    Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    @TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

    @TalkTalk Had enough now! £27 is far too much for "Broadband only" especially when you get a rubbish service! Just cannot afford getting a crap service anymore. Just because it's broadband only does not mean i'm not entitled to a decent service! I had to buy extra 4G data last

    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I had mentioned numerous amount of times. I won’t be paying for these if the problem doesn’t get fix permanently. The problem hasn’t been sorted & you’ve still charge me. Why may I ask ?? Run me back my money ASAP !

    @TalkTalk what absolutely poor poor service. Left a small business without a phone line for a week at their busiest time of the year. £1000s lost in business and excuse after excuse given. No redirect service offered though requested and no compensation.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Your incompetency is absolutely disgusting. You’ve charged me £121.65 this month for what may I ask ? I’ve had problems with WiFi from the start of May till NOW ! I had bought extra equipment etc that you recommended.

    @TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game
