    @TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

    Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

    @TalkTalk Had enough now! £27 is far too much for "Broadband only" especially when you get a rubbish service! Just cannot afford getting a crap service anymore. Just because it's broadband only does not mean i'm not entitled to a decent service! I had to buy extra 4G data last

    @TalkTalk I'm not sure on that one as was with AOL and then you bought them out so never really got welcome pack from TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I have has trouble with my speeds for weeks ran the troubleshooting twice and still not right.I have been in contact and there is nothing more it seems you can do only charge me £40 for an engineer to attend, it doesn’t make since why I need to pay for speeds that are guaranteed

    @TalkTalk I have telephoned 3 occasions, each lasting an hour on hold. Each time promised my tech code within 7 days. Still nothing 2 months on!!! Email complaint sent, still no response. Where is the customer service??!!

    Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    @TalkTalk As I have said before concentrating on my line is not the solution (and no I don't want to check my line or reset my router it always recovers on it's own) just look at what you do in the NR1 2QP region of Norwich regularly around midnight. Last instance Sunday midnight.
