@TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

Shocking customer service from @TalkTalk. I was promised a call to discuss my complaint and still haven't received this. I stayed in all day for their engineer and was threatened with a fine if I wasn't in. Engineer failed to show. I lost a days pay

@TalkTalk 35 minutes on the phone up to now to resolve why I have no internet to be told it’s because of an upgrade (which I didn’t ask for!) apparently it’s acceptable to be paying for internet with no service for 2 weeks - absolute joke! 🤬🤬

Why is is that @TalkTalk staff have repeatedly told me that ‘I’m sorry I don’t know what to do about this’ and cut me off @TristiaH Why when I called on Friday as an emergency because a letter said my internet would be cut off today with breakage fees I was told it wasn’t true

@TalkTalk Apparently I have to go to the online chat but the online chat people say I have to call, and NO ONE ANSWERS. I never even went ahead with my order because the customer service was dreadful but it seems I’m still suffering for the mistake of ever getting involved with @TalkTalk
