    @TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

    @TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

    @TalkTalk my email has been hacked by someone called cezsar Gimenezz and is sending emails in Cyrillic script. There is now way I can change my password and all emails are being forwarded to them. This is a complete disaster and has disabled my @amazon account. HELP!

    @TalkTalk I’m sorry it’s too late. We shouldn’t need to be begging for help on a public forum like this. Customers’ should be answered directly via phone. A lot of frustration and fallout. People just want to feel valued as customers and for you to deliver what you promise.

    @TalkTalk Promised a service no other provider could offer -Fibre Broadband. Even BT Outreach said it’s not possible. Then a month to get connected, two no-shows for connection, precious holiday days wasted, not even anything listed on my account. Month later still nothing. Cancelled now
