Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

@TalkTalk Your agents are terrible, my partner has been trying to get our internet sorted, it's constantly cutting out and has had 2 different agents end the web chat session while running tests. When they can't get it sorted they are just going silent and then ending the chat!!!
