    Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

    @talktoBOI So to answer my question then yes every BOI customer on TT should have to sort this out themselves & BOI has not interest in contacting TalkTalk about it. Ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk We have called, emailed and sent a letter and the issue has still not been resolved. We want to leave and don’t see why we should pay for the privilege.

    Finally got through and the man was so rude and unhelpful it wasn't until I started crying as a result of my annoyance that he actually got me the answers I needed 🙃🙃 all because YOU keep sending me texts saying I've cancelled my package when I haven't @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Can someone get back to me I’ve been having issues for a week now Tv keeps pixelating I’ve done the maintenance check turned off other devices checked tv by putting cable directly into to tv and I keep getting tv signal weak or lost
