@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

@TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

@TalkTalk if a customer has an open case with a manager who is supposed to be representing the CEO then should that manager not try and contact the customer. I have had several pre-arranged calls and on every occasion your manager has failed to call me!! #talktalk #rubbishservice

@TalkTalk Maybe when you promise to call people at a certain time and date you should do it, instead fail to do so over and over again. Also when CUSTOMERS ask for updates you cant even do that, even by email. For a communications company you are pretty crap at communicating.
