    @TalkTalk Hello, we've had no internet this evening. Customer services is closed. Using mobile data I went through to my account and did a system status check. All green apart from network. When I click on this it's just saying try back later as theres a technical issue. Thanks

    Well @TalkTalk are still providing exceptional service ~ they've not given me the discount promised as compensation for 18 months of excellent* service ~ service is working great* again ~ they've the nerve to add a £40 charge for them Not fixing the issues *crap AF

    @TalkTalk our internet is down again for the 3rd time in a week. Can’t get an engineer out til the 17th. Absolutely appalling service, there are 7 adults in this household all trying to work from home. The line has just been changed and you’ve run stability tests. Please fix this

    @OpenreachHelp Yes, it's @TalkTalk they have told me it was an issue with open reach finding a fault somewhere. I placed an order with them mid December, was told despite my need for WiFi to teach, I would have to wait until mid January.

    1/3 Appalling costumer service from @TalkTalk. I keep getting letters saying sorry you are leaving (I don't want to leave) over an hour on the phone passed from one department to the next, being read the same scripted text, manager refused to talk to me (too scared)
