

@TalkTalk Please can you explain why the only method of contact, online chat, has been unavailable for 3 days when have been waiting for your customer service for over a month?

@TalkTalk internet is not working at the Plymouth uk area it says dns server cannot be found I am waiting for reply and there’s no reply what’s going on? Please have this fixed ASAP as I need the internet for my studies for uni

@tzack786 This was with EE 5g data And I have TalkTalk WiFi which gives me usually like 70 down There was service near my house You should get it too

@TalkTalk After 10 minutes he’s still not came back so I ended session. Surprise when I then go back to original offers they’re all gone and only option to stay on same package, strange I think. Was willing to upgrade but now after 10 plus years as talktalk customer it’s time to change

@TalkTalk Please can you provide a phone number for your support team? Your website only directs me to a chat bot, and I want to talk to your support team.

@shane_r @GSWooster Judging by my experience of dealing with TalkTalk as a broadband customer during Didos time I could have told you this would happen years ago.

@TalkTalk We have no service, we are going to stop paying, let me know if this is a problem.
