    @TalkTalk my internet has not been working today and despite several calls to your customer line to get an engineer to look at the fault, the issue is unresolved. I’ve been told it could be three days before things are sorted. Not really very satisfactory at all.

    @TalkTalk Same response received on FB, send them DM, spent 3 days with them with 0 support or resolution, Don't have enough energy to start it over here again. Worse CS and services I have ever experienced.

    @TalkTalk left VM due to cost of new deal. Joined TT (30/4/22) received router & bits early May. Told in writing engineer would arrive & install 16/5 pm. Waited but no one showed up. Rang help about 6.15 and told engineer would still arrive but didn’t. Brill!
