Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

@Duffield8 Interesting you say that. I raised this earlier on behalf of a follower, but have yet to hear back from TalkTalk regarding the issue. Status page suggests there is a fault in a London exchange area, but it doesn't offer any insight as to other areas impacted by that known fault.

If you are ever tempted to go with @TalkTalk broadband, DO NOT DO IT. I have to reset the router twice a day (as per the ‘help’ instructions) and even then I’m lucky if it works. 1/10 customer service too.

Great work @TalkTalk not! I checked if my router would work with Fibre 35 but surprise surprise no! Then kept in a queue to speak to someone for 25 mins before being told you are now closed and cut off. Very poor service!
