@Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

  • lisa01403 Lisa Bailey (@lisa01403) reported from Horsham, England

@TalkTalk I'm not sure on that one as was with AOL and then you bought them out so never really got welcome pack from TalkTalk.

  • saurabhkhandel Saurabh Khandelwal (@saurabhkhandel) reported from Farnborough, England

@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

  • worldoffaz Farah فرح 파라흐 (@worldoffaz) reported from Horsham, England

I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

  • IRSH49267138 IRSH (@IRSH49267138) reported from Guildford, England

@TalkTalk my 92 year old mother is on a covid ward how can we top up her phone? We don’t have her login or account number. We need to stay in touch with her. Please help

  • lisa01403 Lisa Bailey (@lisa01403) reported from Horsham, England

@TalkTalk Had enough now! £27 is far too much for "Broadband only" especially when you get a rubbish service! Just cannot afford getting a crap service anymore. Just because it's broadband only does not mean i'm not entitled to a decent service! I had to buy extra 4G data last

  • lisa01403 Lisa Bailey (@lisa01403) reported from Horsham, England

What is it with internet companies these days...expect you to do this do that all because they don't want to pay out for a rubbish service i've received in the evenings!!! #TalkTalk

  • ColeyBird Sophie (@ColeyBird) reported from Guildford, England

@TalkTalk Better it seems but your customer service/live chat is absolutely terrible and I'll be lodging an official complaint.

  • lisa01403 Lisa Bailey (@lisa01403) reported from Horsham, England

@TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

  • saurabhkhandel Saurabh Khandelwal (@saurabhkhandel) reported from Farnborough, England

@TalkTalk absolutely poor #broadband and customer service to say the least #talktalk worst in my area.

TalkTalk Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TraceletteBrown Tracy Brown (@TraceletteBrown) reported

@TalkTalk @iCAdam Your service isn't reliable nor is it stable, for the last two days I've barely had a connection yet I'm being told its my home set up to blame! You're not providing the service your clients expect for their money. We're all paying for this over and above agreed costs!

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

I have attempted to involve @TalkTalk with recalling you to look at this issue - it will involve climbing telegraph pole to look for issues of water ingress: cracked DP or failed gel crimps.. this kind of thing.

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@pstanf @TalkTalk Most all their support, especially chat, is via poorly programmed automated computer assistance bots: still worse, their few staff follow the same script.. “there is no minimum speed guarantee, as you are out of contract..” — err, what? You supply, bill, take payment = contract!

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@OpenreachHelp TalkTalk simply want their computer systems to automatically run line tests, to play with DLM/DSLM resets, to await engineer notes.. Their computer cannot handle miscellaneous issues.. certainly cannot handle intermittent rain penetration faults.. these are tricky for all, right?

  • DrSteven2104 Steven Shaw (@DrSteven2104) reported

@TalkTalk Hi, my fibre internet has been dropping throughout the day, it’s been happening every half hour and slowly returns. I did all the online checks and my account claims there’s no issue. Do you know any solutions? I can’t do much because it’s disconnected as much as not.

  • sucooke Sue Cooke (@sucooke) reported

@TalkTalk Fat chance of help. You contacted me by DM around 16.00, asking me to fill in a contact form. I did so immediately, but you didn’t contact me until 21.30. You then just dropped me mid-conversation. You truly are the world’s worst customer service.

  • pengo_penguin Dr_Pengo w/ a Penguin Co-star (@pengo_penguin) reported

@TheDukez this is why I left BT & use TalkTalk now since Virgin Media isn't available to my house, but everyone else on my street can have it, damn it expansion plan XD

  • dpcrabbe daniel crabbe (@dpcrabbe) reported

@TalkTalk why are there connection issues in London and why does my router think its connected to the internet every time this happens?

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@OpenreachHelp Your engineer tested the line after fitting nte5 box.. the rain problem is intermittent and will only show on line test during heavy rain.. the water then drains/dries and the connection works once again. I have spoken to TalkTalk.. they gave me your damage claim number!?!

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@Skotmi @MoneyTelegraph Majority of TalkTalk support is via automated assistant computer bots.. chat support, phone answering: always initiate line test with DSLM/DLM reset, interrupting your line/connection, delaying and failing necessary communication with customer. £1.5bn revenue 2019-20 All greed.
